I am getting vodafone service error: 0x5 on my mobile screen in every minute from past 2 months.
Now i have got irritated, i have already deactivate flash service through sms and also in my mobile setting. It didn't stop even after switching the sim off. Now please tell me what will b the next step as i am planing to change the number because of this.

    Dear team
    Very disappointed with vodafone service now a days, its become worst.

    Without my confirmation my plan has changed to 999
    And after contacting customer service they told we automatically change the plan if we didnt received any confirmation from customer.
    On addition to this they themself changing my number to prepaid without my confirmation.
    I am asking them to deactivate the no but they are not ready to do that also

      I have reiterated multiple times that i will not be making any payments for false charges until i'm shown exact website details which i had apparently browsed during my stay abroad. I have not received any such details yet.
      What i have received are multiple calls and whatsapp messages from vodafone employees. One of the call was made today by a certain mr. Ravi shetty who called me a lot of bad names, shouted on me, called me "stupid girl", "naughty girl" all of which was beyond disgusting. I fail to understand what kind of manners are vodafone employees taught. I have the call on recording and now i will be raising a case for women harassment against the said employee and against vodafone. We have come so far ahead in our approach to respecting a woman but i guess vodafone is still at the far regressive end. And the most surprising part was that the employee instead of apologising told me go ahead and register a case and kept on calling me bad names. Such employees are given so much authority by companies that they think they can get away with saying anything. And even after keeping the call, he is constantly intimidating me over whatsapp.
      I am just too traumatized by the entire experience and now i want some action to be taken against the employee.

      Every msg i send is done but when i send msg for port vodafone block my msg
      Why it's not only my problem mostly customers face this problem if customer complaints against network provider problem is resolve but if i call customer care all the time he give non sense solutions.

      It's been 5 days and I have not been contacted by Vodafone in any manner. This shows how lightly you take these complaints and how trivial women safety is for Vodafone. The only thing Vodafone is bothered about is money, they can stoop down to any level, using foul language or intimidation and then get away with it. I am receiving emails about payment but not a single email for an apology. Shame on Vodafone.

        My mobile data services stopped all of a sudden. The sim shows 4g signals but the internet is not working. I keep on getting a notification to sign in to vodafone in and when i try doing so it redirects me to "sign in to network" screen with this url: http://180.179.77.11/data-usage-alert and shows the message -

        Data usage alert​

        As per regulatory norms, internet service has been stopped after pack quota/validity. To use data @ standard rates, sms start to 1925 or to buy a data pack dial *444#.

          Hello sir/madam,

          With due respect i want to share my complaint here about vodafone india service.
          I have postpaid connection and sometime i need to travel abroad due to work.
          Many times vodafone activate services i never asked for and when we complain they straight forward say it is showing in system that you have activated and that moment i feel helpless. And they talk with very rude attitude. I am working professional, postpaid is our need.
          I feel being tortured every month for billing.
          The problem is with the bill they provide is so confusing, and when we reach to live chat of vodafone, these customer service people are pathetic and useless, they dont give any solution and proper information, they just try to play with words and close the case. I told those guys to deactivate my service which vodafonehave activated by their own,, they said in the monthly bill they will adjust and when bill comes they say you first pay we will deactivate but cant refund for that you have send a mail, when i send mail they ask again same information, and after that they apologize and again after 7 days my one service got deactivated and asked for resolution they say it is activated and charge it again,, and same thing repeats, mail for refund which they never do.

          Sir trust me, they are doing too much of fraud i am telling you,, i dont know how they are doing it but they are doing so badly and smartly.
          Kindly take action as we people feel helpless.
          We need facilities and dont want to be slave of their service even after paying huge amount.

          this is pathetic.. i am travelling abroad . i need otp as this number is registered at mostt of the place...no body contacted and now my number is not in service.I dont know what you guys are doing.
          i am helpless... u frauds.

            I ported my sim to vodafone, not able to make outgoing but can receive incoming n data is also working. I'm using iphone. When i'm putting sim in another phone it's working. While all other sim are working in my phone. Vodafone why are you troubling me again. I thought by now network will be fine but your problems continued.               I've ported my no.[[protected]] from airtel to vodafone postpaid and i've also inserted new sim but verification call to 59059 is not connecting. Every time i try to call at 59059 it automatically disconnects and also i'm unable to receive incoming calls to my number, along with this network signals shows as in roaming (R). I couldn't believe how vodafone is so weak in customer service.

                This is regarding the false callback from vodafone corporate care Chandigarh. After logging complaint here I got a call next dat from vodafone Chandigarh and was offered a deduction of 663 rs. Which I agreed and asked them to send the confirmation regarding deduction over mail which didn’t come for next 9 hours At last I called customer care abd enquired for status to my surprise Vodafone has no record of the call made to me they were even suspecting whether I received the call when I mentioned time and number of the incoming call then she logged a complaint regarding no status update post discussion. This is really pathetic and that has become trend with Vodafone these people avoid issues and do not update the system as per facts.

                  Hi, my name is akhil. Last week i got a call from a lady named sandhya singh. She said she is from vodafone. She said there is a job vacancy for senior supervisor in alappuzha district in kerala. After that one mrs avani desai interviewed me by phone. And selected me. After that asked me to pay 1880rs for uniform. 2days after pratibha singh called me for verification. She asked me to pay 6200as a security deposit. I got the training letter and offer letter with me now. She said after 3days i'll get the joining letter through post. I was seeking for a job so i thought this is the best opportunity. I wasn't bothered about the fraud activities. I paid nearly 8000rs to them. Is this genuine? I'm afftaid now. Is this true or a cheating? Somebody pls give me a guidance. I'm attaching the letters i have got.

                        My balance got reduced from 180 to 47 eventhough i have an unlimited pack. This also happened in january but i got a refund that time. I am not able to email to vodafone in the application and the vodafone office on the call said that they are activating a service and this wont happen again. But what about the money that i lost for unknown reasons?

                          Hi team,

                          I have noticed that for my vodaphone # [protected], my tariff plan has been changed recently without my consent. Please advise who has provided a nod for changing the plan.. If vodaphone don’t have a certain plan, ghey should atleast call and ask the customer for his consent, this is similar to bank withdrawing your money without your consent and just sending a message.

                          Please check and help resolving this issue, would need a reversal of amount overpaid. Complaint #[protected] is registered via customer care.

                            Vodafone has applied almost 33200 rupees on my number while travelling maldives without giving any prior notice action i have international roaming pack rc 149 activated on my number so they have not send any message and directly put the charges at the end and stop my number.

                            Kindly take some action against this service provider as they are fooling there own customers now.

                              I, Ajay Kr Dey, have a post paid RED basis connection number [protected] & Account Number :[protected], want to state that last billing (invoice No: 20IWB[protected], Bill Period : 11.02.2019-28.02.2019) is provided wrong charges along with adding secondary number with my family plan .
                              I called customer help line @198 and Kolkata office regarding problems but no solution found.
                              Actually I Came to know that secondary number [protected] is not belong to my family or either known person and is added with my account by Vodafone Store ( Bardhaman-713101) where I purchased Vodafone Post Paid SIM and Activated . Mongal Singh ( Contact Number : [protected] ) added secondary number without my permission or asking /informing . He replied to adjusted billing but not done yet. Also I asked Customer support officer for help but they did not take any action against this problem.
                              Secondly, In billing I am charged rupees 101.25 /- for National SMS . As per e-BILL Totally 460 National SMS sent to two numbers are : [protected] & [protected], both are unknown and 460 numbers of National SMS are not done behalf myself. Its purely wrong charges.
                              In totally : Secondary Number Monthly Charge : 138.83 + National SMS Charge : 101.25 = 240.08/- excluding Taxes are wrong charges .
                              I am requesting to adjustment my billing and take any hard action regarding Secondary number adding .

                              I hope I will be assisted from your ends .

                                I am currently having vodafone connection for the past 15+ years. I was in rs. 199/- plan and suddenly without my notifications vodafone have change my plan to 250 six months back. I raised a complaint and they have revised rs. 59 for that month. Since then i am facing the same problem and i got the revision amount everytime i raised the complaint. They assured me that the reversal amount will be along with the bill but so far nothing happened.

                                I don't understand how vodafone has changed the plan without intimating the customer.

                                  I am using vodafone postpaid no. [protected] from last 18 years and this time its worst dealing with corporate care. “care” word should be removed as they don’t care at all they are not bothered to reply or call or look into the matter. I was traveling to singapore and asked for basic roaming pack activation which didn’t happen same day, kept following up relationship manager but had no service for one whole day, suddenly the service got activated and downloaded few whatsapp messages within few seconds and gave me no time to switch off mobile data service. For those few messages i was charged 1100 rs. Which is too much and all that happened at the time of activating services. Throughout my trip i didn’t use mobile data, one can check records. I kept writing to corporate care but all i get in back is messages to contact me shortly and resolve it but none has called up. Every time i got similar standard replies from executives seems it’s an automated reply. No one at vodafone values old customers paying bills timely.

                                    I am ketul patel, vodafone charged me ₹99 ir rental without any prior notification also i have not used any service when i am in international roaming.

                                    Regarding ₹99 ir rental as the information given by vodafone customer care executive/senior executive and vodafone website contradict each other.
                                    1. Senior executive said that it will be deducted when you receive international tower signal though we are not using any service.
                                    2.in vodofone web site they mentioned that,
                                    "if you are a prepaid customer
                                    Prepaid users can sms act ir to 144 (Toll free) (Applicable for ori, bhr, kol, rob)
                                    For rest of the country, ir service is preactivated & you will be charged a monthly rental of rs.99 when any of the following chargeable events are performed while on international roaming:
                                    1) making an outgoing call - ussd callback* or direct dial
                                    2) answering an incoming call
                                    3) sending messages
                                    4) using gprs"

                                      I am a postpaid customer and have activated a caller tune. However, there is a long marketing announcement and a tune copy request before the caller tune.

                                      I don't think this is ethical and would like this announcement and request to be discontinued forthwith.

                                      If this cannot be done Vodafone may please advise me with their reasons.

                                        unable to recharge my number

                                        I purchased vodafone number in postpaid, later migrated to prepaid, last 4months. Since then i didn't do any recharges, but now while doing recharge it
                                        Showing (Sorry this recharge is not available. Txn num. Aph[protected] to continue using your mobile services, dial *121# and recharge with the best offers.) i complined this problem to the nearest store. But there is no action since 1 week...
