Dear sir/madam,
I have by mistake made recharge of 245 twice. As i am requesting the executive to refund me one of the amount but as per executive their is no procedure to refund the amount.
So then i asked will i get everything doubled ie my talktime, validity & internet pack for that they said everything cannot be doubled.
The amount went out from my savings account which is 490 rs but then why is it that my validity...

Regarding my previous complaint[protected],
you guys gave me reversal of Rs. 309.19 but i am still not going to pay the money charged on me for the next month as I tried whole month to get this reversal done or to get my number ported but no one helped. I wont give the bill of 2nd month.. The delay in resolving ths issue is on your end.. Why would i pay for it.. For getting your number ported i had to clear the charges...

I think around 60 Rs of my prepaid balance is deducted on 25th February.

Customer care executive told me that balance is deducted through flash message. Some rubbish service is activated.

But I am sure that I haven't got any such flash message because I have DND service activated on my number.

I am privileged customer of Vodafone for last 8+ years. Today i am v v disappointed by service of Vodafone.

I was in a trip to Singapore from4-10feb 2019.
I have been charged international roaming @500rps/day without my consent.

Hi team, vodafone network is the worst in this area (Hinjewadi, pune), its sos frustrating to wait for one page to load or to send one message on watsapp. Please do something or else i will need to switch to other mobile networks.

Its so slow everywhere in pune, i am having your red plan of 4g still the network is so slow. Please look into it asap or you will loose one customer from pune....

My grandmother uses a vodafone prepaid in a micromax feature phone but repeatedly balance gets deducted on 06th march she was charged with ₹30 from her prepaid account for some services even their customer care executives were unable to explain. Vodafone announced its handset bundle offer in 2018 year starting and employees of vodafone told if we buy any samsung galaxy phone with vodafone sim and recharge it with unlimited plans for a year cashback of rs 2500 would be credited in your kyc done mpaisa account already more then a year has passed no cashback has been credited for 2 phones on no [protected] & [protected].

I am working in ernakulam, kakmanad
So days before i thinked vodafon is the best network across india and now l am really dissatisfied with the data connection i am thinking to port out to jio. Because they are providing some better network on friends mobile
So take this as a important and try to improve this issue
Otherwise this will make unpredictable effects

Vodafone customer care team members are not taking complaints,
I tried 3 times to complaint
But vodafone customer care people disconnecting my call
Vodafone team is not responding properly with me

But today i check, there are no complaints in my number

I had done postpaid to prepaid on 2 nos [protected] and [protected] on 2nd march 2019 from 3rd march 2019 they have barred my incoming... I am facing lot of issue as i am working in bank and not getting any calls afrom any nos.. This is pathetic service i have seen and i visited the vodafone hirabaug outlet not a proper response and i called in call center 199/198 no response

I have changed Post paid connection to prepaid yesterday.

Today my old SIM has stopped working and new one is not active.

There is signal in mobile, but unable to call 59059 to activate.

There is no help received my customer care as there is no option in Vodafone IVR to resolve this issue. Its been 5 hours, i am without network and data....

We at manyata tech park are facing pathetic network from almost 6 months now. Constantly we have been complaining and the customer care executive says that the network team will either call or visit to check on the issue and that has not happened till date.
