This mobile number does not service in coming and out going sms services for over a period of one month. Refer to all my recharges for last 2years with vodafone and all my complaints for no coverage, no data speed, network conjection, call drop, and so i have taken desion not to waste money eyes so since 28jan 2019 i have stopped recharging. message is not going to 1900 to port my number

I am unable to send SMS to 1900 (PORT) from last couple of months. But I am able to sending and receiving the other SMS.
I have required balance, validity and all other required setups in my mobile but still I am not able to send SMS to 1900.
I have reached out Vodafone customer care many times but didn't get proper response. Why should messages are not going to 1900. Does vodafone blocking 1900 to stop porting ....

Suddenly got a sms from vodafone that without my concern they have change my plan to vodafone red of which monthly rental of rs. 299/-.
However, i do not want to change my plan right now and if you close the plan that i have rs. 148.00 per month. Then change my connection from postpaid to prepaid with immediate effect....

unethical deduction rs 24 from my vodafone account balance

It's very surprising that every month vodafone has been deducted rs 24 from my account balance in-spite-of recharge every month. Last month same thing happen after raise complaint to appellate.
