I am from haryana district jind.2 months back in my area vodafone in network was available but now only idea network signals we receive because vodafone has withdrawn it's network from my area... But in panipat or karnal we can receive vodafone in network that is much better than idea network... I request you to please do not withdraw vodafone in original network from my area.. I will be thankful to you

    I have network problem to my vodafone mobile connection no. [protected], from last 2 months, there are many users of vodafone service provider in my building, who facing mobile network problems. Its humble request to do the needful. We also facing data connection problem also. Network always appeared and disappeared. While we make a call or receive a call there is disturbance continued while calling, voice breaking continuously disturbed to all in my building.

      I have just ported to vodafone, i am trying to activate iphone forever plan (649 rs) on my number [protected], but it is not getting activated. I have also tried several times to call vodafone support for the same. The person on other side tells that the request has been taken and plan will get activated in 30 minutes. It never gets activated, i have tried it 5-7 times atleast. Please take necessary actions regarding the same as soon as possible as it is urgent.
      I have tried from myvodafone app as well as website several times. The service request number of all the requests are attached with this complaint.

        From 2014 till dec 2018 number has been blocked without any prior notice or any information.. I vistited vodafone they said its has been blocked by trai. They i used for telecalling purpose..

        I will not use for telecalling purupose hereafter if im done like that..

        Kindly un block my number.. It very difficult for me to survive in the market since im into marketing field i almost lost so many clients..

        Plz help me to get my number back...

            I have sent an sms p2p my 10 digit mobile number to 199 for converting my postpaid connection to a prepaid one and received this message.

            "hi! You have entered the wrong keyword. Please enter the desired keyword and sms to 199".

            It has been told that i would receive a confirmation message and a call from vodafone within 2 days for confirmation.
            Please help to check the issue and expedite the process.

              I made a payment through an offer of paytm. I didn't get the offer. I called/ emailed and complained still no resolution.

              I;m not sure if i have to send a notice to vodafone idea for the incompetency.

              I called paytm, they said cntact vodafone. I call vodafone and they say contact paytm. Running around in circles, if the offer has been showing, you are responsible to ensure it's sorted from your end.

                I lost my sim in greece and that was used by someone else even after blocking.

                In order to resolve the matter, i met vodafone staff in lok adalat on 8th december 2018, and as per the order of lok adalat order, i paid rs 5000/ in court and an amount of rs 6356.77 was waived off by vodafone. There is an order of lok adalat.

                Even after that my wife and i are getting life threating call and are being mentally disturbed. Further, i think vodafone employee is issuing a notice to meet in lok adalat again giving the different date of the meeting.

                It looks like vodafone has engaged a gang for debt collection who works against a court order.

                    fake call from vodafone to stop the porting request

I successfully completed the documentation related work with airtel and was waiting for the process of porting to complete. Meanwhile, on the very first day, i received a fake call from vodafone but the caller actually pretended to be a representative of airtel, he told me that they (Airtel)...

                    I had been using vodafone number [protected] few months back.

                    Then due to network issue at my location i opted for portability to jio.

                    Vodafone cleared informed to clear outstanding balance and then only i can change to other opertor.

                    So i cleared the outstanding and switched to vodafone. (Paid bill attached).

                    Now after 6 months vodafone is sending mail and calling through third party asking extra bill payment.
                    I have mailed them so many times about this concern and also shared paid bill. But still they are threatening to pay the bill

                      I have changed circle from mumbai to telanagana. The unbilled amount of rs, 229 i have paid (Transaction id is psbi[protected] dated 19.01.2019). But the vodafone customer care has been continuously calling and disturbing me mentally that they have not received the amount irrespective of my mails referring the transaction details. And they are also threatening me that my number will get suspended due to non-payment. It is vodafone india but one circle cannot identify the payment done at other circle that too online. How is is this. Daily two to three calls and mentally torturing me. Kindly do the needful.

                            I was using Vodafone postpaid but i was not happy with service and charges.
                            I converted my number from post paid to prepaid.
                            In the process i have cleared all the dues as per their policy customer need to clear all the dues to convert to prepaid in fact they charged extra i paid complete amount along with prepaid one month recharge amount in advance.
                            But still I am being charged with post paid bill, they sent bill again.
                            When I called to customer care they said my number is prepaid only, but no answer for post paid bill. they always saying go to Vodafone store which is too far to me.

                            Please help regarding this.

                                During a visit to the us, i got a message from vodafone saying that a rental amount of rs. 99 got deducted, without my permission. Now i have negative balance.

                                Thankfully, i use a data + free calls prepaid package so having a balance isn't a necessity but i still need my balance to be in the positives in case i have an emergency when the pack expires.

I gandhidham govt of gujrat now before 2 days has "vodafone" has stopped my icoming call. On contacting "198" they ask me charge with rs.24 to increase validity for "6 month" i asked mr. Pradip about my life incomming call facilities but he inssited for to increase vality by six month i asked get cotact with higher "authority" but hedid'nt.
                                  Asper"diminishing return laws of finance" the present value of "my payment of rs. 1000 i. E.in about 2005 is more than rs. 1, 20, 000 so i reqest trai to give me back rs.1, 20, 000 (One lakh tventy thousand only) or life time validity continued saying sorry to me

                                    Dear sir
                                    I have submitted the letter signed by authorised signatory for coversion from corp to personal a/c of my no [protected] at vodafone office, mulug road, warangal to mr. Anil reddy mobile [protected].in octover 2018.

                                    Who issued me 4g new sim card and told that it will activate after 4 days. Also updated my email for sending the bills.

                                    Sir till the date they have not updated my email so i am not getting my monthly bill to pay the amount. I requested by mail to you and alow them to send nov & dec 2018 bills. Then with much pain i got the bills and they mailed that they have updated the mail and i will get monthly bill regularly, but till the date after my conteneous mails also they are not responding saying that i have to apply again with letter from authorised signatory.
                                    They are threatening that if i failed to pay, my cibil score will be affected,
                                    Sir, i am the only one who is paying the monthly bill without getting hardcopy of bill every month, whithout any internet on my phone, with 2g sim card, and paying every month rs.650/- to rs.680/-.
                                    Even i could not cancel the number by closing my account, you know people are enjoying jio net for 3 months at just rs.450/- but i am paying rs.1800/- for that without internet. My higher officials are serious on me for not having net connection they are not paying the bill amount without bill
                                    I request your kindness that please advise me how to close the a/c with paying total amount to vodafone.
                                    Through your mail i request vodafone that i will not pay the amount without sending the bill by post or mail. Or please convey me the closing amount, i will pay the entire amount and will take new number (Personal)

                                      I was used this no in vodafone prepaid only. I lost it and again i request to give same number in vodafone store room anna nagar chennai. They given a postpaid sim with same no. They told us, we can convert this to prepaid after 90days. Now 6months over, i have cleared all my due and they asking to pay additional amount 299 for new prepaid sim on same no. They are always asking additional amount. Even though from 22nd jan, there is no service on the postpaid bill. I don't know still how much i have to pay to convert this no to prepaid.
