My father, mr. Nabin kumar basu, has been using vodafone since long time. Without his permission, his tariff plan had automatically been upgraded to a higher one, but on request it had been shifted to the previous plan, but the billing amount of 234.64 has remained the same, though it was assured from your team to waive off the extra amount, in 4 days, 16 days has past, but it remained the same.

If by 28th february (Due date), the extra amount not waived off, me and my father will have no other option than to leave vodafone. I had already ported for this number, but your team requested not leave vodafone and the issue will be solved in 4 days, but 16 days past, the problem remains as it is.

Because it is totally your fault that without our permission, you had upgraded the tariff. Being an esteemed customer (As per you), i am expecting a positive reply. By march 1, we are going to shift to a new network provider, as it it is not at all acceptable for such as an unprofessional attitude from your side.

Horrible network near Symbiosis Law School Pune
what is the point if charging huge mobile bills if you cannot provide even basic data networks. I can hardly ever connect to the internet when in this area.
4g is somehow never available, its always at H or H+ when it is sometimes available.
I don't want Vodafone the bill you will taken rental and charge bill am using only calls and SMS after the bill came 756 Rs in one month

      Dear team,

      This is to inform you that from last 2 days m facing issue with my both vodafone sim (Corporate and personal) as m not able to use a single kb internet as it always shows no internet access & due the same m facing lots issue in my day to day life such as not able to send receive emails related to work and personal winch is is impacting on my performance.
      Request you to please get this resolved or else will be moving to some other service provider.

        Hello guys,
        I write this with deep regret about vodafone loosing out on some valuable customers due to there differential attitude towards customer problems. I am using a corporate number [protected] for last 3 years, and now my service is discontinued due to non payments.
        Ps: non payment is intentional, as i have repeatedly raised complaints with your so called departments but without any positives on solution.
        As a corporate customer, i am loosing business and potential client calls on this said number due to this irresponsible action taken at your end. I cannot even access my otp to make payments. Your executive says, "pehle payment karo, fir card activate hoga, fir complaint solve hoga." please note everything is on record. I have made complaint on 9th jan and still waiting for solution and now carrying a dead sim card. I need some prompt and positive reply on this mess or i assure you this will get more messier.

          I didn't receive any mail regarding the expiry of my plan (Rs 199) and vodafone didn't asked my consent to activate any higher value plan (Rs 299). The plan change was done from back-end as told by vodafone customer care person. I had raised a complaint on 24 january ref#3-[protected]. The complaint was dismissed without providing any solution.

          If the plan expired it cannot be again reactivated after 26 days. Extra charge is around 90 rupees which is not a joke!

          I mailed but didnot get any reply.

          When contacted they say they cannot refund because i already paid bill, this is a lame excuse and i think it is vodaphones responsibilty to credit the amount in my account. I am really disappointed with the service and want you to look into the matter seriously and refund the charges imposed asap.

          In my village a tower near my house but there no signal strength . It seems that he does not run the tower properly. plz check that .

            Hi,

            I need the bill to get reimbursement from my company. I have two issue regarding this as follows. My vodafone number [protected]

            1. Earlier i used to get bill via email. This month, i have not received. I have used vodafone app to resent the bill three to four times, still i didnt receive. I get sms stating that, the bill has been sent. I have checked spam folder. I have raised ticket, it shows it is resolved. But i still didn't receive bill. So i thought, might because i am using my official mail. So i changed the email to my personal email id. I got the sms that it is changed, but when i log in vodafone app. It still shows my old email id. It is not updated.

            2. I am not able to login to vodafone site for the past 3 - 4 months from my laptop. After entering mobile no. And providing the otp, it shows, we are fetching your personalized menu, please wait for few minutes. I have tried clearing cache, browsing history, i even tried to login via my cell phone browser. Still same issue.

            So much problem, just to get the bill. Your vodaphone site and app are useless.

            Hoping against hope, vodafone will solve the issue.

            If the problem is not resolved and i dont get my bill, i am porting to airtel.

              Service request no: [protected]. I logged a complaint regarding no network coverage in my locality through email with all the information added. Vodafone accepted that there is a netwok issue in the locality. But they are not ready to make some necessary action on this. They blame this on other netwok as "possible radio interference or faults in other telecommunication networks". I never expect a high speed internet service form vodafone, just an all time voice call service at least a proper 2g coverage.

              A telecom service provider proclaiming themselves as "data strong network" is not able to give a minimal network coverage.

              I leave near sipcot it park, siruseri, chennai.

                Hi, I had submitted Rs 3000 to vodafone as security against international roaming in october 2015. After coming back from the trip, I have reached out to customer care and vodafone stores to get my security deposit back. I has been more than 3 years and still no action has been taken on this. Customer care executives and vodafone store executives are just re-directing to each other and telling me a new story every time on how to get refund. Please help here, I have already waited a lot.

                      I have just ported to vodafone, i am trying to activate iphone forever plan (649 rs) on my number [protected], but it is not getting activated. I have also tried several times to call vodafone support for the same. The person on other side tells that the request has been taken and plan will get activated in 30 minutes. It never gets activated, i have tried it 5-7 times atleast. Please take necessary actions regarding the same as soon as possible as it is urgent.
                      I have tried from myvodafone app as well as website several times. The service request number of all the requests are attached with this complaint.

                            "hi! You have entered the wrong keyword. Please enter the desired keyword and sms to 199".

                            It has been told that i would receive a confirmation message and a call from vodafone within 2 days for confirmation.
                            Please help to check the issue and expedite the process.

                              I made a payment through an offer of paytm. I didn't get the offer. I called/ emailed and complained still no resolution.

                              I;m not sure if i have to send a notice to vodafone idea for the incompetency.

                              I called paytm, they said cntact vodafone. I call vodafone and they say contact paytm. Running around in circles, if the offer has been showing, you are responsible to ensure it's sorted from your end.

                                I lost my sim in greece and that was used by someone else even after blocking.

                                In order to resolve the matter, i met vodafone staff in lok adalat on 8th december 2018, and as per the order of lok adalat order, i paid rs 5000/ in court and an amount of rs 6356.77 was waived off by vodafone. There is an order of lok adalat.

                                Even after that my wife and i are getting life threating call and are being mentally disturbed. Further, i think vodafone employee is issuing a notice to meet in lok adalat again giving the different date of the meeting.

                                It looks like vodafone has engaged a gang for debt collection who works against a court order.

                                    I have been facing issues with vodafone network since past 4 months (Or maybe more) and planned to port out my mobile number from vodafone to airtel. I successfully completed the documentation related work with airtel and was waiting for the process of porting to complete. Meanwhile, on the very first day, i received a fake call from vodafone but the caller actually pretended to be a representative of airtel, he told me that they (Airtel)...

                                    I had been using vodafone number [protected] few months back.

                                    Then due to network issue at my location i opted for portability to jio.

                                    Vodafone cleared informed to clear outstanding balance and then only i can change to other opertor.

                                    So i cleared the outstanding and switched to vodafone. (Paid bill attached).

                                    Now after 6 months vodafone is sending mail and calling through third party asking extra bill payment.
                                    I have mailed them so many times about this concern and also shared paid bill. But still they are threatening to pay the bill
                                    Vodafone India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                      I have changed circle from mumbai to telanagana. The unbilled amount of rs, 229 i have paid (Transaction id is psbi[protected] dated 19.01.2019). But the vodafone customer care has been continuously calling and disturbing me mentally that they have not received the amount irrespective of my mails referring the transaction details. And they are also threatening me that my number will get suspended due to non-payment. It is vodafone india but one circle cannot identify the payment done at other circle that too online. How is is this. Daily two to three calls and mentally torturing me. Kindly do the needful.
                                      Vodafone India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
