From 2014 till dec 2018 number has been blocked without any prior notice or any information.. I vistited vodafone they said its has been blocked by trai. They i used for telecalling purpose..

I will not use for telecalling purupose hereafter if im done like that..

Kindly un block my number.. It very difficult for me to survive in the market...

I am vodafone customer ...acutally i have issue with data usage...its making me nuts...i didnt even use that much data...but its showing u have used 100% of your data...with in one hour data showing 50%...then its showing 100% data usage ...kindly solve this issue...

Hello team,

I have sent an sms p2p my 10 digit mobile number to 199 for converting my postpaid connection to a prepaid one and received this message.

"hi! You have entered the wrong keyword. Please enter the desired keyword and sms to 199".

It has been told that i would receive a confirmation message and a call from vodafone within 2 days for confirmation.
Please help to check the issue...

I made a payment through an offer of paytm. I didn't get the offer. I called/ emailed and complained still no resolution.

I;m not sure if i have to send a notice to vodafone idea for the incompetency.

I called paytm, they said cntact vodafone. I call vodafone and they say contact paytm. Running around in circles, if the offer has been showing, you are responsible to ensure it's sorted from your end.

I lost my sim in greece and that was used by someone else even after blocking.

In order to resolve the matter, i met vodafone staff in lok adalat on 8th december 2018, and as per the order of lok adalat order, i paid rs 5000/ in court and an amount of rs 6356.77 was waived off by vodafone. There is an order of lok adalat.

Even after that my wife and i are getting life threating call and are being mentally disturbed....

I have been facing issues with vodafone network since past 8 months (Or maybe more) and planned to port out my mobile number from vodafone to airtel in few months. I[censored] can resolve this issue... I already register the complaint about same issue... Responding people called me but issue still not resolve... Im not much more interest to explain this issue. Vodafone cleared informed to clear outstanding balance and then only i can change to other opertor.

So i cleared the outstanding and switched to vodafone. (Paid bill attached).

Now after 6 months vodafone is sending mail and calling through third party...

I have changed circle from mumbai to telanagana. The unbilled amount of rs, 229 i have paid (Transaction id is psbi[protected] dated 19.01.2019). But the vodafone customer care has been continuously calling and disturbing me mentally that they have not received the amount irrespective of my mails referring the transaction details. And they are also threatening me that my number will get suspended due to non-payment. It is vodafone india but...

Dear sir on 22. Jan 2019 i rechrg from my vodafone app rs 398. Rechrge failed money deducted from bank. Vodafone still not refund my money. All documents bank statement. I converted my number from post paid to prepaid.
In the process i have cleared all the dues as per their policy customer need to clear all the dues to convert to prepaid in fact they charged extra i paid complete amount along with prepaid one month recharge amount...

During a visit to the us, i got a message from vodafone saying that a rental amount of rs. 99 got deducted, without my permission. Now i have negative balance.

Thankfully, i use a data + free calls prepaid package so having a balance isn't a necessity but i still need my balance to be in the positives in case i have an emergency when the pack expires....

-this vodafone's official site shows that the customer can recharge online, but factually does not allow to recharge online any more. The operator trick the customer into the local store (Dealer / middle agencies) where bill is not provided for the purchase of the prepaid plan. I have activated red international plan (Rs. 999 / monthly) thru 'my vodafone app' (Service provider's application) on 18th feb-2019. Details of plan activation was received thru sms and also confirmed with customer care executive of service provider.

Dear sir, i have a corporate connection in the name of m/s pentagon info systems, kottayam, kerala. One of the connection is now used in timing at bangalore. This mobile number does not service in coming and out going sms services for over a period of one month. As this connection is now using by my daughter for her temporary stay in bangalore in connection with employment search.
And sms service is mandatory in connection with employment...
