Dear sir, i had done mnp from jio to vodafone maharashtra and my mobile number is[protected] and my alternate number is[protected].
Before 15 days my vodafone number is active and till the date, i am not able to use internet. Even 2g is also not working. I had wrote two time mail, but they
Don;t response. Even network is very very fluctuate.in a day there is no tower in mobile, and this happen till 15 to 20 minutes. Even i had purchase new handset but still facing this problem.
Kindly help me to resolve my problem, or else allow me to do mnp before 90 days.

    I don't want continue on post paid, i need convert pre paid again.

    Now prepaid also having the same offers, but on post paid we have to pay 300/- rs. Additional.

    Previously my connection is prepaid so i need convert it from post paid to pre paid.

    I don't want to go for new number i need this number with pre paid.

    I am already complaint to customer care they didn't respond.

    I need a reply asap.

      As vodafone has degraded its service in providing optimal data speeds as advertised or committed to customers under 4g speed norms. I opted to port out. But from last 20 days i am unable to send sms to 1900 to port out. When googled i found others too are facing same problem. So it is requested to kindly convey to vodafone to let me as a customer be allowed to port out.

        Pathetic Vodafone 4g service and customer care in Mumbai. Have plan of Rs/- 599 p/m and get the connection speed 200 kb/s.
        Have been complaining from last 8 months, a complaint is logged, after 15 days I get response, takes another week to resolve issue. Again after 10-15 days data speed is back to 200-300 kb/s.
        Just fed up with vodafone’s false claims for lighting speed of 4g network. It’s high time for porting. No value of keeping same connection from last 16 years. At the time of taking money they provide best service.

          Hi iam using Vodafone 4g my number is [protected] and they are charging me for 4g and internet speed was very bad iam not able use 200 mb data also per day as they are giving 1.5 HB free as per my pack, the network is very bad and iam given complaints so many times to Vodafone but no response from the company they are cheating us, kindly look into this and resolve the problem, save us from these cheating companies like Vodafone

              Same thing happen three times with me and total loss of rs: 130.

                Rs 500 added on my unbilled amount on my mobile no. [protected]. When i made call to costumer care executive, he told that he cannot help me in this regard and i have to wait for bill to be generated and he is not able to give me any help in this regard. This is not the first time when i faced this type of rude behaviour from vodafone representative but earlier also i have raised complaint regarding this but didnt get any solution from vodafone side. So now finally i am deciding to port out from vodafone due to such type o[censored]ndesired behaviour.

                    Each time i call my friends or any know person it's usable to connect and many time cross connect to a other person.
                    The most irritating part is when friend report to have an unnecessary call from me even in case i haven't call them.
                    Major problem is the audio problem sometime my audio can't reach them and their to me, calls from unknown numbers are going common.
                    I request you sir, to respected authority to look over this big problem otherwise your suscribers would start resisting you.
                    It is going to air that vodafone is not a good cellular network they would move on, like i am.

                      In 20 countries including the us, uae, singapore, thailand, malaysia, uk, new zealand & more destinations enjoy free data up to 15gb (Rs.1/mb after 15gb) free sms & free incoming calls. Plus 120mins free outgoing calls (Local & to india), after 120 mins re.1/min.in 42 other countries, enjoy 5gb data (Re.1/mb after 5gb) & 100 free sms (Re.1/sms after 100sms). Also enjoy free incoming calls with 500mins free outgoing calls (Local & to india), after 500 mins re.1/min. Standard roaming rates apply for outgoing calls to other countries.

                      I recharged with this pack of inr 6995 for my travel to us. For safer side i had maintained a balance of inr 1350 in addition to this pack. Now after 120 free outgoing minutes. They exhausted my balance worth 1350 for a 7-10 mins call. I am chasing them since last 3 days indicating my inability to connect with my near ones in india and they simply keep ignoring.

                      Further to this issue here is the update for everyone. Vodafone representative called me from the number: [protected] and said will respond to me in sometime after investigating the issue. They raised an issue with # [protected] dated 28-FEB-2019 and now have forcefully closed it marking as resolved. This is the customer service you expect from Vodafone.

                      I spend INR 6995 + INR 1250 in the name of international FREE roaming that too it is not working now.

                      Let me know who would resolve this issue and when can I expect a refund ?

                          My father, mr. Nabin kumar basu, has been using vodafone since long time. Without his permission, his tariff plan had automatically been upgraded to a higher one, but on request it had been shifted to the previous plan, but the billing amount of 234.64 has remained the same, though it was assured from your team to waive off the extra amount, in 4 days, 16 days has past, but it remained the same.

                          If by 28th february (Due date), the extra amount not waived off, me and my father will have no other option than to leave vodafone. I had already ported for this number, but your team requested not leave vodafone and the issue will be solved in 4 days, but 16 days past, the problem remains as it is.

                          Because it is totally your fault that without our permission, you had upgraded the tariff. Being an esteemed customer (As per you), i am expecting a positive reply. By march 1, we are going to shift to a new network provider, as it it is not at all acceptable for such as an unprofessional attitude from your side.

                          what is the point if charging huge mobile bills if you cannot provide even basic data networks. I can hardly ever connect to the internet when in this area.
                          4g is somehow never available, its always at H or H+ when it is sometimes available.
                          I don't want Vodafone the bill you will taken rental and charge bill am using only calls and SMS after the bill came 756 Rs in one month

                                I write this with deep regret about vodafone loosing out on some valuable customers due to there differential attitude towards customer problems. I am using a corporate number [protected] for last 3 years, and now my service is discontinued due to non payments.
                                Ps: non payment is intentional, as i have repeatedly raised complaints with your so called departments but without any positives on solution.
                                As a corporate customer, i am loosing business and potential client calls on this said number due to this irresponsible action taken at your end. I cannot even access my otp to make payments. Your executive says, "pehle payment karo, fir card activate hoga, fir complaint solve hoga." please note everything is on record. I have made complaint on 9th jan and still waiting for solution and now carrying a dead sim card. I need some prompt and positive reply on this mess or i assure you this will get more messier.

                                  I didn't receive any mail regarding the expiry of my plan (Rs 199) and vodafone didn't asked my consent to activate any higher value plan (Rs 299). The plan change was done from back-end as told by vodafone customer care person. I had raised a complaint on 24 january ref#3-[protected]. The complaint was dismissed without providing any solution.

                                  If the plan expired it cannot be again reactivated after 26 days. Extra charge is around 90 rupees which is not a joke!

                                  I mailed but didnot get any reply.

                                  When contacted they say they cannot refund because i already paid bill, this is a lame excuse and i think it is vodaphones responsibilty to credit the amount in my account. I am really disappointed with the service and want you to look into the matter seriously and refund the charges imposed asap.

                                    Hi,

                                    I need the bill to get reimbursement from my company. I have two issue regarding this as follows. My vodafone number [protected]

                                    1. Earlier i used to get bill via email. This month, i have not received. I have used vodafone app to resent the bill three to four times, still i didnt receive. I get sms stating that, the bill has been sent. I have checked spam folder. I have raised ticket, it shows it is resolved. But i still didn't receive bill. So i thought, might because i am using my official mail. So i changed the email to my personal email id. I got the sms that it is changed, but when i log in vodafone app. It still shows my old email id. It is not updated.

                                    2. I am not able to login to vodafone site for the past 3 - 4 months from my laptop. After entering mobile no. And providing the otp, it shows, we are fetching your personalized menu, please wait for few minutes. I have tried clearing cache, browsing history, i even tried to login via my cell phone browser. Still same issue.

                                    So much problem, just to get the bill. Your vodaphone site and app are useless.

                                    Hoping against hope, vodafone will solve the issue.

                                    If the problem is not resolved and i dont get my bill, i am porting to airtel.

                                      Service request no: [protected]. I logged a complaint regarding no network coverage in my locality through email with all the information added. Vodafone accepted that there is a netwok issue in the locality. But they are not ready to make some necessary action on this. They blame this on other netwok as "possible radio interference or faults in other telecommunication networks". I never expect a high speed internet service form vodafone, just an all time voice call service at least a proper 2g coverage.

                                      A telecom service provider proclaiming themselves as "data strong network" is not able to give a minimal network coverage.

                                      I leave near sipcot it park, siruseri, chennai.

                                        Hi, I had submitted Rs 3000 to vodafone as security against international roaming in october 2015. After coming back from the trip, I have reached out to customer care and vodafone stores to get my security deposit back. I has been more than 3 years and still no action has been taken on this. Customer care executives and vodafone store executives are just re-directing to each other and telling me a new story every time on how to get refund. Please help here, I have already waited a lot.
