My father, mr. Nabin kumar basu, has been using vodafone since long time. Without his permission, his tariff plan had automatically been upgraded to a higher one, but on request it had been shifted to the previous plan, but the billing amount of 234.64 has remained the same, though it was assured from your team to waive off the extra amount, in 4 days, 16 days has past, but it remained the same.
If by 28th february (Due date), the extra amount not waived off, me and my father will have no other option than to leave vodafone. I had already ported for this number, but your team requested not leave vodafone and the issue will be solved in 4 days, but 16 days past, the problem remains as it is.
Because it is totally your fault that without our permission, you had upgraded the tariff. Being an esteemed customer (As per you), i am expecting a positive reply. By march 1, we are going to shift to a new network provider, as it it is not at all acceptable for such as an unprofessional attitude from your side.
