Sir,
On 15/03/2019, i upgraded 2 (Two) of my vodafone sims with nos. [protected] and [protected] from 3g to 4g and recharged the former no. With rs. 399/- data pack on the next day. For upgrading the sims, i was charged with rs. 30/- a piece by mr. Biman of evolution, sukanta more, manaskamana road, malda. Later, i came to know from vodafone customer care that upgradation is done by vodafone free of cost.
Now, i would like to know why a staff having new sims of vodafone & idea with him is charging money for upgradation when its completely free. As this is violation of the norms of your company what sort of action is expected to be taken against him.
