Hi I'm a Vodafone prepaid user and my balance is below 0 Rupees.
I don't know how it happened but now it is like -17 rupees. I've recently tried to put a callertune but I am not able to, because of this negative balance. I've tried many times to solve this issue but it doesn't help.

    Hello sir
    I live in barc colony boisar, pin:401501.
    The 4g network coverage of vodafone is very poor and intermittent here. Also the speed offered by vodafone 4g ranges in upto 200-300kbps when it should be much higher as offered in a 4g network. Kindly take some action about it as there are lots of vodafone users here who are experiencing inconvenience. Hope to see this problem resolved as soon as possible.

    I recharged for 169 RS and access fee is more than 100 rs and available balance is 27 Rs..this is outrageous and the company is looking people

      I am living ouside india from some time but i still have a postpaid number from india. I have this number since 15 years and that's why i still want to keep it. I am not actively using this.

      In last month's bill vodafone added i-roamfree [protected]@500 500 and in this month i-roamfree [protected]@500 5000

      I have no idea what is that and how it got added without my concern.

        I bought samsung note 8 in sep 2017. At the same time, as i was customer of vodafone postpaid, i subscribed for mobile insurance and every month i used to pay for it. Few days back my phone screen got broke and i was relaxed as my phone was insured. I claimed the insurance. After somedays they repudiated my claim and when i asked for the reason of rejection, they stated that it is due to insufficient documents provided. I corrected the documents and requested them to reprocess the documents. After this they gave me the reason that loss reported is due to 'carelessness or negligence'.

        All accidents occur due to negligence only. No person on this earth willingly wants accident to occur.
        The way you decided the repudiation, seems you don't want to process any claims regarding broken devices.

        I believe if someone buys the insurance feels relax at the time of mishappening, rather your repudiation of the claim gave me tensions. And most important thing is, one should never buy an insurance as they are only wasting their hard earned money to fill your pockets as you are about to repudiate the claims stating its carelessness.

          My 4G mobile number[protected]. I had recharged the Rs. 399 worth 84 hours o[censored]nlimited internet pack, but if I did not recharge 84 days I would have been better if I used to number portability in Reliance Jio. I thought Vodafone was a good service but it was full, I would have to leave the Internet of Rs 399 / - but call it many times. I do not have the network but now my second number is [protected] but I will make the portability and we are grateful that we have given this service to the customers soon. Thank you

            Hi,

            I have been using vodafone service for more than a year. When the aircel crises happen, i was out of the station. So, i asked my uncle to get the vodafone sim using my port out a number.

            Now, i confirmed with vodafone customer care about to change the ownership. I approached to erode (Tamilnadu) megastore. They forced me to change postpaid connection then only possible.

            I showed the procedure which told vodafone customer, then they said ok give me the proof and all details.

            Both uncle and i appeared in front of them and gave all the proof with an original. Now they are saying, this will take more than 3 days and come back again to get activate and to get a new sim. (To convert postpaid, immediately will activate).

            What a shame on you? Do you think a customer should come frequently to get activation and sim ownership change they why customer care people told me like we can get a new sim immediately?

            I asked written letter about this but they refused.

            People should aware of these mobile networks, they are still trying to fool the people.

              Hi,

              I have bought lenovo k8 note bought on 2017, and as a vodafone red postpaid plan subscriber i enrolled myself in vodafone red shield plan (Mobile insurance). Last december 2018 phone got repaired. While i check lenovo authorised service centre in chennai they said software issue so software board need to replaced and charges will be around 6000. Same i got estimation. Then i raised in vodafone red shield plan (Mobile insurance). They accepted my request. After a two months follow they collected by their 3rd party "shotformats" my phone on feb 2019. Then no update from them.

              While they collect my phone they said that it will get repair by their own cost, else if the phone dead 90% of mrp amount will be reimbursed as per their policy.

              Its been 45 days no update from their end and while i call they said they cant return phone as well they cant reimburse 90% of money.

                On i was trying to call urbanclap customer care and i was not not able to place call and a message citing low balance was played. I thought my plan expired and recharged with 169. When i recharged and got a message that it had overwritten my previous plan, and my previous message (Which had gone down in messages history) showed that my previous recharge (On 15-jan-19) is valid upto 8-4-19. Again when tried to call, still got the same message to recharge and i had topup with 10 rs as i dint want to take waste my money with any wrong recharges. Later i came to know that customer care numbers starting with 1860 are not free and are chargeable which many customers do not know like me because in the recharge details this piece of information was not mentioned. (Even for 10rs top up i got message that minimum should be rs35 and rs10 recharge is invalid. Then why do they show a recharge ofrs10 in topup/talktime when its not valid?)

                Had the companies been specific in their voice message about this fact or atleast mentioned in their recharge details like unlimited calls does not include numbers starting with specific codes.

                Even otherwise when my recharge is still valid, playing a message that it expired and asking to recharge is surely misleading a lot of people like me and i had myself done repeated recharges and wasted money. The voice message should clearly indicate that i need to topup to call that number and not ask me to recharge with unlimited calls pack.

                This is clearly cheating customers with false or hidden information regarding recharges by vodafone and other mobile companies. Hence i request an action on vodafone and also return my recharge amount.

                  I hold a vodafone number [protected] with customer # 66658340. I have been making very regular payments towards the post paid bills.

                  I traveled abroad on the 1st of february 2019 taking a basic roaming pack. At on arrival at qatar airport i sent a whats app message to my father. For this thy have charged me 2461.68.

                  On arrival in usa on 2-2-2019, i made a bank account to account transfer and for this i am charged 2501.80.

                  I sent 3 sms and i was charged rs. 15

                  No other usage was made and i switched off the mobile all through my trip.

                  But they have charged me another 2508.04 on 2-2-2019.

                  I want the correct usage to be determined for which i am willing to pay. Vodafone is not providing the actual usage data.

                    Why without any intimation 24rs. Deduct from my account??? As per trai, if there have not any active service pack then service provider...
                    1. Inform first to customer,
                    2. After few days they will stop outgoing call,
                    3. After that they will stop incoming calls and
                    4. After 90 days they will stop the service...

                    But why on next without any intimation 24rs. Deduct from my account???
                    I want refund my balance.

                      I am receiving message from 53010 from 22/02/2019 to 18/03/2019 regarding deduction of charges rs.10.00 continuously total rs.60.00 has been deduted till now. I called many time with customer care and they are reverting that game is activated in my phone, but it is a feature phone and there is no game to play for which continuous charges should be deducted. Kindly reimburse rs.60/- deducted by message from 53010.

                        Vodafone deducte my 75₹ balance from my mobile balance without knowing me, even i did not get any msg from them.. I face this problem again.. This it happen before also.. And i complaint on that also on consumer form, they said that this is not happen again. They deduct balance from my account in the name any so called name nazare data which i dont agree on that even i dont use there data also.. They deduct money in fake name. I face this problem again and again... I use vodafone sim almost 6 year. I am valuable customer for them. They don't care for that.. I call there customer care also they said we can't refund, we refund only in b/w 24 hour.. When i said gave me proof will i agree on that.. I didn't get any msg from them then how i know, my balance is deduct.. They tell me, you get your refunded amount still i didn't get. I take call recording also..

                          Sir,
                          On 15/03/2019, i upgraded 2 (Two) of my vodafone sims with nos. [protected] and [protected] from 3g to 4g and recharged the former no. With rs. 399/- data pack on the next day. For upgrading the sims, i was charged with rs. 30/- a piece by mr. Biman of evolution, sukanta more, manaskamana road, malda. Later, i came to know from vodafone customer care that upgradation is done by vodafone free of cost.
                          Now, i would like to know why a staff having new sims of vodafone & idea with him is charging money for upgradation when its completely free. As this is violation of the norms of your company what sort of action is expected to be taken against him.

                              Vodafone has disconnected service to my phone due to high sms to the tune of 6600 without giving details and expecting the client to pay through his nose just to fill up their coffers at the cost of common man. I barely send any sms. Their people on 15th march admitted to some technical issues and activated my phone. Today, 17th march they have raised my sms charges from 5600 on 15th march to 6600 today. No one in this world can send 1000 sms in 2 days time. This is their way of scamming the customer as phone is an essential item. They are taking advantage to hoard money to use for their selfish purposes. I urge my original amount of 400 to be issued as i cannot pay 7000 bill. My phone should be activated and 15000 to be paid by vodafone to me for mental harassment and torture.

                                This is your speed test results in ncr vaishali sector 3?

                                I all ready complaint to you earlier about network issues but not resolved yet now.

                                Please explain it is resolved by you yes or no,

                                Only advertising about network but and not provide better network service to customers and making fool every time.

                                I paid for 4g but not get evenly 2g network.

                                  [protected] you have raised a bill of 7000 against my usual 400 per month. You have charged 6600 for sms i have not sent. Your greed and harassment is clear. Reverse the charges as i have not used the service and activate the outgoing calls without further ado. I rarely use the sms service despite which vodafone is charged me 6600 plus taxes. This is vandalism by vodafone to charge customer. Without any intimation they charge with the mindset to harass customers by fleecing them.

                                    Vodafone store said they will be suspending a no on oct since i got a new no they suspended it on feb after i asked them several times to suspend it on jan. They charged 2050. I didnt had the sim with me so why should i pay the charge? My other numbers outgoing got blocked for a month they still charged 1325. I said them to suspend a no they didnot suspend it. The 2050 amount got settled at 1200 still they said i need to pay 850 more and the outgoing were still blocked. W hen i mail them they take eternity to reply and always sayd they need 3 days time ultimately i got no help from them. It is the worst customer service i have seen. No one should use vodafone.

                                    Vodafone store said they will be suspending a no on oct since i got a new no they suspended it on feb after i asked them several times to suspend it on jan.They charged 2050.I didnt had the sim with me so why should i pay the charge?My other numbers outgoing got blocked due to the 2050 charge for a month they still charged 1325 on the other two no's.I said them to suspend a no they didn't suspend it.The 2050 amount got settled at 1200 still they said i need to pay 850 more and the outgoing were still blocked.When i mailed them they take eternity to reply and always sayd they need 3 days time ultimately i got no help from them.It is the worst customer service i have seen.No one should use vodafone.

                                      Dear team,
                                      In the month of feb 2018 i got a call from vodafone for additional connection and opted for it and their representative has collected documents and handover the sim card. From that date till now that sim is never got activated and vodafone billing team cunningly put the charges of secondary connection charges into my primary number bills and neither took my permission nor informed me for the same.
                                      When recently on 27 feb 2019 i visited vodafone store and told them about the sim and they check in their system and informed that this sim is suspended way back and i am being charged for it in my primary number billing and suggested to talk to vodafone customer support and they will get it reimbursed also he issued a new sim with 100/- as additional charges and said it will get activated in next 24hrs. However that sim is also not activated till date.
                                      After checking my all bills from last 1 year i was shocked to see every month they have charged me 149/- per month from last 13 months that too for a inactive number. While having conversations with vodafone customer support they don't have any answers how this is got activated? Who has requested for adding billing amount to primary number? As per trai guidelines when the sim is not active for more than 60 days how the bill was generated? Why there is no incoming or outgoing with that number in a whole year if that sim was active not even from call center nor any call for activation is made.?
                                      This is clear cut case of fradulantly luring the customers by a cunning means of including second connection charges in primary number billing without any permission or consent from customer. I request you plz help in getting my reimbursements for 149×14=2086/- plus interest for the whole year. I am attaching latest bill snapshot with this mail and also copy of recent mails to vodafone.
                                      Requested to help.

                                        Well i don't wanna sound abusive so i'll just say it on the point. Your network is so bad, not just it one area but wherever i go i end up regretting why i am using this vodafone sim.

                                        I complained several times on their customer care service, everytime they used to call me and say "it will be fine within 15 days/20days", "we are working on your area pleased give us some time."

                                        One day the network issue got so much on my nerves that angrily i threw my phone hard against a wall.

                                        That tiny useless vodafone's sim made me break my 64, 000 phone.

                                        I had a airtel sim, i switched over to vodafone through mnp.
                                        I guess that was the biggest mistake i made.
