I have tried to reach correct people to talk but not getting any response but a general answer. I had asked for an international roaming pack activation on 29dec18 before my thailand trip to which the vodafone customer care executive only activatd a basic international roaming pack of 150 rs. Due to this i have incurred a bill of rs 4963/- out of which approx 3600/- are data charges. Why am i being paid for a mistake from your end? Why the request was not taken which was asked for?? Can somebody pls wake up on this and arrive at an amicable solution as am fed up chasing people without any luck. Please do not give standard replies which i am getting. I am being penalised for no fault of mine and an absolute lack of services your end which you are failing to accept!! Awaiting some positive anser from your side. I will use every available mediuim to get in touch with you and try my best!

    This is in reference to my mobile number [protected], this is a vodafone number which i have been using for more than a decade. On 29th november 2018, i made a payment of rs. 550/- through paytm from my mobile number [protected]. As per paytm the payment has been successfully transacted to vodafone account and they have shared the transaction id and reference number.
    Vodafone has been consistently denying the acceptance of the payment and when i shared the payment details with them, they are compelling me to show my bank account statement, i believe under the indian constitution act, no company can compel me to share my personal bank account details.

    Moreover to worsen the case, when the payment issue is under dispute, vodafone has barred the outgoing calls of my number.

    I am not writing this complaint for a small amount of rs. 550/-, rather i am writing this because i am sure like me this company must be fooling hundred other indian customers by fraudulent ways.

    I request you to please take a strict action against the company, being an international company they should be more sensitive with the indian customers, but, they have been doubting on my integrity.

      Im using a no for more than 5-6 yrs and they have charging me 49 -49 for something which i was not aware... This no i used by mom and she used to be at home her avg billing was 450 per month but from last few months it jump to 800-900+ but i trusted vodafone so i paid last oct-nov and i found that they are charging me extra for no reason... When i spoke to their executive they said they don't have any records were we have given approval to start same and when i got a call from their account division the guy was so rude and was talking like he is doing vasoli and was saying you have to pay the dues it's your mistake... I have audio of call center how do i send you that

      Sure but I'll wanna to update you this is for My other Vodafone no [protected] which is now suspended and in spite in no suspended from last 1 month I got a call and from Call centre and they add monthly Rental too ... I request you to make a note to call me before 11 am in morning weekdays and Sunday after 11 am in my no [protected]

      I have a big complaint now regarding this as now Vodafone has stop my out going for [protected] for which I'm paying my bills ... They are saying you have same name so we have stop out going and by evening they will suspend my this no also, how can they do this ???? Vodafone executive has said So you pay outstanding for [protected] or you have to face problem for [protected] also

      Im very worried about VODAFONE future as they can't service their old customers, how could they survive, Now like I said earlier on 20th Feb 2018 they have stopped my other no [protected] completely ...and they haven't yet called me regarding my issues...now if they will say to pay bill for either no, am suppose to pay without using their services, They stop my services from 20.02.2018 ???

      Their is no response from Vodafone and now they have discontinued my services on my other no from last Sunday were I got a call from their recovery department for settlement and now Im trying reach them to on same no but not able to reach them what the unprofessional is Vodafone now ... Can anyone act on this ASAP
      I have nade recharged of 154 rs/- through paytm and through retailers as well, both the times balance hot deducted and i have got successful recharge messages as well but CCE is saying that no recharge has been done.Kindly resolve this issue.

        I switched to postpaid from prepaid, and as the old sim got deactivated, inserted new one. I tried to recharge through vi app twice, 1st i did 129rs and it said Sorry This recharge is not available, but amount got deducted, then i did 199rs, and same reply message, but amount deducted.
        I recharge my number but it says recharge not available why

          Hello vodafone company is deduct 10 rupees balance from my vodafone no. On 17, 19, 22 & 27 january'2019, 4times with giving reason that a game charge will be deducted which was not done by me.
          Out of this 19 & 22 january balance is refunded but another 2 days balance they told me to be refunded soon but today they refuse to do the same giving reason that in one month 2times refunds is acceptable. My question is that if not possible the refunds more than 2times a month then why they deducted 4times of my unawareness.

            I live in dvc ktps colony, bhanjhedih, jhumri telaiya, koderma jharkhand. And i am using a vodafone number for calling and other services. But since more than 3 months the network condition is very poor in our location.

            And the condition is getting worse day by day. Now a days, there is no vodafone network full full day. Despite of such poor service, vodafone service provider terminates the outgoing services after every 28 days if we do not recharge it by base pack.

            We are paying and then also not getting satisfying service in our location.

            We request the vodafone to provide better service for which we r paying

              My plan for postpaid no. [protected] got changed without informing me. It was "Corp 100 plan_2" till December 2018. Suddenly in January it got Changed to "RED Basic" without informing me.
              Been a Vodafone postpaid customer for more than 4 yrs now but never have faced such a pathetic service till date.
              The plan has been changed without any official mail been sent to the cooperates as no one was aware of such changes been made.
              I will not pay the bill until my issue get resolved.

                I am a business man, my customers say your voice is crack now . so it's my responsibility when I was talking with my customers my voice is don't crack .

                  Based on my usage I thought to change my corporate plan and switch my postpaid connection to prepaid connection so I visited Vodafone gallery Jan 31 Dec. (located at Panvel and Belapur, Maharashtra). But they suggested to pay 250 INR as first recharge.

                  I had requested them to make a recharge 495 INR (3 months plan). But they forced me for first recharge 250 INR as it is compulsory. So I decide to port my Vodafone number to Airtel, as Airtel offered me better rental plan of 199 INR.

                  In process of porting, Vodafone call center customer care executive Mr. Juned contacted me and request to cancel Porting. And also confirm that 250 INR plan is not mandatory as first recharge. I can recharge 495 INR (3 months plan).

                  Upon my discussion with Mr. Juned, I requested him to log my grievances for false information provided by Vodafone gallery. But he said there no option to log such type of complaints but he mentioned same thing in notes and suggested me to drop a mail to corporate assist.

                  So I wrote a mail to Vodafone but still there are no response from Vodafone side.

                    Hi.. Just got a vodafone sim 2 days ago. It took them almost half a day to activate. And once recharged the network keeps dropping.in fact their app is also not able to register me as the network keeps dropping. Will have to port the number to a proper network company.
                    Have called the customer care twice but they just ask to go to setting and reset the settings etc..

                        In poonnamallee area, there is no network for vodafone. i asked customer care to cancel my connection. they are not doing. there is no nearby vodagfone ministore also. as an employee, i can't travel for more distance to cancel my connection and they are chrging me 800 per month approximately. please help me. i am a common man. i can't do anything to stop the connection . for past 2 months, i am paying the bill without even using it

                          The attendant of an official Vodafone store in Jaipur tried to charge me 500 more for the service of activate my SIM card. After I refused and made sure we added me on the 228 plan (1 month) he was completely rude.
                          The service turned down after a few days. And no one help me. I have no voice and data service on past 11 days - it spoiled completely my travel planning (everyday I have to look for Wifi to book some service I need).

                            I recharged Rs. 154 for my Vodafone prepaid mobile ([protected] ) via https://shop.vodafone.in/shop/rechargeOnline.jsp and pay the amount using onlinesbi . But the recharge was not done and I even did not receive any mail or SMS for this recharge while Rs. 154 was deducted from SBI account. Transaction details as follows...

                              Vodafone store near l. P. Savani road, surat, gujarat (395009) is not serving well to the customer. I've visited store to deactivate services and to change my postpaid plan on 25th dec 2018 and my token no. Is 313. But they just changed plan and not put any effort about some random services about which i'm not aware of! I've also asked for the other rental services which are activated and charging extra ₹90 each month and asked to deactivate the same but they didn't gave any attention to it! Though i have to pay extra rentals for this unknown services since two months as it's not deactivated! I've visited again the same store today on 6 feb 2019 and my token no. Is 258 and now they want me to pay for same unknown services for upcoming months also as it's not been deactivated by them.
                              I've been really pissed off because of their irresponsible behaviour as i've to take back to back leaves on my work just to know the details but it doesn't seem to paying me off. Rather than paying ₹389 which is actual charge of my rental with gst, but i'm paying ₹450 and have to pay the same till they don't deactivate that unknown service. Being affected because of poor service of vodafone store in adajan, surat, gujarat as i'm still paying extra money for some random services which actually not serving me! Vodafone store should not write 'happy to help' as it doesn't seem to be helping anymore with happiness!

                                  From long time i am facing network issue in my location (Sector -20 block noida up 201301), even i raise complaint on customer care of vodafone.
                                  They just assured now you facing any issue in terms of network.
                                  But still i am facing calling issue and internet issue also on my location.

                                  Even they given advertisment on televison reagrding vodafone network "every hour one tower"
                                  But noting like that, they just making fool for customers.

Recharge for every month this is my last complaint to you if i will not get validity from you i'm gonna port out with 139 others i will distribute jios sim free in my village u r harrasing mentally to u r customers

                                    We will have one of our executives to get in touch with you. All prepaid customers will now have outgoing & data service validity instead of lifetime validity. Once the outgoing & data service validity expires, you will have to recharge your account with a pack that gives you validity of 28 days or more to enjoy uninterrupted services

                                      My name is aravind and my mobile number is [protected]. I did not activate extend outgoing validity by 28 days on 04.02.2019. But network has debit rs 24 from my balance. I gave complaints vodafone complaints customer care number 198 but answer was your balance is rs 46 so extend outgoing validity by 28 days activating. Plz return my balance to my account.

                                        international roaming charges issue | legal team says what they say in the media need not be true

                                        I travelled to dubai end of december and activated the international roaming plan for 7 days. I did the same early december for singapore (So i am not a first time traveller and i know how this works!)

                                        I had once visited a vodafone store before and was told that the pack can be activated from the destination as well. I was going for 8 days this time and i had to activate a 7 day pack so i chose to activate it after i reach...
