I upgraded my sim to 4g on 24th jan 2019, as per regulations the sms services are barred for 24 hrs, but it’s already 3 days and it’s not yet activated.

After repeated followups there is no response from customer care team to resume outgoing service on my mobile, its very pathetic that waiting time just to connect to customer care is just 30 minutes on call. I had activated international roaming for traveling to the us but the data services didn't work. Calls could be made but the network would get disconnected frequently. It cost me rs 4600 but it was so frustrating to move about the us with out data support. Have a look into the matter and please resolve it as soon as possible. This is not the kind of experience we want to have....

4g sim not activated after 48 hours!
