misleading recharge plans

Dear sir,
I have recharged my phone number [protected] on two occasions by mistake.
First recharge on 11th dec 2018 for 90 days & second Recharge on 20th Jan2019 valid for 48 days .
Second recharge was done as I was getting prerecorded message stating that your account balance is insufficient to make a call .
Hence second recharge is overwritten my previous valid plan of 90 days .

Yesterday, i upgraded my vodafone sim from 3g to 4g. I got the messages to insert new sim to my phone so as per the notification i did the same.
Upon having a conversation with vodafone employee, i got to know that my sms services will be stopped and will get started again after 24 hours of inserting my new sim.
As per the current regulations otp will be sent for verification and authentication.

It seems that i am unable to send texts to 1900 with my vodafone number. It works fine when i am texting other numbers. I suspect that this service has been blocked on my number. Vodafone doesn't allow me to send messages to 1900

I totally agree with the pathetic situation telecom companies find themselves post entry of jio. But in such a situation, they could have come up with other plans to stop deteriorating customer base (Increasing day by day) and minimizing losses. I have recently ordered a new vodafone sim card. This was delivered to me 2 weeks ago. But the sim is not activated till date. I have been trying to get in touch with the vodafone support executives. But, everytime i get the same answer "the sim will be activated in 2 hours. You will get a call from us". I still haven't received that call. Would be great if i get to know a "yes" or "no", so that i get out of this loop...
