I want my prepaid bill either on my mail r I myself want to receive it from Vodafone store.
I am getting very bad response from past one month I am continuously trying calls to customer care nobody is guiding me its very urgent
They didn't took any action I have called them many a times they always put it on hold and nobody answers

    I have recharged with rs 35 in my mobile and by mobile balance shows rs 55 on that day. After few days i saw my balance is only rs 8 left in my mobile. I have not taken any service. They have unfairly deducted my balance. Kindly please resolve the matter. I have also not made calls from that number. So why they have deducted my balance unnecessarily?
    Please refund my amount back.

      I have been provided with a billing of inr 3000+ in the month of november. My request for detailed billing is not yet addressed to and service request are 4-[protected], [protected] etc. I am located in thrissur kerala and all my outgoing calls are barred now because of non-payment of bill.

      I need to have detailed billing to understand the call details and to know that charges are legitimate

        Dear sir,
        I am not able to recharge my number every month irrelevantly. My account have a enough balance but according to company rules you have to recharge your number without any need. I'm not satisfied with this mandatory rules...
        Hence, i thought to move to jio... Then i have started to send sms to 1900 for porting...
        But, iam not able to send only for 1900... "message could not sent" is showing and if i asking about the probably to custmer care executive they also not interested to solve my problem.

        1. I did not recharged my mobile, as for as company rules so outgoing sms barred...

        2. I suppose to change message centre no.- did the same but no result...

        3. I have to change the handset - tried but no result...

        Moreover the custmoer care representatives not solve my problem for 3 days, n they are are not giving a chance to spk...

          Myself, bought 1no. 30 MB Data Pack for 1 day @MRP 5/- from my SIM by balance deduction on 13-12-18 at 11-26 am morning & after that main balance became Rs.25/- after deduction of Rs.5/- from main / core balance of Rs.30/-.

          Please note I had consumed only 6MB data within 24 hrs. i.e. till 11-26 a.m. next day on 14-12-18, but while checking the main / core balance after expiry of that data pack I surprisingly noticed the same had been reduced to 0.03/- from Rs.25/-

          While complaining the above matter to the customer care executives at 198 they mentioned that balance has been deducted due to extra data consumed over & above 30MB data pack, however they didn’t mention how much data I had consumed with the plea of system was not showing.

          While complaining the same via mail they hadn’t replied till date with the plea that their corresponding department catering the above case were not responded however they provided me a non-responding service request no.[protected]!!!

          Is it the new system of forfeiting customer’s balance anyway by Vodafone???

          Can TRAI become helpful in favour of the customers against the above in-correct activities of these service providers?

            The vodafone has wrongly charged me for international roaming plan.

            1. While taking the plan the agent did not inform that a monthly rental will be charged with out informing me about the de activation process.

            2. I called the company hotline to deactivate the plan on 3rd dec but still they have charged me the whole amount. For a bill cycle of 27th nov to 28th dec

            My Vodafone sim with number 91 [protected] is not working from 3 days.I have been using it regularly and recharged with 35 recently.I went to Vodafone store today and they replaced the sim card, but it is of no use.I want my number because it is my primary number.Solve my problem as soon as possible.

              My name is Naresh Sumra. I am having two corporate plans with vodafone.
              I have made payment in october month of 623.14 till september month.
              I am trying to resolve this from last two months.
              I have done chat with vodafone care
              I have done call on customer care
              also went to gallery also
              and done mail to vodafone customer care
              I got reply from chat, gallery and customer care that i have to email from my cooperate id to customer care and it is also on letter head
              but BMC will never give personal email id and letter head to employees
              my payment ref id is 49594
              when I bought this vodafone no. they did not took from me any letter head and co.op. email id.
              before I was getting bill on my personal email id, from last five months I am not getting bills on my personal email id. I went to gallery . they said someone others email id registered over there.
              For update email id also i have to give writern on letter head.
              Its literally harassment.

              Please help me with this.

                Dear team,

                I was trying to move my postpaid connection to prepaid and approached the vodafone store at chromepet.

                They told me that i should make a mandatory payment of 229 for first time prepaid mobile recharge.

                However when i tried checking the status of my mobile i realised that no recharge has been done.

                I called customer care for the same and they had given me the chromepet vodafone store number [protected]

                When i tried calling this number, a man picked up and started shouting at me telling why are calling me again and again, i am just working for vodafone am not at store and something and all. He didn't even ask me what was the issue not gave ears to ask what and why am i calling.

                It's so pathetic that we approach the vodafone store to get things resolved and rather they make us pay money but do not reflect the same as the payment made and above which talk very rude.

                Please support getting the amount 229 payment made reflected to my account.

                As well vodafone store personnel being so rude has given me a real mind block and made me suffer for 1 full day

                  I am long term user of vodafone india network. No network in panayal, kasaragod area. I tried to communicate the issue to vodafone customer care representative. Customer care helpline is cheating and wasting our time telling us to press this and that to speak to customer care representative and then diverting us to different offers. We tried it for four days. Yet no response from vodafone kerala network.

                    I have stopped receiving incoming calls on my vodafone number ([protected]) since last 3 weeks.
                    Although i have recharged my number 2 times, one time with the 100rs talktime pack and the next with 458rs pack, they haven't bothered to reactivate the incoming calls. There are business loss associated with the same.

                    I have contacted their customer service multiple times but in vain. Every time they'll tell me that the incoming calls will be activated within 24 hrs, which doesn't happen.

                    Now they have blocked my number from registering any complaints in their portal.

                    Kindly help.

                    After checking SMS history it is found that SMS automatically send to

                    Also, the same thing i discuss with customer care officer but they are not agree & doesn't accept my complaint.

                      Despite having a suitable balance my vodafone sim has now been barred for outgoing calls and data since 20/12/2018. Speaking to vodafone they suggest that i need to add rs35 each month in order to maintain validity. I’ve never had a problem with this sim or my other vodafone sims so what is going on, what has changed and most importantly how do i get this resolved?

                      Whenever we call customer care # 55666 / [protected], we are either informed that their system is not working or contact on email. When we email, we do not get proper response.
                      Validity of my number is 22nd December 2018 but your mobile network was disconnected my connection. I called the customer care team and I am not satisfied with the service.
                      Hence I request you to please help me and I am sorry I will change my service to another network.

                        I am divesh khanna my vodafone number is [protected], i have done my numbers sim replacement today. Vodafone store located in west vinod nagar i. P extension delhi manager took 100 rs charges for that, which is free of cost or 25 rs maximum of charge. This vodafone store done a fraud and mis handle in this case. Please take strict action against them.

                          The vodafone 4g internet speed is very slow here. Most of the time it is around 40-50 kbps which is 1/100th of standard 4g speeds. Only when you are within 200 meters radius of network tower of vodafone or any other company they have tied up with, then you get 1 mbps+ speed. Vodafone india really doesn't understand the reputation vodafone has earned across europe for their qualitative services.

                            I have been trying to convert my postpaid number to prepaid in bangalore since last 1 month, and till now have visited vodafone store three times, and everytime they ask for new kind of document, first time i was told to bring my rental agreement, second time i was told, i need to come within 5 days of the billing cycle, and third time, they wanted to check my original documents, although i showed my original driving license, but that was not sufficient for them.

                            It is really pathetic for them to behave like that, when there are so many options available in the market.

                              I wanted to migrate to prepaid since they charge very extra (plus tax) compare to prepaid with the same plan.

                              So I called them, they said just go to Vodafone store.

                              But when I visited, they said we need service number. Customer-care-helpline should have told me this at first place.

                              I sent SMS for service number, as said by store. But they didn't respond. I repeated again, then called complaint (198). Then they provided me that.

                              I again visited the same store, now they said that I have to visit a different store. Even they should have told me at first visit.

                              At 12th Dec, I submitted docs and received sim, I paid 240 Rs. They said it will be activated within 24 hrs.

                              I waited 4-5 days, then called 198. They accepted some fault in their system. And filled complain (service reg no:[protected]. After 48 hrs, They closed request without resolving and acknowledging me.

                              I again filed a complaint, this time I wrote complain form on their website (service reg no:[protected].

                              I called 7-8 times. Each time they say that it will activate within 24 hours. But no response yet.

                              Please transfer me to prepaid ASAP, else I have to switch to another network.

                              I just called again to the 198. Now they are asking me to visit the store. Since they couldn't able to resolve it.

                              But why do I need to visit a store, if you already have a customer care service?

                              When I wanted to migrate to postpaid, Vodafone sent a man to my home, just to collect documents. But now because they are in loss, they are harassing me.

                                Now am receiving sms from vodafone network you have to recharge month on month or else it's deactivated. But when i was purchased sim card they said life time incoming free. It's very disappointed to me. My vodafone number is [protected]
                                I called customer care they said we will not received any update from trai, but last month i have noticed and read in the newspaper networks can't do like this.

                                  I am nelluri padmavathi, my mobile number [protected]. I lost my mobile. To get new sim i submitted my aadhar details as i did same when i applied. But vodafone executive made a mistake that my surname changed as m. My services had been stopped. When i went to solve the issue they said make your prepaid into postpaid connection we will change your details. I did same they said. For couple of days no problem but after that my out going call facility stopped and got the message that id proofs mismatched. I paid first 100 rs. For new sim, then i paid 300 rs to change postpaid connection. Till i am not able to call or message my post paid connection is active, i tried to call customer care services but it is not connecting. Please help me to solve my issue . For tele verification, i was supposed to call "59059" and verify the same, i calles like hundred times but the call never gets connected some computer voice keeps repeating, i waited for more than an hour listening to that but the call never connected, may be that is why vodafone has been voted as the worst network because of this pathetic service.
