I have been using vodafone for 8 years, i have ₹34 in my account balance. Its the main sim i’ve been using for all my calls.
From the past few days i’m getting messages and calls saying after dec25, 2018 your outgoing services will be suspended and try to recharge with plans rs35/65/95 and get an extension of 28 days.
Though my sim validity when i checked a week ago, it is upto 2022, but now it is showing 24 nov 2018.
How could the company have the rights to deduct the validity of sim and how could it threaten the consumer to recharge with additional plans, when there is enough account balance in the sim card.
This is very annoying and depriving the rights of the consumer.

    Due to some calls made by another number # ([protected]), my personal mobile number # ([protected]) has also been shut down from last 10 months.
    I have been a loyal customer of vodafone from the last 10 years and this is how you treat your loyal customers who are not even at fault?
    I have contact trai several times and the only response i get from them is to contact my service provider.
    I have mailed multiple mails to vodafone by there after also no redressal to my grievances have been made.

      Every now and then vodafone india ducting money from my prepaid account always showing as negative balance.

      1. For same service deducting money twice and balance become negative
      2. I recharged for 70 days pack,
      3. It went of for few days and then suddenly the balance become negative with -90 rs and there is no option to talk
      4. I tried to top up with 199 again to cover up -90 rupees
      5. The top up is considered is another recharge. And previous 70days valid recharge is not available any more.

      When talked to customer care :
      Neither negative balance problem resolved nor valid 70days plan revived nor nor rs 199 returned back to me.
      On the contrary they force me to pay additional rs145 to rectify negative balance problem.

      Customer care representative behavior is so bad.
      I wish if i can port immediately my number

            Hi team,

            I am unable to send any message to porting number 1900. Every time, i am receiving error message as "message could not send". I couldn't able to make any call to customer care as well.
            For porting to other network, there shouldn't be any restriction in sending message. Please check this issues as soon as possible and let me know the procedure to port to other network.

              Hi,
              I just want to register my utter frustration with the vodafone service in india.

              I am a vodafone customer of the uk, australia, and now india.

              What a difference in service level of the other countries compared to india.

              As a frequent visitor to india, i applied for a prepaid card this time last year at your kochi office. After receiving the card it stopped working after a couple of days. I wrote in to your mumbai office and they got someone in the kochi office to attend to the problem as the problem solving at kochi was almost non existent. The sim worked subsequently.

              Since they finally fixed it, i made sure that the card was dutifully topped up almost regularly each month.

              This current trip i am visiting bangalore, and again the sim worked for a day and i could make no outgoing calls or sms.

              I dropped by the vodafone care center at bangalore this evening and they could not fixed it as they found some technical issues at the kerala center. To make matters worse, the kerala office was not connected due to some technical issues within the vodafone system itself.
              What the hell is going on with vodafone india.

              I am still having a problem that's unsolved. Maybe, vodafone had been a bad choice for me.

              By the way, i paid additional 35 inr cash to update my sim at the vodafone shop today although my vodafone app dashboard was clearly showing 2gb data remaining and 250 inr cash balance.

              Balance deducted automatically..when called customer care he behaved rudely and answered that deduction happened due to flash message service activated by you. I haven't received any flash messages though. Pathetic service and very bad response from customer care.
              I got a SMS from vodafone that the LOL club pack is now active on your number as requested. Rs. 90 has been deducted for this service. What rubbish! I haven't subscribed it. I did deactivate but what about the money that has been deducted unnecessarily. I want my money back! I tried everything but in vain.

                I had done a recharge from My Vodafone app for number 8017*****6 and had paid the money through upi. I had used Google Pay to pay the money. My money has been deducted yet my recharge was not done.
                I am attaching the payment details along with the transaction id. I had called Vodafone customer care but they instead told me that no amount was paid. It has been close to a week now yet I received no resolution.

                  I was on Thailand trip from 20/10/18 to 26/10/2018 . i activated the international roaming. But your service worked extremely poor. Hardly signals were available in 20% area only and I had to take a local connection.

                  Request not to charge at roaming rate.

                  Also your services are very bad at BHEL Hyderabad. Your customer care suggested to manually select idea but still no signals in guesthouse BHEL RCPuram Hyderabad or even in administrative building of BHEL

                  Just listen status of your customer care numbers...I dialed [protected] to be told that it is individual helpline but with no help and just to tell that u dial 55666.when I dialed 55666 it is invalid.

                  Only time I get a call from your side when I request for porting out.

                  My complaint of bad service at Thailand fell on deaf ears so tomorrow I will Port out to Airtel after 25 years of subscription.

                  Vodafone have decided to close it's shop I think.

                    Next one is that every month my number vodafone is charging 499 rs for data usage of some 30 mb the problem is i brought that sim for my mom she never uses inter net it might be by mistake data may got on she uses only for calls so i request you to wave off the internet charges or help me to port to some other network

                      I have vodafone sim of number [protected] linked with aadhar card named hemant kumar gupta. I have a problem regarding messages in this sim.
                      This sim is unable to send messages even i have a recharge in this one day before. This seems to be very uncomfortable for me.
                      So please accept this and please correct this problem as early as possible.

                      Pathetic service by vodafonee. Its more than 15 minutes and no one bothers to respond to the call.
                      I converted my vodafone connection from postpaid to prepaid. I paid 176 FRC amount at NEW BEL road vodafone store. Then they deactivated old sim in Saturday night, till Monday 11:45 they didn't activate the New SIM. I called customer care and they are asking to wait till some more time. Not sure when they will activate this SIM.
                      From morning my vodafone [protected] number was blocked for SMS.I asked to customer care they said that i need to register with TRAI.Actually I did not do any kind of marketing .Every i will send messages to my friends and relatives only.Without my knowledge they blocked.How to unbarred?
                      I cant send sms to aeney one .i have recharged for 199, and ihave 100sms per day till i cant send sms
                      I am Vodafone scratch card seller, your company stop the voucher and your distributor can't refund the money with exchange of vouchers, we have no high margin in vouchers so plss give our money by exchange of vouchers and the process take fast, I need money urgently,

                          We are facing vodafone network issues (Voice + data) from almost 1 year.
                          This issue is everywhere, in my office (Gurgaon sector 48) and at my home (Dwarka sector 13, pocket b)

                          I checked with many people in my office and as my fried circle, they are also facing same issues.

                          I registered complaints with vodafone customer care many times but resolution given so far.

                          I have port my airtel no [protected] to vodafone on 30th july. They have ported my no but also i have revived call for additional no. [protected], [protected] for activation and this no. Belong to some one sujata jadav.
                          I have deny the number and also complain to vodafone, email them about calls. They also generate bill for same. I have call customer care and email that this no is not belong to m. They have revert the bill, aug, sept they have charge me and then revert after complain.
                          I have complain (Email / call and visit to gallery) them about remove the no from my bill they remove one no. [protected] and promise me other no will remove next bill cycle.
                          Now i am getting call and sms about bill of [protected]. I have send more than 15 email to then and also visit to gallery every week. Every month i call there customer care more that 15-10 times.
                          There is no resolution of this.
                          I just want to stop call for other no [protected] which is belong to some one sujata jadav and she is unknow to me.
                          How the vodafone used my personal details (Mobile no and address) and issue no.

                          I am fed up with vodafone customer care, they only promise no no action done. They only teke complain but nothing happen.

                            My sms facility is stopped without reason, i want it to be started immediately.in their e-mail reply to my complain, vodafone asked me to recharge with minimum 10 rs to start sending sms, but i had already recharged with rs. 398 for 84 days. Before that recharge, my sms facility was working. Give me proper reason for wrongful sms facillity denial and start my sms sending facility immediately, or else i am forwarding this complaint to trai (Telecom regulatory authority of india).

                              My vodafone provides good data speed during day (Upto 40-50mbps) during the day till 7pm. Once it is past 7, the speed drops drastically. I do not get speed above 1.2 mbps.
                              It's like they have set some limiter, and the speed does not go above 1.2mbps.# tired of this.
                              And all this goes on till it's 11.59pm
                              So if i don't use data well before 7pm, i cant finish it no matter what, becoz the speed is so slow.
                              Such # they are. And as soon as the clock ticks 12 a. M, the speed is restored and works fine till next day (7pm). But why the do like this. Same used to happen 6months back. Later it was working fine. Now again they have started fooling. If this goes on, i m porting to jio/airtel.
                              That's it bye.

                                On 3/11/2018, my balance was zero, then from next day it started showing as -2.99, which was negative balance. When i complained about it to vodafone customer service, i got the negative balance cleared.
                                But the customer service executive gave reason for negative balance in my account, was negative usage charge for mms, but there is no record of such mms being sent from my mobile.in fact with zero balance no service can be used by vodafone subscriber, whether it be call, data, sms or mms.
                                Yet to be sure, i tried sending mms with zero balance from by friend's vodafone sim, and it failed, proving that no such mms can be sent with zero balance.
                                So if vodafone customer care executive is saying that on 3/11/2018, i successfully sent an mms despite having zero balance in my account, then provide the records of the sent mms, such as recepient address.
                                Give proper proof of the deduction or else i am going to send this complain to trai (Telecom regulatory authority of india).

                                  No range since morning.net is very slow even though sim card is 4g. Browsing itself takes 2-3 minutes. I cant even see youtube videos... Its irritating to see bufffering of videos. I am not even getting full speed of data even the sim is 4g. I have recharged sim with 3 months data and calls unlimited but it seems its of no use. I am thinking of changing my sim due to your worst service. Other sim are far better than you..

                                    Hamne recharge kiya tha 50 ka 1 month pehle 10 rs ko join karke or vodaphone ke website par koi lifetime validity show kiya he sath hi mera abhi 33 rs balance baki he or woh expire ho gaya aisa vodaphone ke customer care executives bol rahe he or me koi bhi calls nahi kar pa raha he kya chal raha he ye vodaphone ko jabab dena hi hoga please aap action lijiye.

                                      Iam krishna,
                                      I have a vodafone sim, i am not able to send messages to anybody from past few days, i have a working unlimited plan of.3 monthes (Daily 100 sms) but still i can't send messages. So, i tried to call customer care executive. When i'm trying to call to vodafone customer care its in kannad language. So, i'm not able to understand.

                                      Please change my customer care language to english and my phone number is [protected] please message me to this number after you changed the language from kannada to english.
