I just want to register my utter frustration with the vodafone service in india.
I am a vodafone customer of the uk, australia, and now india.
What a difference in service level of the other countries compared to india.
As a frequent visitor to india, i applied for a prepaid card this time last year at your kochi office. After receiving the card it stopped working after a couple of days. I wrote in to your mumbai office and they got someone in the kochi office to attend to the problem as the problem solving at kochi was almost non existent. The sim worked subsequently.
Since they finally fixed it, i made sure that the card was dutifully topped up almost regularly each month.
This current trip i am visiting bangalore, and again the sim worked for a day and i could make no outgoing calls or sms.
I dropped by the vodafone care center at bangalore this evening and they could not fixed it as they found some technical issues at the kerala center. To make matters worse, the kerala office was not connected due to some technical issues within the vodafone system itself.
What the hell is going on with vodafone india.
I am still having a problem that's unsolved. Maybe, vodafone had been a bad choice for me.
By the way, i paid additional 35 inr cash to update my sim at the vodafone shop today although my vodafone app dashboard was clearly showing 2gb data remaining and 250 inr cash balance.

Vodafone India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
I am not satisfied with Vodafone service.
Vodafone service is poor. Kindly tell him.
Poor network, poor service, poor customer care services, no manner.
