Hello myself dhavalsinh dodiya from ahmedabad gujarat state... My complaint regarding network issues problem and not solving anyone till now from vodafone nodal desk appeliate authority or even technical or network team by vodafone... I have rigsterd so many complaints from my numbers [protected] prepaid number but no one can solved it just said wait sometime we r given u better network in urban area my 1st complaint 28/12/2015 and till lastly month 24/12/2018.. Last 3 years i might waiting then why they will no provide me better network? Pls solved my problm and contact me anyhow to vodafone authority or reach my problm on their... Thank u

      It is very disappointing on your part that my incoming and outgoing call, sms etc. Services have been stopped even though i have a balance of around rs.1213.48 in prepaid account. I have been using vodafone for the past 9 years and this type of practice to harass the loyal customers is not good on the part of company's reputation.
      Please resolve the above asap.

        Am facing network issue last 3 month in my billing address and vodafone network team confirmed for network issue, but waiver is still not updated for dec month bill and pending long time. So pls urgently update waiver immediately to continue a service

          Dear sir, it is about the dirty business policy which vodafone has started. Vodafone is pulling back the customer in the 90s era when monthly recharge was must to keep the mobile services active. Even after having more than sufficient balance of rs.1213.48 in my prepaid account, all of my outgoing call, sms etc. Has been stopped.
          I have been using vodafone for the past 9 years and this is very disappointing from a service provider like vodafone. I am seriously thinking of shifting to jio as this is the second time i am having problem with vodafone. Please resolve the above issue asap.

          I have my last data transmission in october month and I recharged my number in last week . when I make a call it isn't making it instead it is saying "you are barred because you have no service"

            I have been chasing vodafone customer care from last 15 days for the chnage of plan as i am out of country and not using the plan which is on higher side.

            They have added unusual amount as well in my postpaid bill. That also they are not able to explain.

            I have tried multiple calls to the customer care and they always say system is down, call back in few minutes.

              Vodafone india has charges me around rs. 1555 for fake idd roaming charges for both incomign and outgoing calls

              I neither received nor made those calls

              Vodafone chat support are liars, unprofessional and incompetent. At best they can repeat their canned, at worst - they are lying agents.

              What do i do to get my fake and false charges removed?

                I recharged my number [protected] on 22/12/2018 in morning around 8 am with the package of rs 399. I get calling services but i didn't get internet services. I contacted customer care service. Once they picked it and said it is a technical issue it will be sorted out between an hour but it didn't. After that i tried customer care number for a lot of time but i didn't get answer from any one, only computer speaks nothing else happen. Even after two days i didn't get my internet services and i am again and again trying customer care service but it is of no use, there is no response from that side, only computer speaks. Due to lack of internet service i am facing alot of problem. So either provide me with internet service or refund my money. And correct the customer care servise

                  My internet pack expired. Along with that vodafone also doable my outgoing calls despite there being a balance of ₹301 on my sim card. I have been trying to call customer care but despite holding for hours i am not able to get through to a customer care executive. Vodafone provides extremely bad services. I need to get a refund of ₹301 and an explanation of why they disabled my services.

                    I am writing to you to raise an issue about: intl roaming package deactivation

                    The issue that i have experienced was: they have not informed me the deactivation of my intl package at the correct time. Only after using around 21 mb at 12.00am ist (Uae 10.30pm), i got the message that "if you are not on package, you will be charged extra". But surprisingly until that time i have not received any message of deactivation of the package. Lastly, i got the message of deactivation at 12.20am ist (Uae10.50pm). Why they are not sending the message at the correct time? They are waiting for the customer to use it so that they can charge a huge amount?

                    It occurred on: in the current bill i got on 11/12/2018

                    This affected me because: i'm over charged with an amount of 5013/-

                    I want the full amount as refund as its the company's responsibility to inform the customer at the right time any activation or deactivation of the services. They cant load it on the customer on some or the other excuses.

                    I have not received any response from Vodafone against the complaint till date
                    I am unable to make any outgoing call for the last one month. Even the Customer Care No. 199 is not accessible...

                      Dear ma'am/ sir,

                      1. We have been using a vodafone prepaid no. [protected] for more than 10 years.

                      2. This no. Was purchased long back by us in name of my son azeem ur rehman at lucknow, up.

                      3. Azeem got a job at rajasthan some 6 years back. Since then this no. Is being used by the applicant, azeem's mother.

                      4. All the mess started when vodafone (And probably other telecom operators) asked for linking up aadhaar with telephone nos.

                      5. Upon submitting adhaar card of azeem (Which carries rajasthan address) to vodafone, we were told that adhaar must be from up.

                      6. Although, we failed to digest vodafone's logic behind accepting up based adhaar only, yet we requested them for guidance in this matter.

                      7. Officials at vodafone guided us to change the ownership of this no.in present user's name (The applicant), we accepted their logic and required documents of applicant i. E. Copy of adhaar and passport were promptly submitted to vodafone.

                      8. Soon thereafter, we were told from vodafone that the procedure of change in ownership require it's conversion to postpaid for at least 3 months, we accepted this unusual logic of vodafone as well. Plan of rs.249/- was being made effective by vodafone for 3 months (Text message confirmation of this conversion received dated 27/09/2018). Thankfully, last prepaid balance of rs.93/- or so was adjusted in applicant's first bill (Deposited dated 14/11/2018).

                      9. Next bill was a big shock. It was for rs.772/-. Upon enquiring we were told that the applicant (A 70 years old lady who uses basic keypad nokia handset for mostly 'receiving calls' and rarely makes any outgoing calls) has dialed on a special / entertainment no. 51717 on 02/11/2018 and that too not for a minute or two but for whopping 29 minutes. With this explanation of vodafone itself, we have lost all faith in vodafone.

                      10. Their executives are really unprofessional. Their words carries no weight at all. We again relied on them (When they assured to waive off all extra money they need for the fake special call as per their records - as detailed above), and deposited rs.250/- on 10/12/2018. Within next few hours, all services on my no. Were stopped, even incoming calls.

                      11. While randomly visiting another mini store, it's now known that applicant's effective plan is not 249/- but 299/- monthly. Already mentioned above of their unprofessionalism thus it's quite possible at their end.

                      12. As a conclusion, neither i want to lose my no. [protected] which is in use for a really long time nor even want to pay for any service (S) which was never taken by a 70 years old lady (The applicant). Whereas, because of the highly unprofessional behavior of vodafone, for sure i will port this no. To any other operator once this mess gets resolved.

                      13. The above narrated case attracts legal action against vodafone claiming for a big compensation against the mental trauma vodafone has given to applicant and her family in last couple of months through their (Vodafone's) misguidance and unprofessional behavior while dealing with one of their old customers.

                      14. Prior to taking any legal action, i sincerely hope for it's easy redressal through this platform.

                        Savdhani! Apke mobile no par outgoing call, sms, data bandh kardi gayi hai, seva jari rakhne keliye rs199 se recharge kare ya click

                        This message i got from vodafone on all 4 vodafone numbers. I had balance rs 500.
                        I already recharged rs199 to my to numbers. Then i saw next two numbers also showing same messages. I couldnot do online banking. Sms verification on google pay (It requires sending outgoing sms)

                        When i called vodafone customer care. They said you have to do recharge every month to maintain this number. This is madness. How could they make compulsory to recharge rs 199 every month. This is cheating

                          Listen, vodafone company barred my outgoing call its about five days only after my recharge of 199 free call and with 1.5gb data per day but its only five days and when i try to call the operators says that your outgoing call is barred plsz call customer care and when i call customer care the operator says the same what the hell is going on with this vodafone company i want my free calls back man i have been fed up with this vodafone if they didnt solve this problem i m going to port my vodafone card to jio ok

                            I am loving in rajkot, gujarat. Since upgrade of 4g from vodafoygujaray, network is very poor, poor voice transmission, slow data transfer and call dropped many many times. I am complaining the customer care manytimes but they jist allot a number, calls back sometimes (Not for each complain) with same message “poor network will be there inside your home, we have solved outside your home”. I have complained for my home network. Since 2005 i am customer for vodafone gujarat but since last 1 year network is poorest, customer care is totally non co-operative and no one interested to solve the problem. Also company non willing to pass any rent relief for the problems and charges fully. My last two complain numbers are[protected] and[protected] which are not solved for me and no technical person visited to look into the issue and i have insisted company to make a visit to understand it. Presently vodafone is only willing to make money without giving the service for which they are charging. My postpaid number is [protected].

                              Hi,

                              I had my samsung S7 edge damaged in the month of Aug 18. As I had red shield mobile damage protection plan, I claimed immediately post damage of my phone.It took around 15 days in all procedures and finally all necessary approval received and I got my phone repaired on own behalf and paid Rs.13784 to service center.insurance approved amount is Rs.12406.I sent all the necessary documents and damaged part to insurance company.I even received the confirmation that all the documents are verified and sent to insurer payment will be done within 15 working days however it has been more than 4 months since status still the same.I called to customer care for several times but did not receive the correct information.every time they gave the multiple dates to release the payment but it was wrong communication.They are saying that there is payment issue with insurance company. Payment will be released in 15 days.after completing 15 days when I gave another call then got another date.I dropped mail at Vfclaims but no revert received even after reminders.only auto generated mail receives.Please help.

                                I reached raunak avenue abdul road vodafone mini store for my very old sim replacement, so that i could insert it in my new smartphone.
                                But mr siumen roy at first denied to do so in first half, then i reached again in second half he asked for documents, i have given original aadhaar card, he told though your aadhaar is linked he will not change the sim as address is not matching. The only way to change the sim is i have to convert...

                                Hi,

                                I am using vodafone number [protected] from last more than 5 years. Currently i am on international roaming for my business trip and i given request on 11th july to activate international roaming plan 149 but there was a service already activated on 21st may without my consent and due to that i am being charged more 5000 per month i have noticed the same and when raised a complaint vodafone appellate officer offered me for two months waiver. My concern is if i am wrongly charged for more than 5 month then why they are offering 2 months waiver. Kindly look into the matter and they have deactivated my number without any reason.                                   I want to activate conference call service in my phone. But there vodafone says the service is temporarily unavailable for me. I followed their steps by messeging the number 199 saying to activate. But i got a reply saying service temporarily unavailable. This is illogical because every other networks have conference call facility with minimal extra fee. I need a quick answer to this problem.

                                    I have received several sms to my mobile [protected] mentioning that the money has been detected for "vodafone all tv channel" without prior consent.

                                    How can they take the money without subscribing to the service?

                                    This is completely pathetic service and cheating the public.

                                      Recently INR 99 was deducted from my mobile stating that i had acessed international naetwork. Now i had earlier recharged my phone with INR159 but later came to know that this plan no longer gives free data so i immediately called up customer care and was told that after deducting GST the money will be added to my main balance and i can now recharge with INR199 . But till now it has nit been done and am unable to speak to any customer care executive from my number. Please help with legar procedure. #[protected]
