Dear sirs,
Vodafoneidea has unjustly bared my outgoing calls stating that i have not cleared previous network operatos bill. I had already mailed all details to them on 6th dec. Which is as under
"further to my mail dated 6th dec regarding the payment for unjust bill raised by airtel while purposely delaying the porting. I am hereby giving you the porting numbers am363412 valid till 10.10.2018 and am431569 valid till 26.10.2018....

I would like to inform you that i had made a recharge of rs.10 on 04.12.2018 and rs.35 on 05.12.2018. But unusually amount debited by vodafone and my current balance is showing negetive balance of rs.25.19. I had already submitted complain to vodafone customer care, but till date that is not reversed / refunded to my account balance. So i am unable to make any calls as well as sms. I am trying to send tge message from last 4-5 days but all my efforts gone waste. I am also trying to register my complaint through 198 helpline no. but there offers are being described and call is not transferring to their customer service representative. Therefore i request you to please help...

Since last 5 days my vodafone incoming and outgoing calls stopped.
On 3rd dec 2018 received sms saying "pay minimum rs 35 or more other wise outgoing call will be stooped 10.12.2018. On 14th my outgoing calls stopped.
On 16th my incoming calls also stopped

Hi i am surendar.
I am vodafone customer and i am using postpaid user for more than 2 years, however, they have offered me amazon prime subscription for 1 year for free. Which i dint get yet. They provided me options like vodafone play app and all options, however, i am not able to avail that service. When i call them, all i get is, your service is already activated, but when i come to amazon account, they are asking me to pay 1000rs....

As per previous complaint of postpaid to prepaid migration it does not process by your mini store man and your company. I paid previous month bill, but i dont want postpaid connection and your company and store man does fraud with meand can not process my request. So i requested porting facility i am getting message from other network that your porting request is send vodafone operator. But your company does...

Vodafine has fraud recharges as these people don't have guts to earn their daily income and now you become hungry greedy beggars to loot the customers on monthly basis. If this is the way you treat the customers then that is not so far when you will loose all the customers and then you have to sit on the roads wearing torn clothes with a big katora in your hand for earning your money. Really shame on you greedy hungry people to loot the customers...

Customer care is not available to talk with executive every time i n my mobile it seen 4g symbol but it gives 2g speed only its biggest cheating to customers please return my 399 rs to my account i want to change vodafone to another network its INDIA'S MOST WORST NETWORK even customer care also not maintaining in india custome care execuitives also afraid to talk with customers if vodafone is genune company in india talk with me [protected]...

I am using vodafone sim since around 10 years and my outgoing service was stoped on dec 2, 2018 and incoming service was stoped on dec 16.2018. But, on 17th dec vodafone automaticaly renews the service and deducts around 50+ rupees from my prepaid sim. There was no prior information given to me about this and don't know which pack they had activated for 28 days.

Do you have any explanation for this?...

I have been using vodafone for 8 years, i have ₹34 in my account balance. Its the main sim i’ve been using for all my calls.
From the past few days i’m getting messages and calls saying after dec25, 2018 your outgoing services will be suspended and try to recharge with plans rs35/65/95 and get an extension of 28 days.
Though my sim validity when i checked a week ago, it is upto 2022, but now it is showing 24 nov 2018.br...
