No customer support is helping to solve the issue... Suddenly network went and screening emergency call... Vadafone goa maharashtra can help for mumbai customers... Mumbai customer service call is in queue from last 20 min... What is going on unable to understand. I am using this number from more than 15 yrs now. I am completely dependent on this number to get my office cab.

    Mobile no. _[protected] was get rechrged with rs 24 for 28 days on dated 08/12/2018 but the outgoing calls was not restored is still deactivated during the last 3 days without any information. It is fully illegal and harrasment to me and the wrong & incomplet information provided by the operator of your customer service i am sufering from heart illness for the last 10 year being a senior sitizen of 64 yr old i am unable to visit your customer care service again and again. Your response on telephone at customer service is not satisfactory yout oprator gernaly not respond for half and hour holding the line satisfactory please take urgent and necessary action to restore the telephone no. [protected] being sufficient amount in my account as rechared on 08/12/2018

      Even after multiple complaints raised with vodafone for my vodafone number [protected] nothing has been done to resolve the issue. Vodafone engineer visited my home and he confirmed that its a clear case of network coverage issue and told that they have to make changes in to the near tower for better coverage but nothing has been done. I'm getting billed for 4g services and not even getting 3g properly at home. Not sure what to do.

        Dear sir,

        My wife and i recently subscribed to vodafone`s 999 pre-paid plans. We chose these plans because they appeared to include international roaming capabilities and discounts.

        Upon our first trip outside india, we were surprised to discover that our phones didn`t work, and they could not be abroad used unless we activated international roaming packs and paid extra. We visited vodafone shops mutiple times before subscribing to these packs as well as reading the marketing materials, but this requirement was never made clear to us.

        As we both travel abroad a lot, the ability to use phones seamlessly abroad is a very important requirement.in every other country where i have subscribed a mobile phone contract (Uk, germany, japan), there has been no need to activate roaming capability each time before travel - you simply travel abroad and are able to use your phone. When i asked the vodafone customer service representative why they make their customers go through the inconvenience of buying packs each and every time they travel, she simply said it was `the process` and was unable to give a good explanation.

        If we had realized that we would have to buy international packs each and every time before travelling abroad, this would have influenced our decision on which mobile phone company and plan we would have subscribed to. I would like to ask vodafone india to review their marketing materials and practices to make the fact that international roaming requires purchase of add on packs and activation each time before travel a prominent feature of their sales materials, as well as providing training to their sales staff that they should highlight this requirement when speaking to customers.

        It may be that india sales representatives think it is `normal` that customers have to purchase add-on packs and separately activate this service, but from the perspective of foreign residents in india, this is abnormal and odd. One can only wonder why vodafone has this requirement? Is it because it allows them to make additional revenue and profit from their customers without full transparency at point of sale? Or is it because they are do not particularly care about the inconvenience caused by making their busy customers complete an additonal procedure each time before they travel, because it suits their internal processes?

          I am using vodafone post paid series 00 to 05 totally six nunbers...
          I was over billed. I went to vodafone showroom to change to prepaid, they prolonged, meanwhile i don't know how those agent's getting the numbers of my friends relations and threatening them to pay dues and pushing me continue their post paid series...
          Where is the privacy i don't know... Who gave permission to share my call history and details to collection agent's.

          There is no privacy in vodafone post paid, be careful users... They will share all your call details to collection agency... The agents will misuse and take advantage of your situation...

            My vodafone mobile number is [protected].
            On 3/11/2018, my balance was zero, then from next day it started showing as -2.99, which was negative balance. When I complained about it to vodafone customer service, I got the negative balance cleared.
            But the customer service executive gave reason for negative balance in my account, was negative usage charge for MMS, but there is no record of such MMS being sent from my mobile. In fact with zero balance no service can be used by vodafone subscriber, whether it be call, data, SMS or MMS.
            So if vodafone customer care executive is saying that on 3/11/2018, I successfully sent an MMS despite having zero balance in my account, then provide the records of the sent MMS, such as recepient address.
            GIVE PROPER PROOF OF THE DEDUCTION OR ELSE I AM GOING TO SEND THIS COMPLAIN TO TRAI ( TELECOM REGULATORY AUTHORITY OF INDIA).
            My SMS facility is stopped without reason, I want it to be started immediately. In their e-mail, vodafone asked me to recharge with minimum 10 rs to start sending SMS, but I had already recharged with rs. 398 for 84 days, so there is no reason for another recharge to start SMS facility. Give me proper reason for wrongful SMS Facillity denial, or else I am forwarding this complaint to TRAI (Telecom Regulatory Authority of India).

                My outgoing calls and sms have been barred on number [protected] for no reason so i would like to port my number to some other mobile service provider.

                I tried calling vodafone customer care service to know the reason behind it even though my number has a balance of rs. 23., but they kept on saying you have to recharge the number.

                So i would like to port my number since i am not satisfied with the service, for that i need a upc number tried sending sms and calling customer care but found no success till now.

                Vodafone has deducted my balance for a service I didn't subscribe. The number for cancellation isn't even working. I want them to give a refund, or atleast give me a proof I did it.
                I am quitting this network! For sure now! Hope they don't resolve my issue

                  More than 100 rupees is detected from my mobile prepaid number ([protected]) appropriately 2 months back
                  For last 2 months i am asking to refund the amount, they were saying they will refund but till date they haven't refunded me. Today i called them, they said detection happened 2 months back hence it cannot be refunded and disconnected the call.
                  It seems they also blocked my number for calling customer care.

                  I want to block my Vodafone sim number as I lost my mobile. My mobile number is [protected].As we went to shopping in bhuleshwar some one has stolen my mobile.so pl block my mobile sim number.

                    Vodafone internet service is one of the worst and i would like to switch to jio. Now you have also started limiting outgoing calls. I am not in a mood to pay you a single penny due to your pathetic service. I have been trying to port my sim to jio but vodafone is not allowing me to send sms to 1900.
                    I hope you resolve this issue asap before i initiate any legal operation.

                      While trying to recharge my vodafone number through my vodafone app, none of the pack is available. So thought of doing recharge using coupon. But while recharging my vodafone number [protected] using vodafone coupon, getting an error saying that your card"s face value is greater than session limit.

                      Please assist me in resolving this issue as soon as you can.

                        My phone number is : [protected]

                        I just ported my above number from airtel to vodafone on 26 november 2018, since then i am not able to access internet or data through vodafone.

                        I could have access of internet on 1 or two days after midnight from 12:30 am but after some duration data is turned off.

                        I have raised several complaints to vodafone but no any solution of my issue had taken place yet.

                        I am very disappointed with services of vodafone. As i just switched my old carrier to vodafone only for data purpose.

                        I have already checked settings multiple times as suggested by vodafone itself and visited vodafone stores 3-4 times, but none of them could solve my issue they just forwards the complain to team only nothing else.

                        It is just very disappointing that vodafone team is not able to check my issue and can solve it.

                        Vodafone is just ignoring my issue and increasing the waiting time by saying that i have forwarded your complaint to department and you will get a callback today or tomorrow.

                        Always vodafone team was telling me that your issue will be solved out either today or tomorrow.

                        I am feeling very frustrated after moving to vodafone.

                        Please find out the issue and solve my issue as it is just burdening on me of every month of billing amount for just calling facility.

                        And it is a wastage of my hard earned money per month of 450 rs only for calling because data is not accessible for me

But i asked questions instead of making payment. After that they have sent me training letter. Presently i have offer letter and training letter from vodafone. I would like to know whether it is true or not. How do i validate?                             I have wrongly recharged a mobile number [protected] with an amount of rs 1000 on 15 dec 2018 at 9:01 am with orn [protected] using my paytm wallet. I have aslo contacted paytm helpline to resolve the issue but they said that since the transaction is already successfull you need to contact the vodafone operator. I contacted vodafone customer care and even visited the service center but they did not resolve my issue. So please i kindly request you to resolve the same by reversing the transaction and refund the recharge amount as soon as possible to my paytm wallet

                                I am using vodafone postpaid sim from last one week. But the service of vodafone is too poor. Network issue continue running, data speed like 2g. Can say 2g is best as your 4g. Due to network issue i am not able to make a call to anyone. I waana to change this number into other service provider. Make a call to me and give me a solution.

Priyanka all are greedy hungry beggars i[censored] have little bit shame and self respect and respect for your parents and customers then recharge my numbers from your side otherwise loose your bloody nonsense business as you have very poor mentality to disturb the customers. Really shame on you people for looting the customers. Its better for you people to recharge my numbers from your side or take one big huge katora and sit on the roads then u will get lot of money.

                                    My self vaibhav i'm a user of vodafone in delhi. When i purchased the sim they said its lifetime time validity.
                                    Now they are stopping the incoming and outgoing. Even though i have balance.
                                    Unhealthy business tactics by vodafone.
                                    Please stop this harassment. If i have balance why they are stopping my services.
                                    What is the procedure to file a complaint in consumer court?

                                      I have been a vodafone customer since 2001. I keep a balance of 5/10000 in my both numbers regularly. Recently since last 2 months there are scrupulous services of vodafone getting auto activated and i faced a deduction of 4700 plus from my both accounts. When i asked for the detials they made me pay further 150 for it. Still there is no clear response from them as to when and how did i give my consent and that too repeatedly for stupid services they offer like video mazza, dance masti etc etc,... Its a day light robbery as non of the other numbers in my family suffered this because there was no balance left in those accounts to be swindled by vodafone. Their call centre is worst as most of the time system is down. Their shop is non responsive had nearly 3 visits still i have to follow up. Finally their appellate authority sent me a cut copy paste mail without even bothering to change my name and gave me a credit of 110 (Which smartly were recovered @150 in detailed bill). With this rate of loot when i asked for my remaining balance to be refunded i was promptly shown the trai guidelines stating no refund to prepaid customers. Is this justifiable practice. No wonder their standards are falling day in and day out in quality of services with call drops happening every time even though my office is bang opposite their gujarat headquarters. Long ago i had predicted demise of kingfisher airlines on your portal. Same financial crunch and looting practices have also started in vodafone and sadly there is no other option but to stay with them till my balance runs out. I request you to take up the matter and advise regarding taking legal action against these people to recover the loss i have suffered and also wastage of time for 2/3 hours every time i visited their pathetic shop. Also the balance of 7500 and 3700 still remain in my both numbers and i am afraid these swindlers will try some new scheme on this and later blame me that i gave them consent. Seems the financial rot in vodafone is showing up in customer service.
