Hello sir,
I am using a vodafone connection [protected] since a long time and i have my main account balance is rs 1208.53. But i m regularly getting the threatening sms alert by vodafone which states that your outgoing service ends on january 11, 2019. Before you go, you have to recharge your ₹ 35 when my mobile is already available 1208 rupees, why should i recharge? Due to which my mental balance has worsened, if anything happens to me, then vodafone will have full responsibility. Please do sir, please make me diagnose the problem, i will be very pleased.

    I am also face the same problem here the port msg are not send to 1900, every time it's failed after that i call in customer care but they are always misguide and irritate me. And they are not take any complain regarding failed port msg... They are block sms only for this specific number 1900... So ple help me... My vodafone number 96968xxx31

      Rajesh, kirti, siddharth, amit R U hungry beggar Fraud and having broken hands and legs that you don't have guts yo earn your income then it's really shameful to you for showing your nasty attitude towards the customers. It's better for you to take one huge big katora and sit on the roadside so that people will throw money on you. Shame on you greedy hungry fellows for doing fraud with the customers.

        I m vodafone customer for last many years. I went to their vodafone mini storeat sri muktsar sahib (Punjab). I requested their executive whose name is mr gourav to covert my post paid number to pre paid. But he pay no attention to my request and refused to accept the application. I m very much disappointed. I requested him to provide me his circle head number but he refused to do so. He is very arrogant man. Company has to take action against him. I think store name is capital vodafone store

          I would like to disconnect my vodafone no [protected] (corporate no). Since i was not a employee of the concerned company i.e. velocity express and as per norms of the vodafone company, i need to produce NOC letter from company with authorised signatory. Since the company not traceble. But vodafone customer care personnel not agreed to disconnect the number without having NOC LETTER

          Kindly do the needful in this regards

            As per the bill received for the month of December 2018, I have been incorrectly charged Rs.115.55 + GST for mobile data which I have not used at all.

            I have switched off my mobile data in my mobile settings from last two years and there is no way it can be turned on.

            Also when I had requested for activation of International Roaming I had clearly asked Customer Care Representative to deactivate Mobile Data. Now if they have not taken request it is issue from Vodafone’s side.

            Also I had shared screenshot of Mobile Setting of my mobile which clearly shows that 0 bytes used. Also Vodafone app shows 0.0 MB used.

            I tried explaining this issue to Customer Care that there seems to be some system glitch or error from their end. But they are adamant that the charges cannot be reversed.

            I requested Customer Care to show me proof sites accessed by me. But Customer Care is giving excuse that due to privacy issue they cannot share the data as they do not have it.

            Till date I have sent 6 emails to customer care and 3 emails to Appellate Officer in just 7 days. I have just received system generated sample replies. Exactly same to same Copy Paste.

            I am really disappointed with the service. I called Appellate officer Shanthi Sharma but instead of her, some Mr. Vivek Jaisawal who claims to be team member of Ms. Shanthi Sharma and acting like final authority not letting me speak with anyone else spoke very rudely with me. He had no respect for Customer. He said clearly that customers say lie to get waiver. I requested him to investigate my case as I genuinely did not use Mobile Data but he said that they will not do anything. If system shows usage means you have to pay.

            If this is how Vodafone plans to loot customers then the day is not far when it will go down. They should understand they are in Customer Service domain and if they hire such rude people it defeats the purpose of Customer Service.
            Proper training and qualified people should be recruited. And it is because of customers money company is working. I have visited many countries and everywhere customer service is top notch. Such a professionalism and clear facts. I feel Vodafone India should invest in customer care executive training before making them face the customers.

            After this I am just waiting to go back to India and disconnect with Vodafone. I will make sure that all my family members discontinue with this provider.

              The bill amount gets exceeded more than 1500 per month constantly without that much usage. Now I am in 399 plan it seems, Please change my plan to 199 or some thing else which makes my bill amount lesser.

              Happens frequently, done follow ups many time but not yet resolved.

              Please do the needful as soon as possible.

              Because getting the bill frequently above 2000 is annoying. Thanks

                Hi,
                I am very old user of vodafone india but now i am getting messages from vodafone that my incoming calls will be stopped from 12/01/2019 if wont do the recharge of 97 inr. However as per my knowledge no company have rights to stop the incoming calls of customer. Why you guys have such unnecessary force for customer to do the recharge.
                So could you please look into this issue and please let me know if i want to mention my mobile number for the same.

                      I have activated my vodafone number [protected] from safe custody on 19th dc 2018. I have been following up with vodafone team to get my sim upgraded to 4g however no one is able to help me in this regard. I did visit vodafone store kharadi 5-6 times.. Did chat almost every day since 23rd dec till date, have called customer care multiple times however no response and no one is able to understand the issue and not willing to help.

                      The team has already activated 4g data plan however as sim is 3g sim, i am not able to consume 4g speed and i really don't understand how can they activate 4g data plan when sim was 3g and why it was not identified at that time?

                      I am using this number since 2005 (Almost 14 years now) when it was bpl later changed to hutch and now vodafone. If this is how you treat your loyal customer then i am sorry to say but i have run out of patience and i am already thinking of porting options.

                        I am facing lot of network issue as zero network in my phone at infosys, uniworld tower b, central park ii road, tikri, sector 48, gurugram, haryana 122001.

                        Even at near by area network is very poor. Vodafone has assured about best connectivity after merger with idea. This is really very poor connectivity.

                        Also 4g data is no where to see in this vicinity

                          Recently on my visit to meghalaya to tourism site of living roots bridge and dawki river for a day i have been charged international roaming without my knowledge. On enquiry i have been told that my calls were routed thru bangladesh. Is it not robbery. Firstly i am in india, well within our border and visiting tourism sites. Secondly is it not breach of my information security. Thirdly, i was never informed that my calls and data are on international roaming while your mobile screams as soon as you cross your state/ circle informing you that you are in different state. Lastly no one to listen to your pleas. It is just that you pay. Kindly anyone let me know the steps i should take to regularise excess incorrect international charges. And more importantly as to who has given permission to vodafone to route my calls and data thru bangladesh while i am in my own country india. Are all people staying there being charged international roaming.

                            We lost one of our mobiles last week weh had a sim bearing [protected] in that mobile, we raised an fir and collected the documents for re issuing of the sim, the document was in the name of mr. Mohummed siban as per vodafone his name has been updated as mohu siban. First they asked us to get this id proof we got it he is currently in dubai and will not return for sometime. Then they asked to get his entire passport softcopy we got and gave the same. Then they asked us to get his letter stating he is not in country and handover the bill to us. We did that as well. Then vodafone tells us that the sim was registered in 2006 and they dont have any records of that sim. Now today they say name and photo is not matching. Mohu siban is a short of mohamed rite and photo after 12 years will never be same we were in college those days. We have all our finacial transactiosn linked to this sim. This is a postpaid sim we have paid every bill till now, we have also been receiving emails from vodafone in our email id. Please let us know what else you want for this sim to be re issued.

                            Nodal officer and grievances have not replied nor received the calls.

                              I want to file fraud case against vodafone for cheating customers and billing by using fraud means. Also want to file a case in the consumer forum regarding the same. If any of you have experienced similar issue and taken some necessary steps to punish such service providers, please suggest.

                              The mobile service provider has charged excessively very high on my international roaming data usage. There is no provision for requesting a international data roam separately when you request for activation for international roaming. Along with the voice calling and sms.. Data also gets activated.

                              Accidentally my mobile data was activated for less than 30 minutes and vodafone has charged approximately inr 14, 000/- only for data usage for 23 mb download. This is a data leakage by accident, the service for international data roam was not requested by me for activation. The total bill amount is rupees 17000.00 (Plus the applicable taxes) which is much over and above my credit limit assigned to my mobile number.

                              I have been reaching out to customer care over emails and phone requesting vodafone to waive-off the charges incurred against international data usage which is way beyond the credit limit assigned however vodafone is very adamant and not listening to my concern at all. My services should have been barred as soon as the billing reached credit limit. Their response to this is credit limit is dynamic which is very strange, not justified and not complying by trai guidelines at all. Credit limit as per vodafone seems to be as per their convenience and not as per customer's. I would like to file a case against vodafone for this fraud tricks to charge the customers. Kindly assist with necessary details and steps.

                                I haven been over billed showing value added service call on special number (51717), where else i have not made any call to the said number. And i am using simple nokia phone model no 1110i.
                                My basic plan is rs. 249 n & i have been charged rs 982.56 for the bill dated 06.01.2019.
                                In october 2018 i lost my phone with above said prepaid number & i made a general dairy in my local police station, after that i went vodafone store to retrieve my above said prepaid number but the executive told me that you wont get the prepaid number connection, you have to take postpaid connection on above said number & it can be changed to prepaid after 3 months. Just before completing my 3 months period they have over billed me.

                                  A couple of weeks before i recived a call from united arab emirates not giving missed calls but calling me more than 4 times. I complained to vodofone they have said lock from my side. Today 7th january 2019 also same number called me again and again even though i disconnect that number calling me again and again. Sometimes from other countries also but they are missed calls please rectify the problem as soon as possible. Because of this calls i am mentally disturbed.

                                    I recharge my number with international roaming recharge for aboard to uae
                                    For 30 day plan when i reached after 10 day my phone call incoming out going all servies stoped i complaint several times by my friend phone but it doesn't work

                                    But they replied you have to wait 24 hour
                                    I have free package then why you charge from my main accout balance

                                      I am taking services of vodafone on my mobile number [protected] and had set a caller tune mein hoon naa on my mobile and paid rental for the same, now my caller tune had become my identity and now sudenly after 5 -6 yrs even after charging me for the same caller tune they have removed my choice of caller tune from their server without any prior intimation and intried contcating them to provide the caller tune which was set on my mobile for over 5 year but not getting satasfactory reply even though they have changes me rs.15 for the same.

                                        Vodafone has recently started asking minimum recharge of rs 35 or 95 every month in order to keep outgoing and incoming services active.
                                        Not everyone in india is frequent user of cellular networks. This is annoying and very forceful way of looting money from consumers. Paying for outgoing calls is a valid reason to pay for services.
                                        Back in 90s when cellular network was new in india, that time we had to pay for incoming calls. Now vodafone, idea and airtel are taking us back to the old time, which is also going to impact negatively on our growth of telecom sector.
                                        It is advised to regulate the business objectives of these private companies and ask them for the harassment that they have started recently.
                                        It is very embracing that customers have to pay so much of money and yet get terrible services most of the time.
                                        Vodafone India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
