I want the details of this number [protected]. He had done fraud with my father. He called my father on 26.12.18 and asked his debit card number by saying he is calling from bank and he will provide new card with chip in it. After few minutes this number had transferred amount rs 19990.00 to his mpesa account. He had done 3 more unauthorised transaction to different different account and wallet. Please help me in this regard. I want to know who is this and where is this person from. We had complaint about this in police station but not getting proper help. Here are the copy of compaint.

    Hello, I have ported to Vodafone from Airtel. However, only outgoing calls are working. Neither incoming nor sms is working on the number. My number is [protected]. Alternative contact no is [protected]. When I called Vodafone, they told me everything is fine. However, at my end there is no respite. Pls help

      I am having prepaid account with vodaphone my mobile number is [protected] i recharged my account with rs 1000 in the month of november. From november onwards the outgoing calls have been disconnected and i have recieved an sms staing my incoming calls will be discontinued from january 1st onwards which is illegal. Please do the needful so that the amount can be reimbursed.

        My mobile number is [protected]. I checked the balance on 29/12/18 and get shocked. My balance was only rs. 1. An amount around rs. 90 deducted. When i called customer care they said that balance was deducted on 15/12/18. The balance was deducted due to clicking on an internet link. But i never go through any such link. I am using jio number. And my defalut sim is also jio. Then how balance can be deducted from vodafone?? They said that balance can not be refunded because the chargeable service is activated more than 24 hours
        Customer care represntative forcefully disconnencted my call. Please solve my issue

          objection against change in recharge and validity plan of lifetime validity card

          My sim with no [protected] has life time validity. Which was presently changed and i forced to recharge minimum 35 for outgoing validity.
          I object for this and complain to return my lifetime validity option.
          I complain to reestablish our former contract of sim validity and talktime and talk plane. 1paisa/ pulse. If not possible i have to shift to another company....

          My vodafone number is [protected]. Vodafone has charged me 20 rs for activation of my number.
          But i’m not getting any network since yesterday.
          Vodafone has charged me every month 20 rs since 3 months and assured on call that my number [protected] will be active.
          Please help. It’s urgent. I’m outside india

            My number is illegally transferred to some other person and now not restoring it. Due to this i have lost the opportunity of 10 lakhs.

            I already wrote a letter to their customer care, appellate office

            This is not sim replacement issue. My current sim number is[protected] h-1 gf.

            It's a fraud case by your service agency & agent.

            Even the earlier sim services was active and one fine day it stopped working. And finally i visited to the rajouri garden which i mentioned in trail mail and they check that packs and services are active but unable to trace the reason of disconnection. Though they changed my sim free of cost. And next day it got activated for 4 hours.

            Since 22nd december, even after the sim replacement done. The same problem persists.

            Moreover, interesting fact is once the number again got active on 23rd dec 2018, sunday, a person called on my number and asked that this number belong to someone else and they have been in touch from past 1 week though.

            I said this number is with me from past 4 years, how come someone else have a clone of this number..

            And on 23rd dec 2018, again the number disconnected in next 4 hours.

            I am amazed that without getting the background check and verification done, how come this number got active to some other sim.

            This is case of clear fraud with me. And i want to know the agency / service agents name who are doing this kind of fraud.

            I believe they have case history of each and every client in crm, why this at first instance happened.

            Now, i am more interested in knowing the who is service agent and agency and will definitely complaint against vodafone and agency in consumer court for fraud case happening.

            Why vodafone is not disclosing the agent name who activated the service on other sim apart from the one i have provided with a genuine details.

            Number is still inactive, even after 7 days.

              A customer visited our site a few month ago and opted to receive information from kalpataru about any events, offers and upcoming projects.
              His mobile number is registered as dnd and he received a follow up call from [protected] and has registered a complaint with the service provider.
              However, as he has duly signed a form stating that he wanted us to update him about any offers, he was contacted.
              I have attached customer information form (Cif) on which he has signed.
              We've sent an email to the prospect and marked his number as dnd in our systems.
              Kindly look into my issue and revert me asap with a solution.

                I have been using my vodafone sim for long time. They have charged me 499 for life long validity and now the vodafone is claiming that they cant provide life long validity for the amount what we have paid.

                This is highly unethical, i purchased an vodafone sim when they were offering lifetime validity and now they have changed their stand this should not be allowed. Need to file a complaint against cheating. And life long validity should be restored to existing customer, as we have already paid.

                  May i know the reason, why all of a sudden my connection has been stopped. When i try to connect a call it is saying that validity has expired. Actual validy was 2035. I never had such a problem of validity expired. This is a the first time i have i seen this. What is the solution for this now. Please explain.

                    I am getting charged for the calls which I did not even receive it on my phone when I am currently staying out of India (Guatemala) and after raising so many complaints stating about the charging problem, no actions had been taken.

                    This month, 375 rupees in the current postpaid invoice. Number is [protected].

                    Everymonth, same issue happens and I dont want to pay so much money as it is 75 rupees per call.

                      Sub: regarding deactivation of flash message

                      I am getting flash messages very often like for every 2 minutes... I would like to stop the flash message in basic model phone... I could not find vodafone service or sim tool kit in that phone... I need to stop flash message through sms service... What shall i do... It’s so annoying... Give me some solution as soon as possible

                        We have recieved a bill of 25000 + 12000 on two connections. Apparently we are one of your most premium customers so we were assigned a vodafone asst. (her number can be provided once we get a call)for years now. She came with a promise that we only needed to message her our requirements and it would be done. SHE FORGOT TO ACTIVATE OUR INTERNATIONAL PLAN and says oh sorry it was a mistake. So now we need to pay 25000 +12000 rupees for her mistake? The twitter team of Vodafone is useless they just call to understand the matter again and again. We have screen shots of messaging her and acknowledging of what needs to be done but she forgets or confuses for 4 days!! Why are we paying for her mistake? Such cheats vodafone! If premium customers are treated like that, how do you treat regulars? #PortingOut to #Jio immediately! And please have the decency to call back, its hard earned money not for paying for Vodafone mistakes.

                          I want some information regarding postpaid plan for my connection i had dialed 198 and 199 nobody cares for customer i had waited for half an hour for both time and finally disconnected due to no response from any of customer care executive, it seems vodafone india doesn't care about time value of their customers, it is not tolerable at all company has to answer to their customers

                              I have recharged with rs 35 in my mobile and by mobile balance shows rs 55 on that day. After few days i saw my balance is only rs 8 left in my mobile. I have not taken any service. They have unfairly deducted my balance. Kindly please resolve the matter. I have also not made calls from that number. So why they have deducted my balance unnecessarily?
                              Please refund my amount back.

                                  Dear sir,
                                  I am not able to recharge my number every month irrelevantly. My account have a enough balance but according to company rules you have to recharge your number without any need. I'm not satisfied with this mandatory rules...
                                  Hence, i thought to move to jio... Then i have started to send sms to 1900 for porting...
                                  But, iam not able to send only for 1900... "message could not sent" is showing and if i asking about the probably to custmer care executive they also not interested to solve my problem.

                                  1. I did not recharged my mobile, as for as company rules so outgoing sms barred...

                                  2. I suppose to change message centre no.- did the same but no result...

                                  3. I have to change the handset - tried but no result...

                                  Moreover the custmoer care representatives not solve my problem for 3 days, n they are are not giving a chance to spk...

                                    Myself, bought 1no. 30 MB Data Pack for 1 day @MRP 5/- from my SIM by balance deduction on 13-12-18 at 11-26 am morning & after that main balance became Rs.25/- after deduction of Rs.5/- from main / core balance of Rs.30/-.

                                    Please note I had consumed only 6MB data within 24 hrs. i.e. till 11-26 a.m. next day on 14-12-18, but while checking the main / core balance after expiry of that data pack I surprisingly noticed the same had been reduced to 0.03/- from Rs.25/-

                                    While complaining the above matter to the customer care executives at 198 they mentioned that balance has been deducted due to extra data consumed over & above 30MB data pack, however they didn’t mention how much data I had consumed with the plea of system was not showing.

                                    While complaining the same via mail they hadn’t replied till date with the plea that their corresponding department catering the above case were not responded however they provided me a non-responding service request no.[protected]!!!

                                    Is it the new system of forfeiting customer’s balance anyway by Vodafone???

                                    Can TRAI become helpful in favour of the customers against the above in-correct activities of these service providers?
