I have recharge my vodafone number at 6th dec 2018 through my vodafone app. Its showing 100% cashback on 229 recharge. So i will be recharge my number 229 amount and 229 deducted from my bank account. After that i realized something wrong bcoz 229 amount offer only for new customer. I will be call on customer care, and they will be say deducted amount will be reverse on my account after 48 hrs but nothing happen till now.
I will be again call in customer care vodafone but they will be say contact to your bank. Contact to bank but they will be give me vodafone bill desk transaction id puti[protected] and contact to vodafone. But they will be denied. Please suggest what i will be do??

Complaint marked as Resolved Thank you 229 return back to my account. Now issue has been resolved. But very poor services provided by VODAFONE Customer Support, My suggestion please give quick response to your customers..
