My incoming and outgoing call services are disconnected by vodafone suddenly and i am harassed even when i have recharged my account with around 50 rupees. I have written an email which they did not bother to respond and along with that they have worthless people sitting in their customer help centre which should rather be renames as customer harassment centre.
This is fraud and being a lawyer myself, i shall approach the consumer forum as i am not going to tolerate this harassment.

    I had made a recharge of rs. 509 for my vodafone no. [protected]. It’s validity is to be for 3 months, that’s what the scheme is.. I get a message today i. E.in a month of its activity that it is expired and i will be charged now. This is harassment. My time and eventually money is going to be wasted if this is not resolved by the company taking cogizance and getting this rectified. If necessary i will take it even further.

    "rchrg of mrp rs509 on 14/11/18 successful. Tt rcvd rs0, gst rs77.64, af rs431.36, new bal rs0.02. Txn muh[protected]."

    "hi, your 3g/4g internet pack is valid for another 3 days and will end on 11.12.2018 23:59:59."

    This is completely callous from a company like vodafone.

      Had recharged a pack of rs.65. I had a balance of rs.39 left and now i'm receiving the message that outgoing validity expired. I again recharged of rs.10 but still the same. Please solve my problem.in an urgent need for outgoing calls. Please don't waste my money. Vodafone is been the most trustful app till now. Help me with this. I am in am urgent need for calling.

        On 09.12.2018 two plans of mobile talktime were activated on mobile no. [protected]. Infact the second activation was sought for a different number but Vodafone activated the second plan for the same number.
        It was brought to the notice of Vodafone and the first activation was cancelled by it. Therefore it had to refund the sum of Rs. 399/-. As the payment was originally made through PAYTM It was liable to be refunded to the same.
        However with an intention to wrongfully gain at the cost of the consumer, the refund was made by crediting talk time amount, which product or service was never sought.
        On request the Vodafone representative flatly refused to refund the amount.
        This is clearly an Unfair Trade Practice on the part of Vodafone. It is dishonest and unethical.
        I need not add that it is an actionable wrong.
        Vodafone must tender an unconditional apology and immediately refund the amount to the original payment method.

          I have received an sms from Vodafone Care, with OTP number to activate connection for cell number [protected], need to share this OTP with the retailer.
          This looks to be a fraud message as I have not purchased any new mobile connection from Vodafone.
          It appears someone has used my documents and my mobile number to apply for New Mobile connection with Vodafone.
          Request to please take this issue with Vodafone to discard the connection request and take appropriate action on the person who submitted fake documents and my mobile number.

            I had purchased a sim from vodafone 8 years ago. when i am taking my sim they were providing me life time validity and service.

            But now without any notice, they have changed the validity and every month they are forcing us to recharge to extend the validity even if we are having balance in main balance.

            This is really cheating the customer. we are purchasing a product with certain configurations and service, then without informing the customer or any govt regulations, they are changing the policy as per their own wish after the date of purchase. We want justice from vodafone.

            My Vodafone number [protected]. I paid 495 through my Andhra Bank credit card and recharge was not done. I paid again through hdfc card 495 again recharge not done.
            What do I do. The app says try again for recharge.
            Is there no regulatory authority for these companies.
            Very disgusting.
            Hi my sim is barred of incoming calls even though I have used the number for connecting internet. What should I do to get over this ?

              Dear sir/madam

              I don't want to use services of vodafone so i was trying to generate the upc to port my no [protected] & [protected] but i am unable to send message to 1900 while i have sufficient balance in my account to generate upc i. E. Account balance for my vodafone no [protected] is more than rs. 24.

              As per trai rules 30 days prior information is required but vodafone is doing it in illegal manner.

              I request you to please help!

                I have recharge my vodafone number at 6th dec 2018 through my vodafone app. Its showing 100% cashback on 229 recharge. So i will be recharge my number 229 amount and 229 deducted from my bank account. After that i realized something wrong bcoz 229 amount offer only for new customer. I will be call on customer care, and they will be say deducted amount will be reverse on my account after 48 hrs but nothing happen till now.

                I will be again call in customer care vodafone but they will be say contact to your bank. Contact to bank but they will be give me vodafone bill desk transaction id puti[protected] and contact to vodafone. But they will be denied. Please suggest what i will be do??

                There is very poor net speed
                Before six months using 4g internet no problems but Today after 1:30 I'm not using internet. Sir maybe also request this slove my problem between one to days.

                    Hello vodafone,

                    I have purchased the sim with lifetime validity and even when my mobile has balance i can't do outgoing calls.
                    Could you please let me know what kind of regulation is this?
                    Is it a trai regulation and as per trai norms or simply you have implemented it.

                    I just want to port to jio now. But i can't even send messages. Well done.
                    It's a clear case of loot. Don't worry i will just recharge but for sure do porting to better service provider which doesn't have this nonsense. I will also lodge a complaint about it to trai.

                      On 11th december i received a offer with rs. 189 which gives a benefit o[censored]nlimited talktime up to 56 days. But after recharge i have not received anything. Then i raised a complaint on customer care, they tell me that they will resolve it within 24 hrs. But didn't do anything. After one day they told me that the recharge plan wasn't existing in mobile number.

                        I got a message from vodafone saying outgoing will be barred if not recharged with minimum amount. I recharged for 1000 rupees which mentioned validity as unlimited, still my outgoing calls are blocked and now i'm getting messages incoming will also be blocked if not recharged. There are asking me to pay monthly amount to keep my outgoing and incoming calls from getting barred. Called 198 toll free number was not able to connect after 5 mins of ads.
                        Called paid number [protected] from another sim they say this recharge is not valid you still need to top up with monthly plan.

                        I recharge My Vodafone No. [protected] for online throught My Vodafone App & Payment Throught Paytm. My Paytm account diduct 35 rs but my no. is not recharge. I call custmer care but no help us.
                        I got a message from vodafone saying outgoing will be barred if not recharged with minimum amount. I recharged for 500 rupees which mentioned validity as unlimited, still my outgoing calls are blocked and i Called 198 2 times from another sim one say the services is fine we not a problem from our side.. When again i called back next day they said there is no recharge done which i already recharged it from another number.. I said should i discontinue vodafone.. She said its ur personal issue.. We can't do anything.. Wht rubbesh is this..

                          I also faced same problem and my mother is using vodafone postpaid no () from past one year and rental plan of 125 rs and using basic mobile hand set last november month bill i observed vodafone india has charged 1680rs for calling 51717 on 13.11.18 for 120min at 5pm but no body from our home has called to this number and tried to call this number by other network (Jio) it was showing its a wrong number and from other vodafone network called this number and heard that 14rs per minute will be charged and if we know that call has been charged then who is going to call this number and talk 120min and when i visited the vodafone store they told that they will take this complaint and will contact me later and also have mailed this complaint to corporatecare. [protected]@vodafoneidea.com and told them to waive off the charge

                              I am using my vodafone and recharging it regularly and now it says out going validity expired.. This is nonsense really. What do you mean by out going validity expired, it was very clear that we bought it for lifetime validity. Worst service, worst network.

                              Tried reaching their care, worst connectivity, worst response and worst service ever. I really dont understand their logic here. When we bought it for lifetime validity, now why the hell they asking us to buy out going validity again? Meaningless and very fraud they doing. Open source cheating this is

                                I have Rs 953 in my account. When i recharged with Rs 1000 it was showing unlimited validity. Now Vodafone is forcing me to recharge for outgoing validity. What will happen to my Rs 953? Why should I recharge for outgoing validity? When i bought the sim it said lifelong validity. Their customer care is also bogus. Nobody picks up the calls. I never used voda net and still on voda i got 500mb and still their is 500 remaining data. I even dont used this sim. I did not get any msg deduction also.                                   shameful thing again doing by Vodafone...they deducte my 75₹ balance from my mobile balance without knowing me, even i did not get any msg from them.. i face this problem again.. this it happen before also..and i complaint on that also on consumer form, they said that this is not happen again. they deduct balance from my account in the name any so called name nazare data which i dont agree on that even i dont use there data also..they deduct money in fake name. i face this problem again and again...i use Vodafone sim almost 6 year. i am valuable customer for them. they don't care for that..i call there customer care also they said we can't refund, we refund only in b/w 24 hour..when i said gave me proof will i agree on that..i didn't get any msg from them then how i know, my balance is deduct..they tell me, you get your refunded amount still i didn't get .i take call recording also...if you want i provide you also..

                                    Hi,

                                    I was a vodafone customer a year back. I was using the number [protected] and i have successfully closed that number and paid everything.
                                    I was not aware that there is another number which was a supplementary number to my main vodafone number. I have never used that number ever nut i am getting bills and legal notices for that number. I have sent multiple emails to vodafone but to no avail.

                                    I even paid the full bill twice and asked them to end the relation ship but they did not do that.
                                    They are harassing me continuously. Vodafone never deactivated that number even though i never used that supplementary number ever.

                                    Please help i am really stressed about this.

                                    Today i recharge my Vodafone number of 255 and it took more time to success then i tried another recharge of 199 then it shows success full aftersome time i get msg that your 2525 regarge success full and money deducted now 199 plan is running so i want refund of 255 regarge

How can they block our outgoing and incoming calls just because we dint top up for few months.. we have enough balance and don’t need to top up anymore as we use it less and we have some other SIM of jio.

                                      I had an international trip to Srilanka for which i wanted a Roaming pack. Vodafone had a roaming pack but for 7 days whereas my trip was for 8 days.
                                      By error i activated the pack via Vodafone app. I called the customer care spoke to Raunak who said that since i need the pack day after and not today he will cancel the pack from his end and since there is no usage and mobile number is still in India charges will get reversed. Hence as per the solution given by Raunak a vodafone representative i agreed to his solution and let him cancel the pack as he said charges will get reversed. He even said that i can activate the new pack only after 4 hours once i hang up the call.
                                      I am willing to pay for the pack i used not for the duplicate charge.
                                      Since 8th Dec 2018 my outgoing services is blocked.

                                        I'm unable to send or receive sms from my Vodafone postpaid connected mobile from a month. Raised my concern several times to customer care and came to know that sms had been barred and will reactivate asap. But, there is no change even after 5 days.

                                        Also emailed to Vodafone care several times on this, but received no response. Because of this issue, I'm facing several difficulties and unable to perform my online transactions.

                                        Please look into this as early as possible. Thanks!
