I have Rs 953 in my account. When i recharged with Rs 1000 it was showing unlimited validity. Now Vodafone is forcing me to recharge for outgoing validity. What will happen to my Rs 953? Why should I recharge for outgoing validity? When i bought the sim it said lifelong validity. Their customer care is also bogus. Nobody picks up the calls. There are problems with network coverage also which i complained. My phone number is [protected].

    Vodafone do cheap thing to their old customer. They deduct 80 rs as dndl dwap vp0080. Even i used jio net. I never used voda net and still on voda i got 500mb and still their is 500 remaining data. I even dont used this sim. I did not get any msg deduction also. I call 2 time to customer care but they wait me above 1 hour but they dont attend my call. What will i do now

    shameful thing again doing by Vodafone...they deducte my 75₹ balance from my mobile balance without knowing me, even i did not get any msg from them.. i face this problem again.. this it happen before also..and i complaint on that also on consumer form, they said that this is not happen again. they deduct balance from my account in the name any so called name nazare data which i dont agree on that even i dont use there data also..they deduct money in fake name. i face this problem again and again...i use Vodafone sim almost 6 year. i am valuable customer for them. they don't care for that..i call there customer care also they said we can't refund, we refund only in b/w 24 hour..when i said gave me proof will i agree on that..i didn't get any msg from them then how i know, my balance is deduct..they tell me, you get your refunded amount still i didn't get .i take call recording also...if you want i provide you also..

      Hi,

      I was a vodafone customer a year back. I was using the number [protected] and i have successfully closed that number and paid everything.
      I was not aware that there is another number which was a supplementary number to my main vodafone number. I have never used that number ever nut i am getting bills and legal notices for that number. I have sent multiple emails to vodafone but to no avail.

      I even paid the full bill twice and asked them to end the relation ship but they did not do that.
      They are harassing me continuously. Vodafone never deactivated that number even though i never used that supplementary number ever.

      Please help i am really stressed about this.

      I have convert my sim from airtel to vodaphone ...but not able to recharge my phone
      Today i recharge my Vodafone number of 255 and it took more time to success then i tried another recharge of 199 then it shows success full aftersome time i get msg that your 2525 regarge success full and money deducted now 199 plan is running so i want refund of 255 regarge
      Why we need to recharge Vodafone when we have life time validity . How can they block our outgoing and incoming calls just because we dint top up for few months.. we have enough balance and don’t need to top up anymore as we use it less and we have some other SIM of jio.

        I had an international trip to Srilanka for which i wanted a Roaming pack. Vodafone had a roaming pack but for 7 days whereas my trip was for 8 days.
        By error i activated the pack via Vodafone app. I called the customer care spoke to Raunak who said that since i need the pack day after and not today he will cancel the pack from his end and since there is no usage and mobile number is still in India charges will get reversed. Hence as per the solution given by Raunak a vodafone representative i agreed to his solution and let him cancel the pack as he said charges will get reversed. He even said that i can activate the new pack only after 4 hours once i hang up the call.
        I am willing to pay for the pack i used not for the duplicate charge.
        Since 8th Dec 2018 my outgoing services is blocked.

          I'm unable to send or receive sms from my Vodafone postpaid connected mobile from a month. Raised my concern several times to customer care and came to know that sms had been barred and will reactivate asap. But, there is no change even after 5 days.

          Also emailed to Vodafone care several times on this, but received no response. Because of this issue, I'm facing several difficulties and unable to perform my online transactions.

          Please look into this as early as possible. Thanks!

            Dear sir,
            As per indian contract act, 1872 contract is an agreement between two or more parties enforced by law.

            As me and telephone operator are entered into contract, how it can breach its promise to provide service for a period stated earlier. So, i have right to force the operator to fulfill his promise or recovery of concessional consideration paid.
            Vodafone India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
            I have enough balance Rs-1024.00 in my account, but I am unable to make outgoing calls. Vodafone is forcing me to do again recharge.

            So I want my balance back to money and I don't want to continue with Vodafone services anymore.

            Inspite of being enrolled with a unlimited plan, I am not able to send text messages and it shows error 50 every time I try. I have tried dialling *#*#4636#*#* ans updating the message centre number but it doesn't update amd shows"update error".
            I made payment of Rs 500 for Vodafone recharge. The recharge didn't happen however I didn't received the payment

              Every time i make an outgoing call, i have to listen to their advertisement. It's really annoying when i have to make an emergency call and even without that i don't want to listen to any of their offers and they are forcing to make us hear it. I have an unlimited calling plan so there is no question of low or no balance. Vodafone guys you better listen here, else i am gonna sue you guys and you bet there are millions other user like this with the same issue. Don't you dare ignoring this problem. If airtel people are listening then i am happy to switch to airtel provided they don't irritate their customers like this.

                Hi,

                I just spoke to your customer care centre. I was to travel to london on 22nd oct 2018 - i called your helpdesk on 18th oct asking to activate my 10 day ir pack from 22nd oct. My ir pack was activated at 1:12 am on 21st oct. I immediately called your helpdesk to inform that my trip to uk was cancelled and if they could please deactivate the ir pack. I received a deactivation message at 8:06 am. Your customer care executive told me that the pack was deactivated and i will not be charged. Please go back and check your phone records as you record every call.
                To my surprise i see a rs. 3500 charge on my phone bill in the next cycle which i refuse to pay. Finally when the next bill came now with a total of rs. 5111 bill i decided to call your cc asking to remove the charge so i can pay my bill. The cc executive says nothing can be done as the ir pack was activated. I ask for a supervisor, he suggests supervisor will say the same thing and if i need a call back i should drop an email.
                - i am not going to pay the rs. 3500 which was wrongly charged to my account
                - your customer care is terrible and you clearly do not document the conversations with your clients on your system
                - i am flying to london in february but clearly because of all this confusion i will look to port my number out to airtel
                Please resolve my dispute and close my account. I have been a customer of vodafone for over 6 years but that is clearly not appreciated.
                I look forward to receiving a call back.

                  My vodaphone no. Has 143₹ as balance but it is showing that outgoing calls will be stop from 6 dec. It is happening on all vodaphone sims or just some specifics. Why this is so, what I should do about it.

                  Please respond as soon as possible.
                  Sim has been suspended from November 26th, without any intimation.
                  Incoming and outgoing calls are barred.
                  Not getting a proper response Vodafone customer care executives for the last one week.
                  I'm not deactivate my Callertune. I'm complain 8 to 9 times to customer care but still i face the problem.

                    Got a sim for free on street side stall in chennai saidapet near railway station, the seller didn't explain about the sim type (Post paid or prepaid) instead told the benefits like 2 months free data and calling.

                    After using 1 month, got a bill amount 375 rs. I stopped using the sim and vodafone also stop servicing it after 10 days (Approx).

                    Again the collection agents are calling me and asking to pay the money of 880 rupees.

                    Please suggest me what to do here.

                      Hi, i'm a vodafone india postpaid customer from 2010. I've been using the same plan since the date i joined the service provider. I was being charged as a rent an amount of 596 inr annually.
                      Now suddenly they change my plan without my consent and they start charging me inr 298 per month. When i tried to contact them about the change of plan, they tell me that your previous plan would be restored. I pay them 596 inr on the basis of their assurance of starting my previous annual plan. I also have a mail about their assurance. The screenshot of it i've attached with the complaint.

                      Still my previous plan hasn't been restored and i get charged monthly at inr 299 per month. So finally i decided to clear my dues and convert to prepaid service of vodafone. I paid for the prepaid service and got a new prepaid sim porting my older postpaid number to vodafone prepaid number. Then again vodafone calls me and says that we are really sorry. Please don't shift to vodafone prepaid, we'll start your older annual plan of 598 ind annual rent and be assured you'll not face any problem in the future. I confirmed the service agent twice that whether it would be started or not and he said yes. So i thought it's fine i'll go with vodafone one last time and would not shift to vodafone prepaid.
                      But again after 1 month the same monthly plan has been activated of inr 299 per month on my number. On complaining to vodafone, they are telling that we are sorry but we can't activate your old plan annual.

                      This is sheer break of customer trust and looting if customer money. Since i don't have any option left now. I'm filing a consumer complaint looking for a concrete solution against vodafone and in an urgent manner.

                      Any other information required would be gladly provided but please expedite the issue.

                        Hi, i have sufficient balance in my vodofone account, but still received a message stating, outgoing validity expires. And now infact it got stopped and am not able to make any call.

                        Can somebody help me understand, how come the lifetime validity be expired? This is really pathetic and worst service i could think of. Simply company is making fool of public.

                          I have decided to convert my postpaid number to prepaid and visited avadi vodafone store on 24th of nov (Arundhatipalaiyam, avadi, tamil nadu 600071).

                          I was asked to pay my outstanding amount and rental amount up to dec 03rd - rs.439 and rs. 178 for prepaid sim activation. I have paid all the due amount and conversion fee and submitted all my proofs for the prepaid sim activation. I got the new prepaid sim card and i was informed that the process will start only on dec 03rd (Not sure why that much delay). Adding to this, i was informed that the postpaid sim will be de-activated and then i can activate my new prepaid sim with the same mobile number 9962xxxxxx.

                          My postpaid sim did not get de-activated and reached out to the customer care on 4th of dec 2018. Complaint #[protected]. I was assured that there will be a solution by 5th of december 2018 6pm. But there was no solution.

                          Again i reached out to the customer care on 6th of dec and i enquired about the complaint #[protected]. I was informed that the ticket was closed. This was done without my consent/resolution.

                          A new complaint was raised for the same problem complaint #[protected] on 6th of dec and i informed the executive not to close the ticket without my confirmation. I also reached out to the avadi vodafone store on 6th of dec. When enquired they informed that it is being processed by the back office team.

                          Once again i reached out to the customer care to check the status of my complaint #[protected]. As usual the ticket was closed without any resolution. The executive asked me to check with the vodafone store for prepaid sim activation.

                          If i reach out to the customer care they are asking to contact vodafone store and when i reach out to the store they inform that the back office team is processing the request. No one is taking up the responsibility. Everyone is throwing the ball to the other person. If this is going to happen and i need to keep following behind you people when there will be a solution for my problem? One of the worst customer service i ever faced in my life time.

                          Adding to this i was also informed that i need to pay the rental amount from dec 4th till the postpaid number gets deactivated. When there is a mistake from the client side and they are asking the customer to pay the bill. How come this is possible?

                            I brought this 2 sim which had life time validity, and now why my services showing as expired.
                            If you are not able to fulfill customer service then why are you selling sim or running business on false promises.
                            Incoming and outgoing calls are blocked on both sims.

                              Really shame on you people for doing fraud with the customers as you people don't have guts to earn your income. Instead you people become greesy hungry fellows to eat the benefits of rhe customers. If this is the way you people treat the customers then that day is not so far when you will lose the business. Now you people become greedy by eating the money every month. If you have little bit shame and little bit self respect and respect for your parents then give the benefits from your side as your services becoming worse day by day. Show some respect to the customers by giving them bemefits from your side atleast to me instead of looting me cheating with me and doing fraud with me.

                              If you can't do this thing then do one thing take one big katora and sit on the road. People will give you lot of money to you. You hungry greedy beggaurs only have the mentality to loot he customers instead of giving them benefits you people become blood suckers of them. Really shame on you.

                                What is this madness. Has vodafone gone mad??? Sending sms to clients at midnight and this is not the first time. Vodafone should first learn basic courtesy and manners and know when to send sms or calls.

                                Sms sent to my phone with no subject at 2.48 am. Date sent 12/09/2018

                                Please send me a clarification as to why sms are sent when i am deep asleep. Phone service is meant for the convenience of the customer and not to be a nuisance to them.

                                The above mentioned complaint is still valid and not resolved. Let me show of how they seemed to have resolved this without my knowledge.

                                  Last few times, i have been discovering that my balance is getting removed without any valid reasons. I had recharged on 20th oct, 2018, rs. 204, giving my phone balance to rs. 260. Suddenly, i discover that my balance is negative and my outgoing is blocked. When i try to get details of deductions, those details are never made available. If vodafone continues this practice, i will have no other option but to migrate to another service provider. I need to see how my balances are getting erased every now and then. For international roaming, you can deduct only rs.90 per calendar month and not every now and then as per your whim. Please explain my deductions for last 6 months.

                                    Dear sir,
                                    I am a customer of vodafone india prepaid (Gujarat). My number is [protected]. Many time ago i have recharged with a life time validity.
                                    But recently my outgoing calls are barred & incoming will also barred from 21 dec 18. I am receiving sms from vodafone that you have to recharge for every month to active your connection. I called to 198 for my complaint but customer executive told me that i have to recharge with minimum 35 rs for every 28 days to continue my services. As of now i am having the balance of rs.97 so there is also no problem of some minimum balance, how can they block my calls.
                                    Why should i recharge for validity because my number has a lifetime validity. Company has already provided me lifetime validity earlier.
                                    Now in 2018 company is changing the rule of validity. This is fraud.

                                    Dear Sir,

                                    I have also recharged with Rs.998(Approx) for lifetime validity some years ago. But as of now Vodafone has stopped my Incoming Calls also from 21.12.18, that is not fair.
                                    Vodafone don't want to active my service in any way, instead of I have already paid for my lifetime validity.
                                    So I request you to do the needful in this matter.

                                      This is to inform you that from past 6 months i have been asking vodafone customer care to deactivate my extra services but there is no application to it. You have a really bad staff right now i received a message stating my vodafone health service is activated. When i haven't activated it. Every month i have to call for a refund.                                         I have a balance of 82.22 rs in my vodafone number provided below, but not able to do any outgoing calls, as the message says "outgoing validity expired". Please do the needful.. I do have enough balance to make an outgoing call, they did not even inform about the validity thing through any means.
