Last few times, i have been discovering that my balance is getting removed without any valid reasons. I had recharged on 20th oct, 2018, rs. 204, giving my phone balance to rs. 260. Suddenly, i discover that my balance is negative and my outgoing is blocked. When i try to get details of deductions, those details are never made available. If vodafone continues this practice, i will have no other option but to migrate to another service provider. I need to see how my balances are getting erased every now and then. For international roaming, you can deduct only rs.90 per calendar month and not every now and then as per your whim. Please explain my deductions for last 6 months.
