My vodafone mobile number is [protected]. Current active plan on my mobile number is unlimited calls+1gb data for 84 days. After i activated this plan, my balance was deducted many times and finally balance became zero. After that an amount of rs. 3 was deducted from zero balance, now my current balance is minus 3 rs. There can not be any deduction for call, sms or data because my number has free calls, sms and data since past 60 days. So i want reasons for the deduction from my balance and i also want the minus amount to be removed from my balance.
As per trai regulation mobile operators are not allowed wrongful balance deductions. If my issue is not resolved asap, i will register a complaint with trai.

    I am having vodafone prepaid connection in mumbai circle.
    Now, from 13/12/2018 vodafone has stopped my outgoing calls and customer care is telling me to recharge mandatorily with rs.199 onwards pack, failing which they will stop my incoming calls too in next 15 days.

    How teleco can mandate customer to recharge with such higher packs?

    In order to keep sim card working it has to be recharged in certain period with any amount, that is understandable. But now how can they recover there losses like this from customer?

        I am using vodafone [postpaid] number since 2013 and everytime i face problem from miscellaneous charges from last 12 months. I am requesting for stop this (Every month i have called customer care for this. But they have not solutions for this). Company is not listening.

          Hello dear,

          I sunil saini having vodafone no [protected] using since 2010. I got my nov bill and i saw that there is 12 rupee charges for video call and there is no details mentioned for charges. I just want to know about the charges. Where i can use social apps then why i'll use direct video call. Even my mobile hasn't any options for direct video call. So my concern is that i just want to know about video call charges. If it will be wrong then i'll definitely fire a case against vodafone.

            I have [protected] mobile no, i came in usa and i am trying to get network on my mobile, but i am not getting, then i call to vodafone customer care so many time but they are not able to resolve the issue or they are not willing to do. I have call nodal officer also they are always saying we are working on this on priority but actually they are not doing anything.

              Kindly refund me the 1000 rupees deposit made to vodafone on[protected]. Security id being[protected].
              Name - sheetal dhillon. I am waiting for a few months for the 1000 rupee cheque and i have not recieved it.

              Kindly do not make me take police action against the company. You r also liable to pay me 10% interest after a period of 60 days has passed. (Which has passed). Kindly revert back asap

                Before one week my sim balance is 381 rupees. But two or three time i found any plan already activated on my number without my permission and i loss my sim balance. So i want pl deposit my balance return as per compansation to maintain 381 rupees.
                I hope this activity will not be done again from vodafone side, otherwise i will not continue as customer of vodafone.

                  I convert my vodafone number from prepaid to postpaid at vodafone store, ring road, surat on 28th nov 2018. They take rs.300 from me and told me that rs.200 is deposit and 100 will be adjust on 1st bill. They don't told me about any activation charges. I asked them regarding charges from pre to post but they told that there is no other charges. I asked them to active rs.399 rental plan. They told number will be activated within 4hrs. Number was activated on 30 with rental plan 299. I change my plan on 7th nov.in between 10 days they suspend the number 2 times. On 12th nov they again reactivate number and send me bill where they charged on time activation fee. When i called customer care they told activation charge is waived off in bill then where is the amount which i paid at vodafone store, they grab my money. They not provide me any receipt at vodafone store. I want to convert my number to prepaid again.

                    Sir, i have applied for porting out my mobile [protected] to airtel and given all the documents. My engagment with vodafone as a sp was individual but later joined a chitpavan foundation - mumbai which is social and cultural organisation who had a cug benefits. I gave their noc but yoiur team is not accepting it but repetaedly asking for the name of the employer etc. I clarified that i am a housewife and not an employee but they are unable to appreciate.

                    I dont know that your own team does not know that such cultural organisations are also cuss. What yiour officers are doing, god knows.. I complained to your nodal officer but is not responding

                      Hi,
                      We have 5 vodafone connections in our family, 3 prepaid and 2 postpaid. All the prepaid connections had 1000+ rs. Balance and the pans selected did not have any expiry. Suddenly we get the notice of outgoing call barring from certain date.
                      This is rediculous customer service. I[censored]sers have balance on their account why should their facilities be barred. Vodafone is a provider of service and has good reputation. They should not use such mechanism to grab balances that consumers have on their account.

                        I was able to send messages to all contacts prior to last week. But from last 6 days i was not able to send any messages to any contact. I've unlimited package and i've additional balance too.

                        I've called customer care executives 3 times. Every time am receiving different solutions but none of them are working.

                        I need this to be resolved asap.

                        When I try to send an SMS I get message failed to send and when I see the details it tells me Error Code 50.

                          Vodafone and airtel have blocked my number from outgoing calls eventhough i have more than 200/- balance in it.

                          If this move is not as per trai rules, it needs to be revoked and vodafone, airtel and idea should be fined for this move.

                          If trai is aware of this rule, it should be notified to customers via newspaper or social media. Telecom companies coming with rules to profit their company and looting customers is not fair from their side and trai should intervene in between to stop this.

                            My cellphone no:[protected] deactivated due to non usage. I took this connection in Bhusawal, Maharashtra. So i contacted and submitted all the docs in Vodafone store in Bhusawal during June.2018. They said it will take 1 to 3 months but not yet activated. I contacted many times but no use. Then I contacted Vodafone store in Kakinada, Andra Pradesh since I moved from to Kakinada, AP. They directed me to write a mail to vodafone corporate which i did on[protected] but no response. Request Vodafone to resolve my long pending requests

                              I tried to connect with Vodafone on mail with payment details.
                              1St time I got reply that bill has been paid already, person will inform concern team. But still I facing same issue. I also tried to reach on mail but now no reply from vodafone

                                excess billing due to international data usage

                                Hi, even my dad have been fraudently charged 2, 01, 884 rs by vodafone for data roaming while he was at bahrain airport for merely half an hour. He was not informed by vodafone executive during activation of ir pack of 3500 that this pack will not work in bahrain.
                                Moreover my data limit was of only 19000 then why dint they cut the connection when it exceded the limit. They didnot evn send any intimation regarding the usage while he...

                                I took a vodafone postpaid sim and after two months due to network issues i requested them to disconnect the connection. then they said you have to wait 3 months after activation to disconnect the connection. then after 3 months i requested them, then they said you have to say it between 21st and 30th of the month to disconnect the connection. After that i didn't paid the bill, so thier executive called me and said me about the bill, then i said the issue to him. then he said pay the bill now and send adhaar card copy to his number, he'll disconnect the connection now. then i did it.

                                next month again i got bill from vodafone. then i went to their customer care office and complained about this. then they said they will disconnect the bill within two days.

                                after one month again one month again i got call from vodafone office and they said me to pay the bill.

                                their customer support is very bad. i took my SIM from vodafone office perinthalmanna, kerala.

                                think twice before taking vodafone postpaid SIM

                                  I am dr rajdeep mittal, from bharatpur, rajasthan. I had taken vodafone government plan of monthly rental of rs 110/-. And but after 4-5 months vodafone had changed plan without my consent to rental 249/- monthly. And when i talked to them they had told that the plan you had taken is not in existence now. When i talked to your costumer care in june 2018 vodafone had barred my outgoing services from june 2018 because of request for deactivation of that number.
                                  I had paid rs 1000/- as non usage charges on 15 october, 2018 for the month of july, august and september 2018. And i requested again for deactivating that number. They had agreed for that and told that it will be done with in 10 days.
                                  But instead of that they had send bills of october and november 2018 of rs 374.9/-. Afterthen i had called vodafone costumer care and vodafone appellate officer but only fraud talks have been made by them..
                                  I want this number to get deactivated and wants my nonusages charges with deposit amount of rs 500/- which was taken initially at the time of sim starting w (Was also taken without receipt.)

                                    I am using vodafone red plan (499) which provide me mobile insurance.
                                    They promised me to give mobile insurance so i opted this plan.
                                    For mobile insurance they are charging me rs 100 + taxes per month.

                                    While installing mobile shield software it scanned my device for every possible defects and issued me a certificate for mobile insurance.

                                    It has been 11 months since i am using this postpaid plan (Vodafone red).
                                    Now when i raised a complain for my mobile screen damage, they declined it saying that mobile bill is not in my name.

                                    My brother ordered it for me from flipkart.
                                    But they are saying that it is in our policy that mobile bill should be in your name or parent's name.

                                    Initially they told me to upload document of relation proof.
                                    But when i uploaded a relation proof then they declined the claim saying it is in their policy.

                                    I have tried to visit vodafone mini store but they said we can't help.

                                    Still they are charging me for mobile insurance.
