Need to file complain.

Need my refund asap. Called vodafone customer care they didnot help me on this
Fraud name - amit sharma as told by him but vodaone care tell me name (Naveen alom) from assam. Please help me to refund same amount from vodafone team.

    I have been an avid user of vodaphone for almost 4 years now.

    And had a a credit limit assigned to my number ([protected]) of rs 4000. I had requested for international roaming from 6th oct. I reached the said location on 7th oct. I have been exorbitantly charged for data services, for which i have the following pointers:

    1. I have not used the same.
    2. My credit limit was rs 4000 as according to all the bills given by vodaphone.in that case, how can the bill increase more than that?
    3. I had taken a screenshot on 9th oct, at 10.16 india time (Brunei time 00.46) (Can be seen in the screenshot) of the vodaphone app, which said the bill has been raised to rs 15515.66 as on that moment. The next day they suddenly raised the amount to rs 38k when i had no network on my phone. I have tweeted the same too, that very moment.

    @vodaphone we do not give you the right to charge us for anything.. Especially services we have not used.

      Hi consumer complaints team,

      Please help me against these mighty fraudsters "vodafone", we should throw them out of our country, they are looting us every day. I have been harassed so many time month after month by them that i can't tolerate anymore. Please save me.

      Message to vodafone goons via consumer complaints platform:

      1. There is not third party service on my party and still, you deduct balance on every month even after contacting you and your team again and again.
      2. Last month, sowmya from appellate team also confirmed that there is no third party service/value added service on my number, but again you have deduced my balance.
      3. On 8 december at 1 am, i have received a message that validity is expired on 7th dec. This is a violation of trai regulation, wherein they have cleared mentioned that telecom must send the notification in well advance to the customer.
      4. Even in this message, it was not mentioned about the minimum rc that i need to recharge with. I did for rs23 but nothing happened, your cc told me to recharge with rs35. I threw another rs35 on your face and what i got, total balance of rs.38. Where are my 62 rupees??? Which was there in my account.

      Last time, i took swomya's word and i didnt file the harassment and fraud case, but this time i will teach you a lesson.

      Consumer complaints team,
      In case anything happens to me, please put the blame on vodafone. They had also made threating calls last time as well and i know they will stop my voice this time.

      Its time to throw them out of our country.

        I am not able to send or receive messages from my number, pathetic service from vodafone they even charge for calling customer care just looting the customers and the customer care executive can't even resolve the issue, just pathetic i am not able to receive important messages related to my bank account on my number i even went to the vodafone office they didn't even bothered to look at my issue and told me to wait.. Looking forward to port my number... Pathetic company

          Trai approve law of vodaphone 35 ruppes plan for continue service? In my account i have 195 ruppes so why i am giving extra money for this telecome service company. I know about should trai approved this law either yes or no? If they refund my balance? Could i registere court case aggainst this telecome provider for this plan if trai not approve vodaphone law

            Hi my name is divya. I have been using 2 mobile numbers from vodafone and one sim i was not able to use it for long time as my mobile was under repair.
            When my mobile started working i inserted the sim to find out the services was disabled as sim was not in use.. I went to vodafone store and they told me to convert the sim into postpaid so else i wont be able to use the same number, so i said okay and went futher with postpaid service ever since i have not been getting network on my postpaid sim while at home or at my work place and i have made couple of entries to vodafone store they gave me a new sim saying sim might not be working, they asked me to change my plan etc etc but nothing worked.
            Then i decided to deactivate the sim and made all formalities. Later i recd a call from one mr shafaan from vodafone saying we have merged with idea and from 25th of oct (Or so i do not remember the month) the network's would be fine and pls start using the sim.. I told him i am unnecessarily making the payments and not even able to use the sim, he assured me a reversal of my payments would be done on my sim as i was just paying the bills and not able to use the sim.. Now every month i am just making the payment for my rental plan and the reversal assured is just getting accumulated. I have made n number of complaints with vodafone but all in vain
            I am no longer going to make the payments for the sim. You people are just frauds and with a useless service and network.

              I am having a vodafone sim card since long back and didn't face such issue before, but now from past few days i was getting messages from vodafone that your vodafone services are going to be expired on so and so date and now my services are expired after that date. And as per vodafone i have to recharge again to get a limited validity, say 28 days. I did it for rs 35 once now again i am receiving messages that validity is going to expire on 26th dec.. What nonsense is this?

              Why the service validity got expired when we have earlier recharged for lifetime validity?

              What's the meaning of expiring the services when they have earlier charged us for that? Vodafone should first improve their network services rather than making this expiring validity fraud.

                Vodafone india stopped my outgoing calls.
                And they told me after 15 days my incomming calls will also be stopped.
                They are want me to recharge by Rs 35 for 28 days validity. Please sir make a good decision. I don't have problem if they want me to Have minimum balance 35 for outgoing calls .
                But this is wrong sir every month i have to recharge 35.

                  I recharged with rs 53to get a balance of rs 41.92 but instead d access fess was 44 n i just balance of rs 3 how is that right
                  U people are kind of fooling us wid this online recharge i hope to get my complete recharge
                  I reacharged from airtel wallet is it because of it
                  If thats so do let me know i sure will want to port my sim then
                  In start whenever i recharged on vodafone no thr were unknown packs activated on my no.without my consent leaving my balance 0 even if thr were 5 rs they used to get unknown packs activated of that money i dont know whether it just happens wid my no or wat hence i stopped recharging this no once for all
                  After that i get a msg to recharge of 35rs or above or my servises would b cancelled i did n look wat ur so called services did
                  I dont believe it vodafone services would of this low
                  I hope i get my complete recharge or i would port my sim better for u all as u people were going to stop my services just do let me know wat u people do

                    Vodafone has given me a bill of 17000 for 1.5 days of data. They did not give me intimation and rather allowed the data to be ripped even beyond my permitted allowance.
                    Please help me to obtain a waiver for the data bill.
                    And overall I had lost my mobile during my international trip and as soon as I came back to India I tried getting back the sim. Even during that time no customer care informed about this huge hike in bill.

                      Unnecessary charges are being applied to 2 mobile numbers ([protected] and ([protected]). Even after making them understand these are unnecessary charges they will never revert the money and every month we are facing the same issue. Vodafone is the worst network plz don’t use this network ever. Agents are very rude and they can’t resolve any issue anytime. Agents use abusive language. It is the worst network provider i have ever seen. I am going to complain to police. I want the reversal for all the extra charges. I will spread this issue in every social media site.

                          I am charged for the most popular vodofone plan offered to me when i made call to toll free numbers and other mobile which should not have been as per the 398 plan. I had emailed about the same and also provided detailed feedback on the same also. I am continioiusly loosing amount for no reason.

                          This is not just an issue with single person, You guys are charging for all toll free numbers to all customers.
                          Please can you stop doing this, as it comes under a kind of fraud, I have tried with many vodafone users and for big brands Toll free number.

                            Myself, sunil bhattacharyya, a prepaid customer of vodafone having two connections since march 2016. Suddenly on 30/11/2018 i had received a notice / message from their customer care that plan validity of my sim cards would be expired after 11/12/2018 & 12/12/2018 respectively, if i do not recharge with mrp 24/-. Please be noted since i have a talk time balances of rs 140/- & rs.160/- with plan validity till 2024, i havn’t recharge with additional mrp 24/- till date.

                            While complaining with their customer care they told that vodafone decided to change / reduce the validity of sim card committed/agreed by them during offering new connection / porting of all pre-paid customers who do not have unlimited prepaid plans, thereby my outgoing services would be de-activated after 11/12/2018 & 12/12/2018 respectively in-spite of having balance of rs 140/- & rs.160/- respectively.

                            While complaining to appellate authorities of vodafone they also told the same that customers without having unlimited packs will not be able to make o/g calls even they have talk time balances but to recharge forcefully buying additional service validity recharge packs of mrp 24/- on every alternate 28 days in spite of having talk time balances otherwise their outgoing services will be de-activated.

                            Even the customers cannot purchase those service validity recharge packs using / debiting their existing talk time balances.

                            The customer care people are also threatening to withdraw the incoming facilities also 15 days after outgoing service disconnection after forfeiting of rs.20/- from my talk time balances, if i do not buy additional service validity recharge packs of mrp 24/- on every alternate 28 days.

                            Can trai become helpful in favour of the customers against the above breach of trust / agreement of these service providers and impose requisite directions to them so that customers get their connections continued.

                                  Myself, santanu bhattacharyya, a prepaid customer of vodafone since march 2016. Suddenly on 23/11/2018 i had received a notice / message from their customer care that plan validity of my sim card would be expired after 25/11/2018 if i do not recharge with mrp 35/-. Please be noted since i have a talk time balance of rs 37.42 with plan validity till 2024, i hadn’t recharge with additional mrp 35/- and they have withdrawn all the outgoing facilities (Call / data / message) after 3 days i. E. On[protected].

                                  While complaining with their customer care they told that vodafone decided to change /reduce the validity of sim card committed/agreed by them during offering of new connection / porting of all pre-paid customers who do not have unlimited prepaid plans, thereby my outgoing services has been de-activated from[protected] in-spite of having balance of rs.37.42.

                                  While complaining to appellate authorities of vodafone they also told the same that customers without having unlimited packs will not be able to make o/g calls even they have talk time balances but to recharge forcefully buying additional service validity recharge packs of mrp 35/- on every alternate 28 days.

                                  Even the customers cannot purchase those service validity recharge packs using / debiting their existing talk time balances.

                                  Now after 10 days of outgoing service disconnection they are threatening to withdraw the incoming facilities also after forfeiting of rs.20/- from my talk time balances, if i do not buy additional service validity recharge packs of mrp 35/- on every alternate 28 days within[protected].

                                  Can trai become helpful in favour of the customers against the above breach of trust / agreement of these service providers and impose requisite directions to them so that customers get their connections restored.

                                    Dear sir

                                    I am a subscriber of vodafone mob no [protected]. On 9th november 2018, i received an sms saying i was charged rs. 35/- for vodafone tv all channel pack for my mobile no [protected] which was not requested by me. Today at about 8:53 am i have received another sms advising me that an amount of rs. 150/- has been debited from my balance towards vodafone tv all channel pack which again was not requested by me. Kindly note that these services are being forcibly put on me without even requesting for the same. Despite my advising that i am not interested in these services and without my permission services are being activated. Kindly look into the matter and do the needful at the earliest.

                                      Dear whoever it may concern
                                      Hi myself prasath v, from cuddalore. I want to change location address from mumbai to tamilnadu cuddalore (Hometown) with the same mobile number ([protected]), for that, i went to vodafone store, they told to send message port 1900. I tried to send sms port 1900, it shows "message could not be sent" i really fed up with vodafone customer care also by speaking with customer care also they could not sort it out the issue. Because of this, i could not do any online transaction. I barely need help.
