I am on international roaming for long time now but vodafone is giving me a hard time since 4 months. I was unable to use the services and was regularly charged rental for international roaming. After 31 emails exchanges and complain to the appellate authority they were able to resolve it but no apology or even a refund for any of the months was provided. Moreover, they deducted rs240 from my balance as soon as i recharged. I sent an email asking them to explain the deductions and 2 emails included senseless replies explaining the past deduction before the recharge was made. Please help in getting a resolution as i have lost hope with vodafone able to resolve the issue

    Hi sir,
    We have received a message last month to recharge with a minimum of rs.35 besides from having minimum balance. Also when contacted customer care, the executive said that every month we have recharge rs.35 or else number will be disconnected, service provider are cornering middle class people's by forcing to generate revenue.
    Plz take action against these service providers who are bringing new rules and crushing middle class people's to force to do such recharge just to generate their revenue. This is some kind of blackmail which vodafone is doing with their customers. If this thing continues everyone will port their numbers to bsnl or jio who are getting free incoming calls

I'm requesting to get me out of this problem since it's very urgent for me to send one official message from my vodafone number. I have recharge my number even before validity is over.           Why vodaphone has msg me to recharge today only with rs.35/- otherwise my out going will be stoped & i have to do recharge compulsorily today by rs.35/- valid for only 28 days. Which i have done today & they also says that i have to do this recharge every month.
          Kindly please any one provide me or guide me how i can complain this to trai. I will put complain for this.
          When all other co. Provide life time validity along with free out going calls unlimited with some specific recharge voucher. How can vodaphone compulsorily force us to recharge by 35/- every month.
          Kindly give ans. Because i want refund of my rs. 35/- which i spended today by recharge on my mobile no [protected]. Thanks

            I register complained yesterday itself for getting sms to stop service and got response that this is by mistake happens, please ignore sms and as per sms my services stopped from last midnight. Still getting response that will resolve issue in 1 hour and i struggling from last 18 hours without services even i already recharged with 398 pack. More over i lost these 9 days of offer.

              My vodafone no. [protected] do not serve me with the expected service, network is very poor, i want to port out of vodafone but am not able to send port out msg, i tried a lot. This is so pathetic. Not expected such small act from this big company. Very disappointing. Will ask others not to ever opt for vodafone, this has never happened in any of my port service and when i surf internet i understood this is how they try to keep there customers as every vodafone customer is facing same issue.

                Worst customer care service. Hoping to port out soon. There have been multiple instances of me recharging my data pack and it expiring withing 8 days even though it is supposed to be valid for 28 days. Random instances of them discontinuing my outgoing calls although my talk time balance isn't zero. Customer care operative reiterate the same lines Everytime a call to complain is made. Stressful ordeal.

                  Iy. V. Sivaram, [protected] has changed plane from 399to110 (No net) in august2018. Your people changed my plane again to 399 with out my knowledge in oct2018. I request to currect my bill acording to plane110 only in oct/nov&nov/dec as i this chang of plane is not knowne to me & i have not requested. Iam your custmer from 15 years.                     I recharged my prepaid card in mumbai on november 10th for a further 3 months.
                    After recharging i received a message, confirming the recharge process.
                    Since im in rajasthan i got a couple of messages, telling me to show my passport and my renewed visa (Wich is impossible, because im still on the same visa)
                    And since november 27th my number is blocked!
                    I've been to the vodafone store in jodhpur and asked for help but nothing happened.
                    I would love to resolve the problem before i contact my lawyer to get at least my money back.

                      I am an 8 year old user of this post paid service and recently feel very cheated by your poor service
                      I activated i-roam free pack for 7 days via my app before boarding my flight for sri lanka on 17th november

                      On reaching sri lanka, i switched on my phone and realized that roaming had not been activated. I immediately switched off my mobile data and still have been charged rs 5000 for data usage while roaming.

                      And then 500/day charges were automatically activated starting 19th to 25th without my consent and while my mobile data continued to be switched off

                      So
                      - your on app roaming activation failed me
                      - i was charged rs 5000 for data
                      - charged 500/day without my consent
                      - all of this without me able to use internet even one day of roaming as i was scared to switch on my data to incur more absurd charges from you
                      - also you kept on increasing my credit limit from 5000 to 8000 without my consent so that my dues continue to increase

                      This is very shady ethic and i feel frustrated and cheated even after being a high spending and loyal customer for so many years
                      Please verify your satellite data and correct your bill. Else i will have to move to social media and consumer court and abandon my phone connection

                      I recharged my Vodafone no and received this message "Rchrg of MRP Rs 458 on 29/11/18 successful.Tlktime rcvd Rs 0, GST Rs 69.86, AccessFee Rs 388.14, New Bal Rs 7.59.TransID ONR[protected].."
                      Access Fee rs 388.14?!
                      Kindly look after this matter as soon as possible.

                        I was on a vacation in India. I traveled to Dawki river and Myllyong village in Shillong however Vodafone claims that I went to Bangladesh and due to which i have been charged international roaming. When I contacted vodafone customer care i have been told that "It is a valid charge, since you were in Meghalaya and it is necessary to have international roaming to be activated in Meghalaya".They also offered a 500 rupees discount. This is matter of principles. I have physical proof on my passport that i havent travelled to bangladesh. Executive even made a statement "Meghalaya to be part of Bangladesh". This whole episode is absurd, firstly you are questioning integrity of country by mentioning Meghalaya to be part of Bangladesh and then you claim it to be valid charges.

                          I did recharge of 509 on 22nd Nov 2018 3.29pm through UPI (my vodafone app) mode and it failed. I called vodafone care and they didn't get the money and recharge didn't happen.
                          I called bank and they told that transaction was successful from bank.
                          I did recharge again at 8:30 pm same day and it was successful.

                          Pl refund my money ASAP. It's 5 business days already.

                            I am holding vodafone prepaid mobile for last 5 years and continuously recharging it on time. I could not recharge or use in last 3 months and it was disconnected without any warning message to me. I am not in india and would reach back in next 2 months. We are being told that the number is churned and i have to visit vodafone counter with my original documents. My number is given at all banks for my banking transactions and i am suffering a lot. My query regarding non-receipt of sms alert to vodafone remains unanswered.

                              Vodafone had crossed all boundaries o[censored]nprofessional-ism where I had been charged of Rs 2900 against international roaming that I had not even requested for, They itself added the add-on in my bill of 2900Rs and continuously getting the call for bill payment.

                              Very insane behavior, If I had not went outside India then why I should be requesting for International Roaming pack. I am thoroughly dropping the mails corresponding to this issue since 24Oct but not get any satisfactory answer.

                              Initially they did settlement on half of the amount but I refused because the service that I had not requested/used for, why I should be paying for that. I tried to connect on customer care but their representative abused me with foolish foul language.

                              These are Frauds who are trying to snatch the money from innocent individuals after providing worst ever service that people cannot even think off.

                              My Number was [protected], The worst thing I found that they are so illiterate that their representative don't know how to talk with customers/clients and they are supposed to use foul and abusive language on call.

                              Please don't use Vodafone

                              This is corporate Number and using this number from last 2 years, never being defaulter in depositing the bill on time without considering the service provided by them.

                                  Vodafone is full of illiterate i have sent mail on 7th nov regarding network issue & i had mentioned tht there is booster installed in my house which is not wrking. Since then i have been follow up with your vodafone numerous follow & facing lot of network issues in house i finally spoke to appellate desk (After 12-13 attempt) where i came to know that your network team has replied to my complaint that they need to upgrade the cell site and tat is 3 month. I dont understand how vodafone is managing with illiterate staff my complaint is about booster not working due to network issue in my house your team replied area under upgrde

                                    I have a vodafone number [protected] which had a bill pending to pay because the payment was not made my other two vodafone numbers were also disconnected from the services. Yesterday i made a online payment of the number full bill was paid. They promise to start the services within 30mins after the payment my all 3 number will be start they said. I made a paid on 27/11/2018 10:00 pm after that when ever i call they say 2hrs more. Now it’s more than 12-15 hr my all the 3 numbers are inactive. They are fooling the people just hogging the money. Even after making payment they are not starting the numbers. Today when i called again they are saying 2 hr the payment is now updated in the record (28/11/2018 8:30 am) i want all my numbers to be started asap. Or i will take it to a higer authorities.

                                    They are the worst service provider. Every time they’re employers say 30mins 2hrs! Non of the employer know the right time when it will start. Pathetic!

                                    to send SMS to 1900 for Porting...
                                    but, iam not able to send only for 1900... "message Could not sent" is showing.

                                      My sms service has been disabled since yesterday, 27/11/2018. I had mistakenly sent a mms, instead of sms. I was to copy a few messages from a whatsapp conversation to normal sms. I didn't notice that the copied message has got converted into mms, and i pressed the 'send' button. I realised it later when the message didn't get delivered. And, after that, i can't send even the normal sms. Please resolve this issue.

                                        Iam chandan sripathi from hyderabad, my vodafone number [protected] has not used for last 4 to 5 months and now when i tried to use it and for making a call it is said that "your services are temporarily withdrawn please contact costumer care". I tried to but unable to contact. So please help me out of it.
