In my area the Vodafone network is very poor.
I complained many times and gettig complaint number but cant solve...
Many times the customer care staff should bad behave with us so kindly solve my problem...
I cant get my calls and message in particular my are..
Internet speed is too much slow...
And I live in city so I cant get this type of problem......

For the past one month i have been trying to call my natives in north east but everytime i get the message "call fail". And it happens only for vodafone network. I always use vodafone network, but this time its getting on my nerve. I tried calling customer care but to no avail. I visited vodafone store in north india, and they said the problem might be in the north east circle....

I am getting vodafone service error: 0x5 on my mobile screen in every minute.
Its quite irritating, please solve this problem as soon as possible. Please refer screenshot. There are two options but nothing is happening when i click on any options. I wanted iroam 2500 and logged into the app. There was an option of activate internation roaming which was the only option available there. Then cc told me, it was a server fault. They will resolve it on 21st nov.

I utkarsh maurya is using vodafone 4g but the 4g of vodafone is bad than the 3g of airtel. I was trying to recharge the 84 days plans of rs 458 on a vodafone number on phonepe And my sister was trying to recharge the same plan for same no.number on paytm. At the end, we both recharged the same number for the same plan twice.

We have a corporate mobile number [protected] with postpaid vodafone plan... We have been charged value added services for 51717 which we have not called at all. The actual bill amount per month is 294 only. But this time the amount charged is rs.495. We did not call anybody, and we already paid the bill also. Kindly clear the issue and revert our payment. Recently fraud call was made by unauthorised person representing herself as sbi agent. My atm card details were compromised and they made a transaction of rs 9996/- using my account.
The various calls came from following vodafone numbers.

Complaint was lodged in sbi and same is as attached. Request trace back the calls and necessary strict action may be initiated...

Very much disappointed with vodafone, they deduct rs99 saying international roaming. The customer service team is incompetent, no one knows what to say and do. Disgusting approach. One day they say refund will come next day they denied it.
