Dear ms. Yael dsouza,
Under my mobile number [protected], though bill was already paid, services suspended. Reason was cited that for another number [protected], i did not make the payment. [protected] i took only for data for my ipad. I paid bill for 2 months without receiving any service, i complaint again and again regarding same. Finally requested to discontinue the number and made the payment. However i received reminder for bill payment after the month was over. I several times informed that i did not receive any service for this number and have already requested for discontinuation and will not make any further payment. I already paid 2000 + without any service. I even asked them to check the database and inform me the usage. However bill kept generated.
Now [protected] is discontinued. I shall pay but would like to port the number to another service provider. Pathetic service from vodafone, never expected.
Vodafone India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
