Dear sir, i have vodafone prepaid connection no. - [protected]. The validity period for this connection was year 2035, but suddenly it showed that the valadity is 23 nov. 2018. Company reduced the valadity of my connection. I purchased the lifetime valadity (Upto 2035) from the company. I am using my vodafone and recharging it regularly and now it says out going validity expired.. This is nonsense really. What do you mean by out going validity expired, it was very clear that we bought it for lifetime validity. Worst service, worst network.

Hi, i'm unable to send sms from my mobile. Says vodafone error 29. Unable to update message center no too. Raised a complaint with vodafone online but no resolution. Visited the vodafone gallery no resolution. Do support. My no is corporate plan and hence no chance of running out of balance. I am a vodafone customer, [protected], i have 22 rs main account balance but unable to use it for making calls. Customer care says that i have to recharge to extend my validity, but if i go for extending validity recharge then again i can not use this main balance.
This is not only my concern there may be lakhs of customer who are facing this problem due to sudden change in vodafone policies without any information.

I am having a vodafone sim card since long back and didn't face such issue before, but now from past few days i was getting messages from vodafone that your vodafone services are going to be expired on so and so date and now my services are expired after that date. And as per vodafone i have to recharge again to get a limited validity, say 28 days.

My account [protected] was deducted rs 100 without my permission, any approval. This is first time i had noticed that such a deduction has been made for some subscription. This is a serious lapse, cheating to customers. O

The incident was noticed when recharged my phone account with rs. 255/ and noticed that the company deducted rs. 100/ for some subscription.

I have called to vodafone customer care, they have said to me that you have sent some marketing messages, so your SMS blocked by TRAI and they said that you have to raise complained in TRAI. I have balance and still not able to send SMS. I gave a call to customer care and explained my problem. Lack of network coverage

I have complained to vodafone about lack of signal in my house address, villa 97, daddys garden phase1, kammasandra, electronics city bangalore 560100. They have mentioned that in 3-4 months it will be rectified. So far no resolution is provided. Kindly help.

i have raised complaint also with customer care but the resolution has not been provided properly the complaint raised.

Hi, i own a vodafone sim and i've recently shifted to hyderabad. The sim was activated/bought from tamil nadu. However after i moved hyderabad i am not able to send any sms/message to anyone even though i have the right pack recharged on my phone which includes a 100 sms per day quota too.
