How can u be so careless... Blocking incoming and outgoing calls sims easy for you people but it's horrible and hectic for customers

Have already updated the airtel bill receipt on the mail on 23rd nov and visited gallery vodafone gallery on 24th nov post which my number outgoing calls were working proper.

Now suddenly at 7pm my sim displayed sim not provision error. And everything stopped working.

Kindly justify why this was done without intimation also there is no reason block the sim as data has been updated in airtel last week.

You dont care for customer also your call center have only one answer wait for 24hrs... Big joke why would i wait i will visit gallery within that time... Nonsense...

Big no to vodafone... Will port out as soon as possible...

    Dear sir, i have vodafone prepaid connection no. - [protected]. The validity period for this connection was year 2035, but suddenly it showed that the valadity is 23 nov. 2018. Company reduced the valadity of my connection. I purchased the lifetime valadity (Upto 2035) from the company. When connect to company customer care, they said that company change his policy and reduce the validity, now you have to purchse monthly valadity again. And the remaining balance of my prepaid connection is also blocked. Please look into the matter.
    How company can do this? I purchased that product from company. Why should i purchase it again? Please help.

    Dear sir,
    Vodafone respond me about the validity of my no. [protected]. The customer care executive from vodafone (Named Mr. Sunny) gave me Docket No. - [protected] and directly said to me that they can't increase the validity of my number again. Acc. to him Company changed his policy. From the date[protected]midnight), my no. is not working. I also don't know about my remaining balance.
    Is it a total monopoly of the company, that it can reduce validity and diduct balances of any of customer unfairly and no one can do anything. Please help regarding this matter.

    Its more then one week, but there is no response or no solution about my problem. I am facing too many problems due to this. My permanent contact no. ([protected]) is not working from last 9 days. I have to suffer due to company monopoly and bad policies.

      Dear Concern desk

      I have been holding [protected] from the Hutch days, I have made 2 more vodafone connection as part of Red family plan.

      Suddenly my [protected] which is my business purpose number has been stopped for outgoing in the name of pending bill

      I have paid regularly all dues under the family RED plan, this month also I paid the due.

      This whimsical action from your end is leading to my business loss . I am VP of TATA group company .

      I want immediate action to make sure my above number outgoing is functional and I dont suffer any business . service loss

      Please note I will take this matter very seriously if this is not taken care immediate basis.
      If you have any previous outstanding legitimate dues, then do produce bills and send written communication in that aspect.
      Without any written proof of hype claim if you stop the service its violation of consumer right. I will be force to reach Mr Sunil Sood and consult my legal adviser if this is not taken care soon.

      I hope this will be understood at your end

        My sim was physically damaged so go to the vodafone mini store to get new sim with same number. But my sim was register on that person who is not alive.
        I want same no so your retailer convert my sim to postpaid connection without my knowlege that sim connection transfer to postpaid connection

          My name is sumit gupta

          Security money of my old vodafone number not refunded by the company. Every time i called the customer care or visited vodafone store they say no security money is reflecting in the system, while i have the hard copy of deposit recipt - r. T. No. 20106 dated 06.03.13 deposited at mini vodafone store, civil lines bijnor. On other hand vodafone people keep threatining me for the legal action for pending payments of rs 707/-, now i have cleared all the dues to them. Kindly help to resolve my issue.

            Have ealier complained the issues regarding slow 4g mobile internet speed and low network problem. This problem was sloved for a period of a week or 10 days, after which vodafone probably withdraw the positive changes made and now again the same problem has initiated.

            Have been experiencing slow 4g speeds and low network range for quite a long.!

            Vodafone has not bothered to improve service quality and customer experience!
            There by request to kindly take action for it.

            I can't send SMS through my number. If I press update smsc number it is showing update error.

              Dear ms. Yael dsouza,

              Under my mobile number [protected], though bill was already paid, services suspended. Reason was cited that for another number [protected], i did not make the payment. [protected] i took only for data for my ipad. I paid bill for 2 months without receiving any service, i complaint again and again regarding same. Finally requested to discontinue the number and made the payment. However i received reminder for bill payment after the month was over. I several times informed that i did not receive any service for this number and have already requested for discontinuation and will not make any further payment. I already paid 2000 + without any service. I even asked them to check the database and inform me the usage. However bill kept generated.

              Now [protected] is discontinued. I shall pay but would like to port the number to another service provider. Pathetic service from vodafone, never expected.

              From my number [protected], for the calls made to[protected] on 20th and 22nd of November 2018 are charged to me. Hence I am porting out of Vodafone by MNP. I have obtained Unique Posrting Code for this purpose.

              I have been a Vodafone customer since April 2007 (erstwhile Hutch).

                My postpaid no is [protected] in the of name awadhesh kumar mishra i am regret to say that vodafone services are very very bad, in spite of regular payment of monthly bill my vodafone services has been bared by company it is irresponsible act because i have deposited my bill amount for last two month as under.
                1. Dated 15/10/2018 rs 403 ch no 002467
                2. Dated 14/11/2018 rs 459 ch no 002481
                But not credited in my account due to totally default by vodafone store also accepted by store manager ms rekha mo no. [protected] bhilwara rajasthan
                I would like to request you please take corrective action again store manager and activate my no.

                  This is in regards to my vodafone bill for the month of November, I have been with 972 rupees as my Google subscription amount which was not charged by Google as I have an drafted email from them.But vodafone has still not waived off bill amount .can you please waive off asap.

                      Dear Sir/Ma'am,

                      I have recharged with 10-10 rupees 2 times on my number [protected] but m unable to do outgoing calls. I called to the company but company told that have to recharge with minimum Rs35 extra.

                      I purchased the sim with unlimited validity but now company told that you have to recharge with minimum Rs35 for start outgoing calls.

                      I called to customer care but Mr. Anshul was unable to answer me, when i told to transfer the call to senior so the denied and talk rudely. Always again again told that its govt rule its govt rule. But they did not provide any info for same... If you will provide solution otherwise i will take some legal action...

                      Vodafone CCE are very worst to talk.

                      Why should I recharge when I did not get any prior information from Vodafone over the call because user is illiterate so that unable to read the SMS. Having so much problem in family due to that. I want the proper solution for the same.

                      I want the solution for the having very big problem because on that time unable to calls to anybody after having the Rs14.99.

                      I will not do any recharge for active outgoing calls.

                      Now Vodafone should provide the solution for Cont Number ([protected]) or solve that problem which having the family due to Vodafone.

                          I am receiving sms in my phones which are not having unlimited recharge plan that every 28 days I must recharge with rs 35 min to make outgoing calls even if my balance is there much enough to do call. When I called customer care of Vodafone they informed me it is directive made by Trai. I read reports actually this is the way these companies are trying to increase ARPU of their customer base. But its clear cheating as one have enough balance to make calls. How this can be a valid step?

                            Received SMS from Vodafone that my validity of sim expired on Nov 21st 2018.i am regularly recharging and using my sim.After receiving SMS I immediately recharged for more amount.Still it says validity expired and outgoing calls are barred.When I have brought this sim for lifetime validity how they can do this.They are cheaters.

                              I am rahman with mobile number [protected] vodafone has deducted amount from my main balance many times during this month.
                              How come without information vodafone is deducting amount from account.
                              Lately vodafone is becoming fraud company.
                              Scared to keep balance amount in account.
                              I am thinking of changing to other service provider.

                              If amount is not refunded within two days i will change to airtel or jio service provider.

                              My phone was stolen the sim also in their phone so i want to block my sim card my no. Is [protected] i worried about if there one use the wrong way of my sim card i am affraid about so fastly block my sim card
                              I have been charged 1680 saying that I called to 51717 and talked for 120 mins, in some special number like Astrology etc, which is in all the way not realistic. It's a service phone with only basic features.

                                  I have filed a mental harassment case against my wife and in laws. Hence please provide me the incoming & outgoing calls history for the period 15th sep'17 to 25th no'18 as it required to submit in a court that i have been repeatedly receiving such threat calls over the phone. Please help me providing the said period calls history reports on priority.

                                    अतः हमें स्प्ष्ट रूप में बताया जाय कि ये कौन सा फरमान है कि सारे tarrif अमान्य हो जा रहे हैं।इससे तो आपके सारे कस्टमर सिम बदल देंगे, कृपया इसका समाधान जल्दी करें।धन्यवाद

                                    I have a prepaid Vodafone connection and vodafone has been messaging me for the past 7 days that my outgoing will be stopped by 20th Nov 2018 if i dont recharge my phone. I see that I can still make outgoing calls. Which means the company has been unnecessarily trying to extract money from me. It is unethical.

                                    I am facing network issue on my area/home.
                                    From last six months I am escalating this issue to Vodafone team through call & chats(Vodafone App). Many times I have raised this issue, but Vodafone team has closed this issue without solving.
                                    My internet validity is still there for one month but I am not able to use internet or make calls.
                                    It is saying my outgoing validity is expired.
                                    My account balance is 4.17rupees still not able to make calls.
                                    Sir my number suddenly outgoing and incoming calls are stopped. What is the reason.

                                    Till yesterday i was receiving calls. But today all the incoming calls and outgoing calls barred.

                                      Hello sir,

                                      I don't want to blame the complete system of customer care executives in vodafone store. But i had a worst ever with a customer care executive by name "sudha" in the vodafone store in our city.
                                      I can't understand how such people who doesn't have minimum knowledge of how to deal with customers were assigned to such a role. I'm currently using a vodafone postpaid service. When i went to the store previously to change the authorization of the sim and also to change my postpaid service to prepaid, i was given a token number. And no one follows the sequence. There are only three to four customer care executives on the store where only two of them are working less and chitchatting more. When i went to one of them after waiting for a long time, the way she behaved was "the worst experience in my life" i can say.
                                      This is the first worst review i've ever given my life. Her behaviour made me to do so. My issue isn't solved and i've decided to port my number to another network. But before that i just wanted to let you know how pathetic your store executive is..

                                      One of my friend also has such a bad experience in the same store with her. And they've ported their two postpaid sims to another network.
                                      I can provide the details if necessary.
                                      Hope you'll take an action.

                                        Myself md. Rahman with mobile number [protected]
                                        Vodafone illegally deducted rs 50 from my mail balance account.
                                        Why this type of fraud from vodafone.
                                        I have not activated/requested any service from vodafone.
                                        Of late voddafone has become fraud company and indulging in this type of activities.
                                        They themselves are inviting customer to change for other service provider.
                                        This type of fraud is not acceptable from vodafone.

                                        Kindly refund the amount as early as possible.
