Outgoing service has been stopped on my vodafone number from 24th november 2018.
Also i have received a message saying incoming will also be stopped from 8th december 2018 unless i recharge with a certain amount.

I have been using the number from many years and has lifetime incoming and also outgoing.

If my problem is not solved i will surrender the number.

I used Vodafone last 12 years but I told u that telecom company chitter, fraud company no one used this company sim I recharged life time validity recharge but now he told me ur number validity expired in 4 days why?????
This is fraud with me pls help anyone.
I have converted vodafaone police plan postpaid to vodafone prepaid.but still i not got advanced deposit amount of rs 2000 yet.plz kindly return my amount shortly.
They started harassing me even when I had 126rs.

    My father has vodafone number ([protected]) which is not in use since last one year. I kept paying bill for initial few months.
    Post that i could not pay for few months. Customer care representative called me and said your bill is due which was i knew.
    I said "yes" i know, i will pay but i need to close the connection as my father is too old now and not in condition to operate any phone.

    Representative suggested i can use number. I said i already have number from another vendor and i am satisfied with it. Moreover, i don't need such costly plan as i would use this sim as second one and not first one. Hence i offer to pay full amount and close the connection.

    But representative suggested me to pay half bill till date, then he would wave-off remaining half bill and change my plan to lower rate.

    So i paid half bill in sep18 and then there was no further action taken. No bill was waved off moreover next two months full amount around 699 each was charged even though my father neither did single call or sms nor he received any call/sms.

    Now vodafone wants me to pay full bill including 699 for next two months whereas i had plan to pay full bill in sep 18 and close the connection once and for all.

    The next representative says there is no such offer and we cannot wave-off anything.

    Cheater... Full of cheaters...

      I did a prepaid unlimited vodafone recharge for which invoice should have been made available to me by vodafone.in spite of my request, they are openly denying to provide the softcopy invoice and asking me to pay inr 49 per month for procuring hardcopy invoice. What a way to loot customers!

      Being a consumer, getting an invoice copy for any payment made without any charge is my right and i am shocked at vodafone's response. Shame on you vodafone. "happy to help" just seems to be a show-off slogan, you actually care a damn about your customers. Will port my number soon.

      If possible for you dumbheads, learn something from jio who thoroughly provide an invoice for every payment made to them.

        Voda. No - [protected]- i have recently moved to vodaphone which is absolutely useless and #. I am repenting now. I changed it from airtel to voda thinking that you people will provide good internet speed. I am not the first person to complaint about its network.

        After 3 months, i will certainly change to other provider.

        My net never works better where i live currently.

        Dont tell that a complaint has already been raised and you will reply me in 5 days or dont tell that you # of # have been trying to figure it out.

        The world has got advanced from 0 to 9 or 10 and you people still suck yourself.

        Do whatever you like, whether you merge wit idea or 5 other companies, you will never be able to provide good speed where i live currently.

        Dont reply if you dont have resolution or else i will teach you a good lesson over the call.

        Vodafone provided us life time validity but now company is taking charges for validity.so I request you kindly do something about to this matter.there are many persons who did not recharge for validity. and Vodafone company forget their commitment of life time validity .

          I am trying to deactivate my vodafone post paid number from a long time but my request is not been taken care and every month i am getting the bill that i have to pay without using any vodafone services. I am out of india and can't got to any vodafone customer care service center.

            I have received sms from vodafone stating "hi, you are on new plan wef 23oct18. To extend service validity by 28days recharge with rc24 or above"my prepaid plan was under life time validity wherein i only had to recharge for talk time. Now my validaty is showing 13/01/2019.

            Caller tune suddenly activated without me subscribing it. Unable to deactivate, please deactivate cause its a sad caller tune that you guys have put in. And amount of 21 rupees has got deducted I would request you to reverse the amount

              I am a customer of vodafone india prepaid holder. My number is protected. I was port prepaid sim card in year[protected] as a life time validity.
              But recently i am received sms from vodafone that the you will recharge for every month to active your connection. And my outgoing call barred on 02.12.2018.. I called to 198 for my complaint but customer executive told me u have to recharge minimum 35 rs for continue my services
              Why should i recharge for validity because i
              My number is with lifetime validity. Company provide me life time validity at that time committed
              Now in 2018 company change the rule for validity. This is fraud.
              I approach to you if company does not provide for life time validity then why should that time launch this offer or scheme under your regulations, and collect huge money from customers like as me. Company can not change the life time validity of my number.
              Kindly need your intervention in this.

              There is area in Bangalore where we have all network around being IT city and there is no Network.

              If you can setup tower in Green Glen Layout, Bellandur . It will help you not to lose your customer and forced to change Network to Airtel or Idea..

                I am surprised to see vodafone bill for this month. For the last one year my payment was lessthan 500 now it is increased to 770

                I checked with the phone no in thebill, the international call [protected], [protected], [protected] and outgoing no calls received from these no and it was

                Attended and the opponent says this is vodafone no friendship. And says we are calling from delhi and they were speaking tamil, hindhi.

                And vodafone is cheating with propmeted customers by calling from this no and charges raised 150 from incoming calls.

                Why it si happening vodafone is purposely doing to get the charges from the customer making false calls.

                And outgoing calls the same is charges 105.00 we thought some missed call has come we will attend the call when we tried out going and the people who have called us says to chat with us we are vodafone customers to make friendship calls.

                Again i am cautioning to voda fone to stop doing like this. If it continues we will bring it leagally and will charge you high penalty.

                Donot do like this way of getting money from the customers.

                Any way i am going to complain to higher autorities of vodafone uk and iindian government.

                And i want to waive of these extra charges from my bill.

                This is not tollerable and acceptance by customer.

                2nd complaint for this current bill - november 2018

                Last time vodafone has charged 1250.00 for fake calls., and no action is being taken from your end for ths fake calls, and still those calls contineously coming to my no., inspite i repeatedly blocked that no.

                If vodafone is not going to take up action on this international no, as a customer i donot want continue your service. And will transfer to airtel.

                The person who is responding to my mails is not take up action and i donot want get any reply from that person and whose name is mr. Muneer

                Vodafone is looting in different way to put on the customer.

                And again vodafone is had charged for value added service rs.396.00 is charged extra and i did not put any request for value added service.

                How did it come in the bill., finally if vodafone is charging such extra charges on my fixed plan i do not want continue with vodafone service.

                Please cancel my servicce with effective from this month.

                This complaint i wrote to Vodafone customer care on 1st week of November But, Vodafone customer care is not accepting their fake international calls operating from Delhi. i have funished below the forwarded mail contents.

                Dear Vodafone Customer care,

                I am getting surprised once again in my bill. there are suspicious no comes in my fone and incoming and outgoing is charged purposely Vodafone is created such a caller friendship and

                stating that they are calling from Delhi, and they connected with as friendship and talking with us Sexual topic and indirectly VODAFONE is charging from customer.

                This is 2nd time is happened in my no.[protected].

                I have 2 nos [protected], and [protected]. last time when i raised you have waived off charges from [protected]. and once again Vodafone charged in this no [protected].

                Suspicious no is [protected], and [protected]. and charges accumulated Rs 570.00 from this nos.

                Still these no contineously giving missed call. even we have blocked these no again they were operating different no

                If vodsfone is not taking sterm action against your delhi circle, we will go for book the case against VODAFONE Consumer court.

                Still, i find many of the times The suspicious calls coming from Delhi and says that we are VODAFONE and make a friendship.

                I will not pay this suspicious no calls. You please revert back and waive off this suspicious callcharges,

                Vodafone deducted RS 75 through juice up pack from mobile balance without any request. They cheat customer.vodafone cut RS 75 and after that said subscribe for deactivation.

                    My sim card [protected] is not yet started working of vodafone company which i got misplaced in my village deokhal post roopgarh district basti and i visited the vodafone centre near me in faizabad niyawa which is 40km from my home and i have submitted all the documents with signature and everything i was asked for but they want me to again visit there one of its executive named ved prakash srivastava told me to come again
                    This travelling already costs me 1000 rupees now again they are calling after issuing a sim so now pls help me out from this type of misconduct happening to me and this is damaging my economical situation because of this number

                      As i'm using a vodafone company service and i'm having a balance of rs 150 in my vodafone account then also they have stoped my service of outgoing call and sms as i have to do a port my number into another service but they are saying you have to do a recharge of rs 35 than only your outgoing call and sms will get started
                      I'm receiving a message again from the vodafone that now your incoming call will be stoped if you have not done the recharge of rs 35. It's like they are the dictator and ruling like a king and we can't do any thing. They are not ready to take my complain and saying that you have to do a recharge on you number but anyhow they have taken my complain and this is the complain id. Plz help me in this

                          I am a vodafone user since from 2007 with the number [protected] and this is the first time i am having a complaint like this. I got message from vodafone saying that juice up pack is activated as per my reques. I have never requested or claimed to activate this service. Without customer knowledge how can a service provider activate a pack. I was having more than 400 rs. Balance in my prepaid, however slowly slowly they have deducted all the amount which i just realized. Now when i am trying to deactivate this crap juice up plan, it is not happening. Kindly take an action and ask vodafone to refund the deducted amount which they have deducted without my knowledge.

                            i apply postpaid to prepiad on[protected] and suddenly on[protected] @ 3 clock afternoon my post paid connection is not working and i insert new prepaid sim @ 3:00 after noon on 01/12/2018 but more than 4 hours as i type this message @ around 6:45 evening still no outgoing or incoming calls

                              M using my num past 7 to 8 years. I am really not satisfied with your service which your ur providing nowadays... Without any alerts, sms or information how could barred the calls after having balance also i am unable to make call n sms seriously it's discusting with your network i hate this network now... Provide the customers to good service or else of you people's are give this kind of services means it's not good for your network

                                  I had prepaid connection [protected] since january 2018. I made complaint to vodafone store for interruption in network. From jan till date i made several visits to vodafone store and met an executive shri mitesh, mob[protected] at natubhai circle, vadodara. Everytime he noted my complaints, did something in mobile handset and assured that problem would be resolved. On 18 aug 18 mitesh advised to convert prepaid to postpaid 299 plan. Which i did. Still problem of net interruption continued. Again in sep 18 i complained of net interruption. Then he advised to convert [protected] into prepaid after 3 months. Again on 27 nov 18 i submitted all documents to mitesh for prepaid conversion. He advised me to pay 2 months bill in advance which i did, at present ac mob balance -259. Despite several calls made to customer care and several messages to mitesh my mob has not been converted into prepaid.
                                  Customer care number one lady picked up my call, took my sim card number, lodged complaint on 30.11.2018 but did not give complaint number... Some time they say my ph was unreachable. Some time that say ur conversion is under process. I am totally disturbed with attitude of vodafone. Its really blood sucking corporate.. Enough time i have wasted since jan 2018.

                                    Me and my family members are deliberately receiving weird and porn messages as well phone call from these [protected]
                                    The user of this number after sending sms are switching off their mobile and the messages are being received during wee hours at night.
                                    I request the service provider of [protected] to kindly address this issue at the earliest as these miscreants will keep on disturbing us from various other numbers until they are put behind bars.

                                    Please help us at the earliest.

                                      I did a rs.245 recharge in my phone with 84 days validity on 14/11/18, however yesterday i received an sms that i need to recharge of min 35 before 7/12, or my outgoing will be suspended.
                                      Why this? I have already done a recharge of rs.245 as per vodafone plans, why again this 35?
                                      Check your system properly and resolve this immediately. Is this some kind of professionalism or you are simply robbing your customers?
                                      Need urgent attention and resolve this problem.

                                        I am a post paid subscriber. Before traveling abroad on 8th aug '18 i had availed international roaming @rs149 pm only to ensure that i get otps sent by sms by banks and similar institutions for enabling financial transactions. I have a local sim for my personal use while in the us since aug 8 and between that and skype calling, thus use of my cell for calls while on international roaming has been completely unnecessary.
                                        For the months of aug, sep and oct i have been billed correctly but the latest bill (Nov) shows an abnormally high figure rs 2949.00. On verifying the billing details on the vodafone app and a subsequent phone call to customer care, i was informed that i have been charged for 2 calls of 7 min each, to one unknown number and another call of 5 seconds duration to yet another unknown number all on 14th nov!! However, please note that these calls were not made by me and hence i should not liable to pay for these. Further, on verification with 'truecaller' app, i note that both these numbers are reported as spam numbers and i wonder why vodafone systems didn’t prevent such calls in the first place to/from a spam number!
                                        My family members and i have been vodafone customers for many years now and we are taken aback by this unprecedented billing despite prior planning and availing of a roaming package. I am very alarmed that my number is noted as having made these calls and that vodafone has no safeguards in place nor a way to address a known customer’s request for help when scrutiny into the account shows clearly that this is some misuse of my number by someone else or a glitch in your system.

                                        On 25th oct'18 i had requested vodafone to enquire into this erroneous billing and send me a revised and corrected bill so that i can keep up my payment schedule. But till now (01-12-'18) vodafone has not even acknowledged the email or corrected the bill.

                                        Disappointed that I have not heard from you regarding my complaint despite assurances above. To the contrary, I have seen a reminder email to pay my bill!!!
