I had prepaid connection [protected] since january 2018. I made complaint to vodafone store for interruption in network. From jan till date i made several visits to vodafone store and met an executive shri mitesh, mob[protected] at natubhai circle, vadodara. Everytime he noted my complaints, did something in mobile handset and assured that problem would be resolved. On 18 aug 18 mitesh advised to convert prepaid to postpaid 299 plan. Which i did. Still problem of net interruption continued. Again in sep 18 i complained of net interruption. Then he advised to convert [protected] into prepaid after 3 months. Again on 27 nov 18 i submitted all documents to mitesh for prepaid conversion. He advised me to pay 2 months bill in advance which i did, at present ac mob balance -259. Despite several calls made to customer care and several messages to mitesh my mob has not been converted into prepaid.
Customer care number one lady picked up my call, took my sim card number, lodged complaint on 30.11.2018 but did not give complaint number... Some time they say my ph was unreachable. Some time that say ur conversion is under process. I am totally disturbed with attitude of vodafone. Its really blood sucking corporate.. Enough time i have wasted since jan 2018.

Is charging Rs 35 extra to continue our membership every month.
Before few days it was not like this.
They are exploiting us. If we didn't recharge for a such amount they will discontinued our incoming call also.
Please do something to protect ourselves.
