I would like to inform you that an amount of rs 230 has been deducted from my vodafone balance on account of services activation. On equiry from customer care on 20 nov 2018 i have been informed that the same has been deducted on account of 2 services bollywood gossip and mind2moni services pack which was activated on my number on 21 oct 2018 without my knowledge. I would like to inform you that i was not using my sim card since 15th october 2018
I have inserted my sim on 20 nov 2018.

I would like to know that as the sim was not used in any mobile handset since 16th oct to 19th nov 2018 then how the services can be made activated on 21st oct 2018. It seems that company has deducted balance at per it's own choice that too without consent of customer which is not acceptable. Hence i request you to re credit the amount of rupees 230 in my prepaid sim card else be ready for legal consequences in the consumer court.

    Need this history as a proof for the college communication list for my brother who is studying in the college and using the same number mentioned above.

      I have surrended my postpaid sim in trichy thillai nagar branch after 15 days of purchase. I am trying to deactivate my postpaid no.[protected] for more than 6 months. But no process. I didn't use the number. Check it out. Today 20.11.2018 i have insisted to pay partial amount then only the account will be deactivated. I have paid rs.350/-. Please deactivate my postpaid no.[protected]

        Vodafone india is not sending paper bills under pretext of go green initiative. Different excuses given every few months. After receiving physical / paper bill only then customer can pay. This is happening since last several months. My vodafone number is[protected] and i am their customer since two decades. Why do i ask for duplicate bill? And do i have to go to vodafone gallery every month giving the same complaint about non-receipt of bill. There does not seem to be any problem with courier since other service provider bills are received regularly. Vodafone responsibility is to send paper bills every month to customer and this must be before due date.

          I'm here by informing that we got a post from vodafone 4g office for installation of tower in my village. They asked us to pay premium for first year of insurance. And in the name of anil kumar. So please inform that your company send the post or anyone doing fraud. They were asking 62500 rs premium for insurance. So we are worried about that.

          My vodafone 4g was not in use more than from 11 mnths. And now when i got my phone and entered that sim in my phone it is not working please get my number from my email id which is [protected]@gmail.com but pls activate my sim since i have important msgs.

            This is in reference to my parent's vodafone nos. [protected] (Ashit chowdhury), and [protected] (Mridula chowdhury). The address is 9/20, moore avenue, kolkata-700040. Every day we receive a message that vodafone network has been upgraded, but the signal strength is weak and there is no internet access with 4g handset and sim. I have complained several times to customer care and there has been no resolution. And other vodafone nos. Faces the same issue in this area. And for your information, we live in the 1st and 2nd floor and it is not covered by high rises or any other things that can block the network. It is not ground floor or basement. I wrote to appellate team and they just sent a mail that it will be resolved, but nobody reached out to us and hasn't done anything to resolve the issue. Why are we paying to vodafone! This biggest telecom people only knows to cheat people.

            I have visited civil line Jhansi Vodafone store for sim replacement and they have charged 95 rupees without any receipt. And they are saying this is Vodafone official charges that Vodafone not showing anywhere.

              In my area the Vodafone network is very poor.
              I complained many times and gettig complaint number but cant solve...
              Many times the customer care staff should bad behave with us so kindly solve my problem...
              I cant get my calls and message in particular my are..
              Internet speed is too much slow...
              And I live in city so I cant get this type of problem...

                Iam not satisfy with your internet network
                Coverage n data packs... Hence, i thought to move to airtel... Then i have started
                To send sms to 1900 for porting...
                But, iam not able to send only for 1900... "message could not sent" is showing... Tried 10 time...
                By speking to custmer care for solution... They keep giving non sense / irrilavent solutions: -

                Probably the reason could be LOW Main Balance. Just check it. Otherwise They might have Barred your number.

                  For the past one month i have been trying to call my natives in north east but everytime i get the message "call fail". And it happens only for vodafone network. I always use vodafone network, but this time its getting on my nerve. I tried calling customer care but to no avail. I visited vodafone store in north india, and they said the problem might be in the north east circle.

                    I am getting vodafone service error: 0x5 on my mobile screen in every minute.
                    Its quite irritating, please solve this problem as soon as possible. Please refer screenshot. There are two options but nothing is happening when i click on any options. Also there is no way to know how to resolve this issue. It is not showing why this error is occurring. Please resolve it as soon as possible.

                      I wanted iroam 2500 and logged into the app. There was an option of activate internation roaming which was the only option available there. I clicked on it and received the message that ir services are active. Now you have billed a huge sum of 18000 and saying that packs were not activated. Where was it written to activate the pack and opt for the same. Ridculous

                        I am using ths vodafone no since 6 yrs and suddenly on oct 18th i didnt gt network so i tried to recharge it showed please enter a valid vodafone no so i mailed vodafone and also called customer service they informed me that my sim is termintaed simple. There was no single notification that my sim is going to be disconnected. I was getting msgs from vodafone abt the rates and all other promotion till 18th oct 2018 and suddenly they say becoz of no usage my sim got disconnected. Such a worst service. I am using my sim for otp purpose only in dubai. If i was aware that there was low balance in my no i woud have recharged. I am a customer for 6 yrs and this is how they treat u. Now they have asked me to walkin to a vodafone store in person or through friends or family submit the documents and equest for a new sim and courier that dulicate sim to dubai to use it. What a process and a great solution. Such a big company there have nothing online. All vodafone fault, "importantly, a consumer whose connection has been deactivated will be given a grace period of 15 days to reactivate their number. Service providers are also directed to inform consumers the terms and conditions regarding the deactivation of inactive sims in a transparent manner.

Also slot o[censored]nnecessary services get activated which has resulted in negative balance . I would like a quick way to resolve this issue at the earliest

                          I am using my vodafone number since 2014 and its expiry date was in the year 2021. Last week they sent me a message to recharge my number with rs 35 in order to continue my services. I made a call to the customer care and they said they are having some technical issues and also assured me that my number wont expire. Next day my number expired. Once again i called the customer care and asked them that my validity for the sim was till year 2021 and now they have reduced the validity all of a sudden from 2021 to 17 nov 2018 and also have stopped all the outgoing services [calls, msg, data]. They say this is as per the trai rules and now i'll have to recharge my number every month or after every 84 days.
                          This number was never left unused and i use this number everywhere. I am using this number regularly [ both for incoming and outgoing ]. How can they change the expiry date all of a sudden and discontinue my services and force me to recharge it every month!

                          Please guide me

                            My name is hrushikesh dhal, mobile number [protected]. This no is already deactivated i don't know what is the reason. And when i went to vodafone store at sector 14 gurugram haryana on 18, nov 2018 they said me you have to take a new postpaid sim with same no.

                            I want to know: is there any new rule about this? If not please note my complaint against that vodafone store

                              My mobile no. Is [protected] which has vodafone connectivity. Whenever i am trying to make outward calls i am getting a message 'not registered on network'. On making calls to this number a voice message saying 'this number is not valid'. I am not receiving any message also. All these are posing very serious problems for me.. For past few months the internet speed on this number is also very slow continuously causing troubles for me using vodafone network. Please resolve the issues immediately otherwise i shall have no option except to switch over to some another network.

                                I recaharged the phone no [protected] with 569 rs on 16 november in the night and till today have not got anything on it and the money was deducted from my sbi visa debit card. Either refund the money or recharge the account with the deducted amount. This is a request please do the needful as i have provided u with the transaction i’d which you can easily track

                                  Vodafone send me a message your voice balance is 0 mins (Special bucket for weekly capping alco),
                                  Then cc told me, it was a server fault. They will resolve it on 21st nov.
                                  Till then how could i call anyone after recharging 458?

                                    I utkarsh maurya is using vodafone 4g but the 4g of vodafone is bad than the 3g of airtel. I am very disappointed with your service and i request you overcome this problem other wise i will shift my network to airtel. I am not crazy that i am spending 200 rupees for unlimited pack so please overcome my problem. First i was going for airtel but i believed that vodafone would be good option but i was wrong it is the worst option now if you don't concern on my problem and will move to jio or airtel.

                                        recharge done twice

                                        I was trying to recharge the 84 days plans of rs 458 on a vodafone number on phonepe And my sister was trying to recharge the same plan for same no.number on paytm. At the end, we both recharged the same number for the same plan twice.
                                        Now what is gonna happen? Can the plan be adjusted to 168 days?...
