Hi team,
I am moved india last month on october so my sim was not with me i have already registered my complaint to deativate my sim becasuse any one using my sim now i am checking my mail it shows my bill was pending
So how its possible i left from india 1st october please resolve it asap also i am facing some problem becasue i have close this number last month i dont know who is helin please refer my vodafone number which i want to close [protected] this sim

    I have filed a mental harassment case against my wife and in laws. Hence please provide me the incoming & outgoing calls history for the period 15th sep'17 to 25th no'18 as it required to submit in a court that i have been repeatedly receiving such threat calls over the phone. Please help me providing the said period calls history reports on priority.
    Vodafone India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
    Sms not sent from vodafone.
    But i can receive sms.
    I am having enough balance to send sms also.
    Plz help me to resolve this

    My incoming and outgoing calls were barred from today morning. The real reason is dont know.

    Kindly advice us.
    Suddenly on 14 Nov 2018 no incoming and outgoing calls till today... Called costumer care they replied it's an technical fault recovered after 1 hours... Till after 24 hours no recovery... Now I can't even call customer care also...

      I have a prepaid Vodafone connection and vodafone has been messaging me for the past 7 days that my outgoing will be stopped by 20th Nov 2018 if i dont recharge my phone. I see that I can still make outgoing calls. Which means the company has been unnecessarily trying to extract money from me. It is unethical.

      I am facing network issue on my area/home.
      From last six months I am escalating this issue to Vodafone team through call & chats(Vodafone App). Many times I have raised this issue, but Vodafone team has closed this issue without solving.
      My internet validity is still there for one month but I am not able to use internet or make calls.
      It is saying my outgoing validity is expired.
      My account balance is 4.17rupees still not able to make calls.
      Sir my number suddenly outgoing and incoming calls are stopped. What is the reason.

      Till yesterday i was receiving calls. But today all the incoming calls and outgoing calls barred.

      Please advice me

        Hello sir,

        I don't want to blame the complete system of customer care executives in vodafone store. But i had a worst ever with a customer care executive by name "sudha" in the vodafone store in our city.
        I can't understand how such people who doesn't have minimum knowledge of how to deal with customers were assigned to such a role. I'm currently using a vodafone postpaid service. When i went to the store previously to change the authorization of the sim and also to change my postpaid service to prepaid, i was given a token number. And no one follows the sequence. There are only three to four customer care executives on the store where only two of them are working less and chitchatting more. When i went to one of them after waiting for a long time, the way she behaved was "the worst experience in my life" i can say.
        This is the first worst review i've ever given my life. Her behaviour made me to do so. My issue isn't solved and i've decided to port my number to another network. But before that i just wanted to let you know how pathetic your store executive is..

        One of my friend also has such a bad experience in the same store with her. And they've ported their two postpaid sims to another network.
        I can provide the details if necessary.
        Hope you'll take an action.

          Hi,

          Myself md. Rahman with mobile number [protected]
          Vodafone illegally deducted rs 50 from my mail balance account.
          Why this type of fraud from vodafone.
          I have not activated/requested any service from vodafone.
          Of late voddafone has become fraud company and indulging in this type of activities.
          They themselves are inviting customer to change for other service provider.
          This type of fraud is not acceptable from vodafone.

          Kindly refund the amount as early as possible.

              I am a life time prepaid customer for two numbers of vodafone company [protected] & [protected]. But i have got sms to compulsory recharge of 35 every 28 days. I have called customer care and confirm the same. They told me to recharge 35 otherwise the outgoing facility will stop from 27th november 2018. I have escalate this to trai and the provide me complaint number 1021467. Requesting you to resolve this issue which i am facing at the earliest.

                I did a recharge of 51rs for vodafone prepaid 3g data on 23rd november from online amazon wallet (Order id[protected]). I did wait for 4-5 hours but the recharge didn't reflected in my phone number ([protected]). I tried reaching vodafone customer care but unable to do so. Post this i sent a mail to vodafone explaining them the complete issue at vodafonecare. [protected]@vodafone.com but till now after 48 hours no response has came.

                Please look into the concerned matter and do the needful promptly.

                till now no communication has been made by the company and they haven't compensated me for the loss yet. Could you please check once the root cause of it and let me know the exact picture ? its been days since I am struggling to get the hold of vodafone.

                    Dear sir, i have vodafone prepaid connection no. - [protected]. The validity period for this connection was year 2035, but suddenly it showed that the valadity is 23 nov. 2018. Company reduced the valadity of my connection. I purchased the lifetime valadity (Upto 2035) from the company. When connect to company customer care, they said that company change his policy and reduce the validity, now you have to purchse monthly valadity again. And the remaining balance of my prepaid connection is also blocked. Please look into the matter.
                    How company can do this? I purchased that product from company. Why should i purchase it again? Please help.

                    Its going to complete 3 days, but there is no response from vodafone about the validity of my no. [protected]. From the date[protected]midnight), my no. is not working. I also don't know about my remaining balance.
                    Is it a total monopoly of the company, that it can reduce validity and diduct balances of any of customer unfairly and no one can't do anything.

                          I am using my vodafone and recharging it regularly and now it says out going validity expired.. This is nonsense really. What do you mean by out going validity expired, it was very clear that we bought it for lifetime validity. Worst service, worst network.

                          Tried reaching their care, worst connectivity, worst response and worst service ever. I really dont understand their logic here. When we bought it for lifetime validity, now why the hell they asking us to buy out going validity again? Meaningless and very fraud they doing. Open source cheating this is.

                            I activated international roaming before i left for a travel to the us and immediately after reaching there i bought a local sim and never used the india vodafone sim. I suddenly got a message on the 2nd day of my visit that i have an unbilled amount of 5000. I immediately disconnected the data services from the phone to be safe. Though i had never used any of it. Later they disconnected my services and i did not bother about it then since i had a local us sim. Upon return to india i paid 1500 rs. Since the amount was over my credit limit of 4000. (Which also i think has suddenly been increased) i was shocked to see my data bill close 19, 000 after a few days. For absolutely no usage of data i keep getting this ever increasing bill. Also now they have deactivated my outgoing calls. The customer care refuses to listen my concern and won't even connect me to a senior executive. All they want right now is payment of 8000 to continue services. This will continue untill i have paid all the wrongly billed 19000 (Or even more considering their bill keeps increasing day by day)
                            Thoroughly cheated. I don't know what to do about it. I need to file a complaint against vodafone

                              Hi, i'm unable to send sms from my mobile. Says vodafone error 29. Unable to update message center no too. Raised a complaint with vodafone online but no resolution. Visited the vodafone gallery no resolution. Do support. My no is corporate plan and hence no chance of running out of balance. The network connectivity also shows full however not able to send text messages. Incoming messages are delivered

                                Please stop cheating people by telling india's best network i have been facing network issues from past two years nothing has been done you will remember only when i don't pay bill.. Call drops, slow internet and cross connections it's been there from past two years it's not only with me it's happening with so many people we are thinking to post it on social media and jointly planning to case a file in consumer forum your representatives are talking so cheaply as if m not paying them for service they are paying n giving me service i have all call recordings from part two years i have reports for network speed everything yet you don't care.. I need explanation on this

Please vodafone refund my money or provide service as per applicable details. If company not solve my problem within 48 hrs i file case against company.

                                      I am a vodafone customer, [protected], i have 22 rs main account balance but unable to use it for making calls. Customer care says that i have to recharge to extend my validity, but if i go for extending validity recharge then again i can not use this main balance.
                                      This is not only my concern there may be lakhs of customer who are facing this problem due to sudden change in vodafone policies without any information.
                                      Please check the matter.

                                        I am having a vodafone sim card since long back and didn't face such issue before, but now from past few days i was getting messages from vodafone that your vodafone services are going to be expired on so and so date and now my services are expired after that date. And as per vodafone i have to recharge again to get a limited validity, say 28 days.
                                        Why the service validity got expired when we have earlier recharged for lifetime validity?
                                        What's the meaning of expiring the services when they have earlier charged us for that?
                                        Vodafone India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                        All three MNPs have levied service validity charges and forcing the prepaid users to pay for continuation of incoming and outgoing call services. This policy is not acceptable to consumers and looks like a forced drain out of Rs 1/day from each mobile account .
                                        This needs to be stopped.
