I called Vodafone customer care and requested them to deactivate my postpaid connection, the person told it will be done in 7 working days.

But after 3 months Still I was continuously getting bills and logged a chat request and received the request id for cancelleation.
Vodafone dont want to loose the money through the bills and wont respond/deactivate connections.

I have been wrongly charged for international roaming

vodafone blocking sms to 1900...!!

This is a rather shameful move taken by vodafone..!! Vodafone is blocking sms's to 1900. Whenever one tries to send 'port' to 1900, an error message is received "unable to send sms" or "message sending failed".

This is being done to prevent the customers from porting out of vodafone. You will be able to send sms to all other contacts but 1900...!!! Many of friends have same issue....

overcharge and deceptive pricing on international roaming by vodafone

On 6th october landed in japan, activated international roaming of 149/day rental for which there was no explanation of charges for voice and data access. On 9th oct received a message that the credit limit is exceeded and i need to pay inr 5730 including my previous month's bill of inr 590. late payment charges

Vodafone — Charging of late payment penalty fees of rs. 100 every time

I am regular customer of vodafone since last 3 years.

During this tenure vodafone have charged me late payment rs. 100 to Rs.50 per month.

And the whole process of regerating the bill by calling customer care numbers and twitter dm's affects the next bill.

This is irritating on all levels and a pathetic way...

cheating

I recharged an offer of rs 479 from vodafone app through my debit card... The transaction was successful the money was debited from my account.. But the offer wasn't credited.. When i contacted the customer care they said within 7 days the amount will be refunded now its been 7 days no messages no refund nothing... They are not allowing to talk to me through their customer care... Really disappointed worst network ever in indian telecom sector......

But after successful recharge of the same amount on 9/11/2018, i get neither any free minutes nor any talktime. outgoing calls issue

How irresponsible vodafone staff is, such a poor and worthless service. Making a mockery out of there customers. Its been third time vodafone in-competent staff promising for callback after 5 mins and its been more than 30 mins again i am waiting (72 hours issue unresolved) will never recommend vodafone and assure will escalate this matter further....

outgoing calls issue

I am in punjab (Roaming) from 8-10 days using vodafone prepaid mob no from delhi. Its been almost 4-5 days unable to make outgoing calls, lodge complaint several times. Csr's are not competative enough who are following up about complaint resolution and even not doing a callback after promising and waiting customer precious time.
