Very much disappointed with vodafone, they deduct rs99 saying international roaming. The customer service team is incompetent, no one knows what to say and do. Disgusting approach. One day they say refund will come next day they denied it.

As per their official site, rs 99 is only deducted when calls is received or made, sms sent, net used. No one which i had done and yet they charge the customer. When i ask to transfer the call to higher authority they beat around the bush, many a times they hung up the call on customer. I call at 9.30am about my concern and they day to call after 2hrs, who does that!! They have recruited all dumb people and made them sit behind the computer..

    I have recharged for an unlimited calls and 1.4 gb data plan for 84 days. But except for the initial 2-3 days, i have been experiencing a lot of issues with the internet speed. I have complained atleast 7 times about the problem out of which the problem has been temporarily (for a period of 6-7 days) been solved again reaching to the same speed whatsoever. This is least expected from a network like Vodafone. The customer care service also does not connect as it is redirected to some other window on the complaint numbers.

      I have moved abroad 2 months back and i am not using the my indian vodafone sim anymore. I would really appreciate it if it is deactivated as it is pilling up bills when i am not even using it.             Please permanently terminate (Deactivate) the mobile no. [protected]. I do not required the connection as there is connectivity issue at my residence area, so i am not intrested to continue this number.

            I have already paid all dues till date, please terminate on immediate effect, as i will not be able to pay any further bill today onwards.

            My mother operation not process orthopedic Doctor more time visit in hospital ESIC modal bapunagar, not proper answer I am not happen
            Go to nearest vodafone store and deactivate immediately. They wont respond properly in Vodafone customer care over the phone and chat for deactivating, make sure to get the deactivation request number before leaving.
            I Paid 1500 Rupees without using the connection, they threatened me that case will be filed in court if the bill is not paid.
            Vodafone becoming worse, India Ka number one Jio, Jio Jeeth hai.

              You have failed to act on your commitment of resolving the issue in time. As you requested, i waited for 5days to get a proper resolution. After a repeated reminder, none have moved so i am convinced that 'vodafone idea limited' is not capable to give any service to its customer. That’s why i am going to surrender my 13year old number [protected] tomorrow 5pm at salt lake vodafone store.

              As the bill is disputed and no cause is being given to me from your side, i will not pay the bill.

              If any further decision you want to take, take it by 4pm 16th nov, 18 ist. Then after i will not be responsible for any claim/discussion of/with yours.

              To tell you long story short, i have billed for 326min duration with in a period of 56min (38 + 18) to a single number. I am attaching the screenshot of the issue area in my itemized bill and the bill itself for your reference.

              I can understand you are not able to realize my concern. I was in greece and activated the international roaming before starting my trip without any special pack to reduce call charges. And in greece, i indeed switch on my number and talk to the other number. So it is quite obvious that the international charges will be applicable to mine.
              If you follow my previous mail, in my concern list i specifically mentioned my top priority point where i told how can a single number be called for “a duration of 308min in between a period of 37:35min”. How i came with this data point, i described already, so will request you to go through my previous mail for the details. I am also attaching the same screenshot i previously put in the body of the mail, to make sure that the same is properly visible to you.
              For sake of max billing against my number for that duration, as per your given rate, i can be charged for 7, 840 inr (38min + 18min) x 140/=). So why i charged 10, 253.04 inr instead. Although i think you will agree that if someone is calling a number for 14times, to dialing the number, ringing the other phone and then receiving the call, can’t be performed in 0min, it’s not humanly possible. And i can remember those calls was not continuous, there was gap in between the calls. So obviously the charges will be less than what i mention for the calculation.
              I need that explanation.

              I opened a ticket for wrong billing in my last bill generation on last sunday 28th oct with the ticket reference id[protected].in a one-liner, i was overcharged due to nonfeasible call duration. I have few on call conversation with you different customer care executive but none was able to provide a proper explanation what might be the scenario in which i can call a single number for a duration of 308min within a period of 37:35min.
              I am referring the data points based on the itemised call i received along with the bill. Attached bill for your reference. Now being a responsible customer of vodafone for last around 13+ years, i am letting you know how i come up with the conclusion is that the bill is wrong. I checked the start of the first international call from my number to [protected] is 20:55:11 and the last is 21:32:46. If i consider the date-time is provided as the start time of the call then the duration of this period comes to 37:35min. As i am considering the start time so let goes the last call duration. So the duration becomes 308min.
              Now i need the explanation if the billing is right then
              1.
              2. How a single number be called from a particular number for a duration of 308min in between a period of 37:35min.
              3. Although there was no conference call at that time, i heard from your executive that, might because of the conference call this can occur. For the sake of argument, if i consider that happen also, then why the cdrs/call record with that number is not present in my record.
              4. If a take the max change against a 1min is 139.99, then also how the total charge of 10253/= is getting calculated. It’s nither a factor of duration as per bill nor a factor of the period (37:35)
              5. What is the call rate for international calling in international roaming for greece

              I am expecting a logical rational explanation of each of my questions. Being my self a billing expert in a telecom organization which considered to be a giant in the industry, i believe only a logical clarification is expected. Please make sure the response supposed to come within the threshold of a human limit else i will make sure it supposed to be heard by the proper forums.

                Vodafone india deducted my balance of rs 65 without my knowledge on 30th october. They have not sent me any message about what scheme has been activated why your balance got deducted.. When i made a call regarding issue in 24 hours then they told me that you will get refund in next 24 hours but still i didn't get my refund so on next call they told me about some offer which he activated without informing me & when i told to stop the service & refund my balance they replied that balance cannot be refunded. Vodafone india the third class british company cannot refund balance but can deduct balance without informing.

                After that i sent portability message with proper message and phone number dated 6th november at that time they send me code i started my portability process but still today on 16th november they didn't allow me to change my service provider. When i call for the porting issue they told me that you have done wrong process you have to resend your message again & get your port done.

                  I’ve not been able to make any outbound calls since 14/11/18. Internet is working. When I called Vodafone customer care at 10.30PM in 14/11/18, the agent said that there was a network issue and it was been addressed. On 15/11/18 morning, I had the same issue. When I called the customer care I was informed that the issue will be resolved by 11AM that day. So far the issue is not fixed. Now the customer care IVR goes in loops and don’t alllow you to get to a person also. I’m actually on a business visit and without outbound calling going mad as I don’t know the language also. Vodafone needs to pay for this.

                    I have no idea about the loop digital games you allowed when on my phone without my consent and at your own decision to extend it and deduct rs. 45. Which is highly objectionable. Please stop it and i am not interested in it.
                    Further 5 sms replies send back 'to stop it' are not received by you. I wonder why? Is this another fraud cleverly played by vodafone.
                    Please look into this matter seriously as it does not go well with your reputation other wise i have no option than to change my net work on my phone.

                    Vodafone deducted balance from my number two times, first 30 rs. and then 32 rupees. They haven't informed me about this deduction. I have never activated any service and never dialed USSD codes. Still they deduct money. I want my money back.

                      im in chennai, i couldnt call or receive calls, no sms is going. Very bad of Vodafone. They are still yet to fix the issue for more than 2 days. i have 3 months unlimited calls and data, but i couldnt make calls or receive calls for last 2 days,

                        1 nov now sim closed and new sim allocated with postpaid connection with plan 12 rs 150/- document not attached by me, i am not working any opel company, i am not knowing nay opel.
                        12 nov request for prepaid with registration no[protected] not converted in prepaid by hadapsar, 13 nov plan changed from 150 to 250 without any information – till 1 nov 2018 to as on i not used this card, then why plan change by you
                        6) yesterday again visit for postpaid to prepaid but no information in our system – said hadapsar vodafone center

                          I am writing to bring your kind attention towards the hazardous effects of mobile network towers which is fixed in our area. Opp malwani bus depot, malad west, mumbai +400095. It is fitted in gupta ktelecom and soni pan bidi shop. Both shops is in residential area and they don't care about the bad effects and children suffering around that area. Soni pan bidi shop is at chawl no 51, malwani gaikwad nagar, malad west, mumbai -400095, opp. Malwani bus depot and another shop where the other network tower is fitted is with in 50 meters.

                          I request your humble self to look into this and please remove this network tower.

It's the first time i switched on international roaming on my number and the number network vanished on 2nd day of travel with a bill of 46000 rs without using a single minute the number for data, it says i have used it..

                            After complaining end no of times to your customer agents no action has been taken. Surprised that this is how you treat your customers..

                              I initially had bsnl prepaid, after repeated calls from vodafone customer support to port to their n/w. I agreed and the sales executive visited my house and gave a postpaid sim saying that after activating i can change the plan to least charging plan which is 199 - initially it will be 399 to which i agreed. But after activating i found that there is no such plan. I called the helpdesk to which the executive said i can go to store and convert it to prepaid. I repeatedly asked if it was possible to which she said yes. But when i went to store, the store person said it needs 90 days to convert and will only register complaint. Later i recieved a call saying they can change the plan to 249 which i agreed. But again got a call from vodafone saying it is not possible to convert to 249 plan. It has been a series of calls and visit to store which resulted only in waste of time and energy. It is only false promises that vodafone uses to sell their product. Now i am not willing to pay 399 every month and need change of plan to 199 as promised inititally

                                Hello dear sir/ma'am
                                Vodafone is the main network provider of my village area. Before one year ago it net speed and voice was very best. But approx 10 months nothing is well. If anybody want receive a call he goes to 1km away from village.
                                Approx fifty percent people live abroad or major city of india. He want to talk parents and friends. He cannot transfer money or receive via mobile due to internet speed.
                                I have complained 10 times to your vodafone east authority. I think he does not take appropriate action. This time it is the main issue of my village. Just think sir how people talk outside in winter. My area people trust vodafone more then other companies.

I have a problem with my vodafone number and I called to them but no executive were not solved my issue and instead they put my call on hold upto 1 and half hour. They were wasted my valuable time. these were all happened on 14th nov 2018 at 08:30pm. The executives named as Raju.p, ped.nikil and ramesh.godumula. I want explanation from the above names. And have to paid by instead of wasting my time.

                                    Vodafone recharges:

                                    Rs35= 26tt+100mb 28 day

                                    Rs199= ul calls+1.4gb/d 28day

                                    Dial *121# for more

                                    Is it compulsory to recharge as per above message? It seems like that vodadone is forcing to customer for this... It's not good for vodafone's future business... Just stop sending these messages for illegal charges.

                                      I see a major signal drop in my area, not able to connect to others.

                                        Vodafone is harassing me for not paying the bill for Rs 408. I have paid the bill via freecharge (Screenshots Attached). Not I have ported my no. to Airtel. At the time of port, they said all the dues are settled and allow the port to Airtel. But after few days they started abusing, sending hundred email that I have not cleared the dues. But attached screenshot says that I have paid all the dues.

                                        Now today I have received some sort of warning email that they will sue me if I won't pay the bill again, but Why should I pay again when I have already paid the bill?

                                        Please help.
