My sim card (Using last 14 year’s) stop on 20th oct 2018, visit hadapsar branch on 22 oct new sim allocated
Again sim card closed 24th oct 2018, agains visited and new sim allocated 26th oct 2018 with recharge done rs 65 + 20
1 nov now sim closed and new sim allocated with postpaid connection with plan 12 rs 150/- document not attached by me, i am not working any opel company, i am not knowing nay opel.
12 nov request for prepaid with registration no[protected] not converted in prepaid by hadapsar, 13 nov plan changed from 150 to 250 without any information – till 1 nov 2018 to as on i not used this card, then why plan change by you
6) yesterday again visit for postpaid to prepaid but no information in our system – said hadapsar vodafone center

    I am writing to bring your kind attention towards the hazardous effects of mobile network towers which is fixed in our area. Opp malwani bus depot, malad west, mumbai +400095. It is fitted in gupta ktelecom and soni pan bidi shop. Both shops is in residential area and they don't care about the bad effects and children suffering around that area. Soni pan bidi shop is at chawl no 51, malwani gaikwad nagar, malad west, mumbai -400095, opp. Malwani bus depot and another shop where the other network tower is fitted is with in 50 meters.

    I request your humble self to look into this and please remove this network tower.

      I have been a customer for vida phone for last 8 years. It's the first time i switched on international roaming on my number and the number network vanished on 2nd day of travel with a bill of 46000 rs without using a single minute the number for data, it says i have used it..

      After complaining end no of times to your customer agents no action has been taken. Surprised that this is how you treat your customers..

        I initially had bsnl prepaid, after repeated calls from vodafone customer support to port to their n/w. I agreed and the sales executive visited my house and gave a postpaid sim saying that after activating i can change the plan to least charging plan which is 199 - initially it will be 399 to which i agreed. But after activating i found that there is no such plan. I called the helpdesk to which the executive said i can go to store and convert it to prepaid. I repeatedly asked if it was possible to which she said yes. But when i went to store, the store person said it needs 90 days to convert and will only register complaint. Later i recieved a call saying they can change the plan to 249 which i agreed. But again got a call from vodafone saying it is not possible to convert to 249 plan. It has been a series of calls and visit to store which resulted only in waste of time and energy. It is only false promises that vodafone uses to sell their product. Now i am not willing to pay 399 every month and need change of plan to 199 as promised inititally

          Hello dear sir/ma'am
          Vodafone is the main network provider of my village area. Before one year ago it net speed and voice was very best. But approx 10 months nothing is well. If anybody want receive a call he goes to 1km away from village.
          Approx fifty percent people live abroad or major city of india. He want to talk parents and friends. He cannot transfer money or receive via mobile due to internet speed.
          I have complained 10 times to your vodafone east authority. I think he does not take appropriate action. This time it is the main issue of my village. Just think sir how people talk outside in winter. My area people trust vodafone more then other companies.

            My name is ch.sampath kumar from visakhapatam. I have a problem with my vodafone number and I called to them but no executive were not solved my issue and instead they put my call on hold upto 1 and half hour. They were wasted my valuable time. these were all happened on 14th nov 2018 at 08:30pm. The executives named as Raju.p, ped.nikil and ramesh.godumula. I want explanation from the above names. And have to paid by instead of wasting my time.

              20-nov se calls ke liye validity recharge jaruri hai.

              Vodafone recharges:

              Rs35= 26tt+100mb 28 day

              Rs199= ul calls+1.4gb/d 28day

              Dial *121# for more

              Is it compulsory to recharge as per above message? It seems like that vodadone is forcing to customer for this... It's not good for vodafone's future business... Just stop sending these messages for illegal charges.

                Hi this is krishna, usind vodafone india network. I stay im mahindra world city, chennai - 603002.
                I see a major signal drop in my area, not able to connect to others.
                Please rectify asap otherwise i would like to change to other networks.

                I have been facing this problem since one and half month, please resolve this earliest.
                I have been vodafone customer since 10 years, please try to fix done loose the customers.

                  Vodafone is harassing me for not paying the bill for Rs 408. I have paid the bill via freecharge (Screenshots Attached). Not I have ported my no. to Airtel. At the time of port, they said all the dues are settled and allow the port to Airtel. But after few days they started abusing, sending hundred email that I have not cleared the dues. But attached screenshot says that I have paid all the dues.

                  Now today I have received some sort of warning email that they will sue me if I won't pay the bill again, but Why should I pay again when I have already paid the bill?

                  Please help.

                    Dear Team,

                    I have my mobile no. reg with you since long with no.+91 [protected], before a 3-4 month I had to convert my SIM card in 4G service that time I had to convert it into Postpaid which is really not comfortable for me, Now I want to convert again in Pre-paid where customer support Service center (Ahmedabad- aanand Nagar, Sima hall) denied to do convert without accepting FRC of minimum amount 229, i want to pay my pre paid amount by my side as I want, also If it is not possible Kindly, Cancel My card so i can Reg it with other Company

                      Hello Team,

                      From 14th nov 2018 mor, I am not able to make any outgoing calls from my Vodafone sim. i am able to receive all incoming calls to my number. I have balance in my number around 6rs and i have 3months data pack with free outgoing calls. I am not even able to make call to customer care or dial any USSD code, Kindly help me to resolve the issue.

                        I m a consumer of vodafone no is [protected]. Our office is situated at TC 46V, Vibhuti khand Gomti Nagar Lucknow. We r facing problem to operate vodafone connections in our above mentioned office campus. In this regard so many times we had lodged the relevant complaint but no responce has been received yet. In our office building there r 6 offices and all persons who has vodafone connectioin is facing the same problem. So Please do the needful to correct your network at our above work place otherwise we will be bound to port our no in mass

                          As i was issued a no of vodafone a month ago and there was no address verification done and now my number got temp deactivated and i went to customer care office but no action was taken yet. Please reactive my number ans if anyone visit for verification ask them to call before visit on my alternative number given on time so paper submission or visit after 4: 30

                            Hello customer care team, i had taken a new vodafone connection (Postpaid), it's services are now stopped with reason "address verification failed". I have asked to re-verify the address but no one has came to verify it. Even i had visited the vodafone store but no use.                               Yesterday i make a call to vodafone customer care about network issue
                              But evening time they close my number
                              When i ask about stopping my number service they told me vodafone stop my number service becouse stopping request given by me
                              But it is not true i have all call regardings
                              Whichever i make to vodafone customer care
                              Now they told me i have to visit vodafone store but when i reach vodafone store and make call to vodafone customer service they told me my number activate in 4 hrs
                              But after more than 8 hrs when i call them again they want me to visit vodafone store again
                              I don't know why they harsh me

                                I called Vodafone customer care and requested them to deactivate my postpaid connection, the person told it will be done in 7 working days.

                                But after 3 months Still I was continuously getting bills and logged a chat request and received the request id for cancelleation.
                                Vodafone dont want to loose the money through the bills and wont respond/deactivate connections.

                                Otherwise Vodafone lawyer (told like that not sure) they said they are currently in court and will file a pana mosadi (tamil) which is money cheating case before 12:30 PM if the bill is not paid.

                                Finally I ended up in Store (Taking half day leave in office) to pay the outstanding amount 1924 (which I have not used).

                                Vodafone please dont take money from your customers for the service which they have not used. This is my humble request and I have been your customer for more than 10 years.

                                  I was on a vacation in India. I traveled to Dawki river and Myllyong village in Shillong however Vodafone claims that I went to Bangladesh and due to which i have been charged international roaming. Everytime i contact vodafone through twitter or customer care i have been told that i was physically present in bangaldesh. They also offered a 500 rupees discount. This is matter of principles. I have physical proof on my passport that i havent travelled to bangladesh. Vodafone customer care and Nodal are not answering to my emails or calls

                                    This is a rather shameful move taken by vodafone..!! Vodafone is blocking sms's to 1900. Whenever one tries to send 'port' to 1900, an error message is received "unable to send sms" or "message sending failed".

                                    This is being done to prevent the customers from porting out of vodafone. You will be able to send sms to all other contacts but 1900...!!! Many of friends have same issue.

                                      On 6th october landed in japan, activated international roaming of 149/day rental for which there was no explanation of charges for voice and data access. On 9th oct received a message that the credit limit is exceeded and i need to pay inr 5730 including my previous month's bill of inr 590. Immediately i activated the package of inr 3500 valid for 10 days in order reduce the bill. Returned on 12th oct to india and to my utter disbelief, shock and surprise i kept receiving messages on unbilled amount of 19799. They forced me to cough up inr 12000 to restore the service as the service was disconnected without allowing me to explain. The bill that was generated on 25th gave further shock as total was exceeding inr 28000.

                                        late payment charges

                                        Vodafone — Charging of late payment penalty fees of rs. 100 every time

                                        I am regular customer of vodafone since last 3 years.

                                        During this tenure vodafone have charged me late payment rs. 100 to Rs.50 per month.

                                        And the whole process of regerating the bill by calling customer care numbers and twitter dm's affects the next bill.

                                        This is irritating on all levels and a pathetic...
