sim activation

I have moved my vodafone mob to prepaid from post paid connection.

Since last 15 days i have tried to activate my prepaid connection with the same number but could not succeed. I have insert my new sim to phone as the old signal deactivated..

So now i dont have balance in number and even could not recharge the balance as request about the balance recharge is not accepted.

negative balance on my number

Hello all,

I have vodafone connection prepaid simcard - mumbai. I have spoken to customer service in my mail list and explain them why my number going to negative balance to -54rs and they are unnecssarily money cutting from my account. Since i am using 509rs for 3months connection. But they are cutting every month my balance. I am fedup of it. And i dont understand why they doing this.
Kindly remove the negative balance...

unfair balance deduction

My balance actually had 57rs but suddenly after one day the amount was reduced to 5rs without any outgoing calls or messege (I am sure).

But 1 month before i had purchased a channel (One sports channel) on dishtv
And it was observed that no money was deducted. We were constantly checking the balance but from that day but no amount was deducted unfairly. But suddenly today money were deducted, is it because of that long...

network quality and customer support

After so much of struggle with vodafone network, i raised first complaint on 30 aug. They asked to manually select vodafone or idea, whichever is better but it did not help as both are poor in this area of pune city. The network disappears and fluctuates all the time. Hello, the number i used for more than 8 years was deactivated 18 months back. It was deactivated because i was out of country and i had not made any calls in more than 90 days. not receiving call

My Name is Tarique Ehsan Mob No [protected]I have called to 198 vodafone customer care on 01.11.2018 at 12:13 am. Afte 7 or 8 min one executive received my call and he end my call within 10 to 15 sec while i am saying my issue. Thereafter I call again but I was more than 20 mins on hold but no one attend me....

Today within 24hrs bollywood gossip service activated for which i have never subscribed and balance of rs.75 was deducted from my balance. I have deactivated the same and not interested in all these stupid things.

sms send/receive blocked

I received an 4g sim on 3rd oct. Initially i was told that sms will be blocked for a day. But its 31st oct n 7 follow up, the issue not resolved. They create an incident everytime without any resolution. Even calls falling to deaf ear.in every call, they will ask to follow d same steps without any help. Every utility service needs an otp. The sms situation is creating problem in my livelyhood....

poor network speed in my area.

It's been three weeks that vodafone has provided me with poor network speed due to which i'm totally unsatisfied. Earlier the net speed used to be a lot better than this but now it has become a poor network. Please do try to solve this problem as soon as possible or else i'm hoping to change my sim and switch to some another network provider. Hoping that you will undergo my problem and try to solve it....

absurd billing 9674759080

Last bill shows 3000inr whereas my regular bill was around 450inr. When asked, crm said it was activated from my end through myvoda app whereas there is no mail or sms confirmation regarding my change of tariff.
It is some technical problem in billing system and none from vodafone is cooperating in this matter.
Please help me resolve this issue at your earliest before my last date of payment....

postpaid internet pack

I have an issue with one of my gps tracking device that i can track the vehicle only from midnight 12 am to 4:59 am in the morning every day and i cannot track the vehicle from 5 am to 12 am. We are facing this problem from the first day of sim activation.

The sim, which we are using in the device is vodafone and it is post paid connection.

Please let me know, is this problem occurs due to the internet package...

unable to send and receive messages

I want to send a message to 4 digit numbers but i was unable to send and also my internet is working like 2g even after having 100 gb per month scheme so i went to vodafone gallary they suggested to change the sim. After my simcard change now i am unable to send or receive message.

I'm getting a notice email from mr. Dheeraj chaubey vodafone regarding due payments (Dated : 29/10/2018). While i was connected with vodafone just 20 days back. Even my tele-services started few hours back.
I'm mean, i ported my 2 numbers in vodafone 20 days back. And one of them are activated just few ours back.

And even number that was mentioned against the due payment, is not mine.

fraudulent billing post cancellation of number

I took a connection from Trichy for Vodafone dongle (portable WiFi - [protected]). I got transferred and didn't need that connection any more and had asked the Vodafone to cancel my connection, settling the last bill in June/July. However, there was another bill generated the next month and sent to me. The torture and harassment starts here.

I refused to pay the bill and the number I use for my calls (since 2011) was blocked...
