I have done recharge wrongly on [protected] on this number of rs 199/-instead of [protected] which is correct number but after that i have done recharge on correct number but vodafone is not issuing refund to me for the first wrong recharge they have taken more than 2 week now and no solution have been given to me yet. They are not solving my problem.

I am contacting them but they are saying that they will not refund tge amount to me and will reverse the recharge to the right number in which i have done recharge now.
And i want refund in my paytm through which i have done payment.
And i'm not vodafone user i have done recharge for my friend.
The vodafone are taking so much time to contact me and they are just wasting the time and if 28 days will be completed they will just say that now they cannot do anything.

      I have moved my vodafone mob to prepaid from post paid connection.

      Since last 15 days i have tried to activate my prepaid connection with the same number but could not succeed. I have insert my new sim to phone as the old signal deactivated..

      So now i dont have balance in number and even could not recharge the balance as request about the balance recharge is not accepted.

      Request you to activate the number as out going call facility is not activated.

        Hello all,

        I have vodafone connection prepaid simcard - mumbai. I have spoken to customer service in my mail list and explain them why my number going to negative balance to -54rs and they are unnecssarily money cutting from my account. Since i am using 509rs for 3months connection. But they are cutting every month my balance. I am fedup of it. And i dont understand why they doing this.
        Kindly remove the negative balance from my simcard since i have been loyal customer of vodafone since 2007

        Also noted that i am waiting to recharge next as my recharge validity has expired. and because of this negative balance. i am waiting for vodafone team to remove that negative balance which is of no fault of mine.

          My balance actually had 57rs but suddenly after one day the amount was reduced to 5rs without any outgoing calls or messege (I am sure).

          But 1 month before i had purchased a channel (One sports channel) on dishtv
          And it was observed that no money was deducted. We were constantly checking the balance but from that day but no amount was deducted unfairly. But suddenly today money were deducted, is it because of that long before channel purchase or some mistake in the services

            After so much of struggle with vodafone network, i raised first complaint on 30 aug. They asked to manually select vodafone or idea, whichever is better but it did not help as both are poor in this area of pune city. The network disappears and fluctuates all the time. Call drops and zero network is everyday issue. Forget about internet, calling is difficult here. Technician visited and he tried some optimization but no improvement. I raised complaints on twitter. Again so many promises and tries but zero improvement. Everybody is frustrated with the service in this area.in second visit, technician suggested me to use 2g for better experience. I am a postpaid customer paying 399 inr per month for an unlimited plan and this is what they are giving as service. I work from that area and it has caused me professional loss and mental stress as i had to run from here and there always. Kindly help.

              get my old number back

              Hello, the number i used for more than 8 years was deactivated 18 months back. It was deactivated because i was out of country and i had not made any calls in more than 90 days. So i tried to reactivate it immediately, but was told it cannot be done and i have to buy the number back after 6 months if no one is using it. It has been more than a year.               My Name is Tarique Ehsan Mob No [protected]I have called to 198 vodafone customer care on 01.11.2018 at 12:13 am. Afte 7 or 8 min one executive received my call and he end my call within 10 to 15 sec while i am saying my issue. Thereafter I call again but I was more than 20 mins on hold but no one attend me.

                  I received an 4g sim on 3rd oct. Initially i was told that sms will be blocked for a day. But its 31st oct n 7 follow up, the issue not resolved. They create an incident everytime without any resolution. Even calls falling to deaf ear.in every call, they will ask to follow d same steps without any help. Every utility service needs an otp. The sms situation is creating problem in my livelyhood.

                    It's been three weeks that vodafone has provided me with poor network speed due to which i'm totally unsatisfied. Earlier the net speed used to be a lot better than this but now it has become a poor network. Please do try to solve this problem as soon as possible or else i'm hoping to change my sim and switch to some another network provider. Hoping that you will undergo my problem and try to solve it.

                    I have received a message on my mobile number [protected] that Juice up pack activated and an amount of Rs75/-has been deducted. It was without my consent. Amount was deducted by vodafone solely through unfair practices. Request arrange refund.

                      Last bill shows 3000inr whereas my regular bill was around 450inr. When asked, crm said it was activated from my end through myvoda app whereas there is no mail or sms confirmation regarding my change of tariff.
                      It is some technical problem in billing system and none from vodafone is cooperating in this matter.
                      Please help me resolve this issue at your earliest before my last date of payment.

                        I have an issue with one of my gps tracking device that i can track the vehicle only from midnight 12 am to 4:59 am in the morning every day and i cannot track the vehicle from 5 am to 12 am. We are facing this problem from the first day of sim activation.

                        The sim, which we are using in the device is vodafone and it is post paid connection.

                        Please let me know, is this problem occurs due to the internet package of vodafone or any other technical issues?

                            I'm getting a notice email from mr. Dheeraj chaubey vodafone regarding due payments (Dated : 29/10/2018). While i was connected with vodafone just 20 days back. Even my tele-services started few hours back.
                            I'm mean, i ported my 2 numbers in vodafone 20 days back. And one of them are activated just few ours back.

                            And even number that was mentioned against the due payment, is not mine.
                            And i had informed the same already to them yesterday. But i got the same email twice today.

                              I took a connection from Trichy for Vodafone dongle (portable WiFi - [protected]). I got transferred and didn't need that connection any more and had asked the Vodafone to cancel my connection, settling the last bill in June/July. However, there was another bill generated the next month and sent to me. The torture and harassment starts here.

                              I refused to pay the bill and the number I use for my calls (since 2011) was blocked for the same. I called the customer care and the associate who answered my call was rude and finally hung up on me. Post which, I was called by Vodafone and promised that the number will be cancelled and that I should clear the bill one last time, which I did.

                              However, the same thing happened the very next month. When I refused to pay the bill again, Ram ([protected]) had called me to speak to me about the issue. From the pending bill of 935/- he asked me pay 500/- and that he will waive the 435/- off and cancel the connection, etc. I obliged. And again the saga continued last month. I refused to pay the bill this time.

                              I had go through the same problem of blocking my other number again for non-payment of a connected since 5 months now, which I had asked to be cancelled. The bill now is 631/- . I keep getting messages from Vodafone that a legal demand draft has been initiated against me to collect the same and asking me to contact Ram to settled the same. When I call Ram this time, he again has come back asking me to pay 320/- and the rest will be waived off and the number cancelled.

                              I have refused to pay even a single rupee for a connection that I have not used a bit in the last 5 months. I have already paid almost 2000/- for no fault of mine. I would like to get this torture and harassment stopped. Now that I know what Vodafone is upto, I would like them to pay me back every single rupee of what I have paid them for non-usage of my connection in the last 5 months.

                                Please provide information of my usage your vodafone mobile app in my plan 600 min available for the one month bill cycle my bill is generated as on date 26.10.2018 as on date 30.10.2018 in my vodafone mobile app my 600 min used and other 40.50 rs charge shown in my current spend so we shocked we used 600 min + 40.50 charges so kindly confirm me whats problem

                                  I have not subscribed for the vodafone mela service, and my prepaid account has been deducted by 35 rs on 23rd october and was about to be charged again on the 30th october however since my account didn’t have balance the transaction did not go through, kindly refund the amount taken as i did not subscribe to such a service, i spoke to the customer care but they couldn’t retrieve the balance lost

                                    Bankura. My village has only 2g
                                    Network. We can't connect to 3g
                                    Or 4g network. Its a problem for
                                    Everyone because nowdays we
                                    Can everything with a phone.
                                    But what we should do with a

                                      I have ported my number ([protected]) from jio to vodafone. After 15 days i got the massage that your local address is invalid and my incoming and outgoing service has stopped working. I talked to customer care they said submit your local address again and you service will be activated. I have visited vodafone mini store for submitting document but store personal said from mini store this is not possible to activate pls. Visit main store near to me there is no main store its away to 50km. Pls. Help how i can do.
                                      If i mail my address scan copy then service activation is possible or not.
                                      Or i wants to go in jio again what is process for that.
