I make sure you i have not used any such as balance deducting task to this number besides receiving call from others but how it could have deducted from my balance automatically every day?     My portout is blocking by vodafone. I am trying to last a month, but vodafone exuctive do not solve my problem. I was went two times in vodafone custmor care office in karnal. I am trying to port message to 1900 but everytime the result is zero. All the exuctive said same answer.
    I am very hopefully person and i hope you help me. So i request to you solve my problem immedatily

      Hi,

      Since past dew days i am not able to send messages from my vodafone number.
      I recieved a notification saying 'message not sent error -50'. On little research i found that smsc number in phone information is empty... I tried to update and i couldn't.
      Please do the needful asap.
      (Also i will share my number once i receive response)

        Earlier i was in the internet monthly billing scheme of 249/month with 20 gb internet per month for mobile no.[protected].in the meantime i have received another official sim no.[protected] with the sheme of 20 gb per month internet. Accordingly i was requested vodefone store to change the sheme on 07.10.18 for 99 /month sheme which is without internet. However, to my shock now i have received the fraudlent bill of rs.1430.95 for october 18 for the use of 4 gb internet in no internet sheme of 99/month, as my 40 gb inetrnet is lying unused in mobile no, [protected]. Therefore, i am requsting the vodafone to immeditely revise the fradulant bill immediately, otherwise i have other option except lodging a complaint with trai, and swiching over to another service provider.

          I raised a request to discontinue my number in May, and in October they generated the bill for the same number and barred outgoing of the alternate number. While asking for the reason they said due to my negligence and sending a mail on wrong email id it has been done. I had to settle the bill for the number i had not been using for 5 months to continue services on alternate number. Again after 15 days they generated the bill stating I had raised the request to discontinue the service after the billing cycle.
          I paid for the service i did not even use, and again they have generated the bill for a service which i have not availed

            Amount of rs. 90 deduced from my number without pressing any key for wwe zone service. When i called at 155223 they accepted request for it's deactivation but didn't return my amount.

            I m fed up with ineffective services of vodafone company, there is a huge mess for such kind of services...
            I requested you to immediately return to my amount to my number!!

            Near e block madrasi mandir tower was installed in b 784 budh nagar inder puri new delhi 110012 i think that some issue with the tower on that building. in sigal building 2 tower was installed maybe the reason kindly check around area the tower radiation level dod need full asap

              My name is geetika sharma and my vodafone no. Is [protected] the bill for june month was 832/ including roaming charges as per my plan no roaming charges occured under this plan though company charge me n after my 2-3 mails to the company there is no reply from there side though i visited personally to the vodafone store 2 times but there was no response to my complain from there side hence i want to close my no. With this company as there is no response to customer complaints as i am using this corporate plan from around 2 years but now the company policies are going worse now and they are not responding to customer complaints

Because now a days network is very poor by vodafone as well as post paid plan is very costly competitively other service providers. So in this situation i am not going to use this no.                   Hi, im Anandhan, From morning my vodafone number [protected] was blocked for SMS.I asked to customer care they said that i need to register with TRAI.Actually I did not do any kind of marketing .Everyday i will send messages to my friends and relatives only.Without my knowledge they blocked.How to un block?Pls help me soon..

                    I recharge your 509and give pln daly 100 sms and call and data so i use your data but i sent sam's but you charged mms charge so your charged only sams but you charge mms charge i very vad service give and you dabit my balance -172rs so i need arjent refand.. I complen raise in consumer cort and i make on compny and your csa call in c car but your csa speck in very abous language i call time 28.10.18... Time 12pm to 1.30 pm in but your senar narendr singh very csa ask very burdin me and ask only transfar and give my charges your sms charged information i call recorded 3 csa so i need extra charge so i very harsment consumer complen ourcsa and compny

                      You are providing a very fruitful service to me. I am very much happy with your service. I have a balance of rs 1.91 before made an online recharge of rs 145 to mobile number [protected] and just after my online recharge you have activated lots of value added services to my phone number.

                      I have not made any request for any of the value added services to your customer care. I am really grateful if you will deactivate all value added services and refund my full amount to positive rs 146.91. My current balance is showing as rs - 48.74. I hope you will continue your valuable services to your customer.

                        I am having samsung edge7 mobile phone with tele operator vodafone. Under vodafone india promotional scheme, i had took my mobile insurance from vodafone mobile shield.

                        I had filed an application of phone damaged on 25th july, 2018. And i had followed the same as they asked me to do. Finally after repairing my phone by my own i had submitted all documents, damaged parts and original invoice and payment receipt copy from samsung authorised service center. My all process was got over on 27th august, 2018

                        They were telling to disburse my claim amount after 15 working days. But till date i have not got any claim amount on my account. Its been more than 60 days but no solution at all.

                        Many times i have tried to talk with customer care executive but they are not responding well. Still they are keep promising me for making payment since last one month. I had waited for claim disbursement from so long back. But still they people dont have courtersy to call me back. I had mailed them many times but everytimes they are just forwarding me auto generated mail.

                        Everytime they tell me that they will call me back but till date not a single time they have called me back. /today also i called them, but after waiting of 12 mins, they just tell me to again wait for one week and rudly just drop my phone.

                          Vodafone deducted Rs. 35 on unsubscribed packs like bollywood cafe service on 24 Oct 2018 without my confirmation. After calling customer care, they replied that I might have clicked on any of there flash messages which leads to subscription.

                          So I request you to please help me to get my money refund from such a useless service provider.

                          Further these services get autodeducted which I never notice in first place.

                          Vodafone always keeps activating such type o[censored]seless services all the time..

                              As per my previous complaint on the overcharging of bills, i just received a phone call from a vodafone executive named prashant, claiming they have a solution for me. The solution was to not charge the 150 rupees in my next bill cycle. There was no mention about the money they have already charged since june. He claimed he can only waive it off on the next bill and not do anything about the amount they have already falsely charged on a service which i gave no consent to activate.
                              What a solution vodafone, well done. As usual they have denied any wrong doing and blamed it on me.

                                My ordeal with vodafone began when i travelled abroad during the month of may, from the 4th to the 10th. I initially activated an international roaming pack prior to me flying out, it covered a period of 7 days. Upon reaching there i was notified that i had no active plan and i should activate one immediately. So i did that. When i returned i was handed over a bill of rupees 4744.75. I was charged for the plan that i activated prior to flying but never used and for the new pack that i activated upon my arrival. After a horrendous experience whilst talking to the customer executives they agreed to reduce the amount by 1000 rupees but blamed the entirety of the situation on me stating that it is my fault and if i fail to pay the remainder i would have to deal with the collection agencies. They refused to accept any fault of theirs and provided no reimbursement for the harassment their executives caused and the time spent in order to reach any solution at all.in the end, i was too tired to argue and unable to make vodafone realise their mistake so i agreed to pay whatever amount they stated after the deduction of the 1000 rupees.
                                I am a loyal customer and believe that if i have used a service, it is my duty to pay for it. But vodafone does not seem to value this. I used a 499 rental plan which i later reduced to a 399 plan citing excessive bill amounts being sent to me, which i paid in full. I received a bill for the the time period of 4th-sept-2018 to 3rd-oct-2018 for 646.40 rupees which i have not paid yet. I rarely check the bill in detail but i have been receiving higher bills since my return in april i just thought to check it this time. I barely use the number and wanted to reduce my 399 plan further down to a basil postpaid plan due to this overcharging issue. I logged into the myvodafone app and used the chat option to speak to nikita and requested her to further reduce my plan. After talking to her, in the course of the conversation i was informed that there is an international roaming charge of 149 rupees that is active on my number. This services is auto renewed. Something that i was not made aware of at any point of time. Nor do i remember activating such a service as when ever i travel abroad i pay for an add-on service that vodafone provides.
                                After giving it much thought i realised that this is to make up for the 1000 rupees which they supposedly reimbursed, for no fault of mine. Apparently this service has been on since my return in may and the amount is included in my bill. Ever since my return the bill amounts have been quiet high but i always thought of it as maybe my usage was this much.
                                But that is false and i even told the vodafone executives back in may that they would eventually make up this 1000 rupees by adding on to my bills hence forth. Since we as customers barely take the time out to check our bill and just pay whatever amount pops up on our screen, this is a very common thing they do.
                                Today i called up vodafone and asked them to immediately shut the 149 service which they activated and kept renewing without my consent and have also asked them to reimburse any and al amount that they have collected since the time this service has been on. We as consumers are being fooled time and again by such malpractices and these doings more often than not go un-noticed. I checked the web and realised that there are many other people just like me who have been facing this issue. As a truthful and loyal customer of vodafone, it is extremely sad to see that such doings are a common practice.
                                I will not be surprised if they manage to turn all of this on me stating that i was aware and it is all my fault and i will be made to may. But i hope that others realise that they might have been targets without even knowing about it.
                                I sincerely hope that vodafone can help me out and the others who face this problem and hold those accountable who think it is absolutely fine to do such things.

                                  There is not sending any sms in may vodofhon number. Frome seence 2 months. All settings and center number is also right. But not sending sms any other mobile number why. Kindly help me as soon as possible. I also complaint vodofhon custember service number. He send me enter number. Center number had added but not sending any sms. Only coming company sms

                                    Coverage n data packs... Hence, i thought to move to airtel... Then i have started
                                    To send sms to 1900 for porting...
                                    But, iam not able to send only for 1900... "message could not sent" is showing... Tried 10 time...
                                    By speking to custmer care for solution... They keep giving non sense / irrilavent solutions: -

                                    1. Tomorrow is last date of the unlimited pack
                                    2. I suppose to change message centre no.- did the same but no result...
                                    3. I have to change the handset - tried but no result...

                                        An amount of rs 75 was deducted from my balance for juiceup pack although i never had requested for it... Now the surprising part... When i sent a message to deactivate the same... A message was received that no vas services are active on your nunber... You will have to activate it first and then deactivate it... This is not the first time that such deduction has been done
