we facing problem of neighbor pet dog who barking all the time and the dog is not under license. there are lot of disturbance and we dont do any work from that noise...many times we tell this problem to owner but nothing happen.
please sir help us so we done all o[censored]s work in better and peaceful environment.

Inspite of visiting vodafone store several times they are not provided me new sim. The behaviour of staff was not customer friendly it was pathetic. I am complaining about the isd call made through my number ([protected]) without my knowledge when i had never opted for isd facility for my number. I have no history of any isd calls what so ever till now right from day 1. I received a bill and a message stating that my limit has crossed 3000. I was shocked to see that sms. I want clarification on the following;
1. How can vodafone enable isd facility without my concurrence or request....

Very strange thing happened in last few days i got message from vodafone that you activated a value added service named mobile apps club and they deduct balance from my account. I called customer care, inform them about this message but they said this is done by you sir and and we cannot do anything about your balance but now we are deactivating this value added service but within few hours i received another message that i activated another...

Vodafone has deducted 90 rs from my account for the service that i did not ask for. They have deducted my balance for indian safari service which i did not give my consent to.

I did recharge of Rs.159 on 14th October... But till now plan is not activated and am getting charged for all the calls I make.. when called support they are fit for nothing. They only know to take time..
Complaint number is [protected] which is filed on 19 Oct, 2018. Which is yet to be resolved.

Frist when recharged for one amount got deducted twice and recharge also happened twice.. then issue got resolved in 1 day......

I am using vodafone sim card ([protected]) for more than 6 years and haven't encountered such issue earlier... But from last 3-4 days there no network available on my phone so i'm unable to make a call or use the internet.

I received an excess bill amount for the month of sep2108. My monthly plan is 249 and i received rs 742 as the bill amount for 1month in which rs 379 charged for using extra data of about 750 mb. Intially my plan was 199 but it was upgraded to 249 without my written consent or sms approval. Now they say upto 11gb data is free and beyond that the data will be charged. If i had used another 10 gb then my bill amount would be around rs 4000....
