I wanted to have one prepaid card of vodafone. I was requested by vodafone team to visit vodafone store with adhar card.

My first visit with bopal branch was fail because they was not have proper connection and could not able to do process.

My second visit : they asked to do payment of 500 payment and buy card with 82 days talktime. This card suppose to activate in next 2 days. After two days my card didn't start.

My third visit at bopal branch: they said within 2 hours card will activate. After two hours it was not started so i called to customer care. They said again you have to visit branch.

Second day again i called to customer care before going far location for vodafone store. Customer care team said you need to do verification at 59059. After verification i have waited two hour. After two hours i called again customer care and one lady named mona said "you dont know without recharge your phone will not activate". So cold and cheap lady she was so rude on call and she cut my call.

1. If i have already paid 500 then why vodafone asking more recharge in 2 days.
2. Why so many visits required for one simple prepaid card?
3. All customer care team have different answer to proceed. And non of works (Lack of training)
4. Mona type lady don't know how to talk with customer.

Almost same careless support my friends got and they moved to airtel. Me also going to move after this complain. This open complain will helps to other for taking decision.

    I wanted a simcard which were on my dad's name to be shifted on my name and so i took a new sim from mini store and got the mail for sim card activation and also the plan details but yet my sim card is not activated.
    I am not getting any proper response from store dealer nor vodafone company. Kindly requesting you to activate my sim as it is a corporate sim my business contacts have the same number and am facing huge loss cause of that... Please resolve at earliest i hope consumer complaint will help me

        I stay in bhatan village near old panvel. Here network of vodafone is very poor & data speed is worst can't even open single page. Please provide better network as we study in amity university which has more than 5000 students and we face these issues daily. Please maintain your customer base. Our college wifi too works on vodafone only thus vodafone always faces bad words by 100s of people due to bad network daily. This is really bad from their side as large chunk of consumers are facing issues and despite many complaints company is doing nothing about it.

          I m from pune...in my area there is almost 2000 vodafone customer... But no one get data speed... And i was requested to again and again to customer care but no one responded... So plz help us... Do something for us... I[censored] will not able to do this then no future of vodafone in market... Because instead of jio people prefer old user like vodafone airtel... So think on that...

            Sir,
            This is naresh kumar pal, using vodafone since 7 years but there was no problem.
            Sir i want to let u know that, before about 20 days when i requested for porting my number [protected] from airtel to vodafone, my number was ported into vodafone within 5 days. The number worked smoothly for about 5_6 days but suddenly it was out of service means shows invalid sim. Many times i talked to customer care but they could not solved the problem and told me to approach to vodafone store.
            I approached two times to vodafone store (38, new market, sotiganj, meerut), they said to me that the number can not be activated and forced me to get my number in postpaid form or to get a new number from vodafone.
            At store, i have phycically submitted the hard copy of my id related documents also.
            I told them that this is the number, that is connected with my various accounts and e-wallets and the said number is as my official number also.
            Sir u can understand how much problem i am facing without the number, officially as well as financially.
            Sir, i have recharged it after one time actiavation for 229 rupees also.
            Sir, now the situation is that, neither i have airtel operative number nor vodafone number.
            This is a big harrasment for me, and at last i am approaching you to look into the matter, to do the needful for the same.
            Sir, if my problem is not solved i will be compelled to go to legal and approach to social sites and media.

Even tried talking with floor supervisor gopi he also denied to refund my amount even after request.

                I am trying to deactivate a number from a long time, but my request is not being taken care.

                  Am not able to recharge my vodafone number [protected]
                  I tried all the available methods like paytm, phone pe, free recharge etc
                  Even i went to a shop and tried to do an ec recharge of 35
                  Then i bought recharge card of rs.30 and while trying to recharge am getting the following error message

                  "your card's face value is greater than current session limit"

                  And recharge is not getting done

                    Maine 11 oct 2018 ko apko apne no [protected] per aa rahi problem { calls barred } ki complaint ki thi jiske bad meri complaint to resolve ho gai but still aaj tak mujhe ye nahi pata chal k meri calls barred kyo ki gai thi... Plz mujhe confirm kre ki meri call kyo barred ki gai thi,.. Customer care per call krne per bus 1 hi revert mita hai k apne dnd no. Se koi permotional msg send kiya hai isliye apka no per calls barred ki gai hai... Ye mera [protected] private no hai... Mai kyo kissi ko permotional msg send krunga... Or agar kissi no per koi aisa msg mere [protected] se gaya hai to mujhe wo msg to confirm krwaya jaye k ye msg mere no se send hua hai...in future mere no per aisi calls barred jaisi ya koi or problem nahi hogi iski kya guaranty hai..

                    Aaj mujhe apki taraf se fir 1 msg receive hua hai... Attachment sath me send kr raha hu.

                      I am experiencing very bad support from vodafone rm and customer care. I have multiple issues related to my corporate account. And i have reported all issue on mail and call also with corporate support and our company rm. N but they are behaving like gov office. Rm is not replying my mail and call. So overall i have requested to terminate my all 32 data cord connection to corporate helpdesk id but still, no received any confirmation. Also complained to mum nodal office. But issue not resolved.
                      My major complaint to my rm. I cont explain very bad behavior from rm. So please take action on rm and disconnect our all connection asap. I am not interested to continue our corporate account with vodafone.

                        Sms service has been blocked for me for many months. When contacted nanganallur vodafone store, they informed it was blocked by trai as i have send bulk sms. I hardly send msgs to anyone may be one sms per day itself is a rare one. But they have blocked this service i think from march-2018. Since i am not a regular user of sms i didnt care about it. After some months during july i contacted nanganllur vodafone store they informed it was blocked by trai as i informed earlier. At that time they told it will be cleared within 2days. Bt it was not cleared, since i didnt have time i couldnt follow that executive. Now again recently i visited t. Nagar vodafone store on 17thoct-2018, there also they said the same thing and told this time surely it will be cleared within 24hours. But it was not cleared. When i contacted the vodafone customer care they informed we cant help you on this as it is trai who had blocked. They told you need to register with trai and with 24hours it will be cleared. Even without knowing that the registration they are speaking is for telemarketer i even did online registration in trai website. Now seeing some complaints over here only i came to know that registration is for telemarketer. Again i visited the same t. Nagar vodafone store and was told the same answer that it will be cleared with 24hours. But till now it was not resolved. Dont know what to do. I am a vodafone user using the same number for almost 12years since 2006. Even for me the the way they treat is very bad, not at all responding. Also clarify why i was told to register in trai website as telemarketer even after i have clearly told the vodafone customer care that i dont even send one sms per day and im not a telemarketer. Who is responsible for this. Else you want me to move away from vodafone and switch to some other service provider.

                          I was using vodafone postpaid a year ago and i lost my phone and i contacted vodafone from other fone to block the number. I brought a new sim from other network and i was not using the old vodafone sim. I have paid the bills via vodafone app. Now vodafone has sent the notice to appear in the court. I was not using the sim for almost 8 - 9 months. I would like to know why this is happening. Should i pay the bills for what i have not used? Is the sim not blocked and was used by someone else? Just the clarification on this.

                            This is reference to my network coverage at my home (Billing). Address in blue hills society nagar road, yerwada. I have registered many complaints about the very poor coverage for calls and no data connection over the last 15 years and all i am told is that there's a plan to put a mast to improve the coverage (With airtel first, and then with vodafone. India, once i ported over. What is the point of bringing 4g, 3g internet when the service provider can't even provide 2g internet?? Why do these service providers not get punished for lying and providing false information to trai and other regulatory bodies.

                              I always thought that vodafone is one of the best service providers, but realised that is the worst than any operator in mumbai.

                              Today is the 5th day and my 6 number o/g is still barred in spite of paying up before due date and informing mnp payment team.

                              1. No one knows who their senior's are - in fact they inform that no one is available, not even the nodal officer mumbai or appellate authority mumbai... They are the only people authorized to resolve my problem which is a petty issue and a simple outgoing barred case, but no one can do anything to expedite or even resolve with tat. People in nodal don't bother to call back and same is with appellate desk. Sushmita and ankit are the final authority at appellate, but they cannot activate simple og barred even if the payment is done before the due date. At nodal desk, they don't know that airtel too has a nodal desk and if need be they can mark mail to nodal officer and check whether airtel has received the payment or no. But no one seems to be cooperative even after 5 days of og barred horribleexperience!!!

                              My experience is as follows —
                              1. I got reminder to pay up my old operator due, therefore i sent my personal to pay up by chq for my 8 lines to airtel.

                              2. Airtel said that they cannot accept chq for deactivated account so pay cash, 13/10/18 we sent cash but the cash code was not reflecting on most of my deactivated numbers so they suggested to pay by cc. So on 17/10/18 i paid by cc for 8 lines and checked the airtel system was updated and simultaneously marked a mail with receipt nos to know payment team on 17/10/18 noon

                              3. From here my agony starts! — inspite of marking mail, nobody checked and my og services for 8 nos got barred. I called up customer care on 18zh evening, mahesh bedekar is the only shift supervisor beyond which we cannot speak. He understands btbe case but does not know whom to contact in mnp team. So he tells me to mark a mail to mnp team again, instead of following up with them to activate my numbers.

                              4. After 2 days of mailed marked i again sent a mail to nodal desk on saturday morning and spoke to mitali. She helped by activating 2 nos, and told me that she will get the lines working and call bk by afternoon. - 6 lines still barred and no call back.

                              5. Now we waited till monday (Today) ; morning i spoke to sushmita, she saw my mail marked and confirmed that she will speak to mnp team and call bk before noon and told me with take 2 hours to activate og... To my surprise even at appellate, people have no credibility. Nor did she call n update me if she wants anything more from a my end nor og started.

                              6. Finally i called up in afternoon, spoke to ankit, he say he got a message from sushmita to ask for original receipt copy only then they can activate. If this was the case, mitali and sushmita should have informed me earlier. Not even customer care informed me. All kept repeating, forward mail to mnp team with receipt details. I had marked mail with all details and receipt numbers mentioned against each number.

                              7. Finally after lot of arguments with ankit, i called up airtel and got the receipt copy of my payment within 10 minutes and sent to vodafone over the mail. I called up appellate once again and spoke to another executive, explained him everything all over again, and confirmed whether now they have got receipts or no. After thier confirmation, and assurance of my 6 numbers will start in 4 hours... Now that again i'm marking a mail to inform you proves it all.

                              I don't understand how come once a exemplary service provider can turn in to parrot service provider, nobody want to take an extra mile, no body want to call up their internal departments, nobody has contact number s of their colleagues to confirm or activate, nobody gives name of customer care head, when asked for appellate they say he is not available..... Horrendous service.

                              I hope customer care head is oversee my case and not hear only the employee version which does not say anything beyond — that's our policy"

                              I don't know what to expect now... And leave it to vodafone gods to work efficiently.

                                Sir, this is to inform you that I have been using 2 Vodafone sim, bearing phone no-[protected] & [protected] since 2014 in Kolkata and before 3 months from now I visited Jalpaiguri Vodafone Store to migrate my postpaid into prepaid and at that time an assistant named Soumik told me that as its a sim of Kolkata and they can’t convert it and it needs to be transferred from Kolkata to north Bengal circle and after using three months I can. So I did as per their instruction and after completing 3 months today that is on 22 th November I visited Vodafone store with a token no-223. Mr Tapash assisted me and I told him my issue and he told me that I have to use another 3 months to convert. So I told him to show written rules and he got fired and misbehaved with me and told me with big shout that he can’t do it and I can go anywhere to complain about him. Now what to do? Getting pissed off.

                                  I recharged my vodafone number with rs.569 pack online though vodafone website. The amount got deducted from my bank account. But i did not get the recharge on my phone. I have tried calling customer service several times but they do not even take down the transaction id. They only say that your recharge was not done. And if your money is deducted, you shall receive it in 5 days. I have not got back the amount yet. I am waiting with no active pack on the phone and unable to make any call or use data.

                                    I wish to stress on most low graded services experienced on unlimited i-roam rs 5000 pack which services are volatile especially 3g / 4g services

                                    Have made series of calls at [protected] which the call center are just logging complaints and after few days, technical team is initiating (2 second phone rang) missed calls from unprofessional technical team number +91-[protected].

                                    Immediately sms received, complained has been resolved which situation of non-working 3g / 4g remains same

                                    This experience i am facing since one week and issue is never ending.

                                    Isn’t vodafone have policy on prioritizing post paid consumers travelling abroad and providing proper and more faster services especially consumers currently out of country.

                                    I would advise vodafone india to stop promoting international roaming packs whereby the capabilities are underrated and not up to the basic standards of any local or overseas operators

                                    Since more than a week, the data services situation remains same ( no improvement )

                                    Apart from BASIC GENERIC RESPOSE

                                    The nord, call centre, technical team is not finding the route cause where by iRoam Pack data services are the most volatile and inconsistent which I believe same local operator Vodafone tie ups are not supporting Vodafone consumers travelling abroad

                                    Appreciate call back from responsible authority

                                    Suggestion to Vodafone : STOP PROMOTING iRoam Packs where by, basic data services are not fulfilled by Vodafone

                                      When i subscribed to vodafone in december 2017, the postpaid plan that i chose was talk299 unlimited. Which has 299 per month as rent and 50 per month for 3g/4g. This adds up to 349+plus taxes+extra usage.in june 2018 without informing me the charge for data per month has increased to 199 per month. This went on for 4 months without my notice. Now out of nowhere a value added service spuul got activated and i was charged 150 rs per month. Is this how you make money by sneakily increasing the amount or adding a service without a confirmation from the customer. Is this your business model. I want all of my money that i paid extra back!!

                                      They are none other than dacoit in the disguise of telecom company.I have been facing similar problem and now they even harassing me to migrate my plan from postpaid to prepaid. Dont know what to do.
                                      I am using Vodafone postpaid SIM with mobile number: [protected]. From last 2-3 days, almost every call drops after few minutes. I'm unable to talk to anyone.

                                        My entire balances are getting eaten up by some access fee. I just recharged rs.49 again just to survive the day but to my shock immediately vodaphone has consumed every paisa of it. Towards gst of 7.47, access fee of 36.63 and new balance is 0.
                                        Now what is the solution for this endless consumption of my balance.
                                        Kindly refund the money recharged by me for the past 3 times in 20 days.

                                        Your online help line team does not know the meaning of access fee and when I asked why they don't know they are threatening to cut the call. Kindly look in to this serious non compliance issues.
                                        I think it is time to port the number to Airtel.
                                        I haven't subscribed to any of that cine zone BS.
                                        And now...I got a SMS that v have activated cine zone subscription and 50 rs have been deducted from my balance.
                                        I got this twice.
                                        I had a balance of rs.207. And now 4rs.

                                        i have made a payment of Rs.9412/- against bill amount of Rs.230/- on 13/10/2018 for Mobile No. [protected] account Id[protected] and transaction ID- PSBI[protected]. copy of transaction receipt and bill attached. kindly reverse the payment in my account as early as possible.
