As per my previous complaint on the overcharging of bills, i just received a phone call from a vodafone executive named prashant, claiming they have a solution for me. The solution was to not charge the 150 rupees in my next bill cycle. There was no mention about the money they have already charged since june. He claimed he can only waive it off on the next bill and not do anything about the amount they have already falsely charged on a service which i gave no consent to activate.
What a solution vodafone, well done. As usual they have denied any wrong doing and blamed it on me.

    My ordeal with vodafone began when i travelled abroad during the month of may, from the 4th to the 10th. I initially activated an international roaming pack prior to me flying out, it covered a period of 7 days. Upon reaching there i was notified that i had no active plan and i should activate one immediately. So i did that. When i returned i was handed over a bill of rupees 4744.75. I was charged for the plan that i activated prior to flying but never used and for the new pack that i activated upon my arrival. After a horrendous experience whilst talking to the customer executives they agreed to reduce the amount by 1000 rupees but blamed the entirety of the situation on me stating that it is my fault and if i fail to pay the remainder i would have to deal with the collection agencies. They refused to accept any fault of theirs and provided no reimbursement for the harassment their executives caused and the time spent in order to reach any solution at all.in the end, i was too tired to argue and unable to make vodafone realise their mistake so i agreed to pay whatever amount they stated after the deduction of the 1000 rupees.
    I am a loyal customer and believe that if i have used a service, it is my duty to pay for it. But vodafone does not seem to value this. I used a 499 rental plan which i later reduced to a 399 plan citing excessive bill amounts being sent to me, which i paid in full. I received a bill for the the time period of 4th-sept-2018 to 3rd-oct-2018 for 646.40 rupees which i have not paid yet. I rarely check the bill in detail but i have been receiving higher bills since my return in april i just thought to check it this time. I barely use the number and wanted to reduce my 399 plan further down to a basil postpaid plan due to this overcharging issue. I logged into the myvodafone app and used the chat option to speak to nikita and requested her to further reduce my plan. After talking to her, in the course of the conversation i was informed that there is an international roaming charge of 149 rupees that is active on my number. This services is auto renewed. Something that i was not made aware of at any point of time. Nor do i remember activating such a service as when ever i travel abroad i pay for an add-on service that vodafone provides.
    After giving it much thought i realised that this is to make up for the 1000 rupees which they supposedly reimbursed, for no fault of mine. Apparently this service has been on since my return in may and the amount is included in my bill. Ever since my return the bill amounts have been quiet high but i always thought of it as maybe my usage was this much.
    But that is false and i even told the vodafone executives back in may that they would eventually make up this 1000 rupees by adding on to my bills hence forth. Since we as customers barely take the time out to check our bill and just pay whatever amount pops up on our screen, this is a very common thing they do.
    Today i called up vodafone and asked them to immediately shut the 149 service which they activated and kept renewing without my consent and have also asked them to reimburse any and al amount that they have collected since the time this service has been on. We as consumers are being fooled time and again by such malpractices and these doings more often than not go un-noticed. I checked the web and realised that there are many other people just like me who have been facing this issue. As a truthful and loyal customer of vodafone, it is extremely sad to see that such doings are a common practice.
    I will not be surprised if they manage to turn all of this on me stating that i was aware and it is all my fault and i will be made to may. But i hope that others realise that they might have been targets without even knowing about it.
    I sincerely hope that vodafone can help me out and the others who face this problem and hold those accountable who think it is absolutely fine to do such things.

      There is not sending any sms in may vodofhon number. Frome seence 2 months. All settings and center number is also right. But not sending sms any other mobile number why. Kindly help me as soon as possible. I also complaint vodofhon custember service number. He send me enter number. Center number had added but not sending any sms. Only coming company sms

        Dear sir,
        Iam not satisfy with your internet network
        Coverage n data packs... Hence, i thought to move to airtel... Then i have started
        To send sms to 1900 for porting...
        But, iam not able to send only for 1900... "message could not sent" is showing... Tried 10 time...
        By speking to custmer care for solution... They keep giving non sense / irrilavent solutions: -

        1. Tomorrow is last date of the unlimited pack
        2. I suppose to change message centre no.- did the same but no result...
        3. I have to change the handset - tried but no result...

            An amount of rs 75 was deducted from my balance for juiceup pack although i never had requested for it... Now the surprising part... When i sent a message to deactivate the same... A message was received that no vas services are active on your nunber... You will have to activate it first and then deactivate it... This is not the first time that such deduction has been done

              Deae sir/ma'am,
              Vodafone deducted my balance for unsubscribed packs like cine services and games pack without my confirmation. On asking customer executive she claimed that i must have clicked kn online ads which lead to subscription, however which i never did. And i never got a confirmation regarding the same.
              Further these services got autodeducted time to time which i never consented in first place.
              I have been deducted a total of ₹264 since 15th october. This has been going same for my mother's number. My mother was also deducted for such unwanted services. I request you to please take action against vodafone to prevent any such unprofessional tactics.

                I want to port in vodafone from jio. So, i already get my portin code and also submit it to the vodafone mini store with all the legal documents. I already done it on the last saturday, dated on 20/10/2018. After that they told me that generally port in has been done within 15 working days except sunday & national holiday. Ok till that. But i have a doubt that they are neglecting me, i thought they are not uploading my data because vodafone doesn't sent me any kind o[censored]pdate till now. So, that reason kindly help me please.                   I had an corporate phone no. So i submitted documents to convert the number to my name in february but they did not change my name..
                  And when we went to the store they were not entertaining any of our quries and said now nothing can happen and u need to pay the bill..
                  How do i pay the bill if the number is debarred and i was not using it

                      Sir i am vodafone customer my phone number is [protected]. I have lost my sim card. I visited to vodafone care at jmd tower mg road gurgaon. I requested for duplicate sim. Inspite of visiting vodafone store several times they are not provided me new sim. The behaviour of staff was not customer friendly it was pathetic. I request you to take necessary action against the employee of jmd tower vodafone mg road gurgaon.. And kindly provide me new sim card.

                          I am complaining about the isd call made through my number ([protected]) without my knowledge when i had never opted for isd facility for my number. I have no history of any isd calls what so ever till now right from day 1. I received a bill and a message stating that my limit has crossed 3000. I was shocked to see that sms. I want clarification on the following;
                          1. How can vodafone enable isd facility without my concurrence or request.
                          2. I have no history of isd calls till now.
                          3. I had never requested for isd facility.
                          4. I had never accepted any such request for isd facility from customer care.
                          5. I had made a complaint to the customer care multiple times but they said the call has been made from our number but no one replies to the question how isd facility has been enabled when i had never opted for it.
                          6. I fear that the call which went through does not belong to me and if in case of any issue in the future i may be held accountable for it. I had made complaint of the same to vodafone customer care but did not get any sensible or responsible reply for it.
                          7. Now my number has been disconnected of service due to non payment of the bill.
                          My question is why should i pay the bill when i have not made the call and the background reason being that isd facility was enabled without our concurrence is still a mystery and unanswered.
                          Please take it on priority because i am very much affected due to the disconnection of my mobile service. Vodafone will only have to take the responsibility of all teh above and give a solution for it immediately.

                            Very strange thing happened in last few days i got message from vodafone that you activated a value added service named mobile apps club and they deduct balance from my account. I called customer care, inform them about this message but they said this is done by you sir and and we cannot do anything about your balance but now we are deactivating this value added service but within few hours i received another message that i activated another value added service named music safari but luckily i had no balance in my account so they cannot detect this time but they give me a time period of 7 days and said that if you recharge in next 7 days then we charge for this pack and it will be activated then. This is totally a spam and if you call to customer care they will make you fool

                                  I did recharge of Rs.159 on 14th October... But till now plan is not activated and am getting charged for all the calls I make.. when called support they are fit for nothing. They only know to take time..
                                  Complaint number is [protected] which is filed on 19 Oct, 2018. Which is yet to be resolved.

                                  Frist when recharged for one amount got deducted twice and recharge also happened twice.. then issue got resolved in 1 day... And one plan is active till 10th Nov.. for which am getting charged... then what is the use of recharge??? Even now amount is getting charged for each and every call.

                                    I lost my 80, 000 in a fraud job for registration, training, verification when i didn't get job i tried to contact them but all numbers were off and no reply to my emails so i posted complaint here 1 week ago, same day one person anil singh called me says i am partner of this website pay me 20, 000 i will get your money returned, so my answer is that you are helping people or looting them

                                      Dear sir/madam,

                                      I am a vodafone customer my no-[protected]. My mobile number was port from bharati airtel to vodafone in month of july2018, which has been suspended by vodafone company from 5 october 2018 due to uncleared pending bill of my previous - telecom service providor.
                                      Now i have paid whole amount of rupees 628/- to airtel by credit card payment on 12 oct 2018 but my mobile number is not in service whereas i have e-mailed all the details of bill payment whichever i have to [protected]@vodafone.com and made many calls to vodafone customer care but they have not activate my mobile no. 'finally i have gone to vodafone store on 17oct2018 at vashi and meet to anurag he told me that he has raised the complaint and my no will activate within 72 hours after 72 hours he told me that my information is incomplete and take a payment confirmation letter/receipt from airtel. After that i gone to airtel store vashi he told me that we cannot provide any payment receipt or non due letter/certificate.
                                      After all my full payment to airtel i am suffering by both telecom company as my all banking transaction sms net banking otp and important calls depend on this no.
                                      Kindly raise the complaints both the companies due to following reasons
                                      - mnp under the uncleared bill of airtel.
                                      - suspended the mobile no without my permission.
                                      - after payment my no is inactive after 12/10/2018 as mail to vodafone mnp dpt. And several calls to vodafone cusstomer care.
                                      - no any no due receipt/letter/certificate given by airtel store.
                                      - no spontaneous activation of service after payment. It means communication gap between both service provider.
                                      Many more complaint also.

                                      At the last kindly activate my mobile no-[protected] urgently.

                                      there is no any calls get by vodafone company till now.

                                      vodafone is providing very hostile services to the customer not only customer care but also vodafone store staff.
                                      my mobile is still suspended take follow up with cusmtomer care and vodafone store. they are only embarrassing me. who is responsible for my important massages and important calls if any misshaping done and i have not get massage, than i will sue you in consumer court.

                                      vodafone is one of the worst service provider which not able to resolve any customer services related issues. my complaint is more than 45 days which is pending till now. whereas i take follow up to customer care and vodafone store also.
