I am on a trip to India with my wife(From Nepal). I lost my vodafone sim, and went to store(10.06.2018) for a new one in mahipalpur. They told me i have negative balance which i paid and also recharged at the same time. Total bill i paid was 500. Asked for a bill but they denied. I am bit suspicious if i have been cheated being a foreigner.

    My vodaphone individual account changed to corporate connection without my consent

    Unable to call 198, 199, [protected]... Able to call only 556666 and getting the message that this is best for the corporate customers... Their system is down for the last 5 days and no support is provided til now. Waited for the last 5 days... They updated that it is issue from their end.. Will resolve in 24-48 hours.. Till now 96 hours has been passed..

      My vodafone No. [protected], on 04.10.2018 i have recharged online of Rs. 100 around 8.45pm and i have received the message also, then next day on 05.10.2018 i saw a balance amt. it shows 0.01 ps. so i called customer care they said we refund the same amount within 30 minutes, but they didn't refund the money, so again nearly 4 to 5 times i have called and registered the complaint all executive told me to refund the money within 30 minutes finally one executive around 9.45pm called told me we con't give you back that amount. then disconnected the phone.

      we have not subscribe any offers, why should your people are deduct the money kindly refund the money immediately.

        I have made number of complaints. But nothing happened

        My complaint is that my numbers are not working in my area

        Pin : 122002 / 122007

        Problem is that i can listen clearly the voice of other person,
        But that other person can not hear me clearly. Voice gets broken

        This is happening since last two three months.

        No body in vodafone is ready to solve my problem.

        I have received twice or thrice calls from you stating that we shall resolve but nothing is getting resolved. Then they close the complaint stating that matter resolved. I do not understand this working style of vodafone.

        In case, you are unable to resolve, pls let me know i will port this number

          It is to inform you that outgoing calls for my corporate numbers [protected] and [protected], is not working since one week. Moreover i have around rs 250 in balance with vodafone. If somebody else has not paid the bills, then why are my numbers blocked?? My work is suffering because of vodafone's negligence and wrong doings.
          I am going to take legal action against vodafone, for stopping my numbers without informing me, and even if they have my money with them in balance.

            Dear sir,

            Greetings.
            My vodafone prepaid number [protected] was blocked stating the reason as sending promotional / tele marketing messages. I am an it professional working in a reputed software company and not involved in any kind of tele marketing or promotional activities. I have registered this number for all bank related transactions. Moreover my number has been blocked without any prior notification.in my case principles of natural justice is not followed before blocking my number. Hence i kindly request you to unblock and activate my mobile number immediately. Many thanks in advance. Regards, sankarlal

                complaining about very very slow 4g internet service

                I m vodafone user from long time, but first time activate 4g internet service, and from that day its been worst time for me. Vodafone 4g internet sucks its slower than 2g speed, can't open single webpage have to reload minimum 10 times, youtube lowest quality video can't play properly. Signal strength is good but internet speed worst. Please do something....

FOR Rs.. 120 FOR unlimited calls for 28 days at Vodafone Authorized Recharge Center at Ichalkaranji--When I noticed on Recharge of Rs. 120 is not Done I went To Vodafone Authorized Recharge Center At ichalkaranji The Center Refuse to show his Register of 11 September my wife no. is written. I made Complain to Vodaphone above the incident a call come from Vodaphone saying it is your mistake you have to keep record not the center and Register is personal property of Dealer we cant investigate and secondly SENIOR CITIZEN ARE RECHARGING NO.                   Here I want to register complaint regarding low network issue and worst 4g internet speed of my network which is provided by Vodafone.

                  My number [protected]. Several times I’ve complained but still its not resolved.

                  Every time I am getting same answer that there is network issues and other people are also facing same issues and our team is working on it. Since last 2 months I am getting same answers.

                  I am frustrated now. If are not able to provide good service then please say NO directly, I would accept it but don’t cheat with your valuable customers.

                    My Mobile No. Is [protected] .Recently in my No. Value added services gets activated automatically and hence Deduct money from my prepaid Balance.
                    I never use any VAS services Still money gets Deducted.Some of these services VAS Services are:- Golu Gamer Pack
                    Bollywood Guru Pack . I have lost almost Rs. 500 due to these VAS packs.
                    I Hope that you will Take action Against it.

                      . I already port my number from docomo to vodafone and i also recharge my number with top up.. Then how could docomo off my number.. So please reactivate my number as early as possible.....

                      I have recharged for internal roaming (Rs.1725). But the same is not activated when i was in australia. I did not get the network in australia. I raised a complaint and it resolved. But still they have not activated my international roaming and they have deducted the rs. 146 for internation fees and also they charged for rs.220 for data though i have recharged for internation roaming. Please do not try to take customers money directly, rather provide and collect money. Fraud network

                        I had one vodafone no: [protected]

                        Due to some personal reason i was out of india and could not able to use that no.

                        Now vodafone is saying that the no is already deactivated from company and that no cannot be activate now.

                        I need that no as it was attached with my aadhar card also.

                        Please raise the issue with higher manager of vodafone india.

                          Sir,

                          I am using Vodafone prepaid connection (+[protected] for few months. My prepaid account balance is being deducted automatically multiple times without my consent in the name of diffrent services activated in my mobile without any prior knowledge. I deactivated few of them through SMS, but again they are looting me.

                          Rs.21 deducted on 11/09/2018 in the name of English Seekho Weekly pack
                          Rs.49 deducted on 12/09/2018 in the name of Lifestyle pack
                          Rs.75 deducted on 02/10/2018 in the name of Juiceup pack
                          I never requested any of these packs.

                            Callertune for my number [protected] has been activated even though i didn't sent any sms and deducted 230rs. If i call customer care they are saying you send an sms to activate it and they said on 28th of this month we got an sms from vodafone about activation. I didn't got any message or i sent any sms to vodafone number. I even asked her to cancel caller tune and refund my money they are saying once activated it cannot by give back. I am an average person i don't want any caller tune help me in getting my money back and deactive my caller tune.

                              Hello i'm using vodafone since from 3 year, i very fed up with there speed even in using monthly pack for internet.
                              I'm don't know why there are chargeing so number high for 4g even there speed is what at the level of 2g
                              There customer care executive only taking request or complaint but there are not solving the issue.
                              Very third classes speed
                              Even we have to wait for network in metro areas were their tower is available but then also vodafone speed will give you a worst speed.

                                I'm vodafone customer and am not satisfied with your service as today morning my balance of rupees 69 was deducted without any use and when i call to customer care (Priyanka rabale and sundar) at 198 there are sorry for refund which is really disgusting.

                                I request for refund asap by today 11pm or else i'm sorry will have to port my no. To some other network with better service.

                                  I'm your postpaid customer since 2005. I was really fed up with your services from last 6 months. 6 months ago i want to port my no but they give me special offer to retain so i thought ok give one chance but they doesn't told me that this offer is only for 6 months & they changed my plan since 3rd aug 2018 without any notice. When i saw my bill & decided to change my no from postpaid to pre paid & visited vodafone store vaishali nagar ajmer on 22nd sep 2018 one executive told me that today there is a technical problem in aadhar verification. I said ok i'll visit my job location so she told me ya ok you can visit at any of our store your request will be processed. On 25th sep 2018 i visited suhani enterprises vodafone mini store kekri rajasthan 305404 where one executive taken the request along with aadhar verification & she charged me rs 50 & give me the new sim & told me that your request will be processed in maximum 48 hours. But sorry to say that the request has not been processed yet.
                                  Please take the necessary action.

                                    Today I recharged rs 396 for a recharge pack and my money is deducted from my account but recharge not done and no message either.
