Sir,

I am using Vodafone prepaid connection (+[protected] for few months. My prepaid account balance is being deducted automatically multiple times without my consent in the name of diffrent services activated in my mobile without any prior knowledge. I deactivated few of them through SMS, but again they are looting me.

Rs.21 deducted on 11/09/2018 in the name of English Seekho Weekly pack
Rs.49 deducted on 12/09/2018 in the name of Lifestyle pack
Rs.75 deducted on 02/10/2018 in the name of Juiceup pack
I never requested any of these packs.

    Callertune for my number [protected] has been activated even though i didn't sent any sms and deducted 230rs. If i call customer care they are saying you send an sms to activate it and they said on 28th of this month we got an sms from vodafone about activation. I didn't got any message or i sent any sms to vodafone number. I even asked her to cancel caller tune and refund my money they are saying once activated it cannot by give back. I am an average person i don't want any caller tune help me in getting my money back and deactive my caller tune.

      Hello i'm using vodafone since from 3 year, i very fed up with there speed even in using monthly pack for internet.
      I'm don't know why there are chargeing so number high for 4g even there speed is what at the level of 2g
      There customer care executive only taking request or complaint but there are not solving the issue.
      Very third classes speed
      Even we have to wait for network in metro areas were their tower is available but then also vodafone speed will give you a worst speed.

        I'm vodafone customer and am not satisfied with your service as today morning my balance of rupees 69 was deducted without any use and when i call to customer care (Priyanka rabale and sundar) at 198 there are sorry for refund which is really disgusting.

        I request for refund asap by today 11pm or else i'm sorry will have to port my no. To some other network with better service.

          I'm your postpaid customer since 2005. I was really fed up with your services from last 6 months. 6 months ago i want to port my no but they give me special offer to retain so i thought ok give one chance but they doesn't told me that this offer is only for 6 months & they changed my plan since 3rd aug 2018 without any notice. When i saw my bill & decided to change my no from postpaid to pre paid & visited vodafone store vaishali nagar ajmer on 22nd sep 2018 one executive told me that today there is a technical problem in aadhar verification. I said ok i'll visit my job location so she told me ya ok you can visit at any of our store your request will be processed. On 25th sep 2018 i visited suhani enterprises vodafone mini store kekri rajasthan 305404 where one executive taken the request along with aadhar verification & she charged me rs 50 & give me the new sim & told me that your request will be processed in maximum 48 hours. But sorry to say that the request has not been processed yet.
          Please take the necessary action.

            Today I recharged rs 396 for a recharge pack and my money is deducted from my account but recharge not done and no message either.               Dear Team,

              my Vodafone number has been suspended from 2 days, without any information / notice of suspension. vodafone customer care executive called me many times and i answered each call very respectfully and asked to clear my concerns, regarding my extra bill. i have never denied to pay the amount but asking for clear clarification for unnecessary bill and in reply i get the ans like will take your concern / request further. but no call / reply received related to resolving my concern. and services suspended without any prior notice / information of suspension.

              Requesting you for your intervention to resolve the same.

                My brother received calls and emails from the name vodafone india and conducted interviews and then they asked for 1480 rs and he paid that. Then they have updated today that there will be a training in madurai and they will be providing laptop during the training period, and for that he has to pay 6200rs again as a security amount. Could you please let me know whether this is a fraud or the geniune one.

                      I am not able to sent any messages from last 6 months. I asked to Customer Care they said that to register for TRAI. I am not a marketer and I did not send any marketing Messages. I used to send messages only to my friends. Without my knowledge, they have blocked the outgoing messages. Please provide the solution to unblock the messages as soon as possible.

                        My wife was a postpaid vodafone ([protected]) customer from last few years and vodafone thieves were charging me huge amount under title of vas (Value added services) and whenever i called their customer care these guys just promised me to deactivate these vas services from next month (I use basic phone, though), which never happened so finally i discontinued vodafone and ported to airtel prepaid. Still after few days of porting, vodafone sent me bill with vas charges, i tried to call their customer care but abruptly their customer care guys hang up the call. Now i am getting frustated about their excess bill.

                          I recently ported my two numbers to vodafone postpaid service.
                          Today (03/10/2018) at around 12:00 pm network on both mobiles became zero. Initially i thought that there was some network glitch and waited for sometime. But at around 2:30 pm, i tweeted on vodafone care (On twitter) regarding signal loss. The response i got was that they are looking into the same and will revert back. I again sought a reply (Tweeted) at around 4:00 pm, but got no response.
                          Finally at 7:00 pm, i called customer care number ([protected]) from another mobile to inquire regarding the same. To my shock & surprise, i was then informed that my services on both the numbers have been suspended for want of some pending verification. When i confronted the customer care executive that i was not given any advance intimation regarding this pending verification before suspending my services, he also admitted the same and sought apology. I questioned him that when i did not receive any sms or phone call or email informing me about the pending verification, how am i supposed to know the same. When i contacted vodafone care via. Twitter, i was not given any information regarding the same.

                            Hi my no is [protected] and i was in international roaming on 29 30 september in saudia arabia and my internet was off but vodafone deducted almost 150 rupees for no any reason mentioning that i have used internet while in international roaming. Eventhough i was on roaming internet off and was using hotel wifi.
                            C ustomer care is also pathetic no response

                              I have never activated the desi 360 degree pack. You deducted my balance without any prior confirmation. This is second time this has happened to my no. What do you think your customers are fools? Or are you trying to make us fool?
                              I am letting go it for second time but i have to think about mobile no portability if this happens soo often. You do not at all care about your customers. Such a selfishness.

                                I used post paid connection for past three years. But i was there in overseas for two years and i put my number in safe custody. I tried to cancel or make my number into prepaid to avoid the unnecessary bill payment but unable to do it. I have only limited time while i was in India. They are asking me to disconnect from Chennai where i got the sim card. I am paying the amount unnecessarily. Please help for me to overcome from this situation. Please help to cancel the service or help to convert into prepaid sim.

                                  I am using the number [protected] under my name - eshika hashia for the past 6-7 years. I got the same number transferred as company owned company paid plan of wipro (Copc) last year. Now post leaving wipro i has asked for the transfer of the same to my name, i have already submitted all the necessary doc, to the south ex vodafone store, but they are rejecting my requesting stating a false report that my addressed is that of a paying guest. But is is absolute wrong as on the same addressed my whole family lives who have vodafone numbers. I fact the vodafone team forced my to get a new connection no; [protected] which was approved on address front, so how can they reject [protected] on incorrect validation.

                                    I have received a sms on updating my 4g device that I'll get double data offer by dialling 51111 but till now I have not received this offer and the customer and appellate authority is saying that it'll be available only if I recharge my no with 1.4 gb offer which was not said in sms please find the attached pic of sms which I have received from Vodafone on 26 August on upgrading my device to 4g

Now i want to transfer this ownership from my brother to me.in order to do this i contacted vodafone customer care and also visited vodafone mini store Diva East Thane 400612. Both said me to avail these service i need to convert my plan from prepaid to postpaid. Is vodafone discriminating between prepaid and postpaid user when it comes to services?

                                        I have been a Vodafone postpaid customer for the past 5+ years (maybe even longer). For one of my official trips to the United States of America, I activated (on the Vodafone App) the 7-day iRoamFREE International Roaming pack for INR2, 500 effective from 17-SEP-2018 India time. However, throughout my week-long stay in the US across multiple cities, I had no data access. Almost every night during my stay in the US, I used the Vodafone App to chat with Customer Service explaining them the problem. Each time, it was diagnosed as a different problem and I was offered a different solution and told that the problem will get resolved in either 30mins or 2hrs or 48hrs.

                                        I got back to India (Mumbai) on 24-SEP-2018 (almost midnight India time) and today is 03-OCT-2018. It has been 9 days since I'm back in India and my issue is still not resolved. I have received numerous customer care calls acknowledging that Vodafone has barred my GPRS and that there was a technical error in activating my request for internet services.

                                        At a time when Jio has shafted every telecom operator - even more so when Vodafone is in an India-exit mode fearing loss of profitability, data has been made free - and yet, I'm continuing to pay through my nose and yet not get the basic service that I deserve. How do I take Vodafone to justice?
