Dear vodafone operator i would like to notify you that i have been using vodafone since a very long time and i'm always facing problems with your billing however you guys fake promise me that your bill will not exceed this much... This is all rubbish i'm very disappointed with vodafone you guys are activating such # plan on my mobile without notifying me that is called mazaa mobile pack now when did i ask you to activated this plan? And you guys are charging me rs.49/-... Dear vodafone customer please stop using this network this guys should know that there are comparison in the market which gives you better plans...

    I bought a prepaid Vodafone sim. After some days, when I tried to recharge my Vodafone number, the recharge. Since then whenever I try to recharge my Vodafone number online, a message is shown "Couldn't recharge successfully, mobile operator declined the recharge." So I'm not able to recharge my number any more. Only incoming is active now.
    So if you please resolve this issue as soon as possible, I'll be thankful....

    I am not receiving any otps from any bank or website to vodafone number.in case of banks the otp is received after 5-6 hrs. This problem has started lately, prior to that i used to recieve all otps. The call centre guy said it's due to dnd, whereas all unneceesary messages are received, even my mom's phone has dnd activated but still she recieves all the otp messages.
    This is utter nonsense....

    Vodafone is a big fraud company... The biggest cheats of all.. These people only know how to make money and loot people's har earned money... I had recieved a call from vodafone's agents saying that there is a new plan in the market of rs. 250 /- including 20gb data and unlimited calling and unlimited sms. But for that they said i will have to buy new sim in which the plan will be activated at first then within 2-3 days the new sim will be deactivated and that plan will be transferred to my existing number. So these fraudsters came to my office and collected my fingerprint and cash of rs. 330 /- and handed me over a new sim..in fact two... I purchased one for my mother too...
    This had happened 3 months back... Now i am getting harrasment calls and mails from vodafone company saying that i have to pay the bills of both the sims. (A total of rs. 1800 /-
    Approx) these people are harrasing my mom also who is a senior citizen and calling continously on her mobile... Mr. Kedar chitre, mr. Rajesh gupta have not responded satisfactorily... To my request... I even requested them to check i have'nt made a single call or message from those numbers... And requested them. To waive off the payment. Yet these people are ruthless and only business oriented and not bothered about customer satisfaction. My request to all of you.. Vodafone is the worst service provider of all. Never buy any vodafone sim nor go for any of their # plans. These people will only suck your money and add to common man's misery. Unfortunately i dont even have the sim of which payment is asked to be made. Nor i have the proof against these vodafone fraudsters. The only thing i am able to do is write the complaint here and on facebook so that these fraudster vodafone company doesn'nt dupe more people like me. My company has 40 corporate sims which i am porting to a better network. A big good bye to fraudster and gangster vodafone.

      About 4-5 months ago a canopy of vodafone is setup in front of my college.
      The guy is selling vodafone postpaid sim by saying them as prepaid sim in 50rs.
      When i get in touch with vodafone executive they are telling me to pay a bill for 3month while i wasn't using that sim and i don't know that sim was postpaid as i told before.
      Then i said to them to deactivate my sim but they said that i have to pay bill in order to deactivate sim else bill will be increasing day by day and they also said that they will sent court notice to my address.
      Please help

        Please note my mobile no [protected] been blocked for sms service i called your cc executive. Mr. Manjunath he informed me that in my account their is negative balance rs.-600.00 so sms blocked. I am very upset past one week not able use it. Now came to know that you charged me for mms which is with out my knowledge you charged me. My request is to reverse my negative balance to normal and activate my sms service. Which great help please do the needful at earliest thank you sir

          Ported my sim from delhi circle to mumbai circle.

          Got a sms on my alternate no [protected] on 23rd august 2018 to call 59059 for tele verification.

          I am getting signal bars but 59059 for tele verification is not connecting.

          I tried calling vodafone customer support who were of no help.

          I have manually selected the network, restarted my phone, used a different phone but the call...

          I have upgraded my already existing 2g prepaid sim to 4g postpaid sim and have also submitted all the documents required for it. The sim was activated 2 days later and yesterday i got the message that my number is going to be disconnected due to non submission of the documents required, as i have already submitted all the documents required.
          I have gone to the vodafone service centre and asked about the problem, then i came to know that the person who has taken those details and documents didn't submit online even after 7days of sim upgradation,
          Because of the vodafone service agents mistake now my number got disconnected and i am facing the problem without signal...
          Even after registering complaint through mail to the vodafone care there is no response from their side...
          Totally totally disappointed and regretted for taking vodafone
          When will my number be activated..
          How many days will you take to look into the complaint...

              Hello,
              I have recently port my number from Airtel to Vodafone. And 2 days back I have gone to Ireland but there the SIM is not showing network. From last 2 days I have called your customer care 7-8 times and each time they are giving some different reasons why sim is not working. And now they are saying you need to come to Madhya Pradesh to get sim work as sim got corrupted. What rubbish is this. I have ported number 3 days back itself and in Delhi in same phone sim was working and SIM has not been taken out after that so how it got damaged. And intresting part just 2 mins before that you one of customer care person was saying that there is no problem in aim and it is completely fine. And I am suffering a lot in a new country because of Vodafone as all my passwords and OTP comes on this sim only so I am unable to make any payment or any things. I request please do look into matter asap.

              And when I call customer care for they ask me to recharge for 189 what's that suppose to mean really.

                My mobile lenovo a7000 lost with vodaphone sim ([protected]).
                But i an working namrup (Assam) now i do not want vodaphone number [protected]. I have taken this number from kochi (Kerla)

                You are requested to register the complaint so that i can submit this to the service provider to block the phone number and prevent potential abuse of my sim.

                I’m using your network since 2 year but from past 10 days i’m suffering browsing issues for that i’m not avail to access fb, what’s and other browsing. However, i contacted your colleagues (Customer care) they suggested after 21 august problems will rectified from my side. But still you not doing anything. Kindly resolve my problem otherwise i will move from your network.

                  My residential at chermadevi 627 414 tirunelveli dist. Tamil nadu.
                  I am a vodafone customer for the last 8 years. Our net work stopped since 25 days in my residential area on account of launched the jio tower near my house.

                  I have two sim's from vodafone and mobile data is not working on either of them in lodha palava - casa rio from last 4-5 days. I am not able to access my emails and other web services and also it is affecting my official work. I need urgent assistance with the matter or advise when it will be resolved.

                  Please look into this matter. This is the same issue with my friends who stay in lodha palava city, nilje, dombivalli east....

                  Dear sir/madam,
                  I got a fraud call from one lady introducing herself as sbi employee saying they are calling from sbi bank and told me my credit card details as well and asked me to read out the message that i got from sbi. She convinced me by providing some other details also where i had to believe that she is actually calling from sbi. Then she told that my credit points has expired and needs to be credited in my account immediately.
                  The message was one time password message and i thought that the call is from bank and told everything mentioned in the message. She sent this message multiple times and asked me to read out the message as every time she was telling that otp is not working.in this course of conversion, she told my citi card details as well and get the messages.
                  Later i got messages on my mobile and realised that it was a fraud call and the money are deducted six times with the below details,
                  Citi – 43xx xxxx xxxx 8791 (4 transactions)
                  Tata sbi card – 52xx xxxx xxxx 9322 (2 transaction)
                  The caller called me from mobile number[protected] and asked me the message details, which i provided unknowingly as i was not well and lying half sleep.

                  I observed that all the payments are made on 20th of august into visa billpay-vodafone mumbai ind.
                  I have already informed and lodged a complaint/ fir to cybercrime police, bangalore.
                  I am requesting you to please help me in this case and stop the payment of these transactions to the respective culprit and process the refund.
                  Please reach out to me with my below details for any further information required.

                    Hi All,

                    My number is [protected], This number I have taken as a backup number and not my Primary number. Also I am not using this for any purpose.
                    Even the Bill plan is basic plan of 199 without any Data service.
                    You can even check the usage of this number from the date of its inceptions.

                    Last month I see that I have been charged 2000 Rs for making call to this 51717 number, which is a surprise for me. As how come a number which is kept switched off for months is making a call to this unknown number and talking for 2 hours.

                    Please share the call records I want to hear it as to know who actually has made that call and when.

                      May kindly see the complaint regarding unnecessary deduction of balance. I am valuable customer of vodafone having cell phone no. [protected] in my vodafone account balance is more than rs. 50 before 10-15 days now i suddenly check my balance i was shocked that available balance is rs. 0, for the deduction i have contacting customer care representative at 198. My call is attended representative of customer care. She told me we have no information before 1 week for that your balance was deducted. She told me that i have complaint against this my mail and told me that your balance will be refunded within 24 hours.
                      For that i am requesting you to provide me docket number & confirming registration no of my complaint for above cited matter. And refund my balance as soon as possible

                      Today i have got a call from vodafone representative i.e My name is Bhanu Priya and I will be assisting you today regarding your Vodafone number [protected].

                      As per telephonic conversation on 23-Aug-2018, I would like to inform you that we can only provide you last 5 days’ deduction but in order to know more than last 5 days’ usage you can opt for the hard copy of itemized bill of your prepaid account in two ways i.e. either on one-time basis or on recurring basis.

                      Please make note of the following details:

                      Hard copy bill activation details:

                      ·For activation of one-time bill, send SMS <bill><MMM> to 144 (First three character of Month)

                      ·For activation of recurring bill, send SMS <act><bill> to 144

                      ·Charges - Rs.49 (One calendar month – 1st to 31st)

                      ·The hard copy bill will be delivered in 15 calendar days at your account address.

                      ·Rs.49 will be debited instantly once the SMS is sent from your side and is accepted by our system.

                      ·For one time bill no cancellation is allowed after service request is accepted and the rental is debited.

                      ·Bills will be delivered on the registered account address only.

                      I am fool that i have already have deducted Rs. 50 and above, for that in addition to deduction i have Rs. 49 extra. It's totally blackmailing to the customer and force to pay the amount. I sorrow to say that company doing lots of fraud to its customer. I suggested to all not getting the connection of vodafone. It's totally fraud company.

                        Random 'extras' are being added by vodafone out of nowhere and the money gets deducted as well. First, there was a game pack that was activated for rs.35 with a message asking me to send 'stop' to 155223 to deactivate but when i did that i got a sms back saying no extras are active on my mobile. A week later rs.35 was deducted again as 'renewal' for the same game pack. The sms still says i have no extras active but it shows up in the my vodafone app. However, there's no way to cancel subscription. Now again rs.35 has been deducted for a new 'whatsmob' pack. How do i permanently stop vodafone from adding any vas ever in the future and get refunded for the last 3 deductions?

                          In february 2018 vodafone india, charged me 9, 146.15. At that time i paid the entire amount because they blocked my number due to which i was not able to get any otp which was causing me huge problems as i moved out of india.

                          During this time i checked with many of my friends who also have vodafone and came to know about how they have wrongly charged them higher amount also. When they checked on their itemised bills and questioned vodafone they adjusted the amounts.

                          Thus i also want to open my case as they have made me pay huge amount close to 10000. When now i am asking them to send me itemized bill for that period generated on[protected], they keep sending me only the current bills.

                          Everytime a new person is assigned to case and then they keep sending repeated informaiton and not the one i am asking for. Reference number [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected]. This is send
