I would like to inform you that the 4g network in my area is very poor so please fix this problem as soon as possible i am from assam north lakhimpur district so it is my humble request to fix my problem.in my home the 4g network wirks only in two room in the other rooms the 4g network becomes 3g or 2g so it is very difficult to use internet so please fix it vodafone

    Please be advised that i am raising vodafone network issues since june 2018, but till date i have not received any resolution from your end. On 9th october vodafone executive name mr. Ajit visited my residence to check network connectivity issue and he took some screenshot and provided to the back end team and told us that we will receive a call within 48 hours, its been 5 days now i have not receive any calls but today in the morning i received an sms stating my complaint has been resolved.
    Every time the vodafone executive calls and says the same thing that we are looking into it, but still the issue persist.
    Vodafone is fooling customer by providing worst network & customer service.

      Hi, i've been a loyal vodafone user for the past 4 years. I had opted for the vf red shield plan and lost my phone which was not older than 5 months. Vodafone red shield is the worst insurance of all! Forget about rejecting my claim, they won't even reply, it's been 2 months im trying to make a claim but there is just no way i can reach them. The voda fone store says they are not responsible for the insurance and the company would send in a concerned person but i think vodafone has surely lost its way at a verge of competing with other telecom with a much more promising service. Very disappointing!

        I was having 2g unlimited pack but then i wanted a 3g one so i recharged the rs 46 3g pack but now that ive consumed my 1gb data i want my overwritten 2g pack by 3g back but i cant turn my internet my 2g pack have not been expired now i just want to know will i be able to use my 2g pack?

          Hello madam/sir,

          I am lingaraj, staying in bangalore singayyanaplya (Near mahadevapura police station).

          I have network problem, in my residence. (Indoor network issue) means i am not getting the call because of low signal,
          And in another situation i am not able to use the internet because of low signal

          I have registered first complaint on 15/09/18 after that several times
          I made complaint like this. The response given back are different, but my actual problem is still persist.

          So this is the final letter/ attempt to continue with the connection.
          Please escalate and do the necessary steps to solve my problem as early as possible.

          Nb: please respond to this mail, if it is positive or negative.

            I recently got my vodafone number ported in airtel as they were charging unreasonably high in name of vas without my approval/request almost every month, many visits to store, customer cares and dnd request but no solution, now they call again and again to submit pending bill which i have already submitted still my current operator notified me about my outstanding with vodafone.
            Height o[censored]nprofessionalism, and unethical business, want solution or action against the operator.

              I received a call from no.[protected] at 3:15 pm today (27th aug 2018). He mentioned that i am making marketing calls from my mobile no.[protected] and my no. Will be deactivated within 24 hours.

              I told him i work for a company, i am not doing any business nor i am making any calls for business. The caller mentioned that this instruction is from backend team. I told the caller that, i do get itemized bills and want to know who has complained i make marketing calls and asked caller to cross verify it.

              Then i immediately called customer care and they told, there is no update in their system that my no. Would be deactivated. They gave mail id and asked me to write a mail immediately.

              I also called back[protected] from which i got the call and that no. Is not reachable.

              Subsequently, my no. Was deactivated. I wrote to various people.

              Then i got to know that, vodafone and trai is claiming that with no.[protected] had made ucc to mobile no. 98454xxxxx on 22nd aug. I received my itemized bill and found that on 22nd aug i had made a call to 98454xxxxx. That no. Belongs to my office colleague.

              I have below queries now.

              1. Does making office call comes under ucc?
              2. Does a single call makes calling no as invalid and doees it stands barred?
              3. I would like to write to trai and please share trai mail id.
              4. Until it is resolved, i am not going to make outstanding payment.

              Then wrote to a customer care representative, as below:

              Hello rajesh

              I am 100% sure i have not made any telemarketing call. First thing is i am a working professional and i do not run any parallel business to make telemarketing calls.

              Second thing whatever call vodafone or trai is claiming is the call made to my office colleague which does not fall under telemarketing.

              Third thing is suspending a no without giving other person a chance to tell his side of story clearly violates the fundamental right of a citizen.in this case i am directly blaming both vodafone and trai. Even trai also did not bother check with service provider, in this case vodafone to check whether the call made was telemarketing or not.

              In addition i get itemized bill every month and i openly challenge both vodafone and trai to show even a single call of telemarketing then i am ready to face legal aspects also.

              What is the guarantee that my number is not hacked or what is the guarantee that someone might have simply raised a complaint that i have made telemarketing call. Without checking about authenticity of complaint or without giving a chance to explain my part, violates fundamental right and any court across india or across world give both parties to present their story.

              I am not convinced with you or trai. Until i get justice i am not going to pay my outstanding dues. I am ready to challenge in any law of court as i have not violated any thing.

              Also i am planning to lodge a complaint in crime branch if i do not get proper justice.

              I am not sure how many people like me are been victim like this of false complaint or prey.

              Hope i get justice.

                I deeksha arora having a number of vodafone post paid connection. I want to surrender my phone no. I am a doctor and currently not in india. I send my person to vodafone store customer care with my id and authority letter. But they not surrender my phone. Every person in customer care give different lecture and ask to pay dues not give any help to surrender my no. After that i mail to customer care to surrender my phone but they ask to go customer care for that. I am not using this no from 6 months and pay for it.in patel nager vodafone store my authorized person visit many times but they not give suitable ans. I agree to pay my due amount. Kindly help me to free from this harassment.

                  Hi sir,

                  My self venkat, i was using last 7-8 month i using vodafone. Network. Because before i using aircel network 4.9 months there i'm not facing any issue regarding network or billing issues i get the good communication and good response from them. But after aircel closing when i change the vodafone i facing lots of billing issue and network issues.
                  Today i call to your customer care officers they are put me in hold last 32 min, after somebody disconnect the call.
                  Even i'm not get 2g network also in my home. I manage 3 numbers in voda (2 postpaid 1- pre paid) network, more then 10 times i call and register the network issue to your respective customer care officers but they give only "as much as possible 5 days you get the good network"but still i'm not get, because only bothered about this issue
                  Last one month i disconnect my one number [protected] because i hope after that vodafone ask me why i disconnect the number but nobody call and i'm not get any improvement. This month 2 days before i get message from vodafone pls make payment on that number even i'm not using that number but bill is generating.
                  Please suggest me on this issue other wise move from vodafone.

                    Hi team,

                    I don't understand why the claim has been cancelled. If the claim is cancelled just because of the bill on another name, that i defined the relation with her.

                    — when the downloading the app there is option if the bill is on another name, should define the relation. And here is option friend as well. If company condition only family member can claim, then why friend option is there to choose.
                    This is only peoples to make fool, when he/she claimed at that time you told you members can claim.
                    When we fill the form it should declare at same time, you cannot choose friend/other option because company policy is only family members can claim but your company makes peoples fool.

                    And second thing when i upload all documents after you called me, the bill is on another name " kindly submit the self written paper that bill is on another name and you are using it with pancard and aadhar. If your policy says only family members can claim then at same time you should inform to me that the bill is on another name, and you can't calim this but no you asked to me upload self written paper and other documents of the person, the name which is mentioned in bill.
                    You waste my time. You should inform to me earlier that bill is on another name you can't claim it.

                        My name is hyacin brinner. A vodafone subscriber from last 1year. Due network issue in my place i want to port to some other network. I had sent port message and they revert me back with message."can't process my request now"
                        I contacted customer service they that upc has already sent; may some network issue that's why am not receiving the message.

                        Vodafone has deducted 63 rupees from my main balance. When i contacted customer care, they replies that I called a special seevice no 55555 but i havent called and they are not returning my money.

                          Usage of data is different. Theres is weak signal strength while on call and freqently get interupted while on call espicially.

                            This is the third time in this week you have deducted my balance without intimation, you are again and activating the unwanted services, 1st you have deducted 75 rs balance and then 21 rs and third time 49 rs deducted, after getting tired i have to write a mail, this is the disgusting service from vodafone which i have ever received. If the proper resoltion will not be there than i will make a complain to consumer form, how much mental tourcher you have done to me

                              My brother had called customer care on 25th-aug-2018 before my mom was travelling to thailand about the ir plan, we activated the plan as suggested by them which you should have a record. As per the plan there would be unlimited calls/sms and mobile data for 24hrs at a charge of 500rs. However when she reached thailand on the same day i send a message for deactivation for which i am charged which should be toll free number, later after two days as i didnt get any confirmation on cancellation i send an email for cancellation for which they replied that ir plan has been cancelled and i would be charged on a pro-rata basis of 149/-. However when the bill was generated i couldn't find any ir plan activated, when i inquired they said another plan should have been activated instead which i was never informed until i complained. I have been trying to explain this to customer care since a long time now, they are just generating bills with added taxes. Kindly look into this matter. I am using this number since a long time and don't wanna loose it hope you will do the needful.

                                Please share with me a unique port id for porting from vodafone to other service provider.
                                Its been too long i am being complaining about this thing.

Maine abhi kuch time pahle hi airtel se apna no. Vodafone me switch krwaya hai... Aaj se pahle kabhi iss tarha ki koi problem nahi aai.. Mai east delhi municipal corpotation me working hu mera mostly kaam ph se hota hai or plz vodafone company per consumer ko iss trha harras krne or pareshan krne k liye naccesory action bhi le taki in future company iss trha kisi consumer ko harras na kare.

                                    Hi team,

                                    I again moved to vodafone from air tel on 15th aug when my sim got activated.
                                    I was given this sim by a vodafone person - karan solanki - mobile no - ([protected]) who is offering sim saying this sim will have 0% network issue and its guaranteed because this sim is of some xx mbps or some xx type of sim.

                                    I am facing the network issue the same day when sim got activated and now as checked with vodafone agent - karan, he told if its less than 15 days you can convert it back to airtel without any issue and we can do it, but you need to call airtel and ask them your complaint no and then they will cancel your request. So if there is any procedure, please do the same for me as i don"t want to dthe sim in vodafone.

                                    I checked with vodafone customer care and there is no such sim launch in vodafone so this agent - karan and his team are making fraud and selling vodafone sim.

                                    Please take necessary action against agent and also i don't want to continue to vodafone so convert it back to air tel, else i will not pay any bill effecting today.

                                      I am using vodafone for more 9 yrs but then i switched to jio as they came up with good deals and was used jio for around 2 yes. But this month i realized that even vodafone have similar deals then why not using one sim instead of two so i recharged for rs511 thinking of vodafone must have good internet but now i regret for i was wrong. Internet doesn't even work. I am so pissed up with this vodafone now and i am going to publish this in all social media as well.

                                        I am using vodafone network for my phone.Getting calls frequently regarding caller tunes, contests, offers etc.Daily receiving more than 5 calls. Due to these frequent calls daily we are getting disturbed. Please stop calling daily. Wolud be happy if we receive such calls one per month.
                                        Your shimoga outlet employees are so useless, they didn't even sent me a bill and they didn't even informed me before deactivating my sim, this kind of behaviour so irritating that to those sim are very important to me, they are under an organisation. you people should start hiring an educated people, who should be able to educate customers.
