I don't understand why the claim has been cancelled. If the claim is cancelled just because of the bill on another name, that i defined the relation with her.
— when the downloading the app there is option if the bill is on another name, should define the relation. And here is option friend as well. If company condition only family member can claim, then why friend option is there to choose.
This is only peoples to make fool, when he/she claimed at that time you told you members can claim.
When we fill the form it should declare at same time, you cannot choose friend/other option because company policy is only family members can claim but your company makes peoples fool.
And second thing when i upload all documents after you called me, the bill is on another name " kindly submit the self written paper that bill is on another name and you are using it with pancard and aadhar. If your policy says only family members can claim then at same time you should inform to me that the bill is on another name, and you can't calim this but no you asked to me upload self written paper and other documents of the person, the name which is mentioned in bill.
You waste my time. You should inform to me earlier that bill is on another name you can't claim it.
