As soon as my data pack is expired, there are small balance deduction every now and then. Till now their are 100s of small deductions. I have screen shoted every deduction. My data connection is off and I use wifi, then also there are many deductions. Throughout the night also. I am sending the screen shots. Please see through it.

    Dear sir,

    I am have 25 nos. With my companies name. I have purchased these nos. 3 months before and at the beginning month the bill have been generated for all nos. But the no. S were not in use and deactivated. I have complaint about his to the vodafone sakchi, jamshedpur store executive from whom i have purchased those nos. But she continously asks me for all the bills and also says the your sim was activated but also i have shown her the proof that my nos. Are not working on the whatsapp. I also took video recording and whatever steps she told i have done but there was no network on my nos., so i stopped the bill payment for the nos. Because you were generating bills for the sim and there were no network. After some days, she told to only clear rs. 5850 and rest of the amount will be waived off. I have cleared that amount between september 4 and she told to not pay anymore and i requested to kindly deactivate all the nos. Except only 1 major no. Because i have registered it everywhere for my business. But after 15 days she says to pay more amount and the nos. Were not deactivated. So the bill for the month of august and september were generated but i was informed to only pay 5850 that the nos. Will be deactivated so i never used that nos.

    I want to continue the services for all the nos. By waving off the bills for the month of august, september because as per the information of vodafone executive on 31 august to only pay "rs 5850" i have paid rs 5850 on september 4 and requested to deactivate nos. But the bill was generated for the september and august both month.

      I have received an offer letter from some people after paying 1450. After that they asked me to make the payment around 6200 for laptop security deposit. But i asked questions instead of making payment. After that they have sent me training letter. Presently i have offer letter and training letter from vodafone. I would like to know whether it is true or not. How do i validate? I am attaching my offer letter and traning letter with this attachments.

        I have charge 144/- rupees for the special no 56789 that i don't call and what is this no
        And why it charge 144 rupees...
        I am use this no from past 10 years
        I did not call this no still it charge me 144 rupees.
        That is not right and it is 16 minutes call so it makes around rs.9/- per minute that is fraud..

          Dear sir,

          I am using my vodafone contact number ([protected]) for 6 years. There was no problem i face in last 6 years because of you clear offers but in today's there is very big problem to understand your offers.

          Previously many times i recharged my vodafone number with rs-396.00 /-, every time i got the pack of 1-gb internet per day and free calling for 84 days. As today i recharged my number by paytm with rs-396.00/-, but today i got rs-333 something talk time besides of internet and calling pack. When i tried to talk with tele calling executives they are not taking my problem as seriously many times they told me that the offer does not remains same for everyone it varies with every vodafone customer, when i requested them to give me some internet offer or transfer my call to a senior person than every time they replied "senior can not do any thing he will reply the same so we will not transfer the call you can complaint anywhere this is your fault" and put the calls on hold and disconnected.

          I am requesting you to resolve my problem, your telecalling executives are not agree to listen anything, this takltime is just waste for me i want internet and calling pack.

          I hope you will understand my problem.

            Hi

            I gave a porting request to vodafone, but my request was rejected stating upc mismatch.. I understand this can happen. So i rechexked and gave thw porting code va 376213 once again, bur again the request was rejected stating upc mismatch. I am sorry. I canr accept it this time as the given upc is what was shared with vodafone

            I contacted vodafone to complain, but they are asking to put new request after 15 daya. It means they wanr to generate one more bill before they lwt me go. This wasnt expected from brand like vodafone.

            Please review your work erhics and solve my problem.

                From around one month iam sending sms and talks with customer care
                For my portability code for my vadafone number [protected].
                They are not sending the port code. Customer care is another big liears telling
                "we are sending the code within a day, pls wait etc...
                On august30, september11, sept17 totally 4 times i send request msg for port.
                On sept1 and sept17 talked with customer care also. There is no use still today.
                So, i request here to solve the issue.

                    Hello,

                    Recently ported my number from airtel to vodafone now the new sim is not working. It shows as sim card registration failed. Its been 2 days without resolution followed up with the customer care but they just told me to wait till eod. This is something serious and needs to be taken care. How can the customer care be so careless?

                    If anyone could guide me on how to resolve will be really appreciated.

                    Was advised to check device setting.
                    But still unable to send.
                    Fed-up with the service from Vodafone.
                    I want to convert postpaid to prepaid. I am not recieving port no. I have visited pune office, they were saying we could not do much. You have to go to mumbai office as your no is from mumbai circle.

                    Please help to resovle the issue.

                      I am an old customer of vodafone with number [protected]. On 28th september 2018 at 4:37 pm, i received an sms that zindagi live pack has been activated on my number and rs 21 got deducted from the balance.

                      I raised this issue with the customer care and requested them to refund the amount, but they refused. This is absolutely unacceptable and amounts to cheating.

                      I again request vodafone people to refund the amount or i will be constrained to opt for mnp.

                        I have ported out from vodafone and had payed excess amount so vodafone send me email dated[protected] regarding my postpaid mobile number [protected] with relationship number 16695071 i was informed that vodafone has released refund of rs.350.48 vied cheque no 076357 drawn on standard chartered bank.

                        But in this regards in-spit of complaining though email couple of times and received calls from your customer care saying i will be receiving my refund soon. But till date today[protected] i have not received any refund from your side.

                        Kindly look into this matter and help me in refunding my amount as soon as possible.

                          Hi,

                          I have recently got my postpaid connection changed to prepaid after a lot of difficulty with Vodafone in Delhi NCR circle ( Noida ).

                          Now they are asking me to recharge my prepaid with something called first rechatge amount of 300+ Rs.

                          I want to know if telecom companies can force me to recharge with that amount against services ( incoming, outgoing calls ) related to the sim.

                            I have not requested cine zone than also it deducted rs 21 after that some other charges rs 5 per day for other service which i have not requested. I have stop that service right now but i lost my balance. It's 2nd time before this they have activated caller tune service for rs 30. That time i have deactivated and loss 30. I think they should at least verify it by otp or some other method.
                            Pls solve this for all.

                              My name is abhiendra singh and using vodafone no. [protected] (Post paid).
                              I had been talking to vodafone team from last 3 weeks but not getting support.
                              There was credit limit set by vodafone for my phone no. Was 2500 rs. And they have raised the bill of rs. 18, 943.
                              They had not given any intimation that my credit limit has crossed and not bared my services.in such case i am asking them what is the logic of credit limit and as per my budget and paying capability i had set my credit limit but seeing bill amount i am not able manage / pay.
                              They are not understanding my concern and unnecessarily torturing me.
                              In first week of sep, they stopped my services and forced me to pay min 10, 100rs and seeing no option i paid but they immediately raised my credit limit and giving bill of 18943 rs. And this revision is also without my consent.
                              They doing as per their wise only.
                              Need your support and co-operation pls.

                                I have been a Vodafone user for the past 8 years now. But the kind of issues i am getting for past week is simply not acceptable. I am getting call drops and the signal disappears mid-call just after 5 mins of call time. I am unable to understand what the issue is, I have done all the troubleshooting i can do at my end, from phone reboot to sim slot change.
                                My address is new Palam vihar Gurgaon, kindly let me know what the issue is or i would love to change my provider.

                                  This is wrt to an international roaming pack for paris (France) for ten days that i had purchased on 4th sep for rs 4025/- via my citibank credit card for my daughter niharika shetty who has a prepaid number

                                  I had bought this number specifically that day just so that i got activate her international roaming as i myself have used ir on my postpaid vodafone number in apr/may this year as i found the ir to be good.

                                  At the time of checking options with vodafone customer care i asked why start date didn’t show for pack since on my post-paid number it gave a selection for start date. I was told my customer care that on prepaid no start date shows and it would have to be activated once she lands in paris and selects in manual mode. He told me that she had to select wither bouygues telecom on fr. He also said that a charge of rs 99 would need to be made as a one-time cost.

                                  Niharika was to travel back on 8th sep but she fell ill and within 3 days, my dad expired. Naturally i had to postpone the tickets and she is booked to travel back tonite 25th/26th sep.

                                  I called vodafone customer care through her phone and asked what was balance on her phone as she needed to have 99 in her account for the one-time charge for activating ir. He said that it was active and that i should send an sms “act ir” to 144. I did that. My daughter then got an sms that she saw in evening that her pack had expired. I immediately tried calling back customer care on 198/199 but it was just going into a loop. I then called customer care on [protected] from my phone and the lady said she would check. After putting me on hold for 15 mins she said pack had expired. I was livid and asked to speak to supervisor. The team lead came on phone and i asked him how can pack expire when she had not even travelled to paris. Also, how did the customer care executive tell me it was active in the afternoon and to only top up to ensure i send that sms that he asked me to activate ir. I told the team leader that it looks like both customer care executives don’t know their subject and misinforming customer. What is worse that this is outright cheating customer and no sign of empathy when we are devastated with the demise of my dad. My daughter has to deal with landing in paris with no connectivity to get a cab. This is the most deplorable behaviour from vodafone.
                                  The team lead then called back and said i can credit the money back minus 18 % gst into her prepaid account which i said didn’t make sense as my daughter studying in paris and will not come back till next year. Further why will a student make calls worth 3600 or more?
                                  On my official vodafone number, i sometimes make calls worth 2500 to 3500 but not on my personal phone. This is a lot of money to forego.

                                  Pls note vodafone faq states as below. We sent message to activate pack on 25th sep evening as per instruction from customer care executive to sms "act ir" to 144. So technically as per your faq it should be valid from that day 25th sep for ten days. How can you say it expired as we purchased on 4th sep as i never activated the pack? At that time, her initial date of travel was 8th sep which was clearly communicated to customer care exec when enquiring about pack to buy. I never activated that pack as i was informed that she had to arrive in paris and then change settings. It was only on 25th when i called customer care, i was asked to send activation message. So it proves that voadfone is out to cheat customers.

                                  “benefits of the ir packs will be applicable till 23:59 hrs ist of the day from the time of activation. I. E. Date/s you choose the pack for
                                  - for e. G. I-roamfree 7 day pack - if you requested for i-roamfree pack at 15:00 hrs ist on the 1st of aug, you start availing pack benefits immediately on receipt of the activation confirmation sms (Approx. 30 mins after request). Benefits will be applicable till 23:59 hrs ist on the 7th of aug. “

                                    I am loyal used of vadafone for since many years.

                                    I have activated ir plan. While in roaming, in applicable are, i have used internet. I confirmed with vodafone executive that i have used 500mb out of free 5 gb.
                                    Vodafone has generated bill for rs. 26000 for data usage.

                                    They deny giving detail timing and area o[censored]sage. I am still in roaming and can not use internet.

                                    Please do needfull.

                                      I got a call from the number [protected] saying that i have won a scooter and 25000 rs as vodafone's promotional offer since jio has affected their business..I was asked which colour scooter I want and was assured that it would be delivered to my address..He was indirectly trying to assure me that it is not a fraud call..He sent a request to Vodafone about the offer as he says and I got a OTP from Vodafone..I gave him the OTP and he got my address my current plan..then he asked me account details for sending the money..Then I said you send the scooter and I don't want the money..He got a bit agitated and said you will not get only scooter or only money...Then I cut the call
