Hello team,

This mail is regarding my account deactivation, due to my sit (Sort term international travel). Please go activate my account as it is linked to all my accounts. And i am not able to access my bank due to the deactivation. I am still at abroad. And will be coming to india in the month of december.

So please do the needful at the earliest. So that can access to my accounts.

This number was from chennai, india. And it was postpaid and was converted to prepaid last in betweeen sep or oct, 2017.

    I've never requested for the desi 360 degree and even, I don't know what it is but my balance gets deducted everytime . Whenever I recharge my account I get message that the service for the desi 360 degree will be renewed on that "specific"date. please help me, my whole balance gets deducted and I have never requested for any desi 360 degree service.

      Hello,

      I wish to complain about ajay kumar (Userid ajay164) associate in vodafone store located in janak puri district center new delhi.

      I am complaining because i requested to change my number from postpaid to prepaid. I visited the store and ajay kumar was dealing with the issue. I paid my postpaid bill and he promised that my number will be changed within 3 days. I paid the amount by cash on 17th september and he didn't provide any receipt. Its been a week and my number is not yet changed into prepaid and all because of the mistake done by ajay kumar.

      When i first learned of this problem, i contacted vodafone customer service and nobody was providing a resolution. Finally i took a day off from my work and visited vodafone store again on 24th september. I talked to ajay kumar and reminded him everything again but his behaviour was rude and unprofessional. He was literally making faces when i was sharing my issue with him. I don't even deal with strangers in that way, the way he was dealing with me. Ajay kumar desperately needs to improve his customer service skills. Not only he didn't do his work correctly by making a mistake while processing the amount, he didn't even apologise for the mistake. Though i confirmed that faced so much hassle because of his mistake. He was reluctant while dealing with the issue.

      Vodafone is a brand and an image was set in mind when decided to associate with vodafone, but the image of the company has been ruined by your associate ajay kumar.

      I will share this experience with my colleagues and other corporate members.

      I would like a written statement explaining and what you will do about my complaint.

      I look forward to hearing from you as soon as possible to what action would be taken against the associate. If i do not hear from you within 3 days i will port my number and share this experience on social media as well.

        I am holding a Vodafone Prepaid account. My outgoing SMS gets Barred every now and then, without any valid reason, though i have contacted the customer care about this issue around 6 times but no action has been taken yet from there part. I have been facing this issue for like 7 to 8 days.

          For past couple of day I have been experiencing problem with Voice calls and SMS/Text messages.
          I am on the unlimited plan - incoming/outgoing calls and data and 100 SMS per day.
          Whenever I try to call - I get an error message - This Facility is not available on your phone, please check the number you have dialed.

          I have been using the phone for quite some time now, even in roaming. From the past few days it is very frustrating when I cannot make a call or I get failed message while sending SMS - mostly it is in response to phones that I decline to answer when I am in a meeting or someone needs information quickly.
          I had called the Customer care but that too did not resolve the issue.

            Dear Sir,

            With reference to the above subject, please note that presently we are using CUG Mobile connection bearing number [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected]. Earlier 1st week of July we have approach to JIO for porting our corporate numbers. We have completed all the porting formalities and all the porting documents signed by our Authorized Signatory Mr. Surendra Rai ji.

            On 20th July, 2018, we have received a mail from your corporatecare.[protected]@vodafone.com and read the contents of the mails. After reading your mail, we got the information that Vodafone have rejected our porting request due to signature mis-match of our authorized signatory. (Copy of mail dated 20th July, 2018 is attached herewith for your ready reference.)

            Now, we have update our signature of our authorized signatory through our Vodafone relationship manager Mr. Saif Rehman and after getting the confirmation from Mr. Saif Rehman that our signature is updated, we have again re-process our porting request on 05th September, 2018 and at the same time we have write a mail to our Vodafone relationship manager Mr. Saif Rehman and corporatecare.[protected]@vodafone.com that we have re-process our porting request and all the documents signed by our authorized signatory and also requested please inform us before rejecting our porting request. After our all the requested again Vodafone rejected our porting request. (Copy of Requested mail dated 05th September, 2018 & Signature updating mail dated 28th July is attached herewith for your ready reference).

            Again we have received a mail from corporatecare.[protected]@vodafone.com on 10th September, 2018 and read the contents of mail and got the information that again Vodafone have rejected our porting request and in Vodafone's mail dated 10th September, 2018, they have clearly mentioned that port out already escalated with your related relationship manager. Vodafone also write us in the mail that the kindly get touch with our Vodafone relationship manager. 10th September, 2018 onward we have called to our Vodafone relationship manager Mr. Saif Rehman serval time but he is not picking our phone calls or not giving any reply of our messages. Again on 12th September, 2018 we have write a mail to our Vodafone relationship manager Mr. Saif Rehman to help us but till now we are not getting any reply. (Copy of mail dated 10th September and 12th September, 2018 is enclosing herewith for your ready reference.)

            We have logged a complain for not picking the phone by Mr. Saif Rehman in Vodafone customer care on 13th September, 2018 and complain number is[protected] but till now we have not received any call or reply from Mr. Saif Rehman.

            Again we have write a mail to corporatecare.[protected]@vodafone.com on 17th September, 2018 and inform them that presently we are facing lot of problem for porting our CUG Number but till today we have not received any reply from you also (Copy of mail dated 17th September, 2018 is attached herewith for your ready reference).

            3rd Time on 11th September, 2018, we have approch to JIO for porting our CUG numbers and again Vodafone rejected our request due to mis-match our signature.

            We are attaching herewith MNP Letter copy which is duly signed by our authorized signatory and Request letter for updating signature of our authorized signatory for your ready reference.

            ​Request you to please help us that how we will port our CUG number ?. We feel that Vodafone is playing with us and harassing us.

              I have been trying to get my bill adjusted for the time my services were disconnected and your service agents couldn't do it by saying k sir monthly rental toh banta hai .I mean who the ### will pay the bill for the time services were not active or completely disconnected. Saala fokat ka paisa hai Kya.
              Now either you adjust the bill or I will switch it along with this also I will publish on social walls.

                  I got message from vodafone saying that juice up pack is activated as per my reques. I have never requested or claimed to activate this service. Without customer knowledge how can a service provider activate a pack. Also in message it is mentioned that 75 rs will be add in the next bill cycle. I am not even aware of this pack and what it used for.

                        I am pallavi, one day your executive called for post paid number. They requested for the number and they said vodafone offers for 191 plan.

                        1. Unlimited local calls
                        2. Unlimited std calls
                        3. Unlimited isd calls

                        I accepted the above offers so executive came to my house and take 300 rs advance from me and given sim card.

                        But after 15 days sim out going blocked only incoming running. I have called to customer care so they said only 48 hrs for release after that 500 rs deposit, they said total amount should be deducted in your monthly bills. But i have no money so not paid. After 48 hrs blocked my number.

                        Till now not receive any bill from vodafone. One day called and they said 1420 rs is your bill payment. How it is possible.

                        Only 15 days using sim.in that 83 minutes isd call. Prepaid offers 7 rs /sec with 24 rs rc recharge. They said unlimited isd but bill raise full amount. If i pay the full amount of isd call rate then more better prepaid sim why i should accept the post paid offer.

                        Once again i request i am unable to pay this much charges please discount the bill amount less than the prepaid charges rs.7 /- per second. Till now not received any bill from your end. First deduct my advance amount rs.300/- from the bill amount and give the discount from the balance amount so i will clear the payment.

                        Please consider me so i will convert this sim to prepaid.

                          I have been charged extra 756 INR for VAS charge for bill date 19.09.18 which I haven't opted for. The bill says I made a call to 51717 on 14th Sept, 2019 which I didn't because my SIM is not in use.I have heard similar complaints from many people.kindly do something and try to return my money back.

                            Dear team,

                            I had made the payment on 6th of september and the money is debited from my hdfc bank account and i got the upi transaction id (I made the transaction using google pay in which i had linked my hdfc upi). So i raised a complaint to vodafone regarding this issue on 7th september, but after 2 days they closed the ticket giving the reason invalid transaction id, for this issue i was raising complaint for every 2 days and every time they are closing for the same reason though i sent screenshot of the transaction details from my bank. I was really fed up with them to explaining the issue too many times, so i repaid the amount on 19th september, now the vodafone guys saying that sir, your amount is credited now so we are closing the issue. How they are such a uneducated working in vodafone customer care, how they are supposed to combine the amount i paid on 19th september and the amount i paid the amount on 6th spetember issue. Due to this issue i lost my valuable business time and its great loss to me mental peace as well.

                                  Vodafone has deducted the amount of rs 99 from my mobile without any information. Customer care says these are the standard charges. I have dual sim mobile phone and both simcards are vodafone. If these are the standard charges then it should apply to both sim cards. This is completely fraud. They have not informed about these charges and there was no any activation process from me. My mobile number is [protected]. I had requested for refund to customer care but they have taking care about this.

                                    Vodafone has a g a i n stolen rs. 35 from my account by activating the same "game pack" which i did not initiate. This is the second time. Last month they said they don't know why it is happening and refunded my money. Now again this has happened.

                                    I believe this is intentional, and not just a mistake. Because as soon as it happened, the vodafone app will not allow me to send a support email. When i try to call, there is no option for unknown charges or to speak with someone.

                                    I will leave vodafone when my current plan expires.

                                    Refund the money you have stolen.

                                      I use the ₹199 plan that gives me 100 sms everyday along with 1.4 gb data and unlimited calls. However, till date, i haven't been able to send text messages to any number from my phone. I tried switching phones but the problem persists. I checked my balance which showed ₹-3. Thinking this negative balance was the issue, i tried recharging but oddly enough, vodafone activates some unheard plans with the amount recharged, again leaving me with the negative balance. I've lost quite a bit of money trying to fix the negative balance. However, this cannot be a legitimate reason to deny me this facility as i had paid for this plan.

                                        I have been charged 644 saying that i called to 51717 and talked for 46 mins, which is in all the way unrealistic. First of all, with other telecom subscriber 51717 is invalid number by mistake also no one can dial 51717 making call is unrealistic, top of that talking for 46 mins is not at all possible.

                                        Please oblige and do the needful.

                                        I can't do vodafone biling in google play store and other apps .My sim is also prepaid when i try to select that option it is coming that your device is not provisoned for carrier . I did some times biling before this .
