Vodafone postpaid customer from last 2 months.in the last two months i've raised almost 30+ complains about vas being added automatically. My plan is for 399 and the maximum vas added was for 1499. Now calling vodafone for a waiver, is my daliy routine, as it seems i'am calling my mother-in-law's house asking them to solve my problem. It is a routine now, that i'am calling them on regular basis. Every time they say that the problem has been resolved and it will not happen again. Moments later, i see a message that the blah-blah service has been activated on your phone. Before porting into vodafone, i was a part of airtel from the last 10 years. Porting into vodafone was my biggest mistake in my life.

    Hi,
    I ayushi nath have activated my international roaming on 24th of july, within three days without any intimation i was billed for rs 35, 000/- as per vodafone while i don't my credit limit was rs 14, 000.

    1. I was not informed when my credit limit has increased to 14, 000/- when asked they told me this is strange usually the date of increasing the limit is written but in your case its not there.
    2. I was billed rs 35, 000 and without any intimation and why someone will charge us above the limit.
    3. Data fraud was definitely there.
    4. Still after happening all this, i sincerely agreed to pay the bill of 14, 000 as per my unknowingly increased limit.
    4. My phone was deactivated in 3 days and i got stuck without phone in uk plus too much of chaos happened.

    Would request you guys to please ban this fraud firm on looting clients

    Mere ghar me network bhut kharb hai properly network stable nhi rahta hai kbhi 4g, kbhi 3g.

    Aur maine phle bhi shikayat ki par koi response nhi .

    Aur ab to aapke helplines numbers bhi connect nhi hota koi baat bhi nhi krta.

    Aur aapki hi apps speed check kar k aap ko speed send karta hu.

      I was using your service till last month, i opted for 499 plan initially with vodafone, i tried to port my number to airtel, the moment i ported it, vodofone called me and asked the reason, i said i cant pay that much airtel is giving 399 plan with same features as my current vodofone 499 plan, vodofone said we also give the same plan, please stay with us, literally begging me to stay, i got a call in july month, some one says ur plan will be changed to 499 as your 399 plan is going to expire in this month, we have been giving discount for last 6 months, all these months i have been getting calls from airtel saying better plan sir, port with us, i did that, i got a 299 plan, with 20gb data, all incoming outgoing roaming is free, when i requested for port option, again the call came, we will also give the same plan, please stay with vodofone, i said, this is the second time i am facing this, i dont want to stay in in vodafone, and porting happened, i got a bill from vodofone, and the bill amount is 589, Y??? my porting happened by aug 10 th, why should i pay such a huge amount, when i am still on 399, and only for 10 days, i have been frustrated with this bill,

      Key Points why vodofone are any other network plays with public with constant calls and making them go through hell, with bills that they don't have to pay,

      1) keep giving offers by calling, just to make people join vodafone, and make them use it and increase the plan rate eventually,
      2) makes the customer agree to three to four pages, which makes them legally protective, and they have to pay the bills, public doesn't understand a single paragraph of that agreement,
      3) Everything happens in phone and sends a mail disregard of what has been agreed on the phone, in my case life time offer 399 plan, all the time giving discounts in the so called 399 plan,
      4) once they port, put heavy bills, and they have to pay, late fee 100rs,

      Conclusion:
      i request a proper reply, i am going through so much of mental pressure from vodofone, and anyhow i am not willing to pay vodafone, which have made me agree to to things i was unaware off, please take me to court, i will never pay vodafone from this instance, i will make my case there, if court says i have to pay, i will pay, Hope so as a citizen of india, i get some justice.

        I have several issues with my services but, these guys are not helping. I tried to reach them via email, on twitter, had a web chat with them but, are not replying.

        I asked them that i want to talk to the available manager, and they said, "the manager cannot talk to the customer, it's not our policy". I was like what? If the manager cannot talk to the customer then why did you hire him?

        Their executives keep lying every time. They must fire this guy name pratik dave. He handles appellate email/ticket. He lies all the time.

        No one is helping me in vodafone!

            I using vodafone card but i faceing area very poor network, i already complaint in vodafone local service center and customer care on 24 jul 2018 and they provide me complaint regestration no. [protected], but still not resolve my query complaint. Area vodafone users also facing same network problem.

            already I complaint many times but not result found, if same type of problem appears then why I using this type of service when I paid lot of money for this Vodafone service

                I had made several call to customers care regarding sms problem and data, my sms not received by other network, they used to say it is other network problem and in other network they use to say it is sender network problem, i have changed phone of both me and recover and checked for number block setting of both and also sms settings too but no use. They refuse to service, so i have to use 160 by 2 service to get my work done. What else now i had to face v. V. Poor network data speed problem it's 0.01 download to 0.2 for uploading speed. So i am unable to use that app too now. Previously i used to get around 2 mb speed. After raining sms complain my speed gone. For testing speed i used trai my speed. No, i am tried of connection customer care and make they understand.

                  I am very disappointed to write this mail.

                  As, previously you people had retained by giving 50% deviation some 6 months back ago but again you people have increased charges 499+ GST plan with rental My monthly postpaid rental plan was changed from 249 to 499 without my concern. I am very disappointed with your customer care associate response with the person whom I spoke recently he had promised me that he is taking request but unfortunately no proper response..and she arranged a call back..and said call will be done within 48 hours but till now i'm waiting for your call..

                  I am expecting a proper resolution for this case,

                  I prefer Vodafone for providing good service for what we pay.

                    I am facing several issues with my vodafone number, i tried to reach them several times even on twitter but these useless guys give the same generic response over and over.

                    I asked them to arrange a call back from the manager, and they said "manager cannot talk to the customer". If your manager cannot talk to the customer then why did you hire him?

                    It's been over a year, and i am getting no help! Their executives lie all the time. Especially their one of executives name pratik dave. He handles appellate emails /tickets. Vodafone must fire this liar guys first.

                    I tried to reach them over the phone, on twitter, emailed to the ceo, had web chat but nobody replies. I would still want vodafone to fix my issue. They are not helping.

                      My outgoing sms service have been blocked for more than six months. I had contacted the customer service but they said my sms service has been blocked due to sending of bulk messages from my number but I did not send any bulk messages I had complained about it many times but I didn't get rid of this problem please solve my issue and remove the blocking of outgoing sms from my number and pls ensure me a quick response to solve this blocking of outgoing sms

                          We have raised multiple requests and emails to vodafone customer and nodal officers for roaming billing charges last month. None of the representative or sr. Officers were able to help or give satisfactory resolution to customer.

                          Vodafone have charged over 4000 inr for around 6 mb for usage that occurred unknowingly while on roaming.

                          Vodafone auto activated iroam service pack after 6 hrs when they felt the usage went high, but they did not activated when it crossed usage over inr 500 which is the iroam pack rental, and they are not ready to accept that they should have activated the service on time and they say vodafone work 24 x 7.

                          Reason for raising the concerns is vodafone not ready to accept the fault with there system and nor ready to negotiate or adjust charges as per the pack and not the usage.
                          Vodafone representative in gujarat does not have sense to speak with customers, they just repeat the same thing again and again frustrating the customers, every time they transfer to senior it reaches to same person who will say that customer is liable as per standard usage, but they will not accept that they did not auto activated the service in time, the problem actually was vodafone work on india timing, and its the false statement they say they work 24 x 7. They are not worried of losing the customer and nor understand customer concerns. They are just concerned with charging the amount.

                          We hope this is noticed by other users and they do not fall into such situations where they are billed huge amount as vodafone will not negotiate if they did not activated appropriate pack on time.

                            Vodafone charged Rs. 1974 for calling a number 51717. But I never called on this number. Vodafone said that I made a call of 120 minutes long.
                            How this possible that I call for 120 minutes at midnight.
                            This is a fraud billing by Vodafone.

                            The amount has been charged towards call charges to a special number 5171.The user has never made such a call. This is one kind of extortion tactics by Vodafone.

                              Last year i just migrated by vodafone 3g sim to 4g sim. After that onwards there is no incoming or outgoing messages. Everthing got barred. I complained many many times in customer support and even in stores. No response. Now its been 1 year. One of the pathatic service. I cant even change my network. Right now i cant to chnage my network. Please help to clear these out. Right now am not getting any otp. All my banking and government related works are pending.

                              Hi recently i have converted my existing postpaid number connection to prepaid i am unable to send messages to any numbers

                                Dear sir,
                                I had travelled abroad to us in the month of end may 2018, where i took a international roaming pack for rs.3500/- for 10 days.in the month of june 2018, i got a bill of rs.5949.00 which was paid by me.
                                Later in the month of july 2018, i got a bill of rs.20149.00, i was informed by vodafone that the bills were not generated for the month of may 2018, and i had not asked for deactivation of the roaming, such a huge bill was sent.
                                Where i would like to make it clear that when i had asked pack for only 10 days, why the roaming was kept active even after the pack got over. I was informed by vodafone that i should inform by mail to deactivate the roaming. After lot of mails/communication vodafone reversed rs.6801.96 towards international roaming charges including gst on your number as a onetime goodwill gesture. Finally by paying rs. Rs.13347.41/- the bill was settled.
                                Now again in the month of august 2018, again rs.6489/- bill is sent to me international towards roaming charges for the month of june 2018.
                                When everything was settled, again after 2 months they are sending me bills for the month of june 2018, now i think they are trying to recover the credit what they have given to me.
                                Request you to take up the matter and vodafone should not fool the customer.

                                But all I have received is fake assurances and lies .
                                No body had called me regarding my problem.

                                Earlier also my Port request failed .

                                Vodafone customer support is as pathetic as it's network coverage
                                I can't send text messages. And also how can I know the smsc number for Vodafone ?
                                My phone just got lost. Please block my sim immediately so that it does not fall into wrong hands .

                                  I was charged flat 2500/- as one time charges for inyernational roaming services by vodafone without my consent. (It has been said as rs 500/- per day charge) on my complaint this 2500/- rs was reversed but again in next month bill it was added. On recomplainting this amount was reduced and actual amount o[censored]suage was quoted which was much lesser than the 500 - per day usuage charges. After almost 50 minutes of discussion i was said that actual due of my last two months of bill is rs 1588+18% tax. To my surprise i have been again receiving the call of recovery with additional 335rs +18% as some other outstanding bill amount of these two months.
                                  In short there is no consistency in the communication with vodafone representative. You waste so much of time discussing, complaining and after making so much of efforts you are never sure what is communicated if it is final and trusted or not. They will tell you some amount and again change it of course to higher figure next day giving some excuse. Highly unreliable company cheating the customer extorting money on some pretext or other. Please do the needful.

                                        Dear sir,

                                        I have a postpaid data plan of red traveler 499 which is supposed to provide 4g data of 40 gb. For the months of june, july and august, i have not received any proper service of 4g data. Most of the times network is not there and even when it is there, the data is 3g or 2g. I raised a complaint on 21st july which was closed without being resolved on 27th july by vodafone, and even after raising the request again on 31st of july it was also closed without resolving. After having several calls with vodafone customer care and writing to the nodal officer too, i have not received any solution. I have paid the bills for the service that i have not received for last two months. I request you to kindly interfere and ask vodafone to resolve the network issue and alter the bills according to the only services being used.
