I am using past 4 years same network. April month my bill was 4000 something, but i did not use that much amount so i didn't pay. Your executive called me and informed to pay only 600+1500 remaining amount we will take waiver. I paid 2100 fully but again you are telling to pay full amount. How i pay...? Do i request to you please take waiver remaining amount.

    My sim was working a month back, all of a suddenly it is showing no mobile network and i cannot make call from the number. Whenever i am trying to call customer care, the call is not going through. It is difficult for me as it is an important number registered with my banks. How can i get the network connectivity back? What should i do? Please help. It's urgent

      We are facing the issue of getting signal in our area even 2g network also not getting we are facing this issue about a year now. We always contact vodafone customer care service then they are saying that the issue will be solve soon. It become a big issue in our landmark.

        I am bijoy kr ghosh, and i am a customer of vodafone postpaid connection. Basically i port my relince no. To vodafone from 'berachampa mini store'. They gidence me to joint postpaid facility, and tolled me that at any time when you liked to change your no. Postpaid to prepaid you do. But now they say that when the campus r going on in the certain day of a month only that it will be changed to postpaid. I am a employee of a private company and unable joint that particular day, they refused me on the other day. Please help me.

          My balance is deducted every time i recharge my account. Every time any services is activated automatically and balance is just gone. I called customer care to stop all this and they said you requested to activate these services. Thus my whole balance is deducted by these unfair means.
          I have attached the screenshots of all messages received regarding activation of these fraud services and balance deducted.

            I am using vodafone prepaid card number [protected]. I am presently posted at kerala. As per my job requirements, i am supposed to submit mobile bills for claiming telephone bills. I have been recharging my mobile for past 1 year through net banking. I approached vodafone service centre at panampilly nagar, ernakulam kerala for bill or atleast something under vodafone letter pad stating that i have recharged my mobile through net banking. But they refused and asked me to approach mumbai office as my number is from mumbai. How can i get printed copy of bill

              recharge done twice and money deducted twice

              I recharged my vodafone number with 178rs via paytm app but the same recharge was done twice and money for both the recharges was deducted from my paytm wallet. I reported the issue to paytm but the said that once the recharge is successful is cannot be reverted. I want refund my one recharge amount. Plz help me.

              Dear concern,
              I, mr. Dipankar sarkar, am the owner of the number [protected]. This number was an airtel postpaid number for a long time. Vodafone offered me a plan over the telephone and switched to vodafone. I have completed all formalities and submitted documents including adhar card approx. 15 days ago to your executive, and he collected all the documents from my house. My number was turned on following this, but 6 or 7 days ago my number was turned off /deactivated from vodafone.

              Then i called customer care service & the executive informed me that my verification was negative. But this should not have happened as i am a permanent resident of the aforementioned address.

              Then, as per customer care executive advice, i visited bonhooghly vodafone store. The store executive advised me to mail corporate. [protected]@vodafone.com with my whole story & he also sent the verification request to vodafone. He assured me the process to be completed within 72 hours. Then i sent a mail to corporate on 30th july 2018 at 3:48 pm. Then the corporate executive called me and she activated my number. She informs me my verification will be complete within 72 hours. My number was deactivated the very next day, again.

              Yesterday (I. E. - on 2.08.2018), one of your executives (Whose number was - [protected]) came to my place for verification. He informed me that my number will be activated again within an hour. It was not. So i called him today afternoon, and he told me that he had submitted the verification report. He provided me with another number ([protected]) and asked me to talk to this number for further information. Then i called customer care, and the executive informed me that no verification report has been submitted. I have tried calling both the executive's number ([protected]), and the number which he referred, but none picked up.

              My number is still deactivated.

              I ask you, why am i being subjected to such punishment for 15 -16 days? This number is very important for me, and i have been suffering heavy economic losses every moment that this number is unavailable. I have been a customer at airtel for the 10 years, and i am sorry to say that i have never ever witnessed such monumentally worthless customer service.

                I have a vodafone prepaid number which i need to port. I'm unable to send port out sms to 1900. Sms to any other except for 1900 can be sent. Tried calling customer care, they said to check msg settings & center no. Did all of that still couldn't send the sms. Went to vodafone gallery, they said they have sent a formal email regarding this to concern authority & will be resolved within 24 hours, but its more than a week now and its not resolved yet. It's my old number & i cannot afford to lose it. Reason for porting out of vodafone is due to worst network quality and numerous call drops. Have been complaining about it since a year but all i could get is "maintenance work is going on, issue will be resolved". Please help.

                  I try to login to my vodafone account at myvodafone. Vodafone.in. But is shows wrong credencials. After that it locked my account. Than it shows activate link. I click on that. Than it send me to forgot password link. I changed my password. And try login again. But it shows account locked. I again changed my password. But it still shows account locked. How do i activate my vodafone account???

                    I am facing a lot of problems for network and data issue, there is disturbance in call line and speed of 4g is 0.00 k/s or 0.08 k/s.

                      3month back for some reason i called vodafone customer care number, and lady suggested me red plan 399 for unlimited calling and internet facility for 20gb in month. So i ask her if i switched this plan any issue is there for calls or internet network, she told me sir we assuring there are no issue for any network like call drop or internet. For that reason i agreed with this plan and i convert my plan to 99rs to 399 plan.

                      After start my plan my internet not get connected i thought it was fault by my phone some setting issue is there. When i check all setting are perfect even my internet not working. I check all signal its showing h+ or 4g speed still no internet i check on vodafone app speed checker there was no single (I share snap with vodafone) then i put complaint for same in vodafone on dated 15 jun 2018 (My sr number is[protected] after that i received one call sir we get back to you ones again for same after that i just received only one msg on 3rd july (We try to call you about your cmplt, we are unable to reach you pls expct call from +[protected] within 24hr but from that day no respond from vodafone.

                      Again i drop one more reminder mail to vodafone and i received one more msg on 12july2018 (Dear customer if you wish to stop ur internet simply sms stop to 1925 or call 1925 etc. Etc. Instant of irresolution they are just say stop your internet service. This type of service given by vodafone.

                      Start my net with full speed or

                      I need my old plan with compensation to transfer all my pending data to my old 99rs plan till data consumption.

                        I'm a subscriber of vodafone for the past 18 yrs. I'm registered with trai dnd as well as vodafone since oct, 2007. For the past few months i was bombarded with unsolicited sms and calls on my number. I was unhappy as there was no respite, despite raising complaints regarding the above. So i logged into myvodafone account online and registered online once again for fulldnd and it was activated on 09july2018. I activated once again for my confirmation thru sms also. Despite these activations for dnd, i was still bombarded with unsolicited sms/calls. I lost my patience and raised my complaints to both (Local) nodal officer (Andhrapradesh. [protected]@vodafone.com)-appellate officer (Andhrapradesh. Appellate) and also regional nodal (Nodal. [protected]@vodafone.com)/regional appellate (Appellate. [protected]@vodafone.com). Throughout this ordeal i received auto acknowledgements and was given interaction ids[protected]july2018),
                        [protected]july2018),[protected]july2018),[protected]july2018),[protected]july20...
                        In between i received calls from bharat (Vodafone dnd team) and mails from sharmila (Vodafone dnd) both assuring that i will not be harassed anymore going forwards with these unsolicited sms/calls. Yet i'm bombarded with these unsolicited sms/calls. I escalated these lapses with emails to regional nodal/appellate officers only to have fallen on deaf ears. I raised my grievances and unhappiness thru twitter handle (@vodafonein) only to receive calls from social media execs (Sme) assuring me that they will resolve. This assurance too failed. Infact whats interesting is one sme ram contradicting his own statements, first he said that he is calling in response to my 23july2018 complaint escalated on twitter (01aug2018) and when i questioned him about earlier interaction ids, he said they have been closed and the only open issue is 23july2018. And i confronted him how can vodafone close a complaint without a resolution. He contradicted his earlier statement and said they are still open, so i questioned how can he contradict his own statements, for which he didnt have an answer. So i was vexed up with his silent treatment and asked him to respond in writing thru twitter for which he agreed and hung up the phone. After sometime i received a tweet saying that my complaint has been closed and asking me to participate in customer satisfaction survey. Such is the audacity of vodafone and no amount of reaching out to trai, dot, & vodafone is just a waste of time. It only makes me feel sad that a law abiding citizen is meted out this treatment by government agencies. What respect will mncs have towards us if the govt themselves ignore their own citizens grievances. There is no support for attaching a pdf file here, where all my communication trail emails with vodafone are established.

                          M hemant, me sabhi ko batana chahunga ki vodafone wale unlimited plan lene pr bhi balance kat rahe he. Hum coustmer care me call kerte he to work log bat sahi nahi kar rahe he. Bombay coustmer care me call kiya to work log bhi pehle bat suni fir and dene ka samay aya to call cut kar diya or 5min ke. Call ke 15 rs cat liye.
                          Me chahunga ki meri complain uper tak jaye or mera problem solve jaldi se ho nahi to have coustmer foram me jana padega.

                          Vodafone me mera unlimited plan he fir bhi call me pr minutes 3 rs. Cut kar rahe he
                          Call karne pr ap ne video call kiya aisa bata rahe he. Mene jab koi video call hi nahi kiya to paise kis bat ke cut kar rahe he.
                          Aue coustmer care wale super wiser se bat nahi kara rahe he or call hold pe rakh dete he (30 min) hold pr rakhne pr bhi s. Wiser se bat nahi karate he.

                            Sir,
                            I have ported my no to vodafone. As vodafone gives good offers for calling ang internet services thats why i switched to voda.
                            But i am not getting any messages for offers even *121# is telling general offers. I called customer care executive ms. Sadhna, she told me that she has forwarded my request and i will get messages of offers soon. After that i came to know that she never forwarded my request.
                            I waited for olmost 3-4 days nut i dint get any offers. Then i called again and again and then i talked to ms. Jyoti as executive. She was overly rude to me and said she cant help me and she cant do anything for me its not her job. She was very loud and mishaving. She had no manners. I requested to talk to senior supervisor but she refused.
                            I think it is my mistake to switch in vodafone. Thats why people told me to port to airtel now i finally understood.
                            I m deeply regretting my deed.
                            Its the worst network ever and even customer care service is so poor.
                            Plz never take vodafone services.
                            I laugh everytime when i see their slogan happy to help you.

                              I have no idea about lifestyle pack, but i just got 49rs deducted from my balance twice with out my knowledge, in the past i had complained about deductions of stuffs which i have never subscribed for in the vodafone office and the reply was that i browse the net so by default some website gets you registered.

                              Please help resolve this issue of mine and help me get reimbursed for these nonsence

                                My name is daljeet singh sethi and i would like to draw your attention towards the issue i'm facing with vodafone network as there is literally no network or just a single bar on the network notification due to which i am unable to take incoming calls or call anyone because the phone always gives not reachable message and i am unable to connect with anyone. The internet doesn't work properly too due to the network issue.

                                I just ported my number to vodafone, hence cannot port it for 90 days and i'm stuck with no option other than request you to help me out here.

                                I also made complaint at the customer care department and to further my pain the executive tells me and i quote "do whatever you want, this is the best you get".

                                I'm sorry to say this but i'm regretting porting my number to vodafone because i opted for mnp my number with lot of faith in vodafone but the behavior of the customer care employee stunned me.

                                This is my humble request as i've no other option and my main number is stuck with not reachable messages due to lack of network potentially hurting my business and hurting my living and connnectivity.

                                  I am resident of Tandalja area of Vadodara, Gujarat using Vodafone from last 5 months.In the beginning the network Coverage is very good and net speed is very powerful but from last some days the Network is fluctuating and net speed is very poor.I am very disappointed with this type of service and I will be port to jio if problem is not solve in 3 to 4 days.So plz help me and take serious and proper steps to solve these problem.

                                    Vodafone convert my reliance prepaid number to Vodafone postpaid telling that after three months this will convert in prepaid.but after three months they tell that it will take some more time to convert.during this period I have paid thousand rupees as bill amount.after some months a get a call from Delhi the person tell that Vodafone has file a case against me for their due bill amount.i immediately go to Vodafone store and paid my all due bill amount.after some days I again get call from Delhi they tell that the bill amount you paid is not updated till now..what is this?? Vodafone is a big big fraud company never get it's network.they earn money by cheating customers hard earned money.

                                      I am palaniappan, with vodafone postpaid connection given by my company in that every month i am charged rs99.00+taxes in the name of chak de fatte. I do not know what it is and for what additional service i am paying this amount.
                                      For so many moth this amount is charged in my bill and i am paying for the service which i do not know what it is and not used.
                                      How to stop this excess bill amount in billing.
