I’m using your network since 2 year but from past 10 days i’m suffering browsing issues for that i’m not avail to access fb, what’s and other browsing. However, i contacted your colleagues (Customer care) they suggested after 21 august problems will rectified from my side. But still you not doing anything. Kindly resolve my problem otherwise i will move from your network....

My residential at chermadevi 627 414 tirunelveli dist. Tamil nadu.
I am a vodafone customer for the last 8 years. Our net work stopped since 25 days in my residential area on account of launched the jio tower near my house.

I have two sim's from vodafone and mobile data is not working on either of them in lodha palava - casa rio from last 4-5 days. I am not able to access my emails and other web services and also it is affecting my official work. I need urgent assistance with the matter or advise when it will be resolved.

I got a fraud call from one lady introducing herself as sbi employee saying they are calling from sbi bank and told me my credit card details as well and asked me to read out the message that i got from sbi. She convinced me by providing some other details also where i had to believe that she is actually calling from sbi. Then she told that my credit points has expired and needs to be credited in my account immediately....

My number is [protected], This number I have taken as a backup number and not my Primary number. Also I am not using this for any purpose.
Even the Bill plan is basic plan of 199 without any Data service.
You can even check the usage of this number from the date of its inceptions.

Last month I see that I have been charged 2000 Rs for making call to this 51717 number, which is a surprise...

Random 'extras' are being added by vodafone out of nowhere and the money gets deducted as well. First, there was a game pack that was activated for rs.35 with a message asking me to send 'stop' to 155223 to deactivate but when i did that i got a sms back saying no extras are active on my mobile. In february 2018 vodafone india, charged me 9, 146.15. At that time i paid the entire amount because they blocked my number due to which i was not able to get any otp which was causing me huge problems as i moved out of india.

During this time i checked with many of my friends who also have vodafone and came to know about how they have wrongly charged them higher amount also. When they checked on their itemised bills...

Since last week vodafone has been charging me for data consumed for 0.002mb. The amount that gets reduced is pretty significant around 0.04 rs.

This is happening every few minutes and i've lost over 20 rs just because of this.

I've not enabled the data or made a recharge specifically for data either.

I have been charged 1800+.. saying that I called to 51717 and talked for 120 mins, that too for Astrology, which is in all the way u realistic. talking for 120 mins is not at all possible without charging Guys please be aware of this kind of fraud, if you face the same problem then complain about this, at least other people will come to know about the same issue......

I again moved to vodafone from air tel on 15th aug when my sim got activated.
I was given this sim by a vodafone person- karan solanki - mobile no -( [protected]) who is offering sim saying this sim will have 0% network issue and its guaranteed because this sim is of some xx mbps or some xx type of sim.
