I have connection of vodafone, relationship number 14520686, i see the bill of 7-8-18, in that bill 375 added as value added service charges, also in bill of 7-7-18 in that bill 116.50 added as value added service charges, i have never opted any value added services, and company wrongly charges this amount, so please credited this amount (375+116.50) = 491.50 in my account asap.

    From last 7 days I applied for the claim of my I phone 6.I submit all the required documents which were asked by your executive many times but still I receive the message of documents incomplete.I am really frustated by the service provided by Vodafone sheild.If you do not cover my claim say it directly.

    The invoice is in the name of my wife.I submit her documents also.now they are asking for marriage certificate.Yesterday I spoke to your executive she told me that you write on white paper that she is my wife and sign it.It will considered as the relationship proof.I did that and still I got the message of documents incomplete.It is very frustating and disappointing service from vodafone.

    I am vodafone postpaid customer from last 3 years and such kind of customer service you are provided to me.If instant action did not take on my issue I will switch my number to some other operator as you dont have any concern for your customer.

        I am a vodafone customer since 12 years. I took a sim card with international roaming on 27th july with an assurance that i will have access to network. I moved to uae on 3rd july and did not have network as expected. I couldn't call from the uae, hence sent mails to their customer service. After 3 mails and a week, i got a response that they will set it right. Another week later, i got a call. It took 2 weeks for them to get me network. However calls, messages and internet was not working. I gave up hope and stopped writing any mails to them.
        I get a bill on 30th july for a amount of rs. 7459.42 that i have used 30 mb data internationally, which is not possible as there was never a proper network for me to use any data.
        From day 1, i was living in a company provided hotel with wifi access, hence i never needed internet from vodafone.
        All i wanted their number was to get otp's from banks. I never got that service because of lack of network.
        Vodafone is looting loyal customers with unnecessary and irrelevant charges with false billing because they know customer who is abroad wont be able to get another local number from abroad and change contact numbers with banks and government agencies.
        Extremely poor customer service who don't know how to deal with long standing customers.
        Despite paying bills worth about rs 200, 000 for 12 years. They have blocked my sim for 1 month payment which they billed illegally.
        They do not have proper data to prove to me that i have used 30 mb they are only giving me the date as 14th july, however what is the usage towards is something that they are unaware, they claim it is because of privacy.
        My question is how can they charge me when they haven't tracked what is my usage.
        The executives who dealt with me were manoj and divija.

          I am a vodafone user since from 2007 and this is the first time i am having a complaint like this. I got message from vodafone saying that juice up pack is activated as per my reques. I have never requested or claimed to activate this service. Without customer knowledge how can a service provider activate a pack. Also in message it is mentioned that 75 rs will be add in the next bill cycle. I am not even aware of this pack and what it used for. I called customer care to know the details but they informed that their system is down and call after one hour.

          Im vodafone customer from last 10 years. Recently received message of juice up pack from vodafone "Hello. You are currently active on the Juiceup pack.Your 15Days subscription of Rs.75 will be charged on the[protected].To deactivate SMS STOP to or call 155223(toll free)."
          I failed to understand whats juice up pack and when it was activated and charged on my accound. Its unfair and criminal practiced by vodafone.
          I have been a customer of Vodafone since many years. Recently without my knowledge or consent I was subscribed to a service called Juiceup pack and Rs 14 and Rs 75 was deducted from me as a result.
          This is a way for looting the customers without their knowledge.

Your no calls & sms to plan change. You personally change my rental plan, it's not good. Vodafone it's very repeate company. I have very long time your customer. So you see this problem carelly..             Amount of 49 been deducted from my balance stating as lifestyle pack been activated.This type of fraudulent activity is completely not acceptable and it is zero tolerance.

            I want this need to be actioned immediately and my needs to be refunded soon
            I have been charged Rs 61000 for using 40 MB of data while I was travelling to Europe in IROAMFREE pack when I was in Estonia for a few hours.

              I am using this sim from last 5 years but from last one week i am not getting any signal . It has been recharged with Rs 458 / - . So recharge it & start the sim so that i can use it .

                  I have switched my mobile phone service provider from vodafone to airtel.
                  It is postpaid connection and vodafone has verified my address when i took the connection.
                  Shockingly i received email that my cheque could not be delivered to my correct address as address could not be located.
                  First of all this is the same address that i received my aadhar card, voter id. How come they could not deliver my cheque. This is a classic cheating for taking revenge by corporate company
                  They did not even mention courier tracking number and neither the courier service ever contacted me to deliver my cheque.

                  and informed me that they have sent a cheque dated 6 Jun 2018, which expiry date is 20 September.
                  They gave me courier number and i am still waiting for it. The courier showing status that it near by my location from past 2 days but not being delivered. Attached the courier status.

                    My name is faizan siddiki and my contact number is [protected]. I port this number from vodafone to airtel due bad network as well as i had raised so many complains to vodafone support but they failed to resolve hence i switch back to airtel.
                    But since last 2 months vodafone's telemarketers keep on calling me from landline and many time from mobile numbers trice a day. I told them many time not call me but they are keep on torturing me.

                    Now my personal life is getting disturbed due this kind of cheap behavior of this company.

                    Please take strick action again them they are torturing and effecting us mentally.

                    I will surely not recommend any of the friend for vodafone. Your marketing team is not generating business or new connection, they are losing customer faith and connection for life time.

                      Dear sir, i have been using vodafone services for the last 12 years. Yesterday i went to a mini store located at shaheen bagh g50/2 shaheen bagh sarita vihar pin code 110076 for the sim upgrade to 4g. The guy sitting there named shadab or something like that cheated me. He took my mobile and sent some sms and just after that i received an otp for m pesa when i asked him, what is this. He replied not to worry sir it is mandatory for sim upgrade. After some time i got a new sim. He also told me that otp service will be closed for 24 hours. When the 24 hours passed i received so many messages that you have used mpesa account and paid post paid bills and etc. I was shocked to see this. Without my concern vodafone agent did this to me and registered the account with my no. My name is abdul hai and mobile no is [protected]. This is really a matter of concern and whom to trust. This cheater guy registered mpesa acccount with the name of syed and did some transactions on my number. Please close my account and take strict action against this store.

                        Since feb2018, i frequently get registered my complaints regarding vodafone signals. But beside to rectify my complaints they regularly generated the bill to me.

                        Now, from.2 months, i dont pay my billed amount, becouse from 2 months vodafone didn't provide signals to me. I am living in noida, not in a village where they cant provide signals.

                        Sir, i send vodafone so many mails, about my network issue. But they told me "you have to pay the bill".

                        When they are not able to provide me network/services, then why should i pay the bill.

                        No network, no charges. It is simple.
                        How can i pay the money without getting services.

                          This has been the second time that Vodafone has deducted 90 rs for 360 degree pack. I haven't even activated but vodafone has deducted for no reason and now customer service is saying that I will not get the refund. This is the pathetic service that anyone can experience.
                          This is the exactly message that I have got:
                          Hello! Desi 360 Degree pack is now active on your number, as requested.This service is valid till[protected] and a 30 days rental of Rs.90 has been deducted.Your current Balance post service activation is Rs.8.17.To deactivate SMS STOP to or call 155223(toll free).Discover cool games, apps, movies, music & more http://discover.vodafone.in/nf/

                          I did not activate the service at all. Once they see balance in your account, they automatically deduct for any reason.

                            Dear Consumer Complaints forum

                            I need your help in getting justice. I have faced a lot of harassment from Vodafone even earlier.

                            Complaint 1 - The Main Issue I am wrongly charged for a call.

                            I am charged wrongly for one International call, which actually should have fallen under the International Call Plan I had requested for.
                            I am charged Rs 5000 for that plan + 2230.80 for that 1 International call which lasted for couple of minutes.

                            My 1st email to Vodafone is as below

                            Hello from Manasi Bhatia once again
                            [protected].

                            I travelled to USA on 9th May early morning 0210 flight from Mumbai. Local Indian time and for your better understanding 9th and 10th Night in Mumbai.

                            My husband called up Vodafone for International roaming facility on 9th night somewhere after 10PM - 1130PM. Don't remember the exact time.

                            It was told that the facility will get activated in 20 minutes.

                            It takes 9.05 hours to reach Amsterdam.
                            Accordingly when I reached Amsterdam the time in India was 1145 on 10th May and in Amsterdam the time was 0815 Morning of 10th MAY.

                            After reaching Amsterdam I used the phone to call my husband in Mumbai.
                            The understanding was very clear that my International roaming plan that was requested must be active by then.

                            However, I am now charged separately for those call which is around 2230 amount saying that I made international call before the plan was activated.

                            Giving the time that call was made around 0940 in Amsterdam.

                            Vodafone is not considering the time difference between Mumbai and Amsterdam and says that the call was made before the plan was activated.
                            Please check the below flight schedule.

                            I refuse to pay the charges applied and want full refund of the same.

                            The call should have fallen under the International Roaming plan of Rs 5000 that has already been charged to me. Such cheating or system inadequacies, process and plan faults should be immediately rectified.

                            Vodafone is giving trouble every time despite me being your customer of many years.
                            Also this International roaming plan was deactivated 3-4 days back when I had actually visited your Vodafone shop at Vileparle on 26th MAy and had asked to discontinue But again I get a reply that they wanted my approval for discontinuing the plan ? WHY there was a delay????

                            Vodafone Nodal Officer and Appellate Authority never replied to my emails.

                            Complaint 2 .

                            I am addressed with different name by Vodafone employees despite cautioning them about the same. The responses recieved from them is

                            You will be shocked to know that in the communication the Vodafone team intentionally addressed me with incorrect name. This is an insult to me.

                            Complaint 3

                            The Nodal Officer, The Appellate Authority of Vodafone never responds to you. Every time there is a different person dealing with me and giving me all
                            Cut Paste answers without understanding the problem or addressing the concerns. There is no check from Vodafone Seniors.

                            Complaint 4

                            Vodafone has not published the emails or contact details of any Senior person from their Management for escalating the matter further.
                            The calls received from Vodafone are more than insulting and spraying salt on the wound.

                            Complaint 5

                            Despite requesting Vodafone time and again to send me the bill on email, I do not receive it.

                            I feel that Vodafone is handling my communication with Prejudiced mind and taking every communication to Insult me more than solving the problem.
                            The communication below is the witness of this allegation I am making.

                            I want Consumer Complaints team to take up this issue on my behalf and initiate strict action against Vodafone.
                            I need my wrongly charged amount to be refunded and demand additional compensation of Rs 50, 000 for all the insult they have done to me.

                            I am sure your team will give me complete justice.

                              I have a corporate mobile number and I have follow all the procedure of NOC and upi code. but Vodafone again and again rejecting my request. I talk them several time. I am very frustrated because there is no network in my area, and they are not poring my number i have tried more them 10 times and they reject each time and not responding.

                              I have attached the picture that showing i have already geneated a porting code and that is valid till 09/08/2018 but they are saying we don't recieve this posting code and your porting code is expired on 25 july. They are fraud people. Telling a lie again and again . I have aproof od my poring code . But they are rejecting my application again and again without any reason. Help me to resolve this issue please.

                                Vodafone have charged me for data usage in Kazakhstan for 42 mb and sent me a bill of ₹32871/-. It is impossible because I was not getting any internet service from Vodafone in Kazakhstan and I only used airport and hotel wifi there.
                                When I registered a complaint at the Vodafone store, they said I will get a call in 8 days with a solution. I just got a call today with no solution and the guy who called me was the most illiterate guy with no knowledge of the system and did not have any idea of the complaint details too. H kept me on hold for 6 minutes and when I asked to talk to his manager, he became aggressive towards me and arrogant stating that the call can not be transferred as he has gone for lunch, thinking I’m a fool because there isn’t just one floor manager as I’m aware of how Vodafone works since i have been an employee of Vodafone too.

                                  Hello sir, i am mahendra sen from bhopal and i use vodafone postpaid number ([protected]) since last 6 years, but now my number is deactivate because no acitivity in three months, first my number is from reliance communication circle then i port and change circle to vodafone, and i want to activate my number but there is issue that reliance communication closed so the number goes to reliance, please activate my number because everywhere my number is registered in my passport, aadhar, bank and also help me in my business too. I will pay fine or due if any required. Please activate my vodafone postpaid number [protected].

                                    Hello sir my postpaid number ([protected]) is disconnected due to no acitvity in last three months, i use this number from 5 years and it helps me in business too. in my all documents this number is registered in passport, bank, aadhar everywhere so plz activate my number, i will pay all the fines or due if any required.

                                      International roaming not working on [protected] as confirmation msg regarding the same has already been received. Have been trying customer care no. For so long but it seems executives are not interested in helping it out rather giving new no. Again&again. Having been trying for last 3 hours but my wait for getting right information is still awaited. Need immediate action on this as my brother is facing hell lot of problem in switzerland.                                         I am a post paid Red subscriber. i travelled to Tunisia for 2 weeks and knowing that Tunisia is not in their iRoaming countries, i disabled "internet data" on my phone and during 2 weeks have used Hotel's free wifi. after 12 days, they swithched off my sim card, not allowing to make/receive calls due to my credit limit was over. Invoice is out and it shows that i've been using mobile data, 0, 90mb (not even 1mb) and charged 11000 Rs for this service. But as i said, i've disabled internet data on my phone, and I don't have any clue how they have calculated and trying to charge for the service which was not used by me? I am not going to give up, planning to go to Consumer Forum, if this issue is not solved and overcharged bill is not waived. This is 2nd time i am trapped by Vodafone for international roaming. I am a premium red user, and it is very disappointing to have such treatment from Vodafone.
