Last year i just migrated by vodafone 3g sim to 4g sim. After that onwards there is no incoming or outgoing messages. Everthing got barred. I complained many many times in customer support and even in stores. No response. Now its been 1 year. One of the pathatic service. I cant even change my network. Right now i cant to chnage my network. Please help to clear these out. Right now am not getting any otp. All my banking and government related works are pending.

Hi recently i have converted my existing postpaid number connection to prepaid i am unable to send messages to any numbers
in settings it shows "i Message - waiting for activation.."
my phone number is [protected]
Currently i switch postpaid to prepaid . When i recharge my prepaid number than show me Your request to recharge 50 INR cannot be processed at this time. Transaction number is ONR18...0013.

i tried this SEVERAL times, using paytm, failed everytime. this is so pissing off.

VODAFONE, please FIX this.

    Dear sir,
    I had travelled abroad to us in the month of end may 2018, where i took a international roaming pack for rs.3500/- for 10 days.in the month of june 2018, i got a bill of rs.5949.00 which was paid by me.
    Later in the month of july 2018, i got a bill of rs.20149.00, i was informed by vodafone that the bills were not generated for the month of may 2018, and i had not asked for deactivation of the roaming, such a huge bill was sent.
    Where i would like to make it clear that when i had asked pack for only 10 days, why the roaming was kept active even after the pack got over. I was informed by vodafone that i should inform by mail to deactivate the roaming. After lot of mails/communication vodafone reversed rs.6801.96 towards international roaming charges including gst on your number as a onetime goodwill gesture. Finally by paying rs. Rs.13347.41/- the bill was settled.
    Now again in the month of august 2018, again rs.6489/- bill is sent to me international towards roaming charges for the month of june 2018.
    When everything was settled, again after 2 months they are sending me bills for the month of june 2018, now i think they are trying to recover the credit what they have given to me.
    Request you to take up the matter and vodafone should not fool the customer.

    My incoming calls service has stopped working from last 3 days.
    I have raised a complain, visited Vodafone store.
    But all I have received is fake assurances and lies .
    No body had called me regarding my problem.

    Earlier also my Port request failed .

    Vodafone customer support is as pathetic as it's network coverage
    I can't send text messages. And also how can I know the smsc number for Vodafone ?
    My phone just got lost. Please block my sim immediately so that it does not fall into wrong hands .

      I was charged flat 2500/- as one time charges for inyernational roaming services by vodafone without my consent. (It has been said as rs 500/- per day charge) on my complaint this 2500/- rs was reversed but again in next month bill it was added. On recomplainting this amount was reduced and actual amount o[censored]suage was quoted which was much lesser than the 500 - per day usuage charges. After almost 50 minutes of discussion i was said that actual due of my last two months of bill is rs 1588+18% tax. To my surprise i have been again receiving the call of recovery with additional 335rs +18% as some other outstanding bill amount of these two months.
      In short there is no consistency in the communication with vodafone representative. You waste so much of time discussing, complaining and after making so much of efforts you are never sure what is communicated if it is final and trusted or not. They will tell you some amount and again change it of course to higher figure next day giving some excuse. Highly unreliable company cheating the customer extorting money on some pretext or other. Please do the needful.

      I had already activated the DND service but after that I am receiving the messages from the the company. And the customer care also not answering.

        My name is naveen.
        Today, my cousin has called me from his number from hyderabad. But my phone displayed an international number starting with +90. I have picked up the call and my cousin was talking on it. But he doesn’t know anything about the number. He just called from his own number which was from india itself. So, i suspect some cyber issue. Can you please respond back to me.

        Please sir help me . I’m getting fake calls they are talking vulgar language the num is [protected]. Please help me. He is making calls and talking very abuse language to me. And he makeing calls to my husband and using abuse language to us.
        I want to change the ownership of my mobile number. it is registered on my brothers name, i want it to be on my name.

            Dear sir,

            I have a postpaid data plan of red traveler 499 which is supposed to provide 4g data of 40 gb. For the months of june, july and august, i have not received any proper service of 4g data. Most of the times network is not there and even when it is there, the data is 3g or 2g. I raised a complaint on 21st july which was closed without being resolved on 27th july by vodafone, and even after raising the request again on 31st of july it was also closed without resolving. After having several calls with vodafone customer care and writing to the nodal officer too, i have not received any solution. I have paid the bills for the service that i have not received for last two months. I request you to kindly interfere and ask vodafone to resolve the network issue and alter the bills according to the only services being used.

              I have applied for prepaid sim, but after misleading me they have given me postpaid sim, and now i have asked them ti swap my sim to prepaid, then vodafone store agent are saying that you can not, swap before 120 days, and so i have to suffer with this, i don't want to use postpaid thus i kindly request you to please swap my sim to prepaid.

                Am a 29 year salaried person working in tamilnad, my native is in kerala. Since 10 years am using vodafone sim in my mobile (Number is [protected]). Nearly i updated the sim into 4g, now a offer of 1.4gb daily pack running in my sim card. Today morning i got a message that you are used up 50% of today's data. After few minutes later again one more message arraive in phone that your are used up 90% of that data. Only 100 mb is balance like that. These company cheating lots persons like these type of theft..
                By informing to the excutives in complaint number of these company they are saying irresponsible replies

                  I was using post paid connection of vodafone from last 3 years having no [protected] i just made a request to change my connection to prepaid at vodafone store durgapur west bengal they accepted the request and i did recharge if 176 sim got activated for 2 day and deactivated now the are asking for new sim and to recharge again and till now they have not activated my no i am facing huge trouble this is very ridiculous behaviour of vodafone. Please do the needful otherwise i will change my connection

                    I just called the call centre and they have no update on my complaint and don't know when it will get resolved.

                      Hi sir, my name is nathu lal sain. And my mobile number [protected]. We active full dnd service in 26 july and i recharged my account 8 of august and after that my balance is deduct daily and i call customer care he was refunded. I total refund total 3 time in two days. But my problem is not solve. When he refund after then balance deduct customer care person don't solve my problem. When he refund balance after some minute deduct. I talk three time customer care person salu, nitu and one other person.

                        Vodaone has illegally subscribed to gamex pack without request from me. Got an sms saying rs. 35 has been deducted from my account!

                        This is criminal. Called the number they sent me to deactivate... The system would not let me deactivate. Tried to send an email through the vodafone android app. The send button does not do anything (I have sent an email this way in the past, but not working now).

                        Is there anyone in the indian government that cares about consumer issues? I will need to post this on all the consumer sites i can find. Also found out that other people also had many packs activated and their money stolen by vodafone.

No. Is [protected] recived my last bill for rs.659/- june i am not paid this bill and i get another bill july get rs.3984.89 not any mobile call on this bill data.in this bill only include a live call astrology number 51717 and time of call duration is 183 mints and charge rs.2548/- on call date is 25.05.2018. This bill period is 06.06.2018 to 06.07.2018. Not include this date, previous bill not include this call detail received that bill as on 7 june. Customer care and credit agency daily call to me pay this bill i am a working person at aaj tak channel very worried about this condition. Kindly solve this problem immediately. Vodafone send a agent to my home for settlement for this bill this is recorded my home main gate cctv.

                            person name was Zeev misbehave with me and change my connection prepaid to postpaid.

                            i used this number from last ten year and changed my sim in 2015 without any problem.

                              Sir Vodafone has deducted Rs . 63 .They themself activated the service while Dialling 198 &199 for complaint of deduction of Rs 3 on 9/8/2018. vodafone has deducted Rs. 60 .They are deducting every months without any proper reason .If you call they told some other kind of problem .client phone no.-[protected].I want refund .vodafone is deducting many times but I was quit .If they will not refund than i will not quit and further process is going to held on higher level .If they deduct proper reason than ok .but they activate from their side and say"you have enter the key to activate" .

                                I have been a Vodafone Customer(Vodafone Mobile No [protected]) for past few years. Recently I noted there were multiple cases o[censored]nauthorised VALUE ADDED SERVICE (VAS)activation from my phone number ([protected]). I checked and again rechecked if the value added services were activated by me. But I could not find even once where I have given a request of activation of any VAS. There has been multiple instances for the last 3 months approx where a VAS service gets activated without my authorisation. As a result I have been incurring unnecessary extra charges but to no avail.Often the service gets activated even when my phone is switched off . How can this go on?
                                Furthermore The Vodafone Relationship Centre at Sarat Bose Rd, Sreepally, Elgin, Kolkata, West Bengal 700020 failed to provide any relief in spite of complaints. They neither took any written complaint and blamed the phone company. They said that it was MOTOROLA company responsible and not the Service Provider and thus refused to take any complaint.
                                I demand an immediate end to this nuisance because now this is basically harassment. Please look into the matter and provide relief at the earliest.

                                  Yesterday I had new sim no. [protected]. I had some initial balance but within one hour it got exhausted, probaly because INTERNETwas kept activated.
                                  I tried for full talk time recharge through Paytm TIME RECAHRGE THROUGH Paytm and HDFC net banking Both times recahrge failed it. .It gives message taht no balance . Please top up.
                                  I do not know how to recharge now. Please also inform about procedure to check balance and time validity for prepaid mobile sims.

                                    I have connection of vodafone, relationship number 14520686, i see the bill of 7-8-18, in that bill 375 added as value added service charges, also in bill of 7-7-18 in that bill 116.50 added as value added service charges, i have never opted any value added services, and company wrongly charges this amount, so please credited this amount (375+116.50) = 491.50 in my account asap.

                                      From last 7 days I applied for the claim of my I phone 6.I submit all the required documents which were asked by your executive many times but still I receive the message of documents incomplete.I am really frustated by the service provided by Vodafone sheild.If you do not cover my claim say it directly.

                                      The invoice is in the name of my wife.I submit her documents also.now they are asking for marriage certificate.Yesterday I spoke to your executive she told me that you write on white paper that she is my wife and sign it.It will considered as the relationship proof.I did that and still I got the message of documents incomplete.It is very frustating and disappointing service from vodafone.

                                      I am vodafone postpaid customer from last 3 years and such kind of customer service you are provided to me.If instant action did not take on my issue I will switch my number to some other operator as you dont have any concern for your customer.
