Sir,
I have ported my no to vodafone. As vodafone gives good offers for calling ang internet services thats why i switched to voda.
But i am not getting any messages for offers even *121# is telling general offers. I called customer care executive ms. Sadhna, she told me that she has forwarded my request and i will get messages of offers soon. After that i came to know that she never forwarded my request.
I waited for olmost 3-4 days nut i dint get any offers. Then i called again and again and then i talked to ms. Jyoti as executive. She was overly rude to me and said she cant help me and she cant do anything for me its not her job. She was very loud and mishaving. She had no manners. I requested to talk to senior supervisor but she refused.
I think it is my mistake to switch in vodafone. Thats why people told me to port to airtel now i finally understood.
I m deeply regretting my deed.
Its the worst network ever and even customer care service is so poor.
Plz never take vodafone services.
I laugh everytime when i see their slogan happy to help you.

    I have no idea about lifestyle pack, but i just got 49rs deducted from my balance twice with out my knowledge, in the past i had complained about deductions of stuffs which i have never subscribed for in the vodafone office and the reply was that i browse the net so by default some website gets you registered.

    Please help resolve this issue of mine and help me get reimbursed for these nonsence

      My name is daljeet singh sethi and i would like to draw your attention towards the issue i'm facing with vodafone network as there is literally no network or just a single bar on the network notification due to which i am unable to take incoming calls or call anyone because the phone always gives not reachable message and i am unable to connect with anyone. The internet doesn't work properly too due to the network issue.

      I just ported my number to vodafone, hence cannot port it for 90 days and i'm stuck with no option other than request you to help me out here.

      I also made complaint at the customer care department and to further my pain the executive tells me and i quote "do whatever you want, this is the best you get".

      I'm sorry to say this but i'm regretting porting my number to vodafone because i opted for mnp my number with lot of faith in vodafone but the behavior of the customer care employee stunned me.

      This is my humble request as i've no other option and my main number is stuck with not reachable messages due to lack of network potentially hurting my business and hurting my living and connnectivity.

        I am resident of Tandalja area of Vadodara, Gujarat using Vodafone from last 5 months.In the beginning the network Coverage is very good and net speed is very powerful but from last some days the Network is fluctuating and net speed is very poor.I am very disappointed with this type of service and I will be port to jio if problem is not solve in 3 to 4 days.So plz help me and take serious and proper steps to solve these problem.

          Vodafone convert my reliance prepaid number to Vodafone postpaid telling that after three months this will convert in prepaid.but after three months they tell that it will take some more time to convert.during this period I have paid thousand rupees as bill amount.after some months a get a call from Delhi the person tell that Vodafone has file a case against me for their due bill amount.i immediately go to Vodafone store and paid my all due bill amount.after some days I again get call from Delhi they tell that the bill amount you paid is not updated till now..what is this?? Vodafone is a big big fraud company never get it's network.they earn money by cheating customers hard earned money.

            I am palaniappan, with vodafone postpaid connection given by my company in that every month i am charged rs99.00+taxes in the name of chak de fatte. I do not know what it is and for what additional service i am paying this amount.
            For so many moth this amount is charged in my bill and i am paying for the service which i do not know what it is and not used.
            How to stop this excess bill amount in billing.

              I want to port this number ([protected]) from your telecom. And i have already generate port no which is vk486272.

              "the problem is when i got to change my connections to another telecom company. The vodafone cancelled my porting requiest without any information.
              An when i call to 198 customer care no. They suggest to vist nearest vodafone store."
              So, my question is - 1. Why i am visit the store? 2. Why i am suffer for that? I have no more time to visit your store

              I requeste to you kindly accept my port application and relised my number from vodafone as soon as possible.

                Hi team,

                Its really very annoying after using a service with such a big mobile operator still i am facing issue while chasing my claim with vodafone red shield.

                These guys don't have even know how to deal with a customer every time i have to wait for 10-15 min to talk to their executive and after talking for 1-2 min they disconnect the call and never receive a call back.

                This is regarding a claim number [protected], its been over a 60 days i am chasing they didn't picked up my device saying that your address is in non pickup zone, after then i have provided two more addresses of posh areas but still they refused to pick it up.

                Its really been very poor service received from shield support.

                Seeking your help for this regards.

                I have seen insurance services from other operators as well, they are keen to support their customers but this is really disgraceful after using vodafone red shield service.

                  I called in vodafone customer care service to set a caller tune, but their customer service person always saying, that download vodafone app and active your service from that app etc... Bla bla bla... Xyz.

                  Any time when vodafone customer's needed some service's from customer care service,.. Any time, always same thing happened.

                  If all thing customer will do self, then what is the use of call customer care service,

                  Stupid processes,
                  Hopeless service,

                    I am bijit chakraborty from noida,

                    I requested for address change as on 16th july 2108, since then there are end number of excuses for delay and request to wait for one day/two days. Each time i get in touch with the live chat agent, they request to wait till day end, i have been totally harassed, either by misplacing the documentation or stating there is technical fault.

                    My address is not changed yet after i so much o[censored]nderstanding and waiting from my side.

                    Corporate care agents call me and state there was some issue, it will not be repeated in future, waited till 31st of july as i needed to submit the address proof,

                    It was not changed on 31st, i contacted live chat agent, and they said, we have escalated the matter with high priority to the team and actions were also taken for the executive and it will be changed within 15:30 hrs on 31st. They requested to wait for one last time till 31st of august.

                    Same was on 1st august, again same thing, they requested to give them a last chance. And positively everything will be done by eod.

                    Live chat agents : jeejo, kanishka, etc…. There were 4- 5 agents

                    Till now there has been no changes, after i submitted the documents 3 times (Same document) as they kept on asking. – please refer to the emails thread below. (Documents were misplaced, due to no accountability).

                    I am fed up now, today is 2nd august. And it has been a complete harassment. I had to submit the address proof before 1st august for which i am already in major loss. Who will take care of it??? Your request and apology???

                    I will again receive an apology email stating i understand your concern!!!

                    I do not wish to receive any understanding and apology. If this is the service you are providing for a small request, for other issues, you raise a false ticket and close it always.

                    This is what you guys do for a simple request, who will compensate for my time and mental harassment.

                    Do i have to keep on mailing and chatting and speaking with vodafone for every small issues, previously i complained for network issue, which could not be properly handled and took two months, again billing issue, and now this small request since 15 days.

                    Tell me why shall i continue with vodafone and not take this matter to legal and social??

                    Pathetic and unrealistic, false promises, false assurance, harassment!!! Not at all accountable.

                    What did i get from all this!!!

                    I am forced to send a legal notice and tweet on your service and also post on social networks. It costed my business. Trusting you was my fault.

                      Dear sir/madam,
                      I was using post paid connection of vodafone mobile services limited with
                      Number [protected] and requested to convert from post paid to prepaid in the
                      Month of may 2018 at vodafone outlet vanasthalipuram, hyderabad. My request was taken and converted to prepaid service after a month.
                      When i have taken post paid connection as a security deposit i paid 500 rs. So after post paid converted to prepaid vodafone has to refund the deposited amount.
                      As there were some post paid charges for month june 2018 i. E rs.24.63/- as per prorate from 1-june-2018 to 4-june-2018. Vodafone customer care people send mail saying 'after deducting the outstanding amount from the deposit amount you will be having an extra amount of rs.475.37/- on your number and excluding service tax rs. 402.86/- has been credited to your migrated prepaid account'. I even received message on my number saying balance amount 402.86 rs is credited to my prepaid account. But it didn't happen.
                      I communicated to customer care of both prepaid and post paid departments each of them had different versions. Also i received mails with different versions and nothing is clear.
                      As part of refund vodafone mobile services should have provided me the refund amount in terms of cheque but instead it says out of 475.37 rs 18% gst and remaining balance 402.86 rs is credited to my account which is really unfair because when i deposited amount there was no tax or gst but when they have to refund they are calculating gst. I never asked to credit the balance to my prepaid account.

                      There were multiple mails sent but still this issue is open and vodafone mobile service is not responding in closing this.

                      I kindly request you to understand my problem and help resolving this at the earliest. Am attaching all the mail communication screen shots in a single document.

                          I’m vodafone customer for so long but i’m disappointed by there service. I have converted my number from postpaid to prepaid and at that time i have deposited my last month bill in cash and the same has been deducted from my account too. Your executive said it will automatically credit in my prepaid balance with in 7 days but i haven’t received yet. Kindly resolve otherwise i have to switch to other reliable network

                            There is very weak signal on my Vodafone post paid connection, especially when I am at home at Zircon Society in Viman Nagar, Pune-411014. I have rarely been able to complete a voice call - whether incoming or outgoing. And since the signal is very weak and unstable I have stopped using Vodafone data pack since last one or two years.

                              I have been charged rs 50 towards cine zone service which i never applied.
                              The deduction was done on 23rd july 2018 without my notice. I have raised a complaint in vodafone service centre. I need my refund as soon as possible otherwise i am going to change my service from vodafone to any other better mobile service provider. Previously rs 5 was deducted towards some pretty zone service and still no action was taken. If this goes on i will publish all bad reviews on social media against vodafone.

                              I have been charged rs 50 for cine zone service which i had never applied.

I have raised a complaint in vodafone service centre ...i talked with customer care lady named rajji she refused to tell me the complaint number also and nothing was done till today.. I need my refund as soon as possible otherwise i am going to change my service from vodafone to any other better mobile.

                                I did a recharge on date - 01/08/2018 for a certain vodafone prepaid recharge number. It said that number was successfully recharged but actually that number was not recharged at all!!

                                Transaction id which i got from vodafone - nhdf[protected].

                                Please recharge the number asap! I hope you will be able to know the number from this transaction id.

                                  I'm paying to vodafone for the services which i don't even get. Its been around 2 weeks, i don't get network in office. No voice, no sms, no data. Vodafone keeps telling me it will be fixed in 24 hours but nothing happens. When i try to port out to airtel, vodafone keeps calling me to stay on vodafone with promising nothing! Wow!
                                  The lady says please stay on vodafone and the issue will be fixed soon, when? She has no idea. But she still wants me to stay. I'm paying money to vodafone and in return i get nothing, still she wants me to stay..
                                  I've been a vodafone customer since it was bpl and it has always been pathetic at customer service.

                                  I bought sim on 19th July and today is 27th July still my sim is not activated and I got a call yesterday from the voda executive he told me that my sim will be activated on 26th July night and after that, I am saying something about the timing or long procedure he disconnects the call

                                    I am chandra, i am a locality customer of vodafone since 10 years but i didn't get any special offers from you and also customer service agents not pick my call what i do by whom resolve my problem and also recently i got the vodafone 4g sim then i will type *121# i get only 2g offers what is this nonsense right now all of the teleservices runng on 4g but this is going on 2g only i really disappointed for this one.

                                    I want services is as shown below.

                                    1) 4g data pack with unlimited calling
                                    2) dont ignore my call while i am calling vodafone customer care
                                    3) provide the best offers

                                    Why i am asking this 3 means i am a locality customer of vodafone since 10 years if you are ignore you will lost customer satisfaction i hope you will resolve my problem soon.

                                      I made a cash payment of rs.490/- against bill of rs.472.72/- on 26/07/2018 at renuka mini stores, yavatmal, maharashtra-445001. [receipt is attached as payment proof].

                                      However, yesterday i received a message from vodafone care that rs.400 have been credited to vodafone mobile phone with outstanding amount of rs.72.72 although i have already paid more than the bill amount.

                                      It is very dejecting for me and perhaps also you as i am your customer for about 10 years now.

                                      Kindly escalate the issue at the earliest.

                                        Hi In the month of March 2018 I ported from Vodafone to jio and in may I got a call from jio that all my services have been stopped because of some due in Vodafone. I called to customer care of Vodafone they said that is march month so that I have to pay even though after paying my bill I have ported from this Vodafone to jio. Even though I agreed to pay that amount of Rs 148 to Vodafone but I the thing I was not able to make payment. I am tired of calling to that Vodafone customer care they are not responding properly please try to solve my issue
