I am vodafone postpaid user from last 1 year. But recently from last 3 months vodafone has blocked my incoming and outgoing call and sms because o[censored]npaid balance but vodafone have sent me several messages that they had converted my sim to prepaid and suddenly they started sending bills on my no. Due to which i have being facing problems related to net banking and getting otp on my registered number and this no. Is also attached to my gas connection that's why i m facing several problems

    I contacted vodafone regarding my mobile number [protected]. My bill has been high. I was told i exceeded messages. Prior to this when i had called regarding high bill i was told 180 charged incorrectly will be reversed. Which wasn't done. I requested cancellation of this number without port out. I was told i can't cancel unless i pay my bill.

      Vodafone has been charging me for value added service very hefty and in bill they show as usage charges and wen asked by me for a summary, convinently their server ia always updating or is down and they cannot access the data and i have to call them later and the cycle keeps on going.
      I don't understand i[censored] cannot compite with other service providers, u give cheaper plans and charge customer by such means. Well played vodafone..

      Myself Sabyasachi Maity . In my father in laws house at vill- Maishali, P.o- Naikuri, P.s.- Tamluk, Dist -Purba Medinipur, there is very very poor network of VODAFONE . Communication is very difficult.

        I want to bring in your kind notice that we are using vodaphone no. [protected]. We got a call from vodaphone dnd department that we have sent a massage on dnd number for home loan facility but i would like to state that our's is a prestigious ivf hospital we do not deal in home loans.

        So i would request you not to stop services on our phone number as this number is very important and used by our pregnant patients, as they call on this number while having any complication. Stoping services on this number can land them in to problem. Hope you will understand and do the needful.

            14th August 2018 Time 12:45 pm i given to a request for convert to post paid to prepaid i submet all document and i paid advance amount also.
            But I have not been refunded my security deposit, which is 400 rupees,
            I call to Customer care many time, he give fake answers

              I have got litigation notice from vodafone for 2 small bills (Rs. 294 and rs. 767) which i have already paid.

              All the bills are already paid long time back. You can also find attached screenshot. They are unnecessary harassing me calling everyday from different2 no. S every-time i am telling that bill is already paid. I have also confirmed from bank and bank is saying that vodafone has already claimed these amount.

              You can check in the screenshot and credit card that rs.294 is paid on 12.07.2018. And by mistake i have paid twice 767 rs. On 12.07.2018 and 16.07.2018 for which i didn't get refund.

              Every time they are sending me litigation notice and harassing me on phone and on mail.

              Also i have asked them to close my all 3 voda no. S. They have sent the confirmation mail also but after that they are generating the bill and saying only 2 no. S are stopped and one is in usage. But that one no is also not working.

              Kindly help me.

                NETWORK problems in my office.(at Bhuleshwar) since last few months.
                There's only one message on phone
                NOT REGISTERED ON NETWORK.
                Have sent several complaints emails to various authorities but all in vain.
                I am given assurances that it will be done in 3 working days but I'm fed up of your answers.
                I'm missing all my important business calls and emails.

                  I had subscribed to vodafone number [protected]. Vide mail dated july 14, 2018, i had sent a mail to vodafone customer care requesting for (1) changing my billing mail id from my official to personal, mail id and (2) immediate deactivation of vodafone numbers [protected] and [protected]. Before sending the said mail, i had attended the vodafone store near my residence at veera desai road, andheri west, mumbai-400053 and the mail was sent as asked by the executives in the said store. On the same day i received a mail from vodafone customer care confirming that, "regarding no. [protected], we wish to inform you that your request will be processed at the following id vodafonecare. [protected]@vodafone.com, which has already been forwarded by us".

                  Inspite of the same, vodafone has sent me a bill of inr 588.82 which has hit my credit card and will be paid as well. When i visited the vodafone store today i. E. 18.08.2018 at 10.30 am and met vodafone executives mr. Kaynath and his manager ms. Priya, they rudely stated that because i had sent the mail from personal mail id and not official mail id, the billing was correct and rudely refused to acknowledge the mail from vodafone mentioned above. When i requested for mail id of a vodafone appellate authority, both mr. Kaynath and ms. Priya behaved rudely with me and refused to provide any such details nor where these details displayed at the vidafone store.

                  I can provide documentary evidence, if required.

                  Without being verbose, i request for a refund of inr 588, 82 wrongly billed to me.

                      I am also facing the same problem of balance deduction, without any intimation and doing anything. They are claiming we have downloaded something from third party site, which is not the case. There is some flaw with Vodafone system and they are not agreeing to it. This should be stopped.

                        I have been using vodafone service for last 8 years. But i think the firm turns a profit hunger these days. On 16/08/2018 i was informed through a message from vodafone that rs. 75 was deducted from my account as juiceup pack is activated. But i have never given my consent to activate the pack. I am a keralite and reeling under the throes of flood. Why are they doing like this? Is the pack named so since it squeezes the cash of it's subscribers? I tried to talk to their customer executive but due to natural calamity, their services are down. I strongly ask the firm to refund the amount, which was taken from my account without my consent.

                          When I blocked my papa Vodafone prepaid sim after my mobile with papa sim in it being stolen, I asked papa to get the sim with same no. But duty to some fingerprint issue with Aadhar reading from nearby Vodafone centre, my papa had to go far off Vodafone centre sector 14 gurgaon centre.They told papa as sim is not working now for getting the same no. U have to take postpaid sim.as my Paytm with 4000was in that so he took it.then first month without using the sim bill was 250yhen next month again 280 but second month as bill not paid they added 100rs late fees then that way they made 800s bill .so with this bitter experience and worse behaviour of store my papa paid 500rs and 250rs security he asked them to settle it by closing sim.but I could not have access to Paytm till then as I was away so now I need that sim in working condition and I demand for refund of all that extra bill which would not have been there if sim would have been prepaid as requested and demanded.till now they are messaging him on alternate no. Continuosly .This is a harassment

                          Please start dnd service on my no. Asap. Everyday 2-3useless calls from vodafone i am receiving i want to opt out of that. Please don't disturb me with unnecessary information. If a person needs information he can call you. Why u keep calling and disturb me. I m a doctor and because of your unnecessary calls my urgent calls which can be lifesaving can be missed so please don't disturb. And activate dnd.

                          Their dealing with customers is malicious. They give half information compel people to take postpaid. Rude behaviour is destroying ur companies big name. Please provide prepaid service on my no. And start my no. My no. Didn't start as the others were not able to read thumbprint of my dad. And provide the sim too late when it has already been 3 months. I just need paytm call on that no. Of mine.in my family everybody is having vodafone but i think now is time to switch to other service after this type of service

                            Your customer support people from [protected] spoke with me in very harsh and indecent manner. I have raised complaint against those people for nearly 10 times and they took my complaint at my final call. They don't care for what I am about to talk. Vodafone cheated me in my internet offers too. Redmi doesn't support is their final answer given.

                                In my aug 18 bill of vodaphone no [protected], wrong International roaming data charges added, where same were not used by me, Its is just 7 mb data which charges Vodafone levied in bill and not get waive off and not understanding my issues..IR roaming also not activated by me.Pls reduce this charges in bill.
                                Am harassed from vodafone about this activity.

                                  Pls do solve network issues and number shows switched off inspite of the phone being on pls do resolve earlier too I had the same issue after complaining I received network for nearly a year and again since 6 months facing the same issue at masterji compound, chickoo wadi, malvani church, marve road, malad west, mumbai-95 this is the reson many of t vodafone clients are switching on to jio if the same problem cant be resolved i too will switch all the 3 vodafone numbers we poses at my house pls do revert in regards to this on my numbers

And the concerned person who called me regarding my outstanding bill was very very rude and didn't have the decency to atleast ask me why i had not paid the bill.. I have experienced very poor customer service.. And too expensive.. I will never use vodafone postpaid and i will never suggest anyone to take vodafone number.

                                    The person called me and apologized.. Plus she guided me to the process of disconnecting my number ... She told me that my outstanding bill is of 1960rs and then she will give me n.o.c and end my Vodafone connection. Now let's see if she actually does that

                                      Hey vodafone company. This is just a request to u guys to kindly get good vodafone network in my area. We have major network issues. We dont even have proper internet networks. Its really disappointing in 2018. Please do something. We cant make calls properly and even if it connects, we rarely stay audible for long time due to the poor network. We cant even browse net as we cant even enjoy 2g here. We cant even think of 4g. Please do something as soon as possible. We really need help.
