I Submitted a Complaint on here on 27/07/2018 and after Submitting my complaint they mailed me for my contact and after getting my contact they called me again and again When I attended the Call Fraudster said They are Bank officer They take my Debit card details One Fraudster of this fake website theft my personal and Bank Details from here and They make a Fraud from my Bank Account and Debited 15000 from my Account ...Guys Please don't Ignore my post..I am warning All of You please stay Away from this Website... Thank You

    I have a corporate connection & had taken a 10 day international pack (Free calls & unlimited date usage) & before that expired i requested to activate another 7 day international pack (Free calls & unlimited date usage), as my tour to uk was for 16 days (4/06/2018 to 20/06/2018). They have charged me for both the packs & now have further charged me rs. 5003/= for data usage.
    If i have an unlimited data & calling pack active throughout my trip, how do they charge me additional for date?
    The funny part is that a similar amount was charged as data charges on my wife's number, which is also a vodafone number & had the same 10 day + 7 day pack active on it. However when she took up the matter with her personal rm assigned to her, the additional data charges was reversed.
    But the corporate team refuses to reverse the charges, without communicating further.
    I have requested several times to talk to the seniors, but to no avail. My regular mails also go unanswered.
    It seems their only way to make money is by over charging & harassing their customers. Which is very disappointing.

      Hi,
      I am rajesh and my postpaid vodafone number is +91 [protected]. I am currently living in usa. I activated international roaming services while leaving from india. But i am not able to connect to the network.

      I selected international roaming from sim applications and tried to manually latch to both at&t and t-mobile. But neither of it worked. It is still showing no service.

      Could you please help me to resolve the issue asap.

      In USA every carrier provides a national gateway; here in India, there are many depending on carrier, but NONE for vodafone.

        As per my offer i can get 250 mins free call per day (Max 1000 mins a week). I rechaged rs 458 on 17/7/2018. My free week started from 23/7/2018, 9.30 pm but i couldn't able to call from 27/7/2018 morning. Customer care executive of vodafone said i used 1000 mins within 3 days which is absurd... They are not giving me any call details of the said days... (24, 25, 26 th july)... One week have gone, till i am not getting my free calls..

        One of the executives said I can get call details from the Vodafone Care shop... I contacted Vodafone Care centre nearby... They said they have no provision to show call details

          I would like to complaint against vodafone service provider who first tried to con me and when i didn't agree, they are now making my life hell.
          I am writing on behalf of my 80 years old grand father who was a vodafone user with contact no. *
          He did not have the smart phone and he got a bill of 1200 rs in the month of april. I, his grand daughter walked into one of the vodafone stores located in rdc raj nagar ghaziabad and asked for help however the executive out there was not so helpful and when we told to throw away the sim card he didn't mind that and asked to do it to avoid paying the bill.

          So as discussed in the store we have discontinued using vodafone and now they have prepared a bill of more than 3000 ruppees which they want us to pay.

          They call us end number of times in a day and they crossed all limits by sending their executive to our home address.

          Please take some immediate actions against them.

          to send SMS to 1900 for Porting...
          but, iam not able to send only for 1900... "message Could not sent" is showing...tried 10 or more time...

            Even though, they have ported this no. To aitel, when i dial from my mtnl landline no. 28983746, it says - the vodafone no. You have dialled is disconnected.
            It doesn't connect to my above mobile no.
            From other landline nos. I can connect to above no.

              I want to complaint about vodafone service. As i want to change my postpaid plan to prepaid.However due to incomplete information provided by your store representative, voda customer service, tele verification person and chat person, it's not done yet. Now they are saying that I have to pay 407 amount then only my request being accepted. I am not gonna pay single pany as it's not my fault.

              I lived in Hazrat Nizamuddin, and your store is in Lajpat Nagar so, on 14th Jul, 2018 I visited your VODAFONE store at Lajpat Nagar, (Address: K-98, Ist Floor, Veer Sawakar Marg Lajpat Nagar-2, Opp. Golden Dragon, New Delhi VFSTORE, Lajpat Nagar, Delhi 110024) to change my POSTPAID PLAN TO PREPAID because from last 3months from when I change my number from my father name to my name they said I have to use PREPAID connection for 3months then onl I’ll be able to change frm POSTPAID TO PREPAID. So, after completing 3minths with POSTPAID plan I visited your store and after waiting approx 1Hr I was assisted by one girl I don’t know her name then she check my Aadhaar card and provide me one PREPAID SIM and told me after 72hrs it will be activated so, I asked should I need to call anywhere? She denied the same and said no the SIM will be activated after 72hrs. I said OK and then I leave the store. On same day 14th Jul, 2018 I receive a call from a guy who asked me why I want to change the plan so, I advise him I don’t want POSTPAID PLAN. He said ok so within 72hrs your new SIM will be activated and then you will change your SIM. Next day 15th Jul, 2018 I thought it was changed so, I change my SIM but it’s not working. Then I again call to your call center and some guy answer my call and he said request is under process and you have to wait for 72 hrs after that change your SIM and dial 590590 then you new SIM will be activated. Then on 16th Jul, 2018 at 16:19PM I received a message that that my POST-PAID TO PREPAID request is rejected due to an outstanding balance. I check same online however it shows 0.00 outstanding balance. I don’t have a time to call again on call center so, on 17th Jul, 2018 may be at 02AM I chat with one of your executive name NIXON. I ask him where is the outstanding balance so, he also said may due to an issue previously it shows however now there was no outstanding balance but I need to visit store again for same. Then on 17th Jul, 2018 I call you complain number 193 and spoke with Shishir when I asked him about outstanding payment so, he said you billing cycle was 23-23 so, as you register your query on 14th Jul, 2018 however whatever is the payment due from 23th Jun till 17th Jul 2018 you have to pay that firstly then only your request will be considered and I asked what is the amount so he said as per PLAN of INR 399.00 divide given by 23th Jun till 17th Jul 2018 multiply 18%GST so total approx INR 470.00 I need to pay. I told him previously no one advise this procedure not store person, not verification person, not that person whom I called on 15th Jul, 2018 and not even Chat person NIXON even he told no outstanding and you told me some other procedure. Shishir said mam this is the procedure only I told him that I am not gonna pay and if I want to PORT my network he said YES MA’AM you can do no apology nothing. Then last time on 18th Jul, 2018 I complaint through your website about the issue and then after one day I receive a call from your executive Ms Aparna Giri, I told her the entire story and told her that no one advise me about any procedure which Shishir advise as I paid my last bill on 11th Jul, 2018 and placed request on 14th Jul, 2018 so, how come I need to pay INR 470.00 again and I told her I am not gonna pay any single money and it’s your mistake as you didn’t advise me about same. She said she investigate the same and then she called me again and said they checking the store information. On 19thJul, 20418 she called me again and said she raised a complaint against store and I have no outstanding balance in my account but to change my PLAN I have to visit store again to get my PREPAID SIM. I told her as of now I don’t have time to visit as there is a long queue and it was far from my place so, whenever I was free from my official and other works then I visit the store she said OK but please carry your Aadhaar card I said OK. So, yesterday I was on off and I try to go store but due to heavy rainfall I was unable to go. And today I received a message about the VODAFONE bill of INR 471.11 and last date is 11th Aug, 2018. I just want to say that I am not gonna pay a single money. Either help me to or just say that you guys not gonna help me any more so, that I can take further steps I don’t have that much time to visit your store or talk with our agents regarding my issues again and again. Resolve it ASAP as I am not gonna pay any amount.

                  I have shifted to delhi and delhi vodafone store people are saying that this sim is from rajasthan and we cannot deactivate it.

                  I cant go to rajasthan for sim surrender.

                    I have received an offer letter from some people after paying 1450. After that they asked me to make the payment around 5700 for laptop security deposit. But i asked questions instead of making payment. After that they have sent me training letter. Presently i have offer letter and training letter from vodafone. I would like to know whether it is true or not. How do i validate? I am attaching my offer letter and traning letter with this attachments. What should i do i want give my money please help me,

                      I started getting SMS from 53131 and the content is health tips. Each SMS delivered to my phone is costing me Rs.3 and all this is without my permission. SMS is received randomly the whole day, making me loose my money everytime.
                      Today itself it costed me more than 20 bucks for stupid tips.
                      Please deactivate from my mobile as soon as possible.

                        I wanted to port my number from vodafone to airtel and when i send port message to 1900 then it's not sending and i tried 20-30 times but all other messages are sending and receiving on the same time. It seems that vodafone company has blocked this customer's right so that customer can not port his number and it's against rule. But the thing is a customer will port his number only if he is not satisfied with the service. I would request to trai to take an action against this company that how can company do this with customer??

                          unable to recharge online

                          Since yesterday i have not been able to recharge my vodafone sim at the vendor's payment site online.
                          After entering all my bank details and otp i get the message "authentication failure. Try another payment option."
                          This has happened earlier also and after calling up vodafone customer care, the issue had got resolved. I am able to recharge mobile numbers of other companies except vodafone. Why is this a recurring phenomenon...

                            Dear sir,

                            Two weeks back my vodafone sim ([protected]) got deactivated.

                            I reached to nearby vodafvodstore but they dined to activate it untill i take vodafone postpaid plan.

                            I had prepaid plans, but they forcing me to take postpaid plan otherwise they won't activate it.

                            They offered me 299 plan, when i said it's too costly they they asked to with 99 and 300 security deposit.

                            I am unable to understand why this much problem they are creating.

                            Even i called costumer care they asked me to take some recharge, i took but didn't work.
                            Later again when i called they again they asked to take another higher recharge.
                            And now i am not able to take to even consumer care.

                            Could u please help me on this.

                              Myself palwinder singh, a disappointed & suffering customer with vodafone services. I am using this network provider from a long time but all the time facing problem while connecting net from my residence. There is worst net connectivity i am getting all the time from my residence. I have already made complain at vodafone customer care so many times but the problem lying still the same. The way in which vodafone has treated my complain its totally disappointing and made my thought that its the worst internet service provider. They are doing nothing but making fun of the services. Hard to believe that on one side vodafone claiming best internet connectivity on their marketing campaigns but on the other side in realty ground, its the worst network service provider.

                              If someone is really listening to the customer complaints please respond to this mail.

                                I m shuddhodhan walke, holding vodafone postpaid number: [protected]

                                Which i got converted in prepaid before six month ago against which security deposit was more than rs.1000/- which i was supposed to get after 45 days, now since more than 5 months have passed i have not received the same, on contacting customer care they say to visit vodafone store, after visiting vodafone store they told me that there is no security deposit in my account after again contacting customer care he said you will get your cheque in a day, till yet no correspondence i have received nor the cheque. They are seriously making the person mad, some one says your cheque is returned due to incomplete address, how is it possible at the time of sending bills, they come on time.

                                Please resolve the issue as soon as possible. Else i take any further actions.

                                  Do din pehle daali gayi vodafone company ke against postpaid bill ke regarding complaint ka abi tak solution nahi mila. Na hi koi message ya phone company ki taraf se aaya hai. Costomer care wale b koi baat nahi sun rahe. Bol rahe hai k aapko bill to dena hi hoga. Apni taraf se hi charges paye ja rahe hai. Bahut loota ja raha hai. Cpls tell me as early as possible.

                                    I had applied for a new sim online from digi10.com. On[protected] at around 3 p. M. The delivery person arrived at around 6 p. M and completed the formalities and activated my sim instantly and said that the first recharge wiil be done by them

                                    The plan details:1 gb/month unlimited for 28 days rs.177.00

                                    As said it was recharged and started working from[protected].

                                    On the same day i downloaded paytm app

                                    On[protected] when i logged in to sbi online i found this entry

                                    There is a debit entry in my sbi account for which i have not made any transaction: the details are:

                                      Am using post paid sim past 6months ago and i want to change my sim prepaid i telling coimbatore 100feet road customer care service he is not proper responsible in our customer so am canceled my postpaid sim and returned my vodafone. Application over 3month past he recently send my alternative, mob no message me (Legal conciliation rs. 354.1/- on vodafone no: [protected], [protected])
