I want to convert my postpaid number to prepaid number as I've already a Vodafone postpaid number so I want to my this other number to be prepaid as I don't want to pay monthly rental for no usage.
I like Vodafone, and they help me out as well. Please pay attention to it.

      I have activated the international roaming for my Vodafone number. Still the network is not available for me in Turkey. And when I tried to reach the customer care, no proper response is given. When I tried again they responded that there is a application issue and couldn't see any customer details regarding the issue. I have been stuck here without network.

        I am a vodafone postpaid costomer from last one year before that i was a prepaid customer in d same company. I m a govt. Employ in moga. Vodafone representative offer me a post paid plan in which i have to pay only 300rs annualy for 300local and std mints. Without internet and sms.. Accepted d proposal. But nowcompany send me unnesaary post paid bill. Recently i paid 360rs bill from my credit card. And before it paid rs.500bill. Now company send me rs 621. 81 bill. When i asked customer care about description of bill she told that rs270 advanced for annualy postpaid plan. And rs240 internet charges. When i asked her that i used jio internet then why i will hav to pay internet charges she could not provide satisfactory answer.

        Koi b plan renew karne se pehle costomer se poochcha nahi jata. Bina btae post paid plan continous kar diya jata hai aur custmer ko koi jaankari nahi hoti. Baad me bill me charges lga diya jata hai. Costomer ke poochchne par kaha jata hai k ye to aapko dene hi padege. Pehle kaha jata hai k is plan me internet nahi nahi hoga baad me bill me internet charges daal diya jata hai jab k internet use nahi kiya hota... Pehle bola jata hai k is plan me 300rs annualy dena hoga is k ilawa koi charges nahi lage ga.. Kuch time baad apni taraf se charges daal diya jata hai aur customer ki koi nahi sunta

          हम आप को सूचित करता हूँ की हमारे यह वोडाफोन का टावर तो है मगर जब तक लाइट आती है तब तक तो टावर चलता है जैसे ही लाइट चली जाती है उसके बाद नेटवर्क नही आता है! और टावर गार्ड से भी बोलो तब उसका एक ही जवाब रहता है कि हमारे पास डीजल नही! अगर लाइट 1-2 दिन तक न आये तब तक टावर बंद रहेता है, तो आप से सविनय निवेदन है कि कृपया इस समस्या के समाधान करें आप की अति कृपा होगी!!

            I have a vodafone postpaid connection for the past 9 years (Chennai number). Now i want to change my connection to prepaid.

            I live in madurai. Since mine is a chennai number, i was asked by vodafone customer care to travel to chennai and visit the vodafone store over there to change it to prepaid.

            What a process! When it comes to actual customer pain points, can see the real face of the customer friendly nature of vodafone.

            Such a concernless reply by the customer care personnel.

            If this is the procedure, i'm going to for sure cancel my connection.

                I activated full dnd. But still no effect, i am receiving a lot of calls from the bank employees. Please let us know if your dnd enrollmen, does have any impact? Is that effective?

                  Myself amarnath k, from so many years i am using vodafone and also in our village around more than 3000 peoples are using vodafone

                  We have a basic issue of 2g network itself, call drops so many time and you cant hear opponent voice.

                  Even we have complained so many times in udumalpet vodafone office and customer care but there is no single response from anyone

                  So all our village peoples are trying to move to other network who is providing some good service and respecting the customer voice.

                  Otherwise we are planning to give a petition to collector against the vodafone service

                  Hope vodafone will not extent to that level, expecting the quick response at the earliest

                    I have recharged rs.458/- (Unlimited local std & roaming within india with 1.4gb data per day free for 84 days.) on 15/7/18 i have called on phone number [protected]. And at that time vodafone has deducted rs.3.825 from my account. Why? What is wrong with this phone number? Please clearly give reply or give credit deducted amount immediately. For this 7 mail send. But no reply till date 25/7/18

                        I am currently working in uae and i have a red basic postpaid number. I need to activate international roaming service just to receive "otp" sms from indian banks on this number. While talking to vodafone agents over vodafone mobile app, they told me to make a security deposit of rs 10, 000/- to my vodafone account in order to activate international roaming service of rs 149/- per month. They said that this amount would be adjusted in the upcoming bills or refunded.

                        I would like to know if this is correct.

                          I have a negative balance of 1156. I did not activate any international roaming packs. Without giving a single notification they charged for the sms that i had sent. I had zero balance so i thought messaging might be free as i travelled abroad for the first time... I even checked my balance but it was showing zero only. After returning to india it showed the negative balance. I dint even ask for yet they provided credit, and moreover i am a new customer from 3 months only. Kindly reset my negative balance to zero... The customer care dint even help.

There was no transaction ID given. It is one of the bonus plans screenshot is there. And nothing is shown in the history of transaction please resolve this issue or refund my money to my account

                              I have also a wifi connection, the connection number is ([protected]). Those connections are postpaid and i dont want to continue it any more. Please deactivate those accounts as early as possible. The reason for disconnecting those numbers due to my relocation to different city.

                                I am using vodafone [protected] but i have facing many problems with vodafone network my mobile and sim both are 4g and i recharged with 4g data but in my mobile show 4g signal but net speed not come after this its comes in 3g, and after this its come in 2g.
                                Vodofone gives add we have stronger network i feel no strong network they are trying to make us fool
                                I complaint to vodo care 4 times i have also complaint no but same problem i have facing yet
                                My location is haridwar bhel plant
                                I[censored] are not able to solve this i will take help of social media for ur this network issue. We are paying money but we cannot use data properly

                                  My internet is not working even after 5 complain calls and its being a week

                                  And when i try to port from vodafone to any other network, port messages are not sending by vodafone

                                  Pls do something as soon as possible otherwise i have to break and throw my vodafone sim to garbage and move to other network and have to file a complaint against vodafone in consumer court or some other place

                                    There is a huge gap in terms of communication and understanding in your team, which you should know.
                                    I have been billed wrongly for ages. I got to know this when my friends laughed on me that, in this era i am spending inr[protected] on mobile bills and with minimal data. Then i noticed my spending and i was also shocked. The way i was charged for services not taken, late payment, some vas charges, double charges. So i will put all this in pointers so that its easy to comprehend.
                                    I was charged for netflix (500 every month) for 3 months, when i never had a netflix subscription. I raised this and they reversed the same, but it was never accounted on my app and next bill used to come along with the charges again... Why same error??
                                    I changed my rental to 699 from 1000 in last 2-3 months still my bill was 1200/1400/1600 some crazy amount.. How is that possible??
                                    What ever reversal happened was on mail or text messages, these were never accounted on the app, so i kept paying the wrong amount as i used to get last date ultimatum... Why the app was not in sync with the communication???
                                    After all the reversal was done, as per a gentleman from your team, the bill for april - may 2018 should have been either zero or some minuscule amount, but in the app it was reflecting inr1249.30, i was asked to pay the same and was told that it will be adjusted in the next month bill. I paid and it was not adjusted and again some mail to came to me saying its reversed and next month the bill came inr1619.82.. Why is your team looting me???
                                    At the end i would just like to mention that i have been using this number for almost a decade now... This is how you treat your loyal customers???

                                    Really looking for a resolution to this, i am not going to keep paying this kind of exorbitant bills again and again..

                                    My outgoing facility also stopped.. I need to get this activated asap...
                                    2015 the Namkeen Pack is activated on this number [protected] without my permission & deducet Rs-35/- till date. I did not subscribe this VAS Service. This robbery should be stop & arrange to return the deducted amount immidiately.

                                      With reference to phone no [protected] we requested to activate international roaming pack from 1st may to 5th may 2018 on 30.04.2018 but denied even after deposited rs 3000/- as deposit to activate as suggested by them on the same day and we arranged for alternative for international calling but vodafone, suo-motto activated on 2nd may and charge accordingly

                                        I wanted to stop my vodafone mobile number and as a process when i spoke to a customer care, one girl named anushka, mob no [protected] and mr sandip ph no [protected], i was told that i am required to pay rs 2650/- and they will stop it immediately. I paid them and also the same thing was also mailed to them.
                                        Extracts of mail are as under
                                        28 feb 2017
                                        Sir i am lt col rudraneel das sarma and i had a number [protected] and i wanted the same to be disconnected as i am not using it for last couple of months. On 17.1.2018 i was told by your customer care representative miss anushka mob no [protected] that i require to pay an amount of rs 2650 and she said she will immediately write a mail and she said she will stop it. I paid the amount on 17.1.2018 and my transaction amount is lsm[protected]. After that i messaged her on 24 jan at 13.51 from my bsnl no asking a reply of the same from. After that mr sandip spoke to me from [protected] and i told him the same story and he said he will fall back to me which as usual never did. After that again one day anushka called me from the same number and when i spoke and told her what have you done she said sir i will do it right now and as usual nothing has been done. Now i start getting call from every one else from different numbers and i repeat the same story every time. Plz do the needful because almost 3 months i am not using the number and as promised by your representative i paid the amount and now i am not going to pay a single penny. Stop the number and stop calling me.

                                        Refer my email on 28 feb 2018. Everyday i am getting calls and telling the same things to everyone. Yesterday some nidhi/nishi called up and explained the same to her and she took anushka's number and said she will check the same but again the same thing. I am being disturbed everyday. Nothing has been done still now plz stop the number and stop calling me.

                                        I received a call 3 days after and again narrated the whole story and they said they will check it out.
                                        Yesterday 23rd july i got a call from mr rahul mehta, advocate by profession mob no [protected] and he said this is a legal issue and i have to pay 1407/- or need to come to delhi court because they are legally issuing an order. He said the penalty will be 13000/- with interest or pay now or meet in court. I had no choice but when i was paying he told me i will help you through this process.in vodafone sight there is an option click here to pay bill online for inactive vodafone postpaid number or vodafone number ported to other vodafone circles
                                        Once i paid they messasged me ok. If i was told at the first stage that you pay 2650/- by the same process i would have done so. Now they charged me extra rs 1407/- fraudulently. I want to get refund of my amount rs 1407/- and compensated for my time and energy
