Vodafone has still not resolved the issue I have been experiencing at my place. It is more than 5 years that I have been writing emails, calling the service center, however, there is no change. I have been informed to check my sim card, change the phone and none of these have resolved the network problem in the area of Parel- Currey Road. Kindly notify if the concerns will ever be resolved and will Vodafone provide a proper network in these areas?

    for the last 2months i have been using the vodafone now i need to activate call conference so i approched help line but they are saying that i need to fill some form &photo copy should be given to near voda fone service provider then only it will be activated but in other network without such these formalitis they are giving call conference so i feel that it is very bad & suppose if you want to sell any of your things in just sms u r activating i thing it will end at your costmer loss so try to avoid this

      Hi,
      I have been going to Vodafone store in Kalyaninagar, Pune since last 5-6 months to convert my Vodafone postpaid connection to Prepaid, however every time they have some excuse and ask to come again.
      Finally when I gave them all what they needed, now since last 4-5 visits they tell me that the system of postpaid to prepaid system is down.
      Once they told me that there is no power in the store and their back-up is also over.

      Please help, as I am being charged monthly rental since last 5-6 months unnecessarily.

      No - [protected]. I never requested for ring tone. But it plays. In future I will never request for ringtone. Please, Please dont play any song for my phone .

        Complaint : Connection no-[protected] Type of connection-postpaid Complaint no-not provided Problem details-as per consumer he has postpaid connection of the Vodafone company and he got a call from Vodafone company and they provided the plan of rs 399 and 150 discount on his 399 plan and 20GB data, 100 sms unlimited calls and till now and he activated the plan but 150 discount not provided and 100 sms not provided and he faced slow speed issue so he contact to the customer care they did not get any solution..and he send the mail to the company but they said we are contacted but no response..so he want to complaint regarding that concern...

        It's totally a type of negligence by Vodafone. At the time of porting, what the commitment made to me must be resolved which is still pending...on behalf of Vodafone being held as responsible.

        I am using this number since from last 15 years...& you guys are playing and harassing again & again. It's really shameful since being a huge brand in the market.

        Who will take the responsibility...?

          मी विक्रम जाधव राहणार कल्याण ( पूर्व ) येथील रहिवासी असून गेल्या कित्येक महिन्यान पासून Vodaphone कंपनीचे सिमकार्ड वापरत असून, माझ्या घरी Vodaphone कंपनीच्या सीमाकर्ड ला नेटवर्क येत नसल्यामुळे मी गेल्या ६ महिन्यापासून त्रस्त झालो आहे. माझ्याकडे idea, Airtel कंपनीचे सिमकार्ड असून मला त्यांचा कधीच कसला त्रास झाला नाही, मी अंजून पर्यंत जवळ जवळ कित्येक वेळा वोडाफोन ग्राहक निवारण केंद्रात मला होणारा त्रास सांगितला असून पर्यंत कोणत्याही प्रकारची नेटवर्क मध्ये सुधारणा केली नसून ग्राहक प्रतिनिधी प्रत्येक वेळा असमाधानकारक प्रश्नांची उत्तरे देऊन वेळ मारून जातात म्हणून न्यायासाठी मी हा अर्ज करत आहे.
          मी गेल्या ५ महिण्यात मी केलेल्या तक्रारी चा नंबर आणि महिना खालील नमूद केला आहे .

          गेल्या काहीमहीन्यात मी सोसिअल मीडिया फेसबुक माध्यमातून सुद्धा माझी व्यथा मांडायची प्रयत्न केला असून तिथं पण असमाधानकारक उत्तर दिली जातात, तुम्हाला कॉल केला जाईल असे सांगून सुद्धा कधीच आजपर्यंत एकसुद्धा मिस कॉल वोडाफोन कंपनी कडून आलेला नाही . फेसबुक वर झालेल्या संभाषणाची एक प्रत पुरावा मी जोडली आहे,
          वोडाफोन सारखी एक प्रतिष्टीत कंपनी सामान्य माणसांची नाहक पिळवणूक करत असून विना कारण त्रास देत आहेत, करून मला न्याय द्यावा हीच विंनती .

          There is no response from Vodafone i have received they are not doing any activity to resolve the my issue.
          Incoming and outgoing call barred since yesterday and customer service representative attitude while talking with me is not good no resolution from Vodafone care i am premium customer of Vodafone this is how they deal with us
          I have activated MCI service my Vodafone no but I am not getting the benefit I called to customer care service but I did not get proper information, still monthly charged 30rs for this service kindly do the needful
          I came across a person who is fraud bearing a vodafone number: [protected] and has cheated on a huge amount of money and has switched off the number.
          Can vodafone help in finding their identity. This person identified herself to be from New Delhi named Simran.
          My Vodafone number is [protected] and facing a lot poor network and connectivity issue at my home place by Vodafone
          in spite of writing so many mails to Vodafone no positive revert is received from them nor their representatives are least bothered to resolved the same
          Then you tell What is the experience i have with Vodafone. You Vodafone Care Less Propels Harassing me Since 1 Year now. That the same problem i was Airtel they resolved in 1 week of time. MY 1 Vodafone Number i have port in Airtel. BAD Network and Care less peoples i ever seen in my life.

                My mobile no. [protected] having company corporate plan at boisar, on 23.05.2018 I received incoming call from [protected] and nobody was talking on the same day at midnight i.e at 24.05.2018 12:35 am incoming missed call from [protected] and suddenly on next minute it from 12:36 am outgoing call connected to +[protected] for 35 mins and 2s .

                I got Rs 540 .bill for that call in my mobile .
                Kindly do the needful against this type of fake call.

                  Recharged my mobile number on 29-Jun amount of 159/-, amount debited from the account but same not reflecting in the Mobile number. Contacted the customer care, They informed me that same will be credited back within 5 working days. I waited for 10 days and contacted them again for refund, they said that send the screen shot of debit details of source account. I mailed screenshots of debit account details to vodafonecare.[protected]@vodafone.com, not received any reply to my mail. after 5 days contacted the customer care again and they mailed me today stating that the recharge done to wrong mobile number, see how care less they are with the consumers. They confirmed that same will not be credited back to customer. For example, if we transfer the amount to wrong person banks will take the request and hold the funds of other party and with the due diligence they transfer the amount to victim. Here these guys are not bothered to see the complaints of victim.

                  Please look in to this issue a serious one, which is the recklessness of of customer care on voice. Please check all call records of mine with your customer care rectify the same as soon as possible, I need my money back to the account.

                    On 16/07/2018 I received sms from Vodafone saying that miniplex pack had been activated and a sum of Rs 75 deducted from balance of my mobile no [protected]. Immediately after I saw the sms on 17.07.2018 I submitted deactivation request as it was done arbitrarily without my consent. After 30 minutes I received confirmation sms that reactivationhad been done but refund of the amount has not yet been received. I lodged a mail complaint on 17/07/18 to their customer care for refund of the amount but no response excepting automated acknowledgement has yet been received. Suitable punitive action and control mechanism must be initiated to curb such unfair profit making practices resorted to by some tele companies.

                    They refunded the amount to my account under advice to me through e-mail. As such the complaint stands resolved now. However, regulatory authority should address the issue of activation of packs without customer's request adopted by some telecom companies.

                      NEW BILL CLAIMS AND DISCONNECTION OF SERVICE.
                      My vodaphone network is dead from 18th Jan 2018 on the day I left to USA. I was told that I will get only inward SMS if I remit Rs.530. I did it on 12th Jan 2018 after paying all the past dues. But the service stopped once I left India.
                      Vodafone itself billed and took Rs.530-00 in various months., which I paid as advance for ONLY INWARD SMS Package or facility for Rs.149-00 per month.
                      With out any service you claimed 177-00. In order to retain to retain the service. But SMS did not come. 5th May18 to 4th June 18 they made a claim of Rs.2950-00. When I repeatedly complained, the claim was cancelled, by them.
                      Now they posted that from 5th june 18 to 4th july 18 my usage bill is Rs.1201-00. Why they are charging this dead connection that too with the disconnection for the past SIX MONTHS.
                      I am still in USA and my letters to restore INWARD SMS scheme is not done . My main information of bank alerts, tax alerts are blocked because of this. Now they are telling my maximum limit is exceeding. How long they want to harass the customer?

                        My trouble started when I activated a one month International Roaming Pack. Once I reached the foreign country (UK), I found out the International Roaming was not working and my mobile did not connect to any network.

                        I informed the issue to Vodafone technical team back in India and they send a set of guidelines to follow in order to activate the International Roaming. Non of those procedures worked after three days of back and forth mails and work arounds. Since nothing was working I asked Vodafone to cancel my International Roaming plan immediately and they cancelled the same.

                        After two weeks when I reached India, a hefty bill of Rs.5900 was awaiting me and my outgoing calls and messages were barred.

                        I wrote a mail to the customer care and they found my issue to be genuine and since I have not used International Roaming facility, they agreed to retract the wrong bill in writing.

                        Now even after two months neither I have received the correct bill nor my outgoing facility reinstated.

                        Should I not receive the correct bill, I left with no other option than to go to consumer court .

                          Dear sir, i received a message from Vodafone stating that scheme i requested to activate on[protected] lifestyle pack is now activated and balance of rs 35 will deducted from my account on rental of weekly basis. Now, i did not request any scheme it was self activated. I called the customer care of Vodafone, they did not help me for it and did not provide me enough information about the scheme too. Now though it's a small amount but it's forgery. I request you to solve this matter and return me the unnecessary balance deduction from my account.

                              Hi,
                              I had my iphone damaged, hence claimed for an insurance from vodafone red shield. Though my claim was accepted, the processing has virtually taken a toll on me, as it has been almost 1.5 month till date.
                              May 23rd was when my iphone was damaged and the same day I claimed insurance, and till date I haven't received the amount due to the extreme delay in processing, though all the relevant documents have been shared ages ago.
                              An extreme case of lethargic service...
                              There are 2 customer care numbers provided in the website[protected] /[protected], which are super busy on any time of the day, lest they are not interested in picking our calls neither call back. It's sort of a 1 way communication, wherein you literally have to hold back your anger, anxiety and wait for these people to call you.
                              After having to deal with them for almost 1.5 months now, I veritably am clueless as to how I escalate this situation.
                              As per requisite I have shared the following documents- Claim Declaration form, Autofilled claim form, Aadhar copy, PAN copy, Voters ID copy, pics of the damaged iphone, pics of Box, Repair estimation cost invoice, Cancelled cheque, Purchase invoice bill, Repair invoice bill.

                              It would be great if atleast the concerned call up to discuss the exact delay in the process, or pick up the call when we try connecting to them- but in this case neither happens.

                              It's high time I need to escalate this issue, so as to avoid any other unsuspecting customer being taken for a ride...

My vodafone bills were higher than normal, when I requested you to reduce the bill amount my Vodafone no [protected] please settle the payment and revert many times I complaint against my Vodafone number bill but same problem every time please reduse my bill amount then I pay my Vodafone no bill

                                    I used a Tata Docomo Prepaid Connection. I recently got a call from vodafone customer care (i think it's from cochin). They told me: Tata Docomo will be shut down soon you have a provision to change to Vodafone with exciting offers for free and the monthly rent is only Rs.360 (something). Offer is: Unlimited call and sms to any number in anywhere in India and 2GB data, then i decided to port. After 2 days i got a new vodafone postpaid sim from a vodafone route sales executive. after 1 week my Tata Docomo shows no network, and then i put the new sim. After few days I got a message that you don't have active data plan, extra data usage will be added on your next bill, for more details download 'My Vodafone' app. i downloaded it and sign in. it shows Rs.0.00 balance amount i have to pay and i used data again. regularly i checked due bill in this app, it always shows due amount is Rs. 0.00. after 3 weeks i got a call from vodafone and says that i have to pay Rs. 1170. after that I checked in that app. only after that time it shows the bill amount Rs.1170. then i called customer care and asked details about the bill. then the customer care executive told that the data i used is about Rs. 800. and rent is Rs. 360. he told that the data limit is only 2GB for 1 month. On the first call at the time the executive don't said this data limit (2gb/month).

                                      Respected Sir,
                                      I purchase new vodafone sim card on 14-july-2018 and paid 300(293+7) rupees at vodafone store rajkot.
                                      293 Rupees for recharge plan and 7 rupees for balance
                                      Vodafone executive told without recharge i can't purchase card
                                      Once i paid and start using card i founded there is no network in my location.

                                      Now i can't use 4g/3g internet or make call or receive call and incase call connect voice not proper(poor voice quality) because vodafone network not available on following Latitude Longitude(21.847422, 70.493838)
                                      please provide solution.

                                      Either Vodafone refund my amount or provide network facility in my area.

                                        I've lost my phone yesterday and went to Vodafone store for a duplicate prepaid sim card at paragon mall rajauri garden new delhi the lady there tried to fool me stating that the prepaid won't work now you have to switch for a postpaid number despite repeated conversation she finally gave me 2 sims for the same number one prepaid n one postpaid which is still not activated more then 24hours now. I called customer care number today and got to know that my previous sim card is still active wow thanks to these guys for their carelessness just to achieve the target the lady didn't even deactivated my sim keeping all my identity personal data bank account passwords logged in paytm at risk.. I will sue Vodafone for this.
