Hi all,
Please deactivate my vodafone number ([protected]).
I have also a wifi connection, the connection number is ([protected]). Those connections are postpaid and i dont want to continue it any more. Please deactivate those accounts as early as possible. The reason for disconnecting those numbers due to my relocation to different city.

    I am using vodafone [protected] but i have facing many problems with vodafone network my mobile and sim both are 4g and i recharged with 4g data but in my mobile show 4g signal but net speed not come after this its comes in 3g, and after this its come in 2g.
    Vodofone gives add we have stronger network i feel no strong network they are trying to make us fool
    I complaint to vodo care 4 times i have also complaint no but same problem i have facing yet
    My location is haridwar bhel plant
    I[censored] are not able to solve this i will take help of social media for ur this network issue. We are paying money but we cannot use data properly

      My internet is not working even after 5 complain calls and its being a week

      And when i try to port from vodafone to any other network, port messages are not sending by vodafone

      Pls do something as soon as possible otherwise i have to break and throw my vodafone sim to garbage and move to other network and have to file a complaint against vodafone in consumer court or some other place

        There is a huge gap in terms of communication and understanding in your team, which you should know.
        I have been billed wrongly for ages. I got to know this when my friends laughed on me that, in this era i am spending inr[protected] on mobile bills and with minimal data. Then i noticed my spending and i was also shocked. The way i was charged for services not taken, late payment, some vas charges, double charges. So i will put all this in pointers so that its easy to comprehend.
        I was charged for netflix (500 every month) for 3 months, when i never had a netflix subscription. I raised this and they reversed the same, but it was never accounted on my app and next bill used to come along with the charges again... Why same error??
        I changed my rental to 699 from 1000 in last 2-3 months still my bill was 1200/1400/1600 some crazy amount.. How is that possible??
        What ever reversal happened was on mail or text messages, these were never accounted on the app, so i kept paying the wrong amount as i used to get last date ultimatum... Why the app was not in sync with the communication???
        After all the reversal was done, as per a gentleman from your team, the bill for april - may 2018 should have been either zero or some minuscule amount, but in the app it was reflecting inr1249.30, i was asked to pay the same and was told that it will be adjusted in the next month bill. I paid and it was not adjusted and again some mail to came to me saying its reversed and next month the bill came inr1619.82.. Why is your team looting me???
        At the end i would just like to mention that i have been using this number for almost a decade now... This is how you treat your loyal customers???

        Really looking for a resolution to this, i am not going to keep paying this kind of exorbitant bills again and again..

        My outgoing facility also stopped.. I need to get this activated asap...
        2015 the Namkeen Pack is activated on this number [protected] without my permission & deducet Rs-35/- till date. I did not subscribe this VAS Service. This robbery should be stop & arrange to return the deducted amount immidiately.

          With reference to phone no [protected] we requested to activate international roaming pack from 1st may to 5th may 2018 on 30.04.2018 but denied even after deposited rs 3000/- as deposit to activate as suggested by them on the same day and we arranged for alternative for international calling but vodafone, suo-motto activated on 2nd may and charge accordingly

            Sir,
            I wanted to stop my vodafone mobile number and as a process when i spoke to a customer care, one girl named anushka, mob no [protected] and mr sandip ph no [protected], i was told that i am required to pay rs 2650/- and they will stop it immediately. I paid them and also the same thing was also mailed to them.
            Extracts of mail are as under
            28 feb 2017
            Sir i am lt col rudraneel das sarma and i had a number [protected] and i wanted the same to be disconnected as i am not using it for last couple of months. On 17.1.2018 i was told by your customer care representative miss anushka mob no [protected] that i require to pay an amount of rs 2650 and she said she will immediately write a mail and she said she will stop it. I paid the amount on 17.1.2018 and my transaction amount is lsm[protected]. After that i messaged her on 24 jan at 13.51 from my bsnl no asking a reply of the same from. After that mr sandip spoke to me from [protected] and i told him the same story and he said he will fall back to me which as usual never did. After that again one day anushka called me from the same number and when i spoke and told her what have you done she said sir i will do it right now and as usual nothing has been done. Now i start getting call from every one else from different numbers and i repeat the same story every time. Plz do the needful because almost 3 months i am not using the number and as promised by your representative i paid the amount and now i am not going to pay a single penny. Stop the number and stop calling me.

            Refer my email on 28 feb 2018. Everyday i am getting calls and telling the same things to everyone. Yesterday some nidhi/nishi called up and explained the same to her and she took anushka's number and said she will check the same but again the same thing. I am being disturbed everyday. Nothing has been done still now plz stop the number and stop calling me.

            I received a call 3 days after and again narrated the whole story and they said they will check it out.
            Yesterday 23rd july i got a call from mr rahul mehta, advocate by profession mob no [protected] and he said this is a legal issue and i have to pay 1407/- or need to come to delhi court because they are legally issuing an order. He said the penalty will be 13000/- with interest or pay now or meet in court. I had no choice but when i was paying he told me i will help you through this process.in vodafone sight there is an option click here to pay bill online for inactive vodafone postpaid number or vodafone number ported to other vodafone circles
            Once i paid they messasged me ok. If i was told at the first stage that you pay 2650/- by the same process i would have done so. Now they charged me extra rs 1407/- fraudulently. I want to get refund of my amount rs 1407/- and compensated for my time and energy

              I had taken 5000rs roaming pack and they are charging me much more even though they didn’t provide me service.
              Other than that pack was for 28 days and they gave service only for 10 days!!
              They have also stopped all my services at the moment and not giving any other details! Tried contacting them too many times!
              When i crossed credit limit also they didn’t inform!

              They have been completely careless about it! Only been sending the automated replies - no one looking into it and just adding late payment charges!
              No one is resolving this since 2 months now! In fact just facing issues as my number has no outgoing!

                Vodafone is cheating people by offering 3 months plan with bla bla for rs. 559. How : if you recharge for anything in between, your rs. 559 is gone and you will end up writing them and their reply would be this is how we make money. They also claim that you made a mistake so face it. But were is the clause that confirms that if you recharge above the previous plan your will lose the earlier one? Where is the information or alert that says so? That is just a secret because 80% are going to make such misakes and end up losing money.

                Moreover, they have a pathetic customer care center, they one i spoke to literally started crying and raised his hands by saying sir i will lose my job if i help you with rs. 559 but sad that he is not aware that vodafone is making a hell lot of money by faking humble people.

                Email solutions from vodafone is so stiff that they just copy same email again and again and keep on sending just to irritate you.

                Choose service provider with better services and don't fall in the trap of white zoazoos cheating from the back.

                  I have been falsely charged for making special call to 51717*0 on 26/06/2018.in reality no such calls were made. I was charged an additional 532 inr for a call that was never made, when i googled the special number i found that such complains were common. I am disappointed that a multi billion dollar mnc like vodafone would resort to such unethical practices.
                  Whats interesting is that the itemized bill shows no calls on the said day except for the 51717 special call. I can't believe it.

                    I have deactivated my mobile number before deactivation i have paid 1290 rs. But i have not received the amount even i contacted the vodafone show room at ecr. I have no update. I have waited for more than one year

                    I have emailed the customer service and nodal. [protected]@vodafone.com but no response from anyone.

                    If they not respond after deactivation then why should they debit the amount to us and deactivate?

                    I got message from vodofone as vg -vfcare
                    in that message, they said i am currently active on the wwe zone_ads pack tour 15 days subscription of rs 75 will be deducted on the 20/07/2018.
                    I did not active that type of scheme .
                    This is not tolerate my balance money is also low .

                      I purchased vodafone red plan and they provided insurance over damage on my device.
                      Now my device got damaged vodafone gave me a contact details of other party. That fake company took 10 days for claim approval then after approval pick up will be done in 48 hrs but now its 6th working day today and no one contacted me. Worst service i will not recommend this vodafone plan which provides insurance to your device.

                      Its my primary device which got damage i could get that repair by myself through service center but what about that money for which i am paying to the company.

                      Those who are reading this please don't take any service from vodafone. They are fake.

                        As per above subject vodafone is not providing basic requirements like water toilet facilities to the workers. Especially for ladies.
                        Not providing salary on time.
                        Without esi they are allowing to work, if any problem occurres who will be responsible.
                        Franchise is not taking care of the employee's
                        Not providing mobiles for demo and internet facilities
                        Employee are using there own personal phones for office use and internet charges are paid by themselves for office use.

                            Igot frustated from the service of vodafone and i want to port my no. But i cannot send port message to 1900. Everytime i try to send it, it says message cannot be sent. I can send and recieve messages from other numbers. But i cannot send sms to any cc numbers like 1900, 111 etc. I called up customer care several times, but they were not able to solve this issue.

                              The details on mrp rs.161 all calls & internet free for 28days i got on the vodafone app. And the given
                              Message on my number came as rchrg of mrp rs.161 on 06/07/18 sucessful tlktime rcvd rs. 0.13, gst rs 24.56, accessfee rs 136.31, new bal rs.0 transid onr[protected].

                              But on the same day due to network problem i couldn't access the same. The next day when i called vodafone customer care the executive received the call and told me that the offer was not valid to my number and talk time to 133 (Approx.) was given to my number and i have spent using internet that was not true. After that they told me to refund the same to my bank account as i have recharged through net banking. Then again i recharged my same no. With mrp rs.199/-. But till now no refund has be done to my account.

                                I have received call from phone no.[protected] yesterday 21.07.18 from soniya asking for cashback of Rs.4800.00. She asked for detail of AXIS Bank Card and SBI Card details. I have given. After few minutes four transaction has been done debited from my Axis bank and 2 Transaction has been done from SBI Credit Card. Total amount was Rs.29092.00 debited in mpaisa, mumbai.

                                  I am in business travel to Jordan. Before leaving India, I have recharged for Rs.350.00 on June 30th 2018 to get the sim activated for international roaming.

                                  I have changed the sim card to my basic mobile and restrict my self to attending call and used only for incoming SMS such as OTP etc.,

                                  I received sms as international roaming rental Rs. 149.00 was deducted. I am ok with this deduction.

                                  So I have recharged for Rs.200.00 on July 4th 2018.

                                  Few days back I checked the balance and found that Vodafone has deducted the balance and current balance is Rs.19.46.

                                  So I have approached Vodafone to get clarity through mail and they said it was deducted for incoming calls.

                                  I never attended any calls during my international travel. I have requested Vodafone to share the incoming call log. But they refused and not refunding the deducted amount.

                                  So kindly take action against Vodafone.

                                    My phone one plus 3t screen turned purple and black all of sudden.and I put a claim with mobile shield with all proper document.in Initial claim form I mentioned that though phone fell while being taken out from pent pocket but not at all damaged but after few hours screen started turning purple and within short time turned full black. Then they sent prefilleded form and mentioned" pent se phone for a aur damage ho gaya"
                                    They rejected claim citing reason of Reason : Loss reported is caused due to incorrect storage, poor care & maintenance, improper handling, careless use of the device by the customer, hence the claim is not payable. There after they have stonewalled themselves. No response to my emails, calls kept on hold then disconnected. I paid premium for 13 months and first claim rejected outright .
                                    Vodafone says we are not concerned with it as it's only a tie up.

                                        I was using my vodafone no. since last 9 years In may 2018 I went to link number with adhar card at vodafone store in pune .They compelled me to convert to postpaid and then verification failed .Now my No. Is deactivated and again they are compelling me to take postpaid no. and asking to make fake identity for verification.
                                        PLEASE HELP.
