I Bunty, took Vodafone postpaid no. [protected] but now I m not liking the digits so I would like to cancel the no. and as and when my no is get cancelled I wil take some another no of the digits that appears nice to me. It is humbly requested to cancel this no so that I can get another no of my choice at the earliest.

Sir my compalint is regarding vodafone company . Sir I allready submit my compalint to trai. Gave written compalint to Vodafone head office and given a written complaint . But Sir not get any response no m going to consumer court pls look this matter regarding my old no [protected] . Which is alloted to someone else without any prior notice . I was using this no since 15th year and this no is very important for me it linked with bank and other...

Its been 15days and vodafone mobilr plan has not changed even after continuously contacting vodafone cuatomer care, vodafone store, vodafone app, through mails from last 13-15days but they are not initiating a plan change. All of my request through all modes are still pending.
They are just screwed up and just giving absurd reasons for non-activation....

I have made the payment of outstanding amount to vodafone through online but i was informed that they have not received the amount.

In this regard i contacted my bank and they have confrimed on successfull payment done to vodafone.

I made many calls to vodafone and also send them snap shot of my transaction to vodafone and moreover i forwarded the mail received from bank confirming the succesfull payment done...

I am Girish Sharma from Bareilly UP WEST i hv 2 postpaid numbers but last 2 days i have receiving the call from Vodafone store CIVIL lines bareilly he talk with misbehave no talking sance when i replied him or her then they told me they are send to me a legal notice and using abusing language with me.
I request to you please take action about this matter as soon as possible....

This issue began in March, 2018.

I'm being charged a ridiculous amount by Vodafone for an International Roaming bill (Rs. 1, 74, 000).

The way their billing system is structured, it seems like they're easily able to place the responsibility on the customer by using deceptive terminology and obfuscating prices.

I'm now being threatened with legal action.

I would like to inform you that I have used this mobile number [protected] & service provider Vodafone India. I have seen last few months my balance was deducted form my mobile number account, I have several times talk to Vodafone customer care but they haven't resolve my issue, they also charged me that I have download some content but that timeing I haven't any download.

Courier handed over to Ranchi DTDC office on 7-Jul-18 POD no. V46219764 but still not delivered to the destination. This type of issue we are always facing with DTDC and authorized person not even picking the phones. On faith we are sending valuable documents with extra payments but not getting adequate services. In Ranchi there some Misharji who is the authorized person at Ranchi but his response is very poor and he is not even picking phones...

I converted my 2 idea no to vodafone postpaid and trying to get status about it but your service center person without giving me information and complete my question cut the phone or put my call on hold and also not giving me proper answer and that happens 3 to 4 time in a hour then what i do for thay can i cancel my postpaid request...

Why I can't recharge my SIM. N showing cards face value is greater than session limit. Is this way to fool your customers. Since I was using pospaid for many year and there is no satisfactory and change to prepaid so that I will get some benefit. But instead of that I can't even recharge my SIM. I believe in vodafone so m using it but now it's creating problem to me now. Please fix the problem. Or else you all will lose another customer...

Have been charged 2257 saying that I called to 51717 and talked for 120 mins, that too for Astrology, which is in all the way u realistic. talking for 120 mins is not at all possible without charging Guys please be aware of this kind of fraud, if you face the same problem then complain about this, at least other people will come to know about the same issue......

I have already raise a request before 6 month to deactivate (complaint number[protected] I don't know why you guys are still sending me a bill to pay, I am sure I don't use this number past months then why I have to pay the amount for You !! Take this matter seriously and verify my usage past month do go ahead deactivate it immediately if it still alive.

Sir...i have activated a plan of 199 rupees per month...now this month it is showing that i have got to pay 1771 rupees...i called your your customer care they told me that your plan has been changed...whom did u ask before chamging my plan ...i m not going to pay this amount...plzz solve this problem asap...i cannot pay for things i haven't asked for...plzz solve this is issue.....

I am complaining regarding appalling manner in which Vodafone is handling consumer service and complaints raised by its customers.

I am facing problems with the DND services where in I keep getting marketing SMS and calls after being registered under DND services. I have been following up with vodafone regarding this since more than 9 months and they have been unable to resolve this issue. In May 2018...

01/07/18 Sunday I have recharged 30 rs by online net banking. I sent msg so 3 rs detected from main balance. But later that I loss 15 rs from main balance. I have informed and complained 198 toll free about 4 times every one said that amount will be refund but not happened. Again I complained to customers care 111 toll free he also promised amount will be refund shortly or 24 hours and he taken as complained but still i did not get amount....

Number was from Delhi ncr [protected] as it is 10-12 years old.
But i duplicate the sim in Hyderabad as i shifted to hyderabad 2 years back.
