I have deactivated my postpaid number on Nov 3 2017 after paying all the standing amounts in Vodafone store. But still I am getting mails to pay for that number and mentioning that if not paid we will send leagal notice. This mail was came on Jan 2018 and again few days back. But when I went to Vodafone store they were telling there is no standing payments, so u no need to worry. Can any one please help.

    My data network is not working properly since last 15 days. I tried and tired by making complaints to 198 and since yesterday not able to connect on 198. Done all the settings as per your representives instructions but never succeed to achieve 4G network. So I decided to quit and since yesterday trying to send PORT sms to 1900 but sms sending failing. Why ? Vodafone is not serving good and also not allowing to quit.
    Anyone here reading this complaint please note that I strictly recommend to say good bye to this fraud company.
    I dont want to be with Vodafone for a minute long. Please give permission to send SMS to 1900 I have 10 rs balance take 10 rs for that single SMS. But I want relief from you guys. Plz Plz Plz Plz PLz PLz Plz Plz

      Hello,
      I want to report a complaint against Vodafone telecom, that my phone number has been charged for Bollywood Beauties services without my knowledge.

      I had requested the Bollywood Beauties service to be stopped when the first time it occurred, but it has been billed again.
      I want the amount credited back to me.

      In the attached pictures, you can see the transaction number and date, and for any other information you may contact me.

      Vodafone telecom has acted upon the complaint, and has deactivated the aforesaid service. But since this wasn't caused/chosen for from my side, I want the deducted amount to be credited back to me. Also I would like all future charges on VAS be deactivated, unless asked for.

        Hello,

        My Name is Sree Ravali, I have requested for postpaid to prepaid conversion of my Sim on Apr 7 2018 i have visited Chanda Nagar store and given the form for conversion they have asked me to pay my outstanding bill which i have done it through vodafone app and also too extra amount of (118RS) for 10 more days claiming that it would take 8- 10 days for processing and you have to pay that amount now itself i have paid 118 Rs using my debit card ( receipt no. AP136R180407_[protected] and they also gave my pre paid sim. Then i have waited for 10 days but my netwrok was not converted to prepaid i have raised multiple complaints had a chat with the executives and dropped multiple mails to vodafone but i never got proper response from them every time they say that they have raised a complaint and they will get back to me but my issue never got resolved then i got my next month bill ( may bill) wich is around 580 Rs they claimed that i have downloaded games in my mobile that the reason i got that bill which i never did so . its been three months but my issue is not yet resolved even after multiple follow ups i have visted the store thrice called vodafone around 25 times .

        Now they have disconnected my network and least bothered to convert my sim from postpaid to prepaid. I am very much disappointed with vodafone customer service no one would ready to take responsibility of customer problems they just route it to others .

        i would request you to kindly take serious action on this ridiculous service they provide and i always got unnecessary extra bill from them.

          Hi,

          I have gone to vodafone mini store (Take Point) in Amrut Nagar Mumbra for conversion of vodafone postpaid to prepaid but everytime i go there people there tell come tomorrow or come in evening & not ready to serve customer.
          Such store where customer is not given importance & ignored should be closed.
          I am vodafone customer & will try to go to some other service provider i stead of going to such store.

          Thanks Vodafone for such ruthless service

            I received a message from Vodafone that Caller tune service has been activated on my number at around 6pm on 13th July 2018. I had submitted no such request for the same. This is a fraudulent case as it has been activated on my behalf without my consent. I have now submitted a request to cancel the service at 10.09pm and it has been cancelled. Now I need a refund of the charges that has been deducted. Please refund my money as soon as possible else I'll port in to some other service provider.

              I received a message regarding DND registration at 8 pm
              Dear Customer! Your activation request for[protected] on 13-JUL-18 cannot be processed as this service is already active in your account.

              When I sent a complaint regarding unsolicited SMS I got the following message at 8.30 pm
              Dear Customer, we regret your request could not be processed as DND service is currently not active. To activate Full DND sms START <Space> 0 to 1909.

              Receiving unsolicited SMS which should be stopped

                Myself satish being Vodafone user with number 96******43 have been heavily chated for around 6K INR for non usage. They did not wavie of inspite of me giving proofs.
                1. They charged me for 3KB for every 15 mins for 23 hours for 30 days.
                Their bill shows it clearly. How come some one can use exactly 3KB after every 15 mins for 24 hours a day for 30 days without even sleeping. I got doubt if there was international data roaming on and if there was some app running behind. When i checked my international roaming was always off it was never turned on even once also. I asked them this question like how can one consume exactly like this. But still they force me to pay
                2. They dont have international toll free number or europe toll free customer care number or even minimal charge europe customer care number and they ask us to call india number for which again we are charged.
                3. Point 2 is still fine, i asked them to call me on my international number for which also they are not ready they said they will call only on india number. I said ok for that also. I told them i will receive u r customer care call on india number but wavie me off that fee atleast for which also they are not ready
                So summarry no international toll free number for us to call, they wont call on our international number and they wont wavie off call charges if we have received customer care calls.
                apart from all these they will keep charging you when your mobile is off also and they will charge you. See my screen shot you will only understand

                Hi all i was having continuous follow with vodaofne, but no use they keep copying pasting same answer every time. More over they charged me again 1000 Rs extra. Guess for what? As i told neither they have toll free number in europe neither they can call my international number not they will wavie off the charges for the calls for which i have received from their customer care. They call me and i Pay for it because they dont have facility to call my international number nor they have europe toll free number for me to call. Where its customer centric here they literally dont care

                Hi Team i have been fighting with Vodafone but no use. in every email they used to send me message they are not able to call me as i am in international roaming. Once i received to explain them clearly about my issue and they charged me around 1000 for the same. They said they cant call me on my international number but when i received call i was highly charged and when i requested they never gave me wavier and fighting from one month. Where is customer centric i dont understand

                Guys finally vodafone gave me wavier for their customer care call which they had done to my mobile while i was in roaming. But other query still is pending which is for 3956 INR. I would like to reitarite the issue again
                In the bill dated 20.06.2018 data charges were for INR 3956.30
                From 24/05/2018 till 01/06/2018 for every 16 mins exactly 3KB was charged for 5.49 INR
                This was charged for all days for every 16 mins exactly for the same amount of data for whole tenure from 24th May till 01 of June.
                How can any person consume internet like this like a robot for every 16 mins exactly 3KB for whole tenure without even sleeping or doing his daily activities.
                I raised this many times but still vodafone says we have investigated and its correctly charged which i dont agree.

                  Vodafone has deducted an amount of Rs 36 stating that I have been subscribed to flash celebrity video blog pack which I have not subscribed. My phone is a feature phone why I will subscribe to such links. Continuously I am getting flash messages to subscribe there rubbish service which I don't want. Pls don't sent any advertising messages and don't deduct money unless we confirm. Stop sending flash messages and refund the amount as soon as possible.

                    I tried to have Tata sky corporate connection, executive gave me the number and after doing my KYC he gave me a time frame that it will be activated.

                    But when the sim not get activated after long wait, i got a call from the executive for paying some money for the connection to get activated .
                    I think this type of behavior by some MNC is very cheap harassing to customer.

                    So I am gonna lodge a complaint with consumer forum.

                      I have been Vodafone postpaid customer since more than 5 years with multiple connections; recently i had disconnected one of Vodafone no. [protected] with full & final payment of amount Rs.882 @ motijheel store kolkata on 21.04.18.

                      This payment was CONFIRMED BY EXECUTIVE AT STORE THAT THIS WOULD BE MY LAST PAYMENT FOR THIS NUMBER.

                      After few days I’m getting frequent calls that I would need to pay another payment…which is not acceptable.
                      Kindly look into this matter. This is not accepted from Vodafone.

                        I switched to Vodafone few days back from Airtel. It was working fine until one day I received below message.

                        Details of bill dated 03-MAY-2018 for Airtel : Total Due: Rs 220.40, Due Date: 21-MAY-2018, Bill Delivery Date: 08-May-2018. 15% service tax has been replaced by 18% GST. To view bill/pay online, click http://www.airtel.in/ccm

                        I called airtel and even they did not have any updates on this bill. Still to avoid problem, I went and did the payment in airtel store.I sent the reciept to Vodafone to the mentioned email Id.Still they sopped my outgoing service. Reciept has been sent thrice, still customer care is saying that they have not received any email from my ID. So basically no one from Vodafone is taking up the responsibility to resolve thi s issue and I as a customer is suffering even after paying all the dues.

                          From last one month there has been series of activation o[censored]nwanted services & balance has been deducted daily for such services.. I had not requested nor searched for that services yet my balance is being deducted..

                          I want to stop this... Requesting Vodafone to stop this kind of balance deduction..

                            With due respect I do lodge my complaint to your kind perusal for early solution.
                            Sir I had recharged my mobile with Rs 199.00 & Rs 201 (Rs199.00+Rs 2.00 service charge) but neither my number was credited with recharge amount nor it was refunded to my debit account. Please instruct these service providers to refund my recharge amounts to my debit account earliest.

                              I am Swaroop Roy Gavini, holding vodafone mobile number # [protected]. From the past 5 days iam waiting for SIM activation. I had been asked to roam around the vodafone stores but till now the issue is not resolved. All I get to hear from vodafone stores is that "there is system exception and so SIM activation failed". They tried to activate my SIM for atleast 5 times till now with almost 5 new SIM cards. And I get to hear only one thing, please wait for 24hrs to get your sim activated. From last Friday (06-July), it is the same situation. I am left with no personal contact from past few days and service people are not even sure when this SIM can be activated. So, i thought of escalating this issue.

                                Dear Sir,

                                I am a vodafone postpaid customer with number [protected]. I am really disappoint with the vodafone services. My sim was ported from prepaid aircel to postpaid vodafone on first week of April, that time employee of vodafone store, green park branch told me that i can convert this postpaid to prepaid after 90 days. After 90 days, I went 3 to 4 times and wait for 1 to 2 hour each day in that store. Finally, their employee after talking with store manager replied me that It is not possible to convert before 120 days. I know there is no such type of boundation of 120 days with conversion from postpaid to prepaid. And I paid vodafone postpaid bill 2 times, first payment of Rs 154 and second payment of Rs 160 due to their employee fault and they are not refunding my excess amount. Now my outstanding amount of my postpaid connection is -195.96. here negative means I paid in excess They are doing completely cheating with the customers .

                                This whole mess up and issue created by vodafone store green park branch, employee handled my issue is name "puja" . Now she gave me new postpaid sim with same mobile number instead of prepaid connection. Ialready talked with store manager. She is also making fool. This is only for so that this postpaid number get work till 120 days and they can get advantage. This really unexeptable

We have provided enough proofs just to show them that the number we called was from dena bank toll free number and it’s not an international number. We also email them detail bill, copy of dena bank document and a debit card picture which clearly state the phone number listed on the document is toll free. So far we had to complain to the nodal officer of gujarat for vodafone also made another complaint directly to vodafone customer care. The issue is still pending and has no update from them. So far there total 8 complaints to vodafone.

                                  I have also contacted the nodal office for the same issue. But it seems Nodal office has resolved the issue saying that the number was ISD. How can be able to solve the issue without dialing the listed number on my account? Or without any raverification? The ISD number listed in my bill is Dena Bank toll free[protected].‬ In order to verify if the number is ISD or not, he has to only dial it from there own phone number or one of your companies number. This seems the nodal officer is not doing his job properly. I need help with filing a lawsuit against Vodafone.

                                    I'm being charged a ridiculous amount by Vodafone for an International Roaming bill (Rs. 13, 000).

                                    I had travelled to USA last month and kept the Vodafone Sim on airport mode as I had bought a local SIM for US.

                                    Today I received the bill with approx 10000 Rs of data usage. The customer service is helpless as they can only read the bill and nothing else.

                                    I request Vodafone authorities to waive this huge amount from my bill.

                                      I have been charged for some value added services for which i have never opted. I had sent several messages to stop these VAS. Now i am billed for this. I have also been calling SEVERAL times to reverse these charges. Every time i am told that the matter will be resolved within 24 hours.Since the last 4 days i am continuously calling up. The time taken to speak to a customer care executive itself is 10 minutes as there are prerecorded information on schemes. Now i am fed up of calling everytime without getting a solution to my problem. HENCE I WANT TO DISCONNECT THIS. PLEASE NOTE I WILL NOT MAKE ANY FUTHER PAYMENT

                                        I Bunty, took Vodafone postpaid no. [protected] but now I m not liking the digits so I would like to cancel the no. and as and when my no is get cancelled I wil take some another no of the digits that appears nice to me. It is humbly requested to cancel this no so that I can get another no of my choice at the earliest.

                                        Vodafone India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                        Vodafone has illegaly activated lifestyle pack on my number without my consent and deducted amount of Rs49 from my account.
