Sir,
i've made captioned payments on 23rd of june 2018. However you have not afforeded credit for the same. Infact i've made overpayment of rs.411.82, which is evident in the attached my banker's resoultion. As per my complaint with my banker the above two transactions are successful. My banker says that merchant i.E vodafone has received the payment on 25th of june 2018.

Please look into the matter afford credit for the above two amounts rs.1314.28.

Please stop the annoying commentary immediately.
Please resolve the issue at the earliest.

    My Vodafone balance deduction. My 21rs is deducted on 29.06.18.
    Wrong detail given by Customer care.
    Not sovled issue even after given time (24hrs). Complain no. [protected] filed on 29.06.18:21:22
    First Follow up on 30.06.18.22.35 and they ask for 2 hours.
    Next follow up 01.07.18:10:50
    Problem not solved yet. Wrong detail given from Customer care. This complain is registere again. [protected].
    Balance is not credited till 03.07.18.

    Is that legal? Vodafone is deducted my balance. Im not able to call. Balance still not credited even after complain. Is that any legal action which can be taken against them?

    Its 6th day after filling complain against the deduction but issue is not solved.

I used some other number to get touch with customer care but again rudely answer not proper detials. They are saying they are not able to reverse as they are not getting any option for it. Who will help me in this situation.

        I have charged my mobile no. With rs. 500/- and rs. 500/- again on 25th june 2018. I reached to australia on 28th june early morning at melbourne. I received messages for two days. Third day the mobile no. Has no signal and is dead. I send message to vodafone care through email. So far no reply. I was told of monthly rental of rupees 100/- and charges for calling and sending messages. I have to receive some important messages from my general insurance agent and from the bank.
        Kindly start the services immediately and oblige.

          I am using vodafone company's sim card. From last 6-7 month they are adding vas (Value added services) without any process done from me. Every month they add 39 to 99 rupees services i have to call every month and stop service from costomer care and they told me every time that you had selected from online procss. I had requested every time to stop every service to activate but no results i get today i got this message from vodafone
          (Hello! Re 1 store pack is now active on your number, as requested. This service is valid till[protected] and a 30 days rental of rs.99 will reflect in your next bill. To deactivate sms stop to or call 155223 (Toll free). Please follow the link http://re1store.com. for songs dial 1234 (Tollfree)
          What is this rubbish they are doing if costomer forgot to call they charge money from us. Vodafone company is theft company.

            Vodafone has charged of inr 9 for talk time of 1.1 min. For special no. 566777 telephone call from my registered mobile no. As value added service charge.. Telephone no. 566777 is a sms no. Of videcon d2h for activation of programmes in my tv. By mistake, i have called up telephone no. 566777 instead of sending sms. Naturally this is not connected and there is no. Response from this no. This happens thrice and every time vodafone charges of inr 9 for talk time of 1.1 min.. D2h clearly written in their web site that tel. No. 566777 is sms no. For activation of programmes

              Hello, this is dipak bachubhai ahir. I will try to keep it short and simple. Due to business reasons, i have been out of mumbai for quite a sometime, my number lies with my wife which she used only for incoming purpose. The vodafone company, without any prior notice or intimation, deactivated my number. Now, when my wife went for complaining and reactivation, the vodafone store people put the number on 'priced' list in front of her demanding rs. 5999. What is this, some kind of extortion? I have been faithful customer for almost 2 decades now (You can check my history and records), and the company gives this? I am very saddened with this, and if my number is not reactivated then, i will lose trust in the system.. I am looking for an action with immediate effect. Thanking you!

                Initially I used to pay only whatever comes in my bill cycle but for this cycle I do not know what they have added as extra/credit charges which is not explained at all. This is completely ridiculous and feels like getting cheated as consumer.

                Please look into it otherwise their would be no other option other then switching to some other provider.

                Tausif Miya kuch Nahi hona Vodafone ki taraf se to see into the matter and try resolving by providing & then maintaining atleast a local based company wala standard ?? Inki customer care is just ridiculous. It is not for cust service for sure as jo jo Ek branded (that too Vodafone jaisa worldwide, one of the top brands in the world) Co outsourcing tym pe and afterwards training mei sikhaaya jaana Chaahiye, Wat other co's do, Inki cust service totally uske opposite way mei kaam krti hai n bolke coz BPO hai, yeh woh krte hain.They are rude, don't have time to listen to ur queries in full, they literally scold you!! Batameezi ki had as gaaliyan bhi derahe hain with supervisor or colleague sath baitha??

                  i visited vodafone laxmi nagar store asking my existing number [protected] to be converted to cash card, i was continuously asked to change to another plan which i refused. in Continuation to that i was asked to pay my dues Rupees 7xx rupees which was paid in cash . and a new sim card was issued to me . and i was told this will be done in next 24 -48 hours.

                  next day on 1July i received a message from vodafone on my old sim card that my card cant be converted to vodafone cause my dues are not clear.

                  i called the customer care on 2nd July asking for clarification : i was told by Retention team : Ms Anjali that i owe to vodafone 0.24 paise, which directly contradicts the vodafone customer executive that no amount is pending post that request during my visit at the laxmi nagar,

                  i was told to go back to vodafone store spend another 2 hours to pay my dues 0.24 paise .

                  i think the customers service and customer retention team is indirectly forcing me to stay on the plan .

                  i have not used any of the services since my phone request to disconnect the old no.

                    Team consumer compaints,
                    I am ajay kumar reddy yarkareddy and i was used my sisters (Sireesha reddy yarkareddy) number [protected] from past 6 years and it was converted to my name.in that process i met customer service center in vijayawada (Name - bhavana). She said you need to convert from prepaid to postpaid for no further issues. And she said for this vodafone persons will come to your house and will take the details from you. She said at that time tell them you are working for — this company and you earned this much. That time only i said to her i am a student (Masters in agriculture - dehradun). She said tell the vodafone persons whatever i am telling you it doesn't create any issues and our own persons will come to your residency. She gave her personal number also. I said ok and paid rs.500/-in september 2017, after that also i was stuck because my number didn't work. After that i again met shahina (Because bhavana is on leave on that day) and paid rs.300/-. After that it worked for 45 days and then deactivated. Again and again i went and talked with them and in march 2018 i again paid rs.800/- to mastan in the same store but still my number didn't work. 2 days back june 29th 2018 i went to that store and asked regarding my number. They simply said you cant get your number because its internal number and you asked it for after 10 long months. So you cant get your number. I am completely vexed and i want to file a consumer complaint on this issue. Help me on this issue.
                    Note 1: i am student and my home town is near to vijayawada, krishna dt, andhra pradesh. But am living in the dehradun for my studies purpose. Every time i visit my home town i met them like 10 times every time. Every time they used to said your number will be activated and it will work. Thats why this long time i need to wait.

                    Note 2: everything related to my accounts like bank, aadhar, voter-id, drivers licence and pan card is related to that number. Thats why i am particular about this number and most of the people in my circle knows this number. I am very suffering because of this number.

                    Note 3: the store people in vijayawada are very very rude. They cant even responded politely. They said u didnt pay anything and we dont want to give any slips or papers related to this.

                    Please help me. I went to that store nearly 30 times. This is not the way to help a customer for his number.

                    Sorry for the wrong information. Actually i was paid Rs.500/- to bhavna in June 2017 and after it worked for 45 days and suddenly deactivated. At that time i was in dehradun. And again in September i paid Rs.300/- to shahina. and again in march i paid Rs.800/- to Mastan. Total of 1600/-.

                    NOTE: This is about Shahina, staff member in the store- she took money(300/-) from me and said your number will be activated in 2 days. Now i am asking her related this, she said i don't know about your money and she was very rude at me. i am saying her i will complaint this to higher authorities she doesn't even bother about it and said give the complaint where ever and when ever possible. This is not the correct way to deal a customer.

                      On 27th june i submitted application for portung from idea to vodafone prepaid. Idea network gone yesterday and today i inserted vodafone new sim. But trying to connect 59059 lots of time but either it get disconnected automatically or says the no you are dialling is wrong. It's prepaid sim.

                        Horrible network cannot make calls cannot receive calls cannot send texts cannot receive texts cannot browse thru data or access the internet.. Since 3 weeks.. I seem to be walking around with a phone that has no use at all as the vodafone network is so pathetic wherever i go.. Even though i escalated the matter it seems to be worse and the issue is not highlighted or resolved in any way the only place i seem to have any kind of network is at a vodafone store.. I plan to get a refund of my services and move into another network as soon as possible..

                          Vodafone is becoming wrong call charges like airtel.
                          I have been charged more than 1000inr saying call has been placed to 51717 for astrology etc for longer duration of 45 mins or more..
                          Its totally false billing, fooling with such reasons and way to loot the money from people.
                          @vodafone, if your competition with jio is not profitable, vodafone has choosen this way to loot money.

                            Ifrom my PAyTM i recharged a national sms pack of Rs.38 on29 June, 2018 im vodofone no. [protected], a kolkata circle connection. The owner of this no, is in Bangalore at present.
                            The operator Reference number given by PAYTM is: ONR[protected].
                            But no benefit has been received for that.

                            I am requesting you to look into the matter and provide the recharge benefit at the earlest.

                              Hi team,
                              I had two vodafone postpaid connections. I thought of converting one of them into vodafone prepaid. I went to this store located on ground floor of district centre, janakpuri. Every thing was done, they took my finger print for aadhar verification and stuff, i paid an outstanding amount plus the amount that we have to pau to convert vodafone postpaid into prepaid, they also gave me a new sim card and told me that i should put it in if the other gets deactivated. But i realised after some days that the sim never got deactivated. I contacted the customer care and he told me that it is the store's fault that they haven't forwarded the request and there is no need to pay the charges again. I visited the store again; after waiting for 1.5 hours i was told that you need to pay the charges again.
                              I mean it's not just about the money but they should know that we are wasting our full day for this thing. I want the team to contact the store or the concerned authorities to look into this and do the needful. Anywhichways i am going to port all my numbers into some other network. I had all my family and friends number in vodafone. I will never recommend vodafone now. Not just the service centre, even the customer support is helpless.

                                  I have been a loyal customer of Vodafone Gujarat for over 8 years and enjoyed the services until I moved into Palsana, Surat in January 2018.

                                  I have had no Mobile Voice Service for 6 months now and made at least 10 complaints via email and on their Vodafone website. My complaints were met with a standard response that there is good network in my area. So why is it that my family and friends cannot get through to me at my home nor can I make any calls for the past 6 months? The signal is zero and zero bars yet I have been paying the monthly prepaid recharge but not getting any service.

                                  All I want is a Vodafone Tower nearby or something Vodafone can do to enable to make calls to my family and friends from home. Thank You

                                  Vodafone has made no attempt to contact me. This is an emergency situation for me as I am living in a home where I cannot contact my Family abroad or relatives/friends in India as there is absolutely no signal here. This really bad mobile network problem has caused a great amount of stress not only for me but also my family/relatives and friends. All I want is enough signal bars within the home to make calls and receive calls. This is a basic human right since we are paying recurring payments to Vodafone but getting zero service. Absolutely the worst service I have had since moving to Palsana Surat. The Gujarat Vodafone CEO should be held accountable. He has failed in his duty of care for Vodafone customers. I just pray to God that one day he can't make or receive any calls for 6 months. Karma is very powerful.

                                  Update on 29 July 2018.Vdafone has no respect for customers. To insult me further they sent me a sms saying that there is a new Tower in my area but I am still not able to call or receive calls within my own home...ZERO SIGNAL BARS. The new Tower is a lie. My relatives and family are worried about me as they cannot reach me inside my home. They simply have to improve the tower strength to cover my home or install another Tower nearby. If they look after customers, I don't mind going back to them. They simply have to sort out my problem. I just need to make and receive calls from my home. It certainly doesn't make sense why I carry on paying the prepaid amount each month without having decent service. In fairness the Vodafone service in Anand and Ahmedabad was excellent and I even complimented the staff and managers on several occasions. However, Vodafone here is absolutely rubbish. The CEO of Gujarat needs to be replaced immediately and should be accountable for the poor service in this area. A good CEO would have looked into my almost 7 month case and sorted out the no signal problem. It's a disgrace and they are underestimating the power of ordinary people. We can make and break Companies in Hindustan. Now the question to the CEO of Vodafone is ''Would you like to carry on having a large customer base in Gujarat or would you prefer all your customers to support a Great forward thinking Hindustani Company like Patanjali to take over the Mobile Industry?''. The choice is yours and please don't underestimate the power of this great nation. JAI HIND

                                    I did not activate any stupid life style pack but you people unnecessarily deducted the money from my main balance for activating the pack which I have not done... And I want you to refund my money which you deducted from my main balance... I have also called your vodafone customer care but no response as such... by doing such things people will never use vodafone ever again.PLEASE REFUND MY MONEY. AIRTEL is much better than vodafone.                                       Nowadays one or two vas are activated on my mobile number without any request to activate the same. Everyday i have to request to deactivate vas from my services i even don't want in any sense. I request you people to please stop the practice of looting the customers in these ways as this will only degrade the reputation of the company as a customer can expose you to social media and spoil your customer base. I have already decided to switch to some other service provider who is more loyal to their customer and not looting in illegal ways.

                                      I want to convert my vodafone connection from Postpaid to Prepaid as now Prepaid connection providing same postpaid services in cheaper rate.
                                      So, I would like to convert my service from Postpaid to repaid.
                                      Out of State so, I have not done payment.
