I requested Vodafone via so called My Vodafone App that's

Hello Sir/Mam,
I have 1GB 3G/4G DATA Balance but when I open Internet then Internet is not working. I am requesting you to take back My INTERNET/DATA Balance and refund My Main Balance into My VODAFONE Number.
I hope you can understand what I am requesting you. That's why Please take back DATA.

But No response from there. What to do now?

    Vodafone prepaid balance being deducted for VAS activated without authorization.

    Have been using this connection for about a decade now. I appreciate the uninterupted and good quality service provided.

    But have experienced 3 instances in the last 3 days where my account balance is deducted, and i receive sms showing activation of bizzare Value Added Services.

    On contacting customer care, my service is deactivated and amount refunded. I again appreciate the customer service to do this promptly- but that solution is temporary.

    From the customer care personnel, i get to know this activation is being done by various websites that i browse, and that vodafone has no role in the deduction.

    This response is showcasing vodafone as an *irresponsible* service provider.

    And the solution offered is that i should install Ad Blocker to prevent this from happening.

    Being an internet service provider, Vodafone should be totally accountable for any deduction in my account.
    And I emphasize that as a customer, I should be intimated BEFORE any activation of any VAS.

    Even to talk to a customer care executive, the IVR takes confirmation, and I am unable to understand why VAS activation bypasses this procedure.

    The world of internet being filled with adwares and malwares, it is difficult to track and block such malicious links/popups. The Ad Blocker apps too are full of ads!

    As a patron of the professional service of Vodafone, i request you to develop a system where the customer confirmation on activation of VAS is taken BY VODAFONE before deducting balance/activating the same.

    P.S - I wouldnt want to pay for service that i dont require. The website would be keen on sales of those, and so may be vodafone. But deducting my account balance would limit my usage of calls/sms/internet- which is not acceptable.

      Respected sir,
      This is shivam. I am customer of vodafone for 3 years my number
      [protected]. I want to change from vodafone services i am sending msg
      bt i am receiving UPC code " Hi! You have entered the wrong keyword.
      Please enter the desired keyword and send sms to 1900" I am sending
      msg as PORT [protected] to 1900. I am facing these issue from last 1 week and i registered a complaint but there is no resolution from
      vodafone till now. I asked the cce to transfer cal to escalation but
      the supervisor who spoken are unable to give the
      correct info and asking me to talk to airtel customer care. They are not even aware of finding out the fault on
      this.. because of which i am facing a lot of problem as my sim is big and new smartfones hv smaller slots.. Will you please kindly help me or you will also keep the same silence like the others who are sleeping without rectifying
      the issue
      Note: (Its a kind request to anyone of you to respond please i beg you)

      Now one side i am professionally affected & another side i am mentally disturbed in many ways.

      So Kindly help me & take actions to clear the above issue sir.

      While sending port message
      Change text message setting

      Messages > settings > more settings > text messages > input mode > gsm alphabets

      and then compose the porting message and send the message

        A very high bill of something around 80k was charged to a customer using the number from last 3 years (bill was never above 2k in those years)...even after not willing to pay we talked to a vodafone guy and made settlement by paying 3k and he said that we will settle at that amount ...and then there were no mails for 6 months and now vodafone troubling us again sending mails to pay the bill.

          Hello,

          I am unable to make call after physical verification and I am new customer in Vodafone. my number started on 5 days ago but I am facing many problem like monthly plan ( Vodafone mediator called me and said : you got an offer all calls Outgoing in roaming and STD call all are free and 100 SMS + 1 year subscription of Vodafone play in Rs: 249/- Mediator name : NEHA and mobile No: [protected], [protected]) then I am agree to MNP But after MNP Vodafone activated monthly plans 399/- after that No-one call me for physical Verification some days later someone call me from Vodafone your calls are bared because of physical verification was not successful.

          Then I was go to the Vodafone store for complaints of Vodafone mediator for gave me wrong information and physical verification.

          But Next Day for complaints Executive called me for Verification and now verification successful but after 24 hours of Verification i am unable to make calls and messages.

          One thing in my mind is it Vodafone company is fraud or Not ?

          Now I want Vodafone make immediate action on mediator and give me report and activate outgoing calls.

          If Vodafone does not take any action on my complaints then I got a answer of above question.

            I am not at all happy with the vodafone service also want to disconnect the number, i am not using form past 4 months, and went physically to stop the number, but i can see still you guys are sending me emails regarding the bill.

              I use a prepaid vodaphone sim in my phone. I want the post call notification to be disable (By that i mean, the message that pops up after my call sayin "your last call charges was xx. Xx and balance is yy. Yy".

              I find this irritating and i think the customer should have the freedom to decide if he wants that notification or not.

              There is no option to turn this service off from vodafone app.

              Vodafone 3G internet running very slow. The speed is worse than 2G. I am not able to contact customer care also. They said that problem will be resolved by 22 June but the problem still persists. My data is being wasted everyday. Circle is UP East.
              I applied for tower installation through a person called Mr maheswaran ( mob no [protected] ). I was told I am beingapproved . I want to know the genuineness . So please call me in [protected] and [protected]@gmail.com. Help me out in checking the genuiness.
              Network issues while calling as well as data uses even 2g is not work properly but company clims 4g speed in my home town . Please look after this problem on priority. Before I change mind to portout.

                I have been applied for port from Vodafone to airtel on 14.06.18, and received upc reference no. VR336362 on 20.06.18, the validity of same port up to 29.06.18, and pending amount I have already been deposited, there are no any pending amount.
                But until my number is not port,
                Therefore you are required to see and solve as earliest.

                    Respected sir,

                    After jio launched their cheaper 4g plans, the likes of vodafone (Because they are not getting enough money) are now involved in daylight robbery by activating useless value added services and deducting money from the account like in my case, they have activated 2 strange services "hng_storefifty" and "snvr_mndmoniv" without my consent nor there is any information available about the two services. They have deducted near 100 or maybe more of my balance, please take strict action against these daylight robbers.

                    I talked to the service representative, that told me that your service was activated by clicking on an on-line advertisement, this is a downright fraud, with this logic anyone can activate any service on my phone without my consent without any actual verification of who activated the service.

                    Vodafone refunded the last deducted, there is no data to show how much was actually deducted, though.

                      I recently changed my prepaid connection to postpaid ([protected]) . But after the sim got activated, it's stopped working as no service. I tried to reach the customer care and also the vodafone store, but they are just hanging up the whole case. No improvement till, yet i have to pay the rental charges as well. I am a student, i also have 400 rs balance in that number, i have everything linked with the number . Please help me sir.

                      This is to inform you that me n my so many colleagues were facing vodafone network as well as data pack issues I have register so many complaints for the but no action has been taken plz look into this.

                      I upgraded my sim to 4g while roaming in Mumbai now both Sims are not working.

                      I have called call centre whole day nobody is able to tell the reason. They say new sim is already active.

                      I'm in trouble I'm roaming and cannot contact anybody.

                      I'm a vodafone e customer since last 16 years.

                        I have not activated any plan but still there is a deduction 70 rupees from my account without my knowledge. This is a re-occurring issue i am facing. I have called customer care and ask for refund but they denied. this is the request number [protected]. Whenever i call to customer care and ask for refund they say its not their fault. If it is not their fault and my fault who is the responsible for my money. Because i am not activating any thing. As customer care has suggested i have installed ad blocker too.

                            I am a Vodafone customer for past 3/4yrs. Today I have faced a problem which has really forced me to think whether to continue with this network or not. I received a msg from Vodafone service provider regarding Rs. 109.00 recharge, the screenshot of the same I have attached. Unfortunately I have received a talk time of Rs.89.37 instead of the given details in the msg.

                              I am working at ids business solutions p ltd, rt nagar bangalore and last few days all outgoing calls and incoming calls are getting dropped and some times, i am not able to hear others speaking...

                              If i leave my office and walk outside on the road, then i am able to get calls and make calls.

                                I lost my phone and sim cards. So i got my sim deactivated. Now i have got a duplicate sim of same number from vodafone store. Call is working fine but messaging is not working. They say i have to register on trai. I have got no solution to this. Any help is appreciated. To add, i am not a tele markeeter, never have been, just use messaging service to get otps and other confirmation messages mostly

                                  Hi team,

                                  I am in trouble and facing issue with the mobile repair that was provided by vodafone red shield. They have kept my device for around 3 months and not repaired till now.
                                  If by luck i get chance to speak with customer care agent they give me the date ahead of 15 days that this will be repaired by then. This has happened to me twice.

                                    Will anyone ever try to resolve my matter? Vodafone ka answer i know is no. My complaint status etc i have no idea what happened to it. Case id is 2001449
                                    Can i pls get to know the status of my complaint. Need an update on it asap.
                                    Nothing i expect vodafone ki taraf se to see into the matter and try resolving by providing & then maintaining atleast a local based company wala standard?? Inki customer care is just ridiculous. It is not for cust service for sure as jo jo ek branded (That too vodafone jaisa worldwide, one of the top brands in the world) co outsourcing tym pe and afterwards training mei sikhaaya jaana chaahiye, wat other co's do, inki cust service totally uske opposite way mei kaam krti hai n bolke coz bpo hai, yeh woh krte hain. They are rude, don't have time to listen to ur queries in full, they literally scold you!! Batameezi ki had as gaaliyan bhi derahe hain with supervisor or colleague sath baitha??

                                      My vodafone number [protected] is blocked for sending Sms for last 2 weeks. I asked customer care for the reason and they told TRAI blocked my SMS serice due to sending marketing bulk sms. But, i am not a marketing person i use messages very rarely.

                                      I called 3 times for customer care about this issue but they are not ready to help. I visited nearby vodafone mini store and they told to go main store. I dont know whats happening everything is online nowdays. Kindly help me to solve this issue as soon as possible.

                                        I have been trying to convert my postpaid vodafone number to prepaid and i have visited the store twice in thoraipakkam to convert the same. Each time they keep telling me to come in the next billing cycle and they are not allowed to do it any other time. I have found out that other have converted their postpaid connection in a span of three days. Request your help in converting my postpaid connection to prepaid.
