Ifrom my PAyTM i recharged a national sms pack of Rs.38 on29 June, 2018 im vodofone no. [protected], a kolkata circle connection. The owner of this no, is in Bangalore at present.
The operator Reference number given by PAYTM is: ONR[protected].
But no benefit has been received for that.

I am requesting you to look into the matter and provide the recharge benefit at the earlest.

I have lost 98 Rs from my vodafone balace I have called vodafone customercare and they told it is under process, with in 4 hours it will be credited after 48 + hours nothing is happened and i cannot even connect to customercare, that also is blocked

    Hi team,
    I had two vodafone postpaid connections. I thought of converting one of them into vodafone prepaid. I went to this store located on ground floor of district centre, janakpuri. Every thing was done, they took my finger print for aadhar verification and stuff, i paid an outstanding amount plus the amount that we have to pau to convert vodafone postpaid into prepaid, they also gave me a new sim card and told me that i should put it in if the other gets deactivated. But i realised after some days that the sim never got deactivated. I contacted the customer care and he told me that it is the store's fault that they haven't forwarded the request and there is no need to pay the charges again. I visited the store again; after waiting for 1.5 hours i was told that you need to pay the charges again.
    I mean it's not just about the money but they should know that we are wasting our full day for this thing. I want the team to contact the store or the concerned authorities to look into this and do the needful. Anywhichways i am going to port all my numbers into some other network. I had all my family and friends number in vodafone. I will never recommend vodafone now. Not just the service centre, even the customer support is helpless.

        Nameste,

        I have been a loyal customer of Vodafone Gujarat for over 8 years and enjoyed the services until I moved into Palsana, Surat in January 2018.

        I have had no Mobile Voice Service for 6 months now and made at least 10 complaints via email and on their Vodafone website. My complaints were met with a standard response that there is good network in my area. So why is it that my family and friends cannot get through to me at my home nor can I make any calls for the past 6 months? The signal is zero and zero bars yet I have been paying the monthly prepaid recharge but not getting any service.

        All I want is a Vodafone Tower nearby or something Vodafone can do to enable to make calls to my family and friends from home. Thank You

        Vodafone has made no attempt to contact me. This is an emergency situation for me as I am living in a home where I cannot contact my Family abroad or relatives/friends in India as there is absolutely no signal here. This really bad mobile network problem has caused a great amount of stress not only for me but also my family/relatives and friends. All I want is enough signal bars within the home to make calls and receive calls. This is a basic human right since we are paying recurring payments to Vodafone but getting zero service. Absolutely the worst service I have had since moving to Palsana Surat. The Gujarat Vodafone CEO should be held accountable. He has failed in his duty of care for Vodafone customers. I just pray to God that one day he can't make or receive any calls for 6 months. Karma is very powerful.

        Update on 29 July 2018.Vdafone has no respect for customers. To insult me further they sent me a sms saying that there is a new Tower in my area but I am still not able to call or receive calls within my own home...ZERO SIGNAL BARS. The new Tower is a lie. My relatives and family are worried about me as they cannot reach me inside my home. They simply have to improve the tower strength to cover my home or install another Tower nearby. If they look after customers, I don't mind going back to them. They simply have to sort out my problem. I just need to make and receive calls from my home. It certainly doesn't make sense why I carry on paying the prepaid amount each month without having decent service. In fairness the Vodafone service in Anand and Ahmedabad was excellent and I even complimented the staff and managers on several occasions. However, Vodafone here is absolutely rubbish. The CEO of Gujarat needs to be replaced immediately and should be accountable for the poor service in this area. A good CEO would have looked into my almost 7 month case and sorted out the no signal problem. It's a disgrace and they are underestimating the power of ordinary people. We can make and break Companies in Hindustan. Now the question to the CEO of Vodafone is ''Would you like to carry on having a large customer base in Gujarat or would you prefer all your customers to support a Great forward thinking Hindustani Company like Patanjali to take over the Mobile Industry?''. The choice is yours and please don't underestimate the power of this great nation. JAI HIND

        Update. Still no network coverage within the home on 15 August 2019. Time to QUIT India Vodafone.
        I can now understand why the share price is Rs5-6 only. Look after your customers and watch the share price shoot up. Why don't you just sort out my Vodafone coverage issue?

        Update. Now 15 months and no voice calls or date within my home. Still paying Rs199 per month but not receiving the service customers deserve.

        Will be transferring my number to Jio soon. Just got a Jio sim card and I can make voice calls and use the Internet within my home. Thank you so much Jio. Hindustani No.1

          I did not activate any stupid life style pack but you people unnecessarily deducted the money from my main balance for activating the pack which I have not done... And I want you to refund my money which you deducted from my main balance... I have also called your vodafone customer care but no response as such... by doing such things people will never use vodafone ever again.PLEASE REFUND MY MONEY. AIRTEL is much better than vodafone. Frustrated with your customer care service.

            Nowadays one or two vas are activated on my mobile number without any request to activate the same. Everyday i have to request to deactivate vas from my services i even don't want in any sense. I request you people to please stop the practice of looting the customers in these ways as this will only degrade the reputation of the company as a customer can expose you to social media and spoil your customer base. I have already decided to switch to some other service provider who is more loyal to their customer and not looting in illegal ways.

              I had activated international roaming pack on vodafone for usa.

              Since bahamas doesn't come in vodafone without any intimation vodafone sent me bill of around 90, 000 for approx 90 mb data usage.

              There was no intimation from vodafone on my mobile that bahamas is chargeable.

              When my credit limit is 25, 000 the bill should not be above 25, 000.

              There has not been proper response from vodafone nodal team.
              They are just ready to deduct 15, 000 from bill of 90, 000.

                This is to inform you that, I Mr.Akhil Raju took a Vodafone postpaid sim,
                ([protected]) After inserting the sim into my phone I got 8 to 12 unknown calls seeking another owner Mr. Krishna Varma raja. I also got daily so-many messages from different banks and other peoples. This activities disturbed me daily . I complained this matter to the Vodafone customer care and also request to cut the sim. They replied that they need 3 months time to cut the sim.But these unknown calls & messages
                seeking Krishna Varma raja continued . I have no other way rather than Switch off the mobile.
                After this I didn’t use the sim.(I used this sim for only one month). Now I received a notice to pay Rs= 851.23 Before 28 /06/ 2018.Idid’t use this sim for Rs 851.23. I am not able to use the sim properly because of these unknown calls & messages seeking Krishna Varma raja daily for one month. Totally this disturbed my job and my personal life.This is not fair to collect money from me by giving this type of sim .Its really irritating me a month.

                Pls do the necessary action.

                  See when i was in india, i converted my postpaid number to prepaid, the executives said you will loose your network in your old sim soon, and then put in your old sim and dial 59059 for verification. But since i am abroad now as it wasn’t loosing network even after long time, it only lost connection when i reached abroad. I am unable to dial the number from here. Please do something i can’t loose this sim, i have registered this sim at various important places

                  I used the vodafone sim after about 1 year . My mobile is showing sim card registration failed . I am unable to send or receive calls and messages. Before it was working properly .                     Issue -
                    Regarding ur vodafone employees & others in continuously being the owner of all numbers..
                    Porting wd airtel west
                    M pesa fraud by false representation
                    Postpaid to prepaid approval required..
                    For my safety to protect my numbers 4m being swapped & ported & duplicate documents of my id being approved...

                    I am still using these numbers & paying the bills even after not using them & just because of past history of all theft of numbers...
                    4g not working
                    I try to port originally by self vodafone cancels my request...
                    I change my plans & i can't take any benefit...
                    All because of me doing the mistake of trusting in vodafone & being a owner of vanity numbers...

                      From last one week i am getting a call from ([protected]) this mob number and she is saying that she is calling from vodafone and asking me that whether i am sachin or not and when i deny she ask another question that whether i know sachin? My point is this if any sachin has done any fraud to vodafone than yo should find him by his primary address, why unnecessary disturbing another person. This is bad on vodafone policy part.

                        It had been a while since i used vodafone sim. When i bought it i realised that they were charging me extra without any reason and weren't providing me the proper services i paid for. I stopped using it for a while. Against my will i gave it another chance. And i was conned again. I did a minimum recharge of 199 ₹ since i knew i couldn't pay them sparingly. It turned out my sim was "invalid" because i was using it after months. I called customer service and the solutions i recieved were useless.
                        First one told me to get a 30 ₹ talktime and it would make the sim valid or whatever the technical term should be. It didn't help so i called for more help. Next three told me to turn off my phone and on again. Didn't help. Now i was stuck with a loss of ₹ 229. That may not be much since these companies have conned more but money is money i could have bought something else. Why did i stop using it in the first place was due to the fact that they charged me for wwe services which i didn't ask for. I bought the sim for a 31 ₹ 6 hours 4g unlimited recharge which only gave me only 2g speed somehow. Again asking for a solution i only recieved useless solutions that acted less as solutions and more as evasive measures.
                        I am very disapppointed. Why was i allowed to recharge my sim if it was invalid in the first place. The problem maybe be fixed or not but i don't care anymore and i would never recommend vodafone.

                          My name is sreedhar reddy mubarakpur, been with vodafone for almost 9 years

                          1. My monthly postpaid rental plan was changed from 199 to 249 without my concern.
                          I have never used my 199 plan completely, so why would i want to change from 199 to 249?

                          2. 100rs extra was charged on my apr-may bill.
                          When i have asked about the same, they said that the extra charges were because of the internet charges. How would someone browse on samsung basic (Keypad) mobile?
                          Let us hope, i have used the internet, but when the plan was changed to 249 (Even though without my concern) i had an internet package of 20gb, so how will they charge for the internet?
                          And when i have declined to pay, they charge me with the late payment charges (Overall extra charges were around 350rs).
                          This might be a small amount, but its a big amount for me.

                          3. When i opt to port, they will not allow the porting (Faced the same issue in jan 2018).

                          Tried to port due to the network issue at my place, told the reason for migrating, but they won't resolve the network issue.
                          And they were not allowing me to get ported. Instead, they charge me with the extra charges stating some # reasons.

                          I have never failed to pay the fair amount of bill.
                          How long do i need to suffer from these guys?
                          I wanted them to reduce those extra charges from my bill and provide me a new bill.

                          Mailed them, complained to them in the store, but they have never tried to solve the issue, or tried to contact me.

                          So finally complaining here.
                          Hoping to get my issue resolved at least here.

                              I have facing network problems last couple of days. Maine complain registers karwayi costumer care mai after two days i received a call from vodafone company don't know who was that person from vodafone customer service. He talked to with me so badly away. When i wanted to tell him about my network problems he laughed at me and joking with me.. Many times i requested him to plz stop joking stuff he get angry on me nd cut off my call... If vodafone don't want provide good service to customers so why not close company... This is my second so bad experience with vodafone helpline number... Now, i think i have to look any better communication company...

                                Charges of rupees 75+5 were deducted from my vodafone balance for renewal of dotbot service which i have not opted for, i dont know when they subscribed this service for me. This vodafone company is looting poor people by deducting hardly earned money from customers pocket.. This company should be shutdown immediately.. I am telling all my relatives and friends to no go for vodafone sim or any type of products.. These people are looting people and filling their own pockets in the name of value added services. My number [protected]... Kindly help me with this problem.. I want my money to be refunded.

                                  While selling i categorically asked and was assured i will be on the plan including discount of ₹200 making my effective rental of ₹299/- will remain unless & until i change my plan. However, a couple of months back they without taking my consent or intimation changed my plan to ₹599/499/-. On contacting them i was literally scolded by their executive on toll-free who didn't even let me complete my problem? I on a paid call was being scolded like anything and even on my saying don't release the call mr. Lekhraj dropped the call & his supervisor denied taking the call. I am now being charged out of the window including international roaming charge every month. Please help me in it as i have no hope that vodafone will. On every contact there is a different info with someone saying my plan has not changed, someone says yes we have upgraded benefits so the charge, yesterday one said on chat nothing has changed. My plan is the same including the discount which as per her is still being given.

Even now the harassment continues with getting no help from them on a few more occasions after filling this complaint. They have now barred my outgoing calls also. You are requested to please intervene and treat this on high priority as my work is getting affected by it. Leave aside the mental trauma I'm going through because of them.

                                      I'm a prepaid customer. Vodafone initially added a VAS sports live automatically without any request from me. I managed to deactivate this somehow. However today they again activated a VAS service called Best of BINDASS- Add pack deducting Rs.50 from my account. This is again without any request from my side. I have managed to deactivate this. However i did not very my money back. I tried contracting the customer care. But it's all IVR and I'm unable to reach a service executive.
                                      Vodafone India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                        I called customer care people thrice to check about balance deduction from my account. The first level people were not able to act upon my issue, hence they said they will forward my call to their supervisor and asked me to be on hold. After being in hold for 30 minutes the call was disconnected automatically. This happened thrice and fourth time the customer care executive said to call me after 6PM. I said OK.

                                        After that when I tried to reach out to the customer care again, I am not getting option to talk to Customer Care executive. Looks like they blocked my IVR Service.
                                        Vodafone India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
