My name is sreedhar reddy mubarakpur, been with vodafone for almost 9 years
1. My monthly postpaid rental plan was changed from 199 to 249 without my concern.
I have never used my 199 plan completely, so why would i want to change from 199 to 249?
2. 100rs extra was charged on my apr-may bill.
When i have asked about the same, they said that the extra charges were because of the internet charges. How would someone browse on samsung basic (Keypad) mobile?
Let us hope, i have used the internet, but when the plan was changed to 249 (Even though without my concern) i had an internet package of 20gb, so how will they charge for the internet?
And when i have declined to pay, they charge me with the late payment charges (Overall extra charges were around 350rs).
This might be a small amount, but its a big amount for me.
3. When i opt to port, they will not allow the porting (Faced the same issue in jan 2018).
Tried to port due to the network issue at my place, told the reason for migrating, but they won't resolve the network issue.
And they were not allowing me to get ported. Instead, they charge me with the extra charges stating some # reasons.
I have never failed to pay the fair amount of bill.
How long do i need to suffer from these guys?
I wanted them to reduce those extra charges from my bill and provide me a new bill.
Mailed them, complained to them in the store, but they have never tried to solve the issue, or tried to contact me.
So finally complaining here.
Hoping to get my issue resolved at least here.
